Ooooh, I don't know if I agree with that desicion or not. I think Shogun got robbed, straight-up. This was a robbery. Even though Machida was my pick and he won, I don't agree with it at all. Shogun got robbed. End of story.

The decision should have went the other way. Very disappointed.

I think I spoke way to soon..THERE IS NO WAY MACHIDA WON THAT FIGHT. I totally agree. Not a chance in this world Machida won that fight. Seriously, what the fight were those judges watching?? A hands-down, unanimous decision for Machida?? What kind of shoddy judging is that?? I don't care what they say. Shogun is the new Light-Heavyweight champion in my opinion.

Is my TV making sh_it up or did Lyoto just get the decision win when CLEARLY Shogun won.....Im in shock right now. I also picked Machida to win but god damn! Shogun took it to him and dismantled The Dragon.
Did anyone else see Dana White go up to Shogun and tell him he should have one and he is getting a rematch almost immediately? I know Dana was smiling but he wasn't very happy. Now Shogun should win the rematch and then take on Anderson Silva since Machida won't.
This was not that great of a ppv in my opinion, it would have been miles better if the belt went around Rua's waste at the end of the night which it should have.

How the hell did they say Machida retained???!!! ? I can make a case for him winning 1 round, maybe 2. But NOT 3. Total. BullChocolate Shark. I picked Machida to win on UFC Fantasy, but this is just BS. Honestly, this decision shocks and baffles me....

I marked the out when Machida was given the decision. Admittedly, I don't agree with it. Shogun won 3, maybe 4 rounds. How Machida was given the UD just confuses me. I'm glad he's still Champ, but pissed that Shogun was robbed. Anthony "Weird-Shaped Head" Johnson. Hmm... as soon as Rumble hit that first punch on Yoshida before the head kick attempt after about 15 seconds, I knew there and then it was over within a minute or two. In all honesty, I didn't think it was going to last more than one round. Highlight reel KO (yet again) for Rumble. Props to Red Schafer. I was certain he was out in Round 1 after those three shots from Bader, and he came back strong in Round 2. Again, could've gone in Round 3 but he did well and impressed me. Cain Velasquez vs Ben Rothwell. Where do I start? Yes, the fight was stopped early during that barrage of punches, but it should've been stopped in the first round when Rothwell was taking so many punches to the face. Or at least I think so. Sonnen absolutely destroyed Okami. He was far from impressive (as usual) but this time actually got dominated, and deservedly.

i need to go back and check and see who the judges were for that fight Well Cecil Peoples was one of them so that probably explains it... Shogun won at least 3 rounds, possibly 4. This decision is an absolute ing disgrace.

NEVER leave it in the hands of the judges because outcomes like these are always certainly possible. That has got to be THE worst decision in the history of MMA.
Seriously, how could they possibly have seen it all one way for Machida to earn a unanimous decision?? That's just not possible in the fight that I was watching. Not possible at all.
