- Go-home RAW before Extreme Rules, 6 more nights until Extreme Rules and honestly I can't wait until Extreme Rules, 6 nights away and to start off RAW with the WWE Undisputed Champion Bryan Danielson only for him to be interrupted by one of his 3 challengers at Extreme Rules, Seth Rollins it makes sense considering the other 2 challengers Ziggler and Cena are facing each other in tonight's main event so I could see why you had Rollins interrupt but then just as they are going back and forth wanting to prove who the better man is or who the better man would have become, I guess we are bound to find that out now aren't we?
- WWE Undisputed Champion Danielson beating Rollins all be it by count-out gives Danielson even more momentum heading into his title defense this Sunday considering he has to defend his title not only against Rollins but also against Ziggler and Cena in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match at Extreme Rules but a countout loss for Rollins doesn't really hurt him especially because it protects Rollins when you really think about it because if he had lost cleanly by pinfall or by submission it would have hurt his momentum but Sunday all of that goes out the window because there are no countouts, no DQ, only pinfall or submission
- Goldust and Cody Rhodes why do I get the feeling we are in for an uncomfortable sight tonight with these 2?
- Seeing Triple H with Stephanie tonight it makes me wonder what they have planned for Ambrose? Whatever it is it surely can't be good
- Bo Dallas w/R-Truth beating Goldust w/Cody Rhodes, I figured Bo would beat Goldust considering the slump Goldust has been on but also because it just adds further to the tension as well as dissension between The Rhodes Brothers but it all reached a boiling point with Cody Rhodes snapping on his brother Goldust, I was surprised that Cody didn't beat the holy hell out of his brother but instead just shoved him around, and Goldust didn't even try to fight back or he didn't shove Cody back, I wonder why?
- Triple H with a heinous attack on Dean Ambrose using his security guards to take down Ambrose and then they handcuff him to the ropes and Triple H sledgehammer in hand basically using it on Ambrose again and again and then throwing him into the steel cage wall not once not twice but eight times I mean that was certainly extreme, Ambrose a bloody mess probably a crimson mask after that and this was not only heinous but downright sickening, this just made me sick to my stomach, I can only hope Ambrose kicks Triple H's ass at Extreme Rules and beats Triple H again considering he beat him at WrestleMania 30, I would love for Ambrose to go over Triple H at Extreme Rules and why? Because Triple H he doesn't really need the win at Extreme Rules, Triple H is a legend a big enough name that he doesn't need wins but rather can put over talent and he is the COO already so he should be putting Ambrose over because by doing that it only ensures Ambrose as being a main event player
- 6-Man Tag Team action Kane in his second match back in a WWE ring he teams up with the WWE Tag Team Champions Matt and Jeff Hardy the Hardy Boyz and they beat the team of the Wyatt Family all 3 members, Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, this match definitely sets the tone for all of their matches at Extreme Rules considering Kane is facing Bray Wyatt in a Falls Count Anywhere Match Kane's first PPV match back in WWE and The Hardy Boyz are defending their WWE Tag Team Championships against Harper & Rowan in a TLC Match, and seeing the faces go over I wonder if that is the sight we see Sunday in those respective matches?
- Big Show beating Titus O'Neil, clear message being sent by Big Show to Rusev his opponent at Extreme Rules and just when Show has the match won, post-match Rusev attacking Big Show from behind, clear cowardly heel move but effective nonetheless and just when Rusev has the upper hand and is about to lock in The Accolade on Show Show breaks out of it and ends up laying out Rusev, could that be what happens this Sunday at Extreme Rules? Can Big Show stop the upstart Rusev? Or will Rusev be able to crush the veteran Big Show?
- AJ Styles beating Commonwealth member Damien Sandow now ensuring that his match against WWE Intercontinental Champion & Commonwealth leader Wade Barrett will be one on one, no Commonwealth members at ringside, now we will see just what kind of champion Wade Barrett really is? We will see if he can truly win a match on his own without help and considering Barrett he has been WWE Intercontinental Champion since Payback 2013 since October 2013 he has been champion for 7 months and counting, 200 something days as champion, 150 more days and Barrett will tie Rollins' record of being WWE Intercontinental Champion set at 350 days assuming Barrett can get that far but at least the match this Sunday will be one on one, making it fair
- Layla with a surprising win over Paige, all be it by DQ but still Paige it just proves that she is her own worst enemy in the sense of her temper, Paige is just naturally angry all the time now isn't she? I think she's been that way ever since WrestleMania 30 ever since she lost the WWE Divas Championship to AJ and then attacking Layla post-match and then trying to get her to quit only for AJ to show up and then these 2 end up going at it only for Paige in the end to stand tall, can that be what happens this Sunday at Extreme Rules? Could Paige make AJ actually utter the words I Quit? Or will AJ actually be able to make Paige say I Quit?
- Highlight Reel with Jericho and The Purge, you would have thought that The Purge they would give us answers tonight on RAW as to why they have targeted the superstars they have targeted but we rather don't get answers but just more questions and The Purge say that they will have answers for the world this Sunday at Extreme Rules, that can only mean one thing, it can mean The Purge will somehow interfere in one of the main events somehow most likely the WWE Undisputed Championship match
- Or instead what I would really love for The Purge to do is take out the COO of this company taking out Triple H and also taking out Dean Ambrose because by doing that, taking out those 2, it just creates an even bigger statement by them taking out the COO
- Antonio Cesaro Mr. Money in the Bank beating the WWE United States Champion and Paul Heyman Guy Roman Reigns, Cesaro needed this win considering he is Mr. Money in the Bank what he needs to be doing is cashing in his briefcase I mean honestly he has like how many more months, he has like 2 more months to cash in his briefcase since Money in the Bank is in June this year in your diary and it is already April about to be May, Cesaro I don't know what he's waiting for to be honest so seeing him beat Reigns here makes sense but also because of Sheamus' involvement just sets the tone for Sheamus/Reigns for this Sunday at Extreme Rules especially with the WWE United States Championship being on the line
- And in the main event, Cena beating Ziggler, this being such a back and forth match-up this match could have gone either way that is how good it was and Cena and Ziggler their in-ring chemistry with each other just proves that they just mesh well together in the ring especially as opponents I mean I was entertained the most by this match, a pure clinic put on by both of these men and then post-match seeing it turn into Rollins showing up and then the WWE Undisputed Champion Danielson and then all 4 challengers going at it with Rollins being the one to stand tall to end the show I wonder if that is what happens this Sunday at Extreme Rules?

RAW: - Realized I haven't mentioned that I dig the format, feels nice and streamlined. - Fine enough opening segment and the booking of the match was perfect, nobody comes off looking weak, the fatal four way gets some great build to boot. - Interesting little angle you've got with Goldust and Cody, you're going down a different route to what we actually got and while I'll miss seeing Stardust hopefully it leads us somewhere good a lot quicker. - I think it was the right call to have Triple H look strong here, he comes off with a lot of heat and goes into Extreme Rules with some momentum. I'm a bit concerned that another loss to Ambrose will really hurt him though but at the same time Ambrose kind of needs the rub. tough call to make. - I could do without the Wyatt / Kane feud honestly, or the Hardy Boyz reunion since Matt hasn't been in shape in years, but it gives the Wyatt's something to do until you move Bray into a much needed big feud after his Mania win. - Poor Titus, the guy just can't catch a breath. Honestly think that was a mistake, you just killed any chance he had of a singles run in one shot for Big Show of all people, the least relevant guy in WWE anymore. Still he'll get beat by Rusev and that's always a good thing. - Big win for AJ, the only reason I can see you having him go over here is that he's winning the title. I've always found it strange seeing Styles in WWE in these diaries but that's just me. A title run could legitimize him which he definitely needs. - I'm still not sold on the whole Purge thing, it's clearly your version of the Shield which is cool enough but I just can't buy Sami Zayn in there, I just can't take him seriously as a heel. Maybe you can change that because I want to like the group, I just think that's a lot easier said than done. - "Kinda funny how he cocks his fist with how cocky he is, ain't it?" Wow, if that was the highlight of Sheamus then he should keep away from commentary for good. Not a lot to say on the match, Reigns isn't going to look weak after one loss when you know he's beating Sheamus. Personally I'd much prefer Sheamus if you ran him as a heel, he's never really clicked as a face. - Why is it whenever the women brawl they have to do the whole head slamming thing, why can't they just throw punches like the guys? Seriously, that's always annoyed me, it's one thing for the actual WWE to treat the women like they're nothing, I'm used to that, but there's every opportunity in a diary to turn them into a legitimate part of the show. Hopefully we get that on the actual shows and not just pay per views. - A good main event from the sounds of things but I this just seemed like the final nail to show that Ziggler doesn't belong in the Extreme Rules main event. There's little need for him other than fitting him on the card and letting him play in the title scene, unless there's some big upset happening I just don't think he's needed here. Still it should be a good title match and while I don't see Danielson losing there's always the fun of wondering about an upset. - A good go-home show, a few things I didn't agree with but I was entertained from start to finish, looking forward to Extreme Rules mate.

MAY 1, 2014 FROM THE SPRINT CENTER IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI
Following the signature WWE and Smackdown videos, the cameras come in to the Sprint Center from Kansas City, Missouri. Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show where tonight, we have ourselves a champion versus champion match just two days away from Extreme Rules as Undisputed WWE Champion Bryan Danielson takes on Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett and this very well could be the last time we see them with their respective championship belts around their waists.
