People who deny any impact Hogan has on joining a wrestling promotion are flat-out wrong. I sure as hell don't care for Hogan, but there are millions of people who do. You've seen those guys who dress up like him at shows he's not even at, and the people who bring Hulkamania signs. People ing love Hogan, and he is THE most recognizable name in Wrestling. For a company that many people don't know exists, it just makes sense to sign him. Yeah, it makes sense to sign him. But with his track record, it's not the best idea for the company in the long run.

Oh yeah it's definitely a high risk/high reward gamble, but hey, it's not our money/company. I say we sit back and see where this takes us. Two top wrestling companies would be a lot of fun to watch.

Need more than Hogan to be a top company. Leave Florida or go live and we'll see where it takes us.

I don't shun this move at all. Hm? In return of Hogan beating everyone.. instead of younger talent being pushed like they are now. ... very fickle, aren't we? And you wonder why people call you up on the "z0mg TNA mark" stuff. Because, no one can change teir opinion on something. Yeah, I'm against Hogan beating young talent and wrestling. I don't shun this move because A.) We don't know if Hogan's wrestling seeing as he tippy-toed/didn't awsner the question if he would wrestle last night on Larry King. B.) It's great for business. It'll pop ratings, TNA puts on a better product, buyrates go up, live attendances go up, WWE steps their game up, etc. I'm not really happy that Bischoff is in TNA but as long as he's nowhere near booking, whatever. I changed my opinion on something, sue me. Also, how does that make me a TNA mark? Because, I changed my opinion? Jeez, it's just too bad I didn't bash the decision to bring in another set of tag titles nor BFG being in CA.. oh wait.

It makes you a TNA mark because you have their catchphrase as your online handle and constantly promote everything they do as the best thing ever.

Why is Bischoff booking bad? The guy booked some of the best wrestling on TV in the late 90s. WCW's undercard made their main events look like complete sh*t. Their undercard made their competition look like sh*t. If TNA learns anything from Bischoff it's get the most exciting talent and let them catch the audience and LET THEM WRESTLE. TNA tries to be WWE. Bischoff can make TNA watchable. He's really smart despite his twitter being really annoying.
Also Honky Tonk Man posted this: As an outsider looking in, I see the end of TNA. Is Hogan a double agent? Dumping Jarrett a few weeks ago, Russo having heat with every heart beating person on the planet to now work beside Hogan. Don't think so.
Hogan and WWe have been in bed for the last 20 years. Look what happened with the coke (cocaine) league XWF. As soon as they did all the tapes for to sell to TV, WWe pulled all the top players i.e. Hogan, Henning, Lawler and the list went on, thus killing XWF after they spent 30 million dollars.
This Dixie Carter has fell into the arms of the Hillbilly Jarretts, the Vince "man of God" Russo who said anyone over 30 was too old for the business! Now of all people, she wants to throw money at Eric Bischoff and Hogan. Good for you Hulkster, hope you kick some cheese back to Vince. I see the scam. TNA dead in 12 months.
WWe kills from the inside you idiots. WCW was the master plan. XWF was the next victim. ROH will fall when Vince wants them to go away. As long as they are not a PPV or TV threat, they will live on. Not wrong, just good business. Let the other guys spend and spend and spend, then take the top guys and the promotion starts to die. Tie up the buildings where they have no place to run. Case in point, WWe will tie up any buildings around the world after they see the numbers of the Hogan Aussie Tour.
Do you think for one minute WWe is going to let Hogan and Flair tour the world for TNA? Not going to happen.
Till we meet again, Adios
-----------
Bit conspiracy theoryish, but logical tbh.

"everything" - like I just said, I bashed the crap out of the Knockouts Tag Titles. But, I guess you're just gonna ignore that? seanzor, I just don't want Bischoff as the booker. I think if TNA keeps doing what they're doing, they're fine. Russo is doing fine at this point.

XWF was doomed to fail though, same as the WWA. Yeah Vince plucked up their guys, but that was just for funsies.

TNA is sports entertainment because Russo loves to book drama. They're doing better now but they aren't an alternative to WWE tbh. They promote a similar product, different people.

To answer your question, yes SG, TNA is second rate.
I can't wait to see how this is going to fail.

I don't see how fans of good wrestling are happy about Hogan being brought in. I mean, yeah it will bring their ratings up, but if he wrestles... Just go ahead and change the channel.

You people are being way too critical. We really don't know anything yet..and nearly everything is speculation at this point. If it doesnt come from the Observer or prowrestling.net then I don't call it news.
I'd say in a week to two weeks you will find out what Russo's position is, and what Hogan, Bischoff, etc are up to. Slow down before you say TNA is dead. Slow down before you buy into Honky Tonk Man's theories.. Just wait

I can see how this is going to back fire.
Hogan: Book me against AJ Styles tonight with me winning the TNA title brother.
Russo: Ok brother.. pull your pants down so i can suck your penorz.
