The Blazers are a ing joke. They have zero confidence, direction and have zero leadership right now. Andre Miller has been a complete bust(not really surprised), he doesn't fit and he hasn't helped the team at all in fact he's made them worse. The coaching has been a disaster too. I'm not sure where they should start to get better production because the whole club sucks on all levels. If they continue this type of pathetic play, I'm expecting some kind of a shake up. Either a trade or a coahing change.

I experimented with Iverson on the Knicks in Live but sucked with him. His jumper is like all he has when wide open unless i just didn't use him well.
I'm pretty good with Wilson Chandler though. NBA Live is awesome.

It's a shame AI's first game back with Philly on Monday will be a loss to Denver.

It's a shame AI's first game back with Philly on Monday will be a loss to Denver. Agreed. It's also a shame he couldn't have found a championship contender to ride the bench to his first ring....not that he would have sat out anyway haha. Either way I still want AI to get at least one ring before he retires (again).

I'm beyond pumped that Allen Iverson came back. From a sports point of view, aside from a championship win, this is a dream come true. My favorite all-time sports player coming back to my favorite sports team. I'm beyond ecstatic. When your team is as pathetic overall as Philly, this is amazing news.

LOL...just saw on ESPN that Sporting News is reporting that Ron Artest used to drink during halftime.

Philly's about to get worse. Subtraction by addition IMO. And Vlade Divac used to smoke half a pack of cigarettes during halftime, which is way cooler if you ask me.

Yeah, I mean, I guess if you're a fan it's exciting, but i just don't see what they gain from it, aside from a few ticket sales.

Yeah, I mean, I guess if you're a fan it's exciting, but i just don't see what they gain from it, aside from a few ticket sales. They get someone who (unlike anyone on their team) can drop 20 a night. This move has its negatives but I'm still beyond happy about it. The team has no future and nothing to look forward to, so at least this is something.

But he's shown lately he may not be capable of putting up 20 a night... at least in a way that's good for the team. It could get ugly or it could be the perfect ending, it's all up to Iverson. I'm rooting for him but not betting on him if you know what I mean.

In honor of Ron Artest admitting to drinking at halftime of games when he played for the Bulls, I'd like to remember another Ron Artest moment that should often be remembered. credit to TRW for the find last Summer... homeydontellalaahhhhahhh (you know that you miss him)

If you can get a potential 20-point scorer at the league minimum, that's a risk you have to take 10 times out of 10, regardless of who it is.
That said, AI's current game doesn't benefit a team anymore. It did in 2001, but he's what? 34 now? He obviously is beginning to run on fumes and if all that's important to him now is proving he's still a prime time scorer, the wheels are going to come off the wagon real fast and he won't be in the league much longer because he isn't efficient enough to lead a team's offense. I really think this is his last chance and while I'd never hope for someone to fail, I really don't see things ending well because AI will still try to be The Man. And he will ALWAYS have that mindset, which is why his career will amount to an enormous waste.

I disagree with most of that list...
Vince Carter ahead of guys like Bynum and Granger is suspect enough.
Shaq at number 16... somebody shoot me. Nash, Williams and Parker ahead of Chauncey Billups... what is this a popularity contest?
edit: Tracy McGrady is on that list.... he's actually ON it. This list is the biggest joke I've ever seen.

Now is it current players and how they are playing TODAY or how they have played throughout their careers? If its the later, Shaq is top 3, if its the first...Shaq isnt on the list.