The music of The Commonwealth hits and out comes the stable, led by Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett and his 'Queen', Paige. The group comes down and in to the ring, Barrett being presented a microphone by Adam Rose. "In just three days time, I will step in to this ring at Extreme Rules and I will destroy the hopes and dreams of AJ Styles..." The crowd boos the words as the patriarch of The Commonwealth adjusts his title belt over his shoulder. "Just like tonight, where I will crush the hopes and dreams of your pathetic excuse of an Undisputed WWE Champion, Bryan Danielson..." The WWE Universe is quick to respond with 'Yes!' chants, Barrett ordering them to shut up because tonight, he shows why he is the greatest champion in the WWE today. He explains how he has been the champion since Payback in October and there has not been a single person to stop him. "Now AJ Styles thinks he stands a chance against me but unfortunately for you, AJ, I am not going to show any mercy upon a fool. I will do as I always do and be victorious... because the king always gets what he wants and the king always reigns supreme!" He holds his Intercontinental Championship up high over his head with a slight grin, only for Styles' music to hit, changing the look on Barrett's face.
Styles stays up at the top of the stage and raises his eyebrows at Barrett, a microphone in his hand. "I'm not a man of many words, Wade, we all know that. But don't make no mistake about it, when you talk trash about me I am damn sure going to come out here and tell you to your face that I'm going to beat you this Sunday at Extreme Rules and become Intercontinental Champion!" Barrett scoffs at the words, telling Styles that he doesn't stand a chance against him. He goes down the list of names he has defeated from Seth Rollins to Chris Jericho to remain Intercontinental Champion and questions who AJ Styles even is. The 'Phenomenal' takes a moment to look around the arena before gazing back towards The Commonwealth. "Who is AJ Styles?" He questions, pointing to himself. "AJ Styles is a man that has been all around the world and competed against some of the best in the entire world. AJ Styles is a man that came to the WWE because I know that this company is the number one company in the world with the top superstars in the world and I am going to bring myself to the top of this business and I am going to start by going through you, Wade Barrett. I am going to start by going through you to take the Intercontinental Championship because that is what AJ Styles does and that is who AJ Styles is... a champion." The crowd gets behind him as Barrett talks things over with his stablemates before responding, telling Styles that he can believe what he wants to believe but it won't change the fact he won't win on Sunday. "Just like you won't win tonight when you face Damien Sandow in a rematch from Monday..." He drops his microphone to the mat and exits the ring with the group, leaving Sandow in the ring as he and Styles face after the break.
AJ STYLES DEF. DAMIEN SANDOW (W/THE COMMONWEALTH) » The bell sounds and Styles is quickly distracted as Rose and McIntyre hop on to the apron, causing him to go after them. Sandow goes for a roll up, getting a count of two. He blasts Styles with a knee to the face and begins a beat down on him, getting multiple near falls that cause some frustration. He attempts his signature elbow but Styles moves out of the way, getting back up and planting him in to the corner with a big dropkick. After doing some work to Sandow, he brings him to the top rope and goes for a superplex - Sandow managing to push him off. AJ hits him with a dropkick as he comes off the ropes, however, and gets back up to deliver a Pele Kick that crashes him in to the ropes right in to Barrett as he tries to get involved! AJ gets back up and turns to Sandow on the rebound, kicking him in the gut before planting him with the Styles Clash right in the middle of the ring! He turns him over for the pin and gets the three count.
Styles gets back on to his feet and unlike Monday, The Commonwealth doesn't hit the ring as Barrett holds them back. He points to Styles and warns him that it won't be like that on Sunday night and helps Sandow from the ring. Styles simply motions for the belt around his waist in response, Barrett holding it up over his head. "You are no champion! Just a fool!" Shouts Barrett, backing up the ramp with the rest of his stable.
A promo video airs for the next WWE pay-per-view, Extreme Rules, coming this Sunday, May 4, 2014 from the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It features the official theme song "My Demons" by Starset. The one night of the year where WWE goes completely extreme: WWE Extreme Rules, live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network.
Returning backstage Derrick Bateman and Tamina Snuka are seen walking backstage, talking things over with one another. Bateman is suddenly stopped, however, as Ryback steps in front of him. "Hey, doofus, why don't you get out of my way? What's your deal?" He asks, Ryback asking in response why he doesn't have his woman step in front of him like he has been the past couple of months. Bateman laughs and says that is very funny, but he is a man and can do things on his own, Tamina is just his back up. She rolls her eyes and Bateman says he could take Ryback any time, any where. "Great." Ryback says with a chuckle. "Because this Sunday on the Extreme Rules Kickoff, it is you versus me... doofus!" He slaps his head with a laugh and heads off, Bateman's eyes widening at the information, Tamina trying to hold back a chuckle.
SIN CARA VS FANDANGO (W/SUMMER RAE) GOES TO A NO CONTEST » The match begins and the two men go back and forth for a minute before being interrupted by the sudden sound of 'RUSEV PUTRIA! RUSEV MATKA!' The crowd boos as the 'Bulgarian Brute' proceeds to make his way out, followed by Lana, and march down to the ring. He steps in and stares Cara and Fandango down, letting out a yell before being charged at by both men. He drops them both to the mat with a double clothesline, causing the referee to call for the bell.
Rusev takes Sin Cara back on to his feet and chucks him in to the corner, slinging multiple kicks to the chest and stomach. He spins around to Fandango running at him and leaps up, delivering a foot to the chin! The suave dancer slowly rolls out of the ring at Summer Rae's feet, Cara not having the fortunate to get out of the ring, however, as Rusev slams him to the mat with a brutal Samoan drop! He gets back up and stomps in to the lower back, proceeding to lock Cara in to the Accolade! He pulls away at the hold viciously, Lana stepping in to the ring and just simply smiling. After a while, she finally calls for him to let up on it. Rusev gets back on to his feet and stares out to the booing crowd, having seemingly sent a message straight to Big Show that he is furious and prepared for their match on Sunday. "But John, Rusev couldn't put Show in the Accolade this past Monday!" Cole notes, only for JBL to argue that doesn't matter because that was Monday and this Sunday is Sunday and it is Extreme Rules!
Back from break, Michael Cole and JBL discuss how we are just a few days away from Extreme Rules. They proceed to run down the card. First, on the Extreme Rules Kickoff it is Derrick Bateman taking on Ryback. On the main card, it is Triple H and Dean Ambrose facing off in a Steel Cage Match; Paige versus AJ Lee in an 'I Quit' Match for the Diva's Championship; The Hardy Boyz take on Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family in a TLC Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships; Bray Wyatt faces Kane in a Falls Count Anywhere Match; Wade Barrett defends the Intercontinental Championship against AJ Styles; Roman Reigns versus Sheamus for the United States Championship in a Tables Match; Rusev takes on Big Show; Chris Jericho re-hosts The Highlight Reel with The Purge; And, lastly, Bryan Danielson defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler and John Cena in a fatal four way Extreme Rules Elimination Match! All this comes Sunday at Extreme Rules.
The signature of The Wyatt Family hits the crowd gives a loud reaction, primarily boos, as Bray Wyatt appears on the titantron from behind his lantern, chuckling. "You made a mistake, man..." He says, wagging his finger. "You made a mistake showing your face... or should I say, mask, around here again... because now Kane you will fall! Fall just as your brother, The Undertaker, fell to me... fell to the new phenom..." With a chuckle, Wyatt warns that the things he did to The Undertaker in and out of the ring may have been horrid, but this Sunday at Extreme Rules the things he does to Kane in and out of the ring may be even worse as it is Falls Count Anywhere. "And Kane... I'll take your to the depths of hell if I have to, man... I warned you... I warned you... follow... the buzzards." He blows his lantern out as the signature of The Wyatt Family hits once again as back inside of the Spring Center, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan proceed to make their way out as they are in action against The Usos next!
LUKE HARPER AND ERICK ROWAN DEF. THE USOS » The bell rings, Rowan and Jey starting off. The big man has his legs targeted early and he is shaken up a bit as he is brought down to the mat a few times. He brings a halt to Jey's momentum, however, with one huge body block. He and Harper make multiple tags back and forth and work away at Jey until he mounts a comeback, teeing off with uppercuts. He makes the hot tag to his brother and they come in, sending both Harper and Rowan to the outside before hitting them with their signature dive over the top rope! As they get the crowd chanting their name, a commercial break interrupts the contest. After the break, The Wyatt Family are back in control and keep Jimmy cornered and on the mat. After a missed boot in the corner from Harper, however, Jimmy sweeps his other leg out from under him and nails a hard leg drop. He makes the hot tag to Jey and they come in, double teaming Luke. Rowan tries to get in the ring but the official keeps him back, Jimmy and Jey hitting a double flapjack that results in a near fall. As Jey tries to keep things in his favor, he whips Harper off to the ropes - not noticing the tag of Rowan - and goes for a superkick, which Harper avoids. Jey spins right around in to a discus clothesline and Harper gets right back up to toss Jimmy over the top rope and to the floor. Rowan comes in to the ring and hits off the ropes, coming back with a big splash on Jey. He hooks the inside leg for the three count.
Rowan slowly rises back on to his feet, the crowd booing the result as Harper slaps him on the chest with an evil smile. They look out to the audience and Harper motions for the tag team titles back around his waist, letting out a yell of confidence as they look to regain the championships they lost at WrestleMania this Sunday.
Back from the break, Wade Barrett and The Commonwealth are seen backstage talking things over. "You all understand you are banned from ringside this Sunday thanks to Damien." He gestures towards Sandow, whom tries to respond but gets told to be quiet by his leader. "Therefore, I am asking you all to stay away from my match tonight with Bryan Danielson. I will show Bryan, the WWE Universe and AJ Styles that I don't need back up to be successful. Once Monday comes around and I am still Intercontinental Champion, things will be back to normal." He heads off, the remainder of The Commonwealth nodding to their 'King'.
