Now is it current players and how they are playing TODAY or how they have played throughout their careers? If its the later, Shaq is top 3, if its the first...Shaq isnt on the list. That's what I am saying, it's absolutely ridiculous to have guys like T-Mac and Shaq on there... where's Iverson?

Its kinda confusing, because if you want to go with guys you want in 2009-2010...Kevin Durant should be MUCH higher IMO

Based on how the list shakes out, I'm guessing the question was probably assuming they are completely healthy. I definitely think a lot of names could be shuffled around -- Shaq would make my list IF he was healthy and in shape, but unfortunately he hasn't been that way since year one in Miami.

Yea I mean, I remember saying in the Summer OKC and Houston were going to be better teams than people thought, and here we are in December and they're above .500 in the West.
So why on Earth does that list even have guys like OJ Mayo on there and not Russell Westbrooke or Aaron Brooks? How can there not be any love for their game? They put up ridiculous lines last year and Brooks did in the playoffs.
And to hammer this home some more, anybody who even considered T-Mac while voting, I mean seriously WTF? They'd really take T-Mac to start a team over all the guys they've voted in behind him?

The phrasing of the questions is what I'd like to know....
FWIW, this question is going to be a main article in the Dec. 7th issue of The Sporting News. I'm totally getting that issue.

Good win by the Celtics tonight against the Spurs, the Spurs are really mailing it in until playoff time. They looked AWFUL.

I thought the Celtics executed well in the closing minutes when the Spurs caught a little fire. There was that one questionable in bounds play but whatever they didn't turn it over.
Dejuan Blair played good. Spurs are just beat up right now. Duncan is on the decline as well.
Rondo hitting that foul line jumper after making that ball fake layup was good for the Celtics. He's finally managing the ball well in the 4th quarter... those were both high percentage shots.

Richard Jefferson has a vagina. He has looked confused and intimidated during each of the two most recent Spurs games I've seen (tonight and vs. Dallas a few weeks ago).

According to Yahoo! Sports columnist Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bulls and Knicks are in serious discussions about a trade that would send Tyrus Thomas to the Knicks in exchange for Al Harrington and Jerome James. "Nothing is imminent, but both sides would like to figure out a way to do this," said one league executive according to the report. The idea of the athletic Thomas playing in the Knicks' uptempo offense is certainly appealing, and if he's on your league's waiver wire he deserves a pickup to see where this goes. Harrington on the other hand, probably takes a small hit in value if he lands in Chicago, but not by much.

I think Jerome James is on the Bulls now... that article is inaccurate. I don't see why the Bulls would do that trade, but I guess it wouldn't exactly hurt them either.

Al would be the great on the Bulls. James barely gets minutes. Tyrus Thomas is injured and plus Al Harrington is 10x better then Thomas. Thomas is only better then Harrington at getting blocks. The Bulls would get a steal if they got Al.

Nice to see OKC defending the Home Court tonight. I knew they'd lose, but they really never got a shot to compete after the first 5 minutes of the game. I thought they would hang tough for a Quater and a half, but I was sorely mistaken.

Nets had nine players active to beat the eight-manned Bobcats.
I guess it was a matter of time, but the Knicks beat the Hawks, too, so maybe this is an alternate universe.

Had OKC beaten Boston, it really would have been an odd night.
The Knicks seem to give teams trouble that also run at times and give teams trouble who are not used to defending a running offense. The Knicks are used to trying to play defense in a fast pace game and executing overall that way, even if it's not that great (especially defense). I think some teams get caught up in their style at times, I dunno.
The Knicks are still very far away from being anything worth while, but I do see some things there that make them a good team in some of these games for legit reasons. They played Denver so close, Boston as well, they've been the Suns this week and now Atlanta... they do have SOMETHING there, they are just still a bad team overall.
I'm starting to gain a lot of respect for D'Antoni, even if I feel his style of coaching is a weakness in a playoff environment.

That Lakers/Heat game was greatness.
In other news, congrats to the Nets for getting a win.
