Hmmm... even though I thought it was kind of sh*tty that Griffin ran away, I still find Ortiz' CONSTANT excuses to be stupid. He just never stops. Griffin claims in the UFC magazine that he'll run out of the cage every time he loses. They're both horrible sports. I doubt he will. I honestly think he was genuinely embarrassed at losing to Silva like that because of the way he hyped up the fight by saying "I'm not gonna lose."

LITERALLY running out of the cage when he loses is far worse than any excuse Tito has ever given.. Hmmm... even though I thought it was kind of sh*tty that Griffin ran away, I still find Ortiz' CONSTANT excuses to be stupid. He just never stops. If I am not mistaken he ran out of the cage when he lost to Keith Jardine too right?

I'm one of the biggest Griffin fanboys here most likely, and even I'll admit, it's hillariously shameful when he looses. You ever seen his loss to Jardine? I did see the fight. However, I dont recall the interview after. The clip you showed does not show Forrest making excuses. It shows Forrest over come with emotion. When the hell does Forrest make excuses when he loses? LITERALLY running out of the cage when he loses is far worse than any excuse Tito has ever given.. How is that worse? Forrest was ashamed of his performance for the night. I think that is being blown up just like when Lebron didnt shake hands with the Magic during the playoffs last year. It happens. Its not the most sportsman like thing, nor is it the right move politically. But both Lebron and Forrest are competitors and humans. Both were over come with emotion, dissapointment and being ashamed of the performance they gave. Nothing wrong with that.

No, you man up and accept defeat. the same way Tito is wrong for always making excuses the same can be said about Run Forrest Run...

Just b/c you are ashamed and leave, doesnt mean you dont accept defeat. Getting on the mic. and talking about all the "injuries" you have and thats why you lost....IS. Being ashamed and making excuses are totally different.

Tito Ortiz Press Fight Conference:
I thought I won the fight. I got robbed. No one else could have done that well after the surgeries I've had. I was injured coming into the fight. Forrest is a top 10 opponent. I gave my heart and soul. I only sparred once in my training camp. I thought I won the fight 2-1. Forrest is top 5. My career is in Dana's hands. I thought I won the fight. I'm an entertainer, man. Forrest thought I won the fight. I had surgey. C6 C7 spinal injury in the fight. I thought I won. Forrest isn't a tune up fight. i'm an entertainer. I won the fight. I'm setting records, man. It is what it is. No one else has come back like me. I thought I won the fight. I fought with all my heart. I set records fighting 6 months after knee surgery. I'm still setting records, man. I thought I won. It is what it is. I put my career in Dana's hands. I thought I pulled the win out tonight. Forrest is no. 5 in the world. I feel like I won. I let down the fans, I got robbed, eh, it is what it is. It is what it is. I was gassed in the 3rd, I though I won the fight. I fought with heart. I'd love to see anybody else do what I was doing. It is what it is man. I thought I won tonight, it is what it is. Forrest is no warm up, maybe I bit off too much. I thought I won the fight. I wanna see another athlete do what I do. No human in the world has done that. I thought I won. It is what it is. I got robbed. I thought I won the fight. I have to get my timing down. I could wrestle well. (On taking positives) I got robbed, It is what it is. Do an Ultimate fighter, I'm a better coach, it is what it is.

"I only sparred once"
Now, there's a lie right there because he updated things on his twitter many times about his sparring sessions and they were a lot more than one.

Its a shame Coleman got hurt. Forrest was definatly not a fight Tito wanted to come back after his lay off. Thats his reasoning for him gassing because he NEVER gasses. Hardly ever. Im sure his stamina and fighting will get better with each fight back. Everyone has cage rust after that long of a lay off.

Sherdog has a Pro Wrestling Thread in the wasteland section. Proving there are still MMA fans that like wrestling. Even those people wouldn't dare to use Mark Out. Mark Out is a term for hardcore pro wrestling fans, that get excited when they see something unexpected. (EVEN KNOWING its fake/scripted) The average IQ of a Sherdog forum member is probably negative. LMFAO +1 I picture 99% of their posters looking/acting like this - Most MMA fans give MMA such a bad name. Honestly it's probably the sports only downside.

Ortiz has gassed many times before. Ortiz is usually known for his great stamina. He never gasses as bad as he did in round 3 of that fight.

I'm not even a Forrest fanboy, or Tito hater, but I can easily say that Ortiz is the bigger baby of the two. And what's funny is that if/when Tito gets another win, he will probably still mention the "injuries" that cost him this fight with Forrest and the ones before it.

It's funny how Tito claimed to have a "cracked skull" and whatever disc he messed up in his neck and he gets NO medical suspension. Hahaha.

lol Watch him brag about that at his next post-fight conference.
"It feels good to be back, I felt strong. My skull has never felt better in my entire career. Nobody can recover from a cracked skull like me."

Now Tito is saying that he had a "fractured eyebrow" and not a cracked skull.
This guy is so full of sh*t.

Tito is known to be full of it most the time.
Almost every MMA fighter has numerous injuries from training on fight day.
But Tito does NOT normally gas out like that. That's why he started training in big bear. I leave his Griffin performance to a little rust.
Tito's conditioning has been number one for 4-5 years now.