R-TRUTH (W/BO DALLAS) DEF. CODY RHODES (W/GOLDUST) » Once the bell rings, Rhodes puts his hand up to stop Truth. He turns to his brother and leans between the ropes, telling him to 'watch how it is done'. He turns back around to a huge leaping kick to the face! Truth gets a couple of two counts on him and tries for the Axe Kick early, Rhodes managing to avoid it and connect with the Disaster Kick. He stares out to his brother, screaming at him. "This is how we do it in this family! THIS IS HOW WE DO IT!" He yanks Truth up and sets up for Cross Rhodes only for Truth to pull himself free and roll Cody up for a surprising three count!
Truth rolls out of the ring with a big smile across his face, falling in to the arms of Dallas - whom screams with join - causing Truth to pull back and regroup himself. He pats Bo on the back and heads up the ramp, Dallas following him and telling him he was right. "I was right, Truthy! I was right! All you have to do is Bo-lieve!" As they go through the curtains, Cody remains sitting up in the ring in disbelief. Goldust starts to come in to the ring but he yells at him not to get near him. "That was a fluke! THAT WAS A FLUKE!" He shouts, Goldust stepping forward and helping Cody up only to be shoved right to the mat. "I SAID DON'T GET NEAR ME!" He yells, storming out of the ring and to the back, leaving Goldust with his face in his hands.
'Light It Up' hits following the break and out to the stage skips the Diva's Champion AJ Lee. She looks out to the crowd and skips down the ramp and around the ring, sliding underneath the ropes with a microphone in hand. She gets on to her feet and stands in the middle of the ring, taking a moment before speaking up. "You know, I've been in this business for a few years now and I'm a five time Diva's Champion... during my years I have never been in such a personal battle than the one I am in right now... Paige, you tried to end my career." She brushes her hair back behind her ear and glares in to the main camera, saying that she failed to do that just as she failed to defeat her at WrestleMania. "And this Sunday, my little cup of tea... you'll be left broken on the floor screaming for mercy. 'I Quit, AJ!', 'I Quit, AJ, please!' you will scream and I will just stand there with a smile across my face for the 'Queen' will have fallen."
Before she can say anything more, Paige's music hits and she makes her way out to the stage staring down at the ring with a mike in her hand. "AJ... I am not afraid of you. I never have been and I never will be. You can keep on thinking that I am going to say those two words this Sunday but I haven't done that before and I am not going to start then. On the other hand, yeah, I did try to end your career and you know what you did? You called it quits for three months before coming back so if anybody between the two of us is the quitter? It's you, AJ." They stare down, the Diva's Champion laughing before responding that if she was a quitter, she wouldn't have come back and beat her at WrestleMania and she wouldn't have asked for this type of match at Extreme Rules. "So maybe you should apologize to your grand 'King' while you are at it, Paige. Tell Wade you are about to shame the entire Commonwealth because you will be the one who says 'I quit' on Sunday." She drops her microphone to the mat as her music hits, the Diva's Champion skipping around the ring with her title over her head as Paige stares down with a furious look across her face, screaming she is the best woman in this business!
Backstage, Undisputed WWE Champion Bryan Danielson is seen walking through the halls, the crowd popping for his appearance. He faces Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in non-title champion versus champion action in the main event, coming up next!
UNDISPUTED WWE CHAMPION BRYAN DANIELSON DEF. INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION WADE BARRETT IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The bell rings and the two lock up, Barrett driving Bryan to the mat with a huge knee to the gut. He slams him against the corner repeatedly but Danielson comes back with a series of kicks. He leaps up and drops Barrett to the mat with a spinning DDT. He gets a near fall off it and both men get back up, going back and forth for a few minutes. Barrett delivers a slam across his knee, resulting in a two count. A commercial break follows after he argues with the referee. After the break, he and Danielson continue to go at it and Bryan gets a ton of momentum going, the crowd getting behind him. He goes for the Running Knee but Barrett rolls out of the ring, tapping his temple, claiming he outsmarted the Undisputed WWE Champion. He turns around, however, to Air Goat! Bryan gets back up and unleashes with kicks to the chest as Barrett remains sitting against the barricade, the crowd exploding with 'Yes!' chants with every connection. He brings Wade back in to the ring and gets a two count. He gets back up and drags Barrett up in the corner, hitting kicks to the chest. He charges across the ring and comes back with a dropkick and does it another time. He goes for a third but Barrett moves out of the way, catching him with the Winds of Change! After a near fall, he inverts his elbow pad and swings his arm around in preparation for the Bullhammer! He misses it, however, Bryan taking him down to the mat in to the Yes! Lock! The WWE Universe goes wild as the patriarch of The Commonwealth struggles in the hold, trying to find a way out. He eventually scrapes and claws his way to the ropes, Bryan having to let go. After some more back and forth between the two, Barrett misses the Bullhammer again and ends up getting planted with the Running Knee! Danielson hooks both legs for the one, two, three.
The Kansas City fans light up with the chants of 'Yes!' almost immediately as Danielson rises on to his feet, the official handing over his Undisputed WWE Championship and raising his arm as the winner. After some replays from the match, Danielson remains in the ring ascending the turnbuckles to celebrate. He hoists the belt up and down over his head to keep the chants going. "Will this be the sight on Sunday night?" Michael Cole questions on commentary. "Will Bryan Danielson keep the 'Yes! Movement' going or will it come to an end at the hands of Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler or John Cena?" Thursday Night Smackdown draws to an end.

- Champion vs Champion main event with the WWE Undisputed Champion Bryan Danielson facing the WWE Intercontinental Champion & Commonwealth leader Wade Barrett, this will make for a great main event but I wonder if Ziggler, Rollins or Cena will show up during this match?
- Starting off Smackdown with the reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion and Commonwealth leader Wade Barrett alongside his Commonwealth stablemates his cronies Sandow, McIntyre, Rose and Regal and him talking about AJ Styles only to be interrupted by AJ Styles, his opponent who he has to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against this Sunday at Extreme Rules, really sets a tone for their match this Sunday and considering Barrett has to face Styles one on one he has to go it alone we will just see what kind of champion Barrett truly is or if he deserves to even be called champion? Since Barrett has been champion since October since Payback 2013 he's been champion for 200 something odd days and he has beaten all comers but can AJ Styles be the one who ends Barrett's title reign this Sunday?
- AJ Styles with even more momentum heading into his match this Sunday at Extreme Rules by beating Barrett's Commonwealth stablemate Sandow in a rematch from this past RAW, by doing this Styles now has all the momentum in the world especially because he has not only beaten Barrett's cronies at one time or another but also because he is not only in the head of the WWE Intercontinental Champion and The Commonwealth's leader Barrett but AJ Styles if he wins this Sunday he will win his first singles title in WWE in your diary and honestly there is no one more deserving than AJ when you think about it but nevertheless will he be able to get the job done this Sunday when all is said and done?
- Bateman vs Ryback on the Extreme Rules Kickoff Show, I could care less about this match for the simple reason that Ryback at one time in this diary he was a main event guy and now he has fallen so far from grace that it is just really sad to watch because it was like a few months ago back at Survivor Series he was facing The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar for the then World Heavyweight Championship but now it is like now seeing Ryback now it is just a waste of just all that potential
- Sin Cara & Fandango's match ending in a No Contest because of Rusev, I like this a whole lot seeing Rusev just show up and just destroy people and he not only destroyed 2 men in the process destroying both Fandango and Sin Cara but in the process sending an even bigger message to Big Show that he can not only beat Big Show but that he will crush him, I just hope Big Show was watching this wherever he is because that is a man he has to face on Sunday at Extreme Rules and considering the roll Rusev has been on ever since bursting on to the scene winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in his debut match and then going undefeated since then disrespecting Hogan and then Show and then just crushing his opponents, can Big Show stop Rusev?
- Bray Wyatt the man the only man in WWE history who ended The Undertaker's 21-0 undefeated streak in your diary, The One In 21-1, Wyatt sending a message a rather creepy, eerie message to his Extreme Rules opponent Kane, The Undertaker's brother who has not been in a WWE ring in over 2 years in this diary the last time Kane had a pay per view match in this diary was SummerSlam 2012 fast forward 2 years later 2014 Kane has made his return to WWE and Kane has been on a roll but then again so has Bray Wyatt ever since WrestleMania and honestly something has gotta give there I mean their match this Sunday at Extreme Rules is Falls Count Anywhere which means the only way to win is by pinfall or submission anywhere around the arena and there is no DQs either no countouts, I wonder how Kane will respond to this message?
- The former WWE Tag Team Champions Harper & Rowan of the Wyatt Family beating another former WWE Tag Team Champion team in The Usos, you wanna give Harper & Rowan as much momentum as you can considering they are facing The Hardy Boyz the reigning defending WWE Tag Team Champions this Sunday in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match, The Hardy Boyz Matt and Jeff revolutionized the TLC Match they have made it what it is today and not only that but they won a TLC Match at WrestleMania beating Harper & Rowan along with The Usos and The Rhodes Brothers to become champions again ending Harper & Rowan's reign in the first place as champions but considering the roll Harper & Rowan have been on beating tag team after tag team having perhaps the biggest win of their careers when they beat Cena and Ziggler and then beating The Usos here I mean can The Hardy Boyz really stop Harper & Rowan especially in TLC?
- WWE Intercontinental Champion Barrett backstage with his Commonwealth teammates telling them that he wants them to stay away from his match in the main event tonight but also he wants them to stay away from his match this Sunday when he has to defend his title against Styles one on one because he wants to prove himself to the WWE Universe that he actually can win matches on his own, well we'll see about that now won't we?
- R-Truth w/Bo Dallas beating Cody Rhodes w/Goldust, it seems The Rhodes Brothers cannot catch a break now can they? I mean honestly it seems neither one of these brothers can win a match and it just adds to the tension more and more, the break-up at this point is inevitable and honestly I can see Cody Rhodes turning on Goldust for good this time and just beating the holy hell out of him for no other reason that he feels that Goldust is holding him back but also because he wants to step out of his brother Goldust and his father Dusty Rhodes' shadows, I mean that is probably all Cody thinks about or can think about and it has reached a boiling point but at least Truth he has somewhat been on a roll as of late, I wonder if that means Truth will set his sights back on the WWE United States Championship? Or if Truth will instead set his sights on the WWE Intercontinental Championship instead?
- WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee's segment with her Extreme Rules opponent Commonwealth member and girlfriend of the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Paige, I loved this segment the most because only because one of these divas will have to say I Quit
- And in the main event WWE Undisputed Champion Bryan Danielson beating the WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in the main event, this was a back and forth match all the way around so back and forth because Barrett actually took Danielson to the limit and then some but Danielson did find a way to win now didn't he? I mean no sign of The Commonwealth, surprising Barrett is a man of his word no Commonwealth at ringside or even post-match and then there was also no sign of Cena, Styles, Ziggler or Rollins to end the show, but definitely the right way to go
- Extreme Rules this Sunday and after that we have Payback which is our next PPV and then a couple of weeks later we have Money in the Bank which is also in June, 2 PPVs in the month of June, I can't wait

Nice change to open up the show with the Intercontinental Championship angle, and it gets Styles over that much more. Obvious win for Styles as he proves Barrett wrong. I hope Ryback crushes Bateman. Rusev ruining a match makes him look like a pure beast, and obviously puts him over as a major threat to the Big Show. It'll be interesting to see where he goes from here. Interesting promo from Wyatt followed by a victory for his disciples. I think he'll definitely beat Kane at Extreme Rules. Or he should at least. Losing to R-Truth would drive anyone over the edge. Interesting to see where you take this Goldust/Rhodes angle. Diiiiiiiivas. Big victory for Bryan Danielson that he needed going into the main event of Extreme Rules. I'm positive that he'll retain.

Fine way to open the show with The Commonwealth and AJ. Obviously AJ going over Sandow was the right call. I liked Barrett stopping The Commonwealth from attacking AJ post-match, simply warning him instead. Bateman/Ryback segment was written perfectly haha I could picture that actually happening. Loved Rusev ambushing the Cara/Fandango match, made him look like a beast. Big win for the Wyatt's over The Uso's but I'm not really surprised since they needed momentum heading into Extreme Rules for their match against The Hardyz. I'd actually like to see The Hardyz retain. THE TRUTH HAS PULLED HIMSELF FREE! Cody/Goldust feud? Paige/AJ in an I Quit match should be great. Whilst I can understand Danielson going over Barrett in the main event, I feel like it makes Wade look a bit weak heading into Extreme Rules, even although Wade did put up a fight, escaping the Yes Lock, etc. I just think that some form of distraction from AJ or a tag team main event with Danielson/AJ vs. The Commonwealth would have been better here. Otherwise, a decent episode of SmackDown. Extreme Rules is looking stacked! I love the addition of the Highlight Reel to the show. Should be a great PPV.

May 4, 2014 from the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey The cameras come inside of the Izod Center from East Rutherford, New Jersey live on the WWE Network behind the official theme song for Extreme Rules, "My Demons" by Starset. The crowd is looked over as Renee Young welcomes everybody to the Extreme Rules Kickoff show where they will be preparing everyone for the show here tonight, as well as feature a match between Ryback and Derrick Bateman. She introduces the panel with her tonight, former ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer! She also welcomes WWE Commissioner and 'Hardcore Legend' Mick Foley as well, as always, the 'analyst' himself - Mr. Alex Riley. He gives a wave and pats Foley on the back, saying it is great to have him and Dreamer here with them for Extreme Rules. Young talks about how we have a lot to get to with Extreme Rules tonight and she wants to get the thoughts and predictions of the panel and she is going to start off with the Steel Cage match between Dean Ambrose and Triple H. "You know, I've seen guys defying authority for a very, very long time and seeing a guy like Dean Ambrose do it... wow, I love it! Haha. I can't go against him, especially after what I saw him so to Hunter back at WrestleMania." He turns over to Foley whom says he has a close relationship with both of these guys and it may not be in his best interest to pick one, but he is going to anyway just because and he is going with Dean Ambrose because he sees a lot of himself in Ambrose. Riley disagrees with the two of them, saying that what he saw this past Monday on Raw, Triple H is angry and hungry and he thinks he is going to destroy Ambrose here tonight.
Renee moves forward to what should be a violent clash in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match between The Hardy Boyz and Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family. She looks to the panel and Dreamer says he has known Matt and Jeff for a long time and this is their match and he doesn't see them not winning. "I dunno, something about those Wyatts is just... I don't even know!" Says Foley with a laugh. He says that he respects the hell out of Matt and Jeff but he doesn't know if they aren't past their prime or not at this point, he has to go with Harper and Rowan until proven otherwise here tonight, he just feels that way. Riley agrees with Dreamer, saying he is going with the guys that helped innovate Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
As Renee prepares to keep going on, Derrick Bateman is seen coming out to the stage calling for the crowd to pay attention to him. He is followed by Tamina Snuka, being booed heavily. "Ladies and gentlemen, pay attention to me because I have something very important to say!" He clears his throat, making his way down the ramp and continuing on. "Tonight, I am supposed to be in action against a buffoon. Not just a buffoon, but a neanderthal! A neanderthal that for whatever reason, you all seem to cheer! This is a man that walks around knuckle dragging and shouting 'Feed me more!' over and over again and you just say it along with him! Feed the man a sandwich, damn it!" He steps in to the ring, shaking his head. He says that he shouldn't have to be competing in this match because he deserves better competition. He prepares to say more but is cut off by 'FEED ME!', the New Jersey fans cheering as Bateman throws his hands up, rolling his eyes in disgust. Ryback proceeds to make his way out from the back and stomp his way down to the ring for the match.
RYBACK DEF. DERRICK BATEMAN (W/TAMINA SNUKA) » The bell rings and Bateman tries to reason with Ryback, the 'Big Guy' just laughing and blasting him with the Meat Hook Clothesline! The crowd pops as he makes quick work of Bateman, hitting him with Shell Shocked before hooking both legs up for the three.
The crowd pops as Ryback gets on to his feet after the twenty second victory, cranking his neck a bit before leading on the 'feed me more!' chants. He marches all around the ring, keeping the crowd going as Bateman slowly rolls out of the ring at the feet of Tamina, just shaking his head in disbelief at the easy defeat of him.
Cutting backstage to Byron Saxton, he introduces his guest at this time, one of the four competitors in the Undisputed WWE Championship match later on tonight, Seth Rollins. He thanks him for his time and asks how he is feeling going in to the title match here tonight. "How do I feel? How do I feel!? How does it look like I feel!? I feel great, Byron, even though I was screwed over for this match. It was supposed to be Rollins versus Danielson but now it is Rollins versus Danielson versus Ziggler versus Cena... are you kidding me?" He scoffs and says that it is whatever, though, because he will gladly eliminate Dolph Ziggler, gladly eliminate John Cena and gladly eliminate Bryan Danielson before taking the Undisputed WWE Championship and placing it around his waist where it truly belongs. "I was the Intercontinental Champion for a year, I brought prestige back to that title and tonight I plan on bringing prestige back to the Undisputed WWE Championship because we don't need a loser walking around as the champ, we need a winner... a winner named Seth... Rollins." He chuckles as the cameras cut back to the Kickoff panel.
Renee says that Seth Rollins sure seems confident and she would like to discuss that match real quick, but she wants to hold off on predictions for later. Dreamer says that putting your title on the line against one man is tough enough, but you put it against three and then you make it extreme rules, you're asking for quite a lot out of Bryan Danielson. He asks Foley why he did that and the Commissioner chuckles, saying it is what is 'best for business', to mimic what The Authority had used as their slogan for quite some time. "Yeah, this is going to be a great match, I feel." Riley says, explaining that he feels like this could either be the beginning of something great for Danielson or the end of something great. Renee says that they are certainly prepared for Extreme Rules and it is just moments away. "Thank you for joining us on the Extreme Rules Kickoff show, ladies and gentlemen, live here on the WWE Network, wwe.com and the WWE YouTube channel. Remember, the WWE Network comes at a low, low price of $9.99 per month! We hope you enjoyed the Kickoff, now it is time for Extreme Rules!"

May 4, 2014 from the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ
A promo video begins to air for Extreme Rules behind the official theme song "My Demons" by Starset, the video featuring a voice over stating how tonight is the night the WWE goes: Extreme. The promo highlights some of the most hardcore moments in WWE history, ranging from the classic Tables, Ladders and Chairs match from WrestleMania 2000 and WrestleMania X-Seven to the Hell in a Cell Match featuring Bryan Danielson and Brock Lesnar just last month. Tonight, Danielson puts his newly won Undisputed WWE Championship on the line, with the odds severely against him as Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler and John Cena look to end his reign not even a full month in here tonight. Also tonight, the Chief Operating Officer Triple H battles the 'Lunatic Fringe' Dean Ambrose inside of a Steel Cage as he looks to bring things to an end and stop the thorn in his side. The other matches are focused upon momentarily, the voice over once again kicking in. "And now, the WWE Network presents... WWE Extreme Rules!"
The cameras come live inside of the Izod Center from East Rutherford, New Jersey. Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show! Tonight is the night that the WWE goes extreme and things are certainly going to get that way tonight. "Even the Undisputed WWE Championship match will be contested under extreme rules, Michael!" Shouts JBL with a smile as they mention that they are not alone, being joined by the Spanish commentators, Carlos Cabrera and Marcelo Rodriguez. After they give their bit, a big pyro hits across the stage as the 'Big Red Monster' Kane proceeds to make his way out from the back for tonight's opening contest.
Falls Count Anywhere Match Bray Wyatt vs Kane
The bell rings and Kane starts to move towards the middle of the ring, Bray just remaining in the corner with a sinister grin across his face. He steps forward and drops on to both knees, spreading his arms out to Kane. "Strike down upon me, Kane! STRIKE DOWN UPON ME! SHOW ME THAT MONSTER, KANE!" The 'Big Red Machine' looks around a bit before letting out a yell, planting Wyatt to the mat with a boot to the face! He lets him get back up in the corner and pummels away with fists to the stomach and face, hitting off the ropes on the other side of the ring and coming back with a big leaping DDT. He goes for the pin, but Wyatt finds a way to power out of it at two. Kane gets back up and drags Bray with him by the hair, hitting a few more shots to the face before coming off the ropes again only to be caught off guard as Wyatt lifts him off the mat and delivers a big spinning slam! He stays on his knees and lets out a bellowing laugh, pressing his hands across the chest of Kane for the pin, getting a count of two. The 'Eater of Worlds' staggers back on to his feet and throws a couple of stomps to the chest before stepping out of the ring, taking Kane's leg. He moves towards the steel post and yanks it away, swinging it hard in to the post! Kane lets out a yell of pain, Wyatt continuing to sling it in to the post. After three swings in to the steel, he pulls back and begins to laugh. He yanks Kane from the ring but is met with a big jab to the chin! Kane unleashes with a few more shots but Wyatt kicks out the leg, slamming Kane's face off the steel steps immediately afterward! He pushes him down on to the floor and goes for the pin, only getting a two count. Bray rises back up and nods, taking Kane by the hair and back on to his feet. He shoves Kane up against the ring and spins for a forearm, only for it to be avoided. The 'Big Red Machine' tees off with punch after punch and launches Wyatt in to the barricade. He clotheslines him against it and chucks him off in to the steel steps back first. Breathing heavily, he clasps his hand around the throat of Bray and drags him up again, going over to the announce table. He lifts him for a chokeslam but Wyatt manages to send elbows to the top of the head to get free and back away. He comes rushing at Kane but his clothesline is ducked and he is flipped up over Kane's shoulders and to the floor! Wyatt sits up in pain, holding on to his back. Kane grabs him by the hair and forces him back up, slinging him in to the ring again. He gets on to the apron and climbs to the top rope, letting Bray rise before hitting him with a huge leaping clothesline! Kane gets back up as the crowd gets behind him. He raises his hand up high in anticipation, grasping a hold of Wyatt's throat as soon as he gets up. He lifts him high off the mat and slams him down with the chokeslam right in to the middle of the ring! He drops to the mat and hooks the outside leg up, Wyatt somehow managing to kick out at two! Kane rolls over in disbelief, getting back on to his feet. He takes Wyatt with him and pushes him in to the corner, charging forward with a clothesline. He goes to lift Bray on to his shoulders but the 'Eater of Worlds' wiggles his way free, pulling himself down behind Kane and delivering a club across the back, followed up by an incredible inverted suplex! He goes for the pin quickly, Kane kicking out just in the nick time. Bray proceeds to slowly roll out of the ring again and slams his hands off the announce table. "I AM THE NEW PHENOM! I AM THE ONE!" He screams at the commentary team before ripping off the cover to the table. He rips out the monitors as well and holds on to one, turning to see Kane coming up behind him and nailing a big boot! Wyatt collapses against the table but shakes it off quickly, coming right back with the monitor straight to the face of the 'demon'! He drops it to the floor and slams his whole body in to Kane against the ring before hooking a hold of his head and bending him forward. He kisses the head and laughs to the crowd, slamming Kane with Sister Abigail right in to the bridge of the announce table! A big 'ooh' comes from the New Jersey fans as he rolls Kane over slowly, hooking both legs for the three!
Winner of the match via pinfall, Bray Wyatt (10:15)
The crowd boos as Wyatt slowly gets back on to his knees, looking down at Kane before straightening up and pushing his hair from his eyes. A replay to the finish of the match is shown where Kane had his skull bashed in to the announce table with the Sister Abigail finisher of Wyatt. Back live, Bray spreads his arms out with a laugh. "I TOLD YOU ALL! I AM THE NEW PHENOM! YOU FEAR ME NOW! YOU FEAR ME NOW!" He continues to laugh until the signature of The Wyatt Family hits.
The cameras pan backstage after a few moments to Byron Saxton and he introduces his guests at this time, Paul Heyman and the United States Champion, Roman Reigns. He thanks them for their time as they stop forward and he asks Reigns if he is confident going in to this Tables Match against Sheamus. He puts the microphone towards him but Heyman intervenes, waving his hands. "Excuse me, Byron? Did you really just ask Roman Reigns if he was confident? Do you recall what Roman Reigns was doing twelve months ago at this exact same event, Extreme Rules? He was beating a man that has an opportunity to become Undisputed WWE Champion for a near unprecedented fourteenth time. He was beating John... Cena." Heyman puts his hand on his client's shoulder and Reigns smiles, adjusting his United States Championship belt. "And ever since Roman Reigns made his debut taking down John Cena he has been on a roll. Heck, people forget that it was last year at Summerslam when Roman Reigns and Sheamus faced before and guess who was the winner of that one. You got it, Roman Reigns. So just to be clear, Byron, my client is very confident. He is always very confident... and if Sheamus thinks for one second he is going to put him through a table then I am sorry to inform him that won't be happening. Because when it comes down to it, the winner of that match and still the reigning, defending United States Champion will be Roman... Reigns." The champion himself takes a hold of Saxton's wrist and pulls the microphone towards him. "Believe that." He says simply before heading off, Heyman flashing another smile towards Saxton before heading off with his client.
Tables Match for the United States Championship Sheamus vs Roman Reigns(c) with Paul Heyman
The referee calls for the bell and the two circle around before coming to the middle, locking up. Reigns puts Sheamus in a headlock but the 'Celtic Warrior' gets out of it and applies one of his own, taking Reigns back in to the corner before smashing him with a series of shoulders to the gut. He backs away and comes right back, being caught and turned in to the corner, Reigns hitting a series of shoulders of his own. He whips Sheamus across the ring and runs at him, eating an elbow to the face. Sheamus hops on to the second turnbuckle and leaps off with an ax across the back. He chucks Reigns through the ropes and follows after him, slamming his face off the apron a few times. He looks to Heyman as he starts to come close, warning him to stay back. Heyman takes enough time backing away to allow Roman to hit a big shot to the jaw of Sheamus. He pummels a couple more before rolling back in to the ring, letting Sheamus get on to the apron before taking him by the neck. He charges towards the corner but Sheamus puts his foot up on the middle turnbuckle, shoving Reigns back. He ducks a punch and hangs Roman up on the ropes, letting him back away before launching over with a big shoulder to the chest! He gets back on to his feet and pounds his chest, looking out to the crowd with his eyes widened. "Tables!" He shouts to a cheer, stepping out of the ring as Heyman puts his face in his hands. He slaps the mat to warn Reigns, Sheamus pulling a table from against the barricade and sliding it in to the ring. He gets back in and on to his feet, Reigns surprising him with a big leaping clothesline! Sheamus gets back up and is hit with another clothesline, Reigns getting fired up and blasting him with a series of punches. He whips him off the ropes and charges for another clothesline, this time Sheamus managing to duck it and deliver a big slam from behind. He rises back to his feet and pulls the table up, setting it in the middle of the ring. He drags Reigns up by the hair and slams his head off it a few times before lifting him on to his shoulder, Reigns struggling a bit to land on his feet. He lifts Sheamus off the mat and runs to the table, slamming him tailbone first in to it! Sheamus cringes in pain and Reigns drops him across it, delivering some strikes to the head. He pulls Sheamus back off it and raises him off the mat again, the 'Great White' managing to push the table back before hand so he is only slammed down in to the mat. Frustrated, Reigns yanks the table up again and sets it up in the corner, dragging Sheamus back on to his feet. He shoves him against the table and backs up to the opposing corner, running forward - Sheamus avoiding him - and stopping against the table. Reigns slams his hands off the table and spins around to a sudden, surprising Brogue Kick! The crowd pops as Sheamus drops out of the ring, setting another table up on the outside. He takes Roman out underneath the ropes again and gives him a few shots to the face before lifting him up for a suplex, Reigns kicking his legs to come back down. He lifts Sheamus up for a forward suplex and drops him across the table, only for it to not break! Frustrated, Reigns clubs the back over and over again before backing away towards the timekeeper. Heyman orders him to 'do it now!' and Reigns runs forward, hitting his signature dropkick to the side of the face! Sheamus slowly crumbles to the floor and Roman takes him up again, chucking him in to the ring. Heyman stops his client and runs up to him, talking in his ear. Reigns nods after hearing what he has to say and gets on to the apron, Sheamus back up and wrapping his arm around the neck! The crowd cheers as he grows a smile across his face, proceeding to club Reigns ten times across the chest! He lets him come back in to the ring and whips him off the ropes, only to have Roman come back with the Superman Punch! Fired up, Reigns rises on to his feet shaking his head up and down. The crowd boos him as he grows a smile across his face, letting Sheamus get up and turn groggily in to the spear - crashing right through the table that was already set up in the corner!
Winner of the match and still United States Champion, Roman Reigns (8:50)
The WWE Universe boos as Reigns slowly gets back up from the wreckage, Heyman getting in to the ring quickly with the United States Championship in hand. He pushes the referee aside and hands it over to Reigns, hoisting his arm up high. He gestures to Reigns with a smile across his face, praising his client. "This is the man! This is the man!" He shouts, Sheamus cringing in pain in the shambles of the table, the official kneeling to check on him as Reigns and Heyman exit the ring.
The cameras transition over to ringside where Michael Cole thanks everyone from home for joining them, live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network! "Only $9.99!" Lawler says with a laugh, Cole nodding and saying that it is indeed only $9.99 per month for the WWE Network and those with it get to see Extreme Rules for just that price. He states how in four weeks from tonight, you will also be able to join in with the WWE Network for the next pay-per-view event, Payback!
"Speaking of Payback, ladies and gentlemen, this next contest has been a very, very personal rivalry between two of the most talented women this business has to offer: AJ Lee and Paige." A promo video proceeds to air, going back to Cyber Sunday where Paige shocked everyone by eliminating AJ Lee from a battle royal for the Diva's Champion by being a surprise entrant. The following night, AJ would be named Diva of the Year at the Slammy Awards and Paige would toss her off the stage and injure her knee. As Paige's reign started gaining ground, AJ Lee would return following No Way Out to target the matriarch of The Commonwealth and demand her rematch, winning the title back at WrestleMania. The rivalry would build up over the weeks leading up to Extreme Rules, with both women vowing to prove that not only are they the best woman wrestler in the world today and holding the top prize of their division, the Diva's Championship, and each promising to make the other say the words: "I Quit".
I Quit Match for the Diva's Championship AJ Lee(c) vs Paige with William Regal
The match begins with both women walking up to the middle of the ring and staring each other down. Paige puts her hands out and asks AJ what she is going to do, the Diva's Champion putting her head down and laughing before looking back up and delivering a huge forearm to the face! She unleashes with shot after shot to the face and hits a kick to the stomach that drops Paige between the top and bottom rope to the floor on the outside. Lee steps out to the apron and takes Paige down with a crossbody! She mounts on top of her and slams Paige's head in to the floor, throwing in some punches as well. With a scream, she gets back on to her feet and lets Paige rise up, slamming her face first off the announce table. She keeps doing it until Paige returns an elbow to the gut, slinging a knee in to the face. She tosses AJ across the announce table and in to the laps of the Spanish announce team! She storms around the table and drags the champion up, slamming her face off the table as well - screaming at her to give up! She drags AJ towards the ring and goes to whip her in to the steel post, only for Lee to spin things around and drop Paige in to it face first! She holds on to her face, rolling on the floor and screaming in pain. After she says 'no' to the referee asking if she quits, AJ forces her back up and sits up on the apron, wrapping her legs around the neck and yanking on the ropes! Paige kicks around, trying to find a way out. Regal comes stomping over and takes a hold of AJ's legs, prying them apart from The Commonwealth 'Queen'. The crowd boos as AJ's eyes widen, sending a sudden kick in to the face of Regal! He collapses up against the barricade and the boos turn to cheers as she stands up on the apron, launching off at Paige only to be avoided, the champion crashing face first in to the barricade! Paige doesn't let her fall to the floor, however, coming up from behind and slamming knees to the kidney! She continues to unleash, not letting up until she hits fourteen shots in to the lower back! She backs away slowly and lets AJ collapse to the floor, cringing in pain. The referee comes over and asks the question, the champion breathing heavily before telling him 'no'. Paige screams for AJ to give up and stomps her in the face before dragging her up again, tossing her back first in to the steel post. She slowly reaches under the ring and pulls out a steel chair, looking to Regal whom tries to advise otherwise. "That isn't necessary, Paige! That isn't necessary!" He tries to reason, Paige ignoring him and swinging it - AJ managing to just barely move out of the way! The chair wraps around the post and Paige drops it, feeling the pain through her hands. She turns around to a big kick to the back of the head and she crumbles to the floor! Lee mounts on top of her and once again starts to pummel her with fists while also slamming the back of her head off the hard floor. She gets back up and drags Paige to her feet, crashing her in to the announce table back first. She applies a boot to the throat and doesn't let up, the referee asking Paige if she wants to quit again, getting a hesitant response of 'no' a few times. AJ doesn't let up on the choke, however, Regal storming over and yanking her away once again! "Come on, AJ! You don't need to do that!" The Diva's Champion puts her hands up and tells him that he is right. She starts to back away but leaps on top of Regal, taking him to the floor! She pounds him with shots to the face, not letting up even with the referee trying to pull her way. Paige takes the opening to grab the steel chair again and drop it across the back of AJ! The crowd lets out a gasp at the impact as Regal slowly squirms away, the champion motionless on the floor. "You better quit now, AJ!" Screams Paige. "You better quit now, or it will get a lot worse for you! YOU HEAR ME!? THIS IS MY HOUSE, AJ!" She forces her up and pushes her against the ring, the referee asking the question, Lee shaking her head. Paige shoves her back in to the ring and follows with the chair, laying it down in the middle of the ring. She hooks AJ up for the Ram-Paige, telling the referee to ask if she quits. "This is your last warning, AJ!" She screams, the referee kneeling down to ask. After no response from the question three times, Lee suddenly pulls back from the hold and ducks a clothesline from Paige, wrapping her up in the Black Widow! She wrenches away at it violently, Paige tapping out rather quickly. The official, however, tells her she can't tap out. He keeps looking for the words 'I Quit' but doesn't get them. As Paige starts to stutter the words, Regal comes in to the ring and breaks things up for a third time - yanking AJ's arms away! The crowd boos once again as Lee gets on to her knees, a crazed look in her eyes. Her and Regal stare down before each going for the chair, AJ getting to it first and pulling it to her. She rises up slowly and looks around the cheering arena, Regal pleading with her to not do this. She, however, doesn't care and slams it in to his shoulder! She unleashes with shot after shot to the side until Regal rolls out of the ring. She turns around to Paige coming at her but swings the chair low in to her stomach, tossing it aside and locking in the Black Widow once again! Paige tries to find a way out of the hold, screaming in pain! Her knees slowly buckle and she drops to the mat, cringing. The referee puts the microphone to her and, finally, she screams "I quit! I quit!", the official calling for the bell.
Winner of the match and still Diva's Champion, AJ Lee (12:22)
The East Rutherford crowd pops as Paige continues to scream that she quits, only for AJ to not let go of the hold! The referee tries to tell her to do so, but the champion doesn't until she sees fit. After letting up, she drops on to her hands and knees, her face in her hands. The referee retrieves the Diva's Championship, presenting it over to AJ. She gets on to her feet and holds it high over her head, the WWE Universe cheering her on. Cole, Lawler and JBL go over some of the moments in the match, including all of the interference from Regal that was to no avail, eventually resulting in AJ hitting him with a steel chair over and over again before locking Paige in the Black Widow a second time in order to get her to quit. Back live, AJ skips her way up the stage slowly, taking some deep breaths from atop it before raising the title high up over her head one last time.
A promo video airs for the next upcoming WWE pay-per-view, Payback, behind the official theme song for the event, "We Want It All" by Powerman 5000. A voice over speaks of how WWE superstars always seek retribution, vengeance, revenge. On June 1, 2014 from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, the WWE superstars will be seeking: Payback. The event comes live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network four weeks from tonight.
Back live we are up at the Kickoff Panel where Renee Young welcomes everyone from their location in the crowd, being joined by former ECW Champion and one of the more extreme superstars in WWE history, Tommy Dreamer. Also with them is WWE Commissioner and 'Hardcore Legend', Mick Foley and as always, Alex Riley. She thanks them all for their time here tonight and says we have already seen three brutal matches go down and asks which performance impressed them the most. "You know, my wife has done some hardcore things in wrestling before but no offense to her, AJ Lee just went pretty hardcore!" Says Dreamer with a chuckle, saying he has barely ever seen that fierceness in a woman in this business and he lives with one fierce woman. Foley tells Dreamer he might not want to be saying that for her to hear and pats him on the shoulder with a laugh, saying he thought that all of the performers here tonight were pretty impressive but he thinks that Bray Wyatt just showed the world once again that he truly could be the new phenom of the WWE after the way he beat Kane. "I'm going to have to agree with Tommy on this one, we just don't see stuff like that in the Diva division. AJ Lee, wow, what a performance from her." Renee moves on, saying we still have quite a bit to get to tonight including the Undisputed WWE Championship match and she had them all hold up on their predictions for that for right now and she wants to hear what they are. Dreamer takes a moment before saying that back in ECW, he was never the most talented guy but he likes to think he had the most heart. He says that Bryan Danielson doesn't just have the most heart, but he is one of the most talented so he is going with him. Foley says he has to go with the man that always overcomes the odds, John Cena, but whoever walks out the winner tonight deserves to be his and the WWE Universe's champion. Riley argues that they are both wrong and he is going with the man that was supposed to have a one on one match for the title tonight, Seth Rollins. "That may not be the popular pick, but hey, this guy earned it at No Way Out in February and he wants it bad." Renee thanks them for their time here tonight, saying it has been a pleasure. She sends it back down to ringside.
Intercontinental Championship Wade Barrett(c) vs AJ Styles
The bell sounds and the two circle around the ring before coming to the middle, Barrett backing away quickly and laughing. They circle around some more before clinching in the middle, Barrett hooking a hold of the head and slamming Styles down to the mat, going for a quick pin but he only gets a one count. Both men shoot back up and Barrett nails a huge kick to the stomach, followed by a club cross the back. He whips Styles in the corner and runs at him, missing a clothesline. Styles surprises him with the Pele kick and Barrett falls through the ropes and to the floor! He is shaken up by it and gets up via the steel steps, checking for blood to his head. He looks to the ring and throws his hands up, turning around. He starts to walk up the ramp but Styles slides out, rushing after him and hitting a shot to the back of the head. He takes Barrett back towards the ring but gets his legs taken, Barrett picking him up and smashing his lower back in to the apron. The champion rolls in to the ring and gets on to his feet, letting the referee get the count up. As he gets to eight, however, Styles rolls back in to the ring. Barrett storms forward and drives boot after boot to the back, pulling away at the count of four from the official. He lets Styles rise before driving a knee in to the gut, tossing him across the ring and being hit with a huge tornado DDT! He pops right back up and springboards off the ropes as Wade gets back up, hitting another DDT! He hooks both legs up, getting a two count. The number one contender stirs back up slowly and takes Barrett to his feet, hitting a couple of chops to the chest and ducking a clothesline. He blasts the champion with a kick to the gut and starts to lift him or the Styles Clash, unable to pull his legs over as Barrett pulls himself back down, delivering a brutal clothesline that flips him upside down! A loud 'ooh!' comes from the crowd from the impact, the patriarch of The Commonwealth chuckling as he rolls AJ over, hooking both legs up for just a count of two. He gets on to his knees and cradles Styles' head, pounding him with a series of closed fist to the head. He lets up another count of four from the referee, getting up and yelling in frustration. "You can imagine how Barrett already has to be frustrated, not having The Commonwealth at ringside and seeing what happened to his 'Queen' in her match." Says Cole on commentary, Barrett delivering a boot to the face before taking Styles to his feet again. He pulls him in and hits a shoulder to the chest, doing it a few more times before sending him off the ropes and nailing the Winds of Change on the return! He hooks the outside leg, getting yet another near fall! "Come on!" Shouts Barrett in frustration, getting in the face of the referee. He backs him in to the corner and orders him to count faster, saying he is the 'King' and questions if the official knows what he is doing. He turns back around and Styles comes springboarding off the ropes from the apron with a forearm to the face! He gets back up and Barrett staggers, being hit with a couple of punches, followed by a kick to the gut and a clothesline from off the ropes. Styles backs his way in to the corner and steps out to the apron slowly, breathing heavily as he ascends to the top turnbuckle. He looks out to the crowd and gives a yell, leaping off for the Spiral Tap only for Barrett to roll out of the way at the last second! The champion gets up in the corner slowly with use of the ropes, inverting his elbow pad slowly to boos from the New Jersey crowd. He winds his arm up, awaiting Styles to get to his feet. He does and Barrett comes storming forward, missing the Bullhammer! He turns around to the Pele Kick and Styles gets back up, hitting another one! Wade falls back in to the ropes and staggers back, missing yet another Bullhammer and getting smashed with a third Pele! Styles stirs to his feet and yanks Barrett between his legs, pulling him upside down and stepping over the arms - planting him with the Styles Clash! He rolls Barrett over, keeping his legs over the shoulders for the pin!
Winner of the match and NEW Intercontinental Champion, AJ Styles (9:19)
The Izod Center pops as Styles falls back to the mat, his arms falling over his head. Justin Roberts announces him the winner and the referee brings the Intercontinental Championship over to him, helping him on to his feet and handing it over. After staring down at it for a moment, the 'Phenomenal' raises it up high over his head! Just five months in to his WWE career, he has managed to capture gold as he had promised. He storms over to the corner and climbs to the second rope, holding it over his head and letting out a celebratory yell to the crowd. "This is a travesty for The Commonwealth..." Utters JBL on commentary, Lawler telling him to pipe down and enjoy the moment for Styles. "How can we enjoy this!?" Repsonds Layfield. "First Paige is horrifically beaten by AJ Lee and now Wade Barrett is unfairly beaten by AJ Styles! Anyone named AJ in the WWE right now is hated with a passion! What a tragedy!" Styles continues his celebration as Barrett sits at the bottom of the stage, a look of total disappointment across his face.
Cutting backstage, we see John Cena in his locker room getting ready for his match and the crowd gives a loud, mixed reception. Dolph Ziggler is shown next and he gets some heavy cheers. Seth Rollins is third, being met with some very strong boos. He chuckles at the response as we finally go to the Undisputed WWE Champion, Bryan Danielson, bringing out a loud cheer and the expected 'Yes!' chants from the New Jersey crowd. One of these four men will walk out the Undisputed WWE Champion here tonight. Back over at ringside, JBL continues to complain but Cole says we have to move on. "WrestleMania was one heck of an event, as we all know." Says Cole, JBL still muttering under his breath and being told by 'The King' to calm down. "The night after WrestleMania has garnered a reputation to be quite big as well and this year was no different. Not only did we see the WWE debut of Sting, confronting The Undertaker, but we saw the debut of three young men from NXT in Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe. They assaulted CM Punk, making their mark. The week after, it was Alberto Del Rio. Chris Jericho sought answers last week on Raw, but the group known as The Purge interrupted the feed of his Jeritron to let him know they would give answers here tonight at Extreme Rules." The Highlight Reel Hosted by Chris JerichoWith Guests Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe of The Purge The lights come down and the crowd cheers as the count down comes on the titantron, it finally coming to an end as 'Break the Walls Down' comes in to full, Chris Jericho appearing with his back turned and arms out in signature fashion, his jacket lighting up. The arena lights come up and 'Y2J' looks out to the crowd with a grin. He makes his way down and in to the ring to the set of The Highlight Reel, taking a microphone from one of his chairs. He looks all around the arena, raising his eyebrows before finally speaking. "Welcome to..." He stops himself for a moment, looking up to the stage and gesturing his hand. "I guess, welcome to Extreme Rules! Is! Jericho!" The WWE Universe pops for the catchphrase as Jericho explains that last week on Raw he was asked to come in to invite The Purge on to the set of The Highlight Reel and he was very much interested in the opportunity to get answers from those men for doing what they have done since arriving, taking out the likes of CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio. "Some called me crazy for taking the risk of possibly being another victim of Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe but I wasn't afraid. I don't know these guys agenda, so maybe they'll actually like me. Maybe they'll actually understand that I don't want to be another victim of their's, I just want answers like everyone else... so, guys, you some how got in to the Jeritron on Monday night and you said you would be here tonight to answer the questions, so why don't you come on out and lets get right down to business!? Come on!" He throws his hand up and the WWE Universe agrees, the titantron - as well as the Jeritron - fuzz up as it has does before, flickering colored bars before revealing 'PURGE' across it. After a few moments, some unfamiliar theme music hits. Out to the stage comes Kevin Owens to a loud, mixed reception. Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe come from the crowd on the opposite side of the arena and they circle the ring, getting on to the apron at the same time as Owens. All three men step in to the ring and stare Jericho down, 'Y2J' nodding. He goes to say something but Owens snatches up a microphone and tells him to stop. "You aren't conducting this interview, Chris. The Purge is here to answer questions but we are only going to answer what we feel like answering so let me tell you what you're going to ask us..." The New Jersey crowd boos as Jericho chuckles at the demands, Owens telling him to ask who they are and what their mission is. Y2J says he will play along and does so. After taking some deep breaths, Owens stares right in to the eyes of Jericho. "We are The Purge... to my sides are two of my best and only friends. First, Solomon Crowe. This man is not only talented in the ring and knows this business inside and out, he knows how to manipulate and get in to your head... you wonder how your Jeritron got hacked in to last week? You're looking at the man that did that... Solomon Crowe." He hands the microphone over, Crowe saying that he hacks in to things just as he hacks in to the minds of his opponents to break them down and destroy them. He hands the mike back over to Owens, whom gestures to the other man to his side, Sami Zayn. "This man is my very best friend. We've traveled the world together for years and years, we've been best of friends in the ring and worst of enemies but we knew from day one once we got to the top and got to the WWE, we'd join forces and show the world what we are capable of." He hands the mike off to Zayn, whom steps forward and glares right at Jericho. Some of the fans begin to sing 'olé, olé, olé' towards him as he was known for on the independent scene and in NXT. He looks around the arena a bit and pulls the microphone up slowly. "You know, I've been hearing that chant... that song... for years now and quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of hearing it so I want all of you to shut up and listen to what I have to say!" The boos come in response, Zayn looking back at Jericho. "What Kevin said is completely accurate... I used to play up to the fans... in the independents, in NXT... you know what that got me? Hardly a damn thing. I've listened to Kevin's advice over the years and finally... finally... he got through to me. If I want to make it in this business I need to make my mark, take what I want and show the world no mercy. Be aggressive... worry about myself and my brothers beside me in our mission..." He hands the microphone over to Owens, whom crosses his arms and says that he is Kevin Owens. "And I'm the most dangerous man you've ever met, Chris, and you haven't even experienced what guys like Alberto Del Rio and CM Punk have. I can see it in your eyes... there is fear just looking at me and I don't blame you... you know what I and these two are capable of... Our mission is to get to the top and we will run over anybody that stands in our way. The WWE needs cleansing... and we are here to cleanse... here to purge." Silence fills the ring but the crowd is a bit anxious, Jericho staring down all three men. He backs up a little bit and puts his hands up, telling them that he doesn't want any trouble. "Look, guys, I appreciate you being a part of The Highlight Reel and answering questions. But I'm not here to fight you. I'm not here to stand up to you... I'm not that guy, it isn't necessary. You guys have your mission and I have mine, with my mission right now being to go on home to my wife, my kids and my band and continue on with my life, alright?" He begins to walk by the three and gets halfway out of the ring before having his arm grabbed by Crowe and Zayn. They drag him forcefully back in to the ring and being smashed with a superkick by Owens! The crowd boos as he forces Jericho up again, shoving him in to the corner. Crowe rushes to him and delivers a hard clothesline, Zayn following up with the Helluva Kick. Owens catches him out of the corner, delivering a powerbomb in to the corner! He doesn't let him fall down, however, taking him again and hitting a second powerbomb! He hits a third and fourth before being held back by Zayn and Crowe. He breaks through their grasp and delivers boots to the chest and head repeatedly, refusing to let up until Zayn and Crowe grab him again, telling him that is enough. "He's finished, he's finished!" Zayn says, patting Owens on the chest as they all stand over the motionless body of Jericho, whom keeps his hands clutched on the back of his head. Multiple officials from the back and medical staff come rushing down to ringside, a stretcher with them as well. The Purge slowly exit the ring as the doctors check on Jericho in the ring before deciding they have to put him on the stretcher. As they work the neck brace on him carefully, The Purge remains standing atop the stage, each with a slight grin across their face. They make their way through the curtains as Jericho is slowly and carefully placed on the stretcher, having met the same fate CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio have already. Backstage is Paige being checked on by a doctor with The Commonwealth surrounding her to make sure she is alright. In to the room storms Wade Barrett, slamming the door against the wall. "Get out!" He demands the doctor, having to tell him again and warn him that he is in no mood. He leaves slowly and Barrett looks to the group. "Can you believe this? Can you believe this!?" He shouts, Paige telling him not to worry, she'll be fine. "Not you! Me! I just lost the Intercontinental Championship to a peasant!" Sandow tries to remind Barrett of what Paige just went through but he says that isn't as important. He says that he wasn't out there quitting, he was out there being screwed over. He points to Sandow and says that this is his fault, because he lost The Commonwealth at ringside for him and he knows damn well that he needs them at his side for motivation. Paige tries to speak up but Barrett tells her not to interrupt him. "You know what, Wade? I don't need to be treated like this. Once you relax and realize there is more than just yourself, come talk to me." She proceeds to storm out of the room, holding on to her neck. Barrett orders McIntyre to follow her and he does, leaving the 'King' of The Commonwealth angered.
Tables, Ladders and Chairs for the WWE Tag Team Championships Luke Harper and Erick Rowan vs The Hardy Boyz(c)
The bell is called for and the two teams stare each other down, moving forward to confront each other. They stare down before all looking up to see the belts hanging above the ring. Harper and Rowan make the first move, throwing fists. Matt and Jeff come back with shots of their own and the brawl is on, Jeff and Harper going to one corner with Matt and Rowan in the other. They switch back and forth of who has control before spilling to the outside, Rowan chucking Matt over the barricade with authority and to the floor in the crowd. On the other side of the ring, Harper misses a chair shot to Jeff and it is dropkicked right in to his face. Jeff gets back on to his feet and takes a ladder, sliding it in to the ring. He goes after it but as soon as he gets up, Rowan plants him with a big boot! He takes a hold of the ladder and picks it up, slamming it across the chest of Jeff repeatedly before setting it up in the middle of the ring. He starts to climb up it, but as he gets near the top Matt comes storming back in to the ring with a chair and hits him in the back of the leg! He hits him a few more times until he comes down and nails one hard shot to the shoulder to drop him to the outside. He spins around to Harper coming in to the ring and he boots the chair right in to Matt's face! He mounts on top of him and takes him by the hair, delivering multiple punches to the face. He finally lets off as Jeff charges at him, taking him down to the mat. They go at it exchanging blows and eventually fall to the outside, Jeff getting the upper hand and pulling a ladder down to drop it right across the body of Harper! He backs up and hops on to the barricade, taking a moment before running across it and leaping off, only for Harper to push the ladder up and crash it in to Jeff's face! He flails to the floor and flops around in pain, holding on to his face in pain. Back inside of the ring, Rowan beats Matt down in the corner and doesn't let him up. Harper sets up a table on the outside and calls for Erick's attention, having him push Matt out to the apron. Harper gets up with him and brings him between his legs, lifting him for a powerbomb. He fires away with fists, however, managing to drop back in the ring. He hits an elbow to Rowan and hangs Harper up on the ropes, causing him to spring back and crash through the table! The crowd cheers but the celebration is short lived as Matt spins around to a huge body block from Rowan! He is quickly dumped out of the ring and Rowan once again starts to go up the ladder. He gets near the top and reaches for the belts, slightly knocking them around enough to get them out of reach. As he tries to regroup to grab hold of them, Jeff comes back in to the ring with a ladder of his own and drives it up in to the gut of Rowan! He hits him again and then once to the face, dropping him down to the mat! He puts the ladder up next to the other one and begins to climb up it, Harper staggering in to the ring slowly. He climbs up right next to Jeff and begins to club him across the back to stop him from reaching for the belts. As the two are going at it, Matt slowly climbs on the opposite side of Harper with a steel chair in hand. He gets to the top and Luke turns to him, Matt swinging the chair only for it to be ducked and for Matt to hit his brother in the face! Jeff is stunned momentarily before falling all the way to the mat with a thud! Matt looks in disbelief as Harper takes him by the hair, slamming his face off the top of the ladder. He climbs up another rung and reaches up for the belt, Matt responding with a chair shot to the ribs. He drops the chair down to the mat and puts one foot on the second ladder, taking a hold of Harper's head and placing it in to his arm. The crowd lets out a cheer as he raises his other hand up, proceeding to spin around to the mat and drop Harper with him for the Twist of Fate! A huge "holy sh*t!" chant breaks out as all four men are out!
The first man to even stir after some time down is Rowan, using the ropes to get on to his knees. He rolls himself out of the ring and picks up a table, sliding it in. He gets back in and sets the table up, slapping it a few times. He takes a hold of Jeff and drags him to his feet by the hair, pulling him up on to his shoulder. Jeff, however, slips free and hits him with a kick to the lower back. He proceeds to spin around and leap on to the ladder, getting about half way up before pushing off it and hitting Whisper in the Wind - falling with Rowan right through the table! Matt slowly staggers back up and helps his brother on to his feet, taking one of the ladders and placing it in between the other one and the ropes. He and Jeff nod in agreement over the placement and pick Harper up, hitting him with a double suplex across it! Luke cringes in pain, remaining still on the ladder. Matt and Jeff proceed to go on opposite sides of the ladder standing up and make their way towards the top, looking up to the belts. They start to go for them only for Jeff to stop and pat Matt on the chest, telling him he has an idea. They talk things over again and Matt starts to descend from the ladder, dropping on to the mat. He steps up to Harper and clubs him across the chest a few times, looking up to Jeff, whom sits on top of the ladder. "Oh, come on, Jeff!" Cole shouts on commentary, Lawler following up. "This isn't necessary!" Jeff, however, just raises his hands up in signature taunt to delight of the crowd before launching off with a leg drop through the ladder! The crowd goes wild, bursting in to the same chant as before as Matt pulls at his hair in disbelief, regrouping himself quickly to climb up the ladder once again. He gets to the top and looks around to see everybody down, slowly pulling both championship belts towards his chest. He works away at them a bit before pulling them off of the rungs!
Winners of the match and still WWE Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz (16:43)
The WWE Universe shows their appreciation for The Hardy Boyz as Matt slowly makes his way down the ladder to meet his brother and help him up. He hands over one of the belts to him and they embrace, raising their titles up high. The commentary team goes over the highlights of the match, from Harper flying through a table, to Jeff being hit in the face, to the Twist of Fate off the ladder and the leg drop through the ladder near the end, ultimately captivating with Matt grabbing both titles to keep them with himself and his brother. Back live in the arena, Jeff and Matt back their way up the ramp, holding their belts up high one last time before going to the back.
Backstage is Byron Saxton, whom welcomes his guest at this time, the 'World's Largest Athlete' Big Show. He walks forward and Saxton thanks him for his time, asking how much it means to him to be able to knock Rusev off tonight. "It means a lot, Byron." He takes a moment before speaking again. Show gets some cheers in the background. He says that he doesn't care where Rusev is from or what country he supports, he can do whatever he pleases because that is what makes America great. A promo video proceeds to air, going back to after Survivor Series where Dean Ambrose would call out Triple H, wanting to get his hands on him only to get no response. Over the weeks and weeks, he would keep trying to get a hold of the Chief Operating Officer until he finally showed up for an interview on MizTV at Royal Rumble. He would claim he wanted no part of Ambrose, but after reclaiming his power by taking out Commissioner Mick Foley - Ambrose's fatherlike figure - things would grow very personal between the two. Hunter would continue to abuse his power by putting Ambrose in unfair matches and situations, before having Foley return and set a match up between the two at WrestleMania. Ambrose would walk away the winner, but Hunter would call for a rematch and it would be set inside of a steel cage. The video picks up to the recent build where Ambrose destroyed Triple H's office at WWE Headquarters, with 'The Game' responding by assaulting him inside of a steel cage to send a message. The promo comes to a conclusion with both men promising to inflict pain and also win at Extreme Rules.Steel Cage MatchDean Ambrose vs Triple H with Stephanie McMahonAfter a long stare down from across the ring, the referee calls for the bell. "You had your chance to lay down, Ambrose!" He shouts, stomping down on him repeatedly. He pulls Ambrose up by his hair and chucks him in to the cage wall, catching him on the rebound and doing it again before hitting an atomic drop, followed up by another clothesline - this time in to the wall. The crowd cheers as he reaches his hand out, Ambrose dragging him back to the middle of the squared circle, the referee closing the door back up. Dean gets back on to his feet and brings HHH up, whipping him off the ropes and leaping on top of him on the rebound, teeing off with punches to the head! He doesn't let up until he feels redeemed and pulls off, hitting a couple of knees to the face before letting him back up. After a couple of chops to the chest, he hits off the ropes and comes back only for Triple H to catch him and deliver his signature spinebuster! He gets back up and flexes, letting out a roar! He calls for Ambrose to get up and after he does, he delivers a kick to the gut and sets up for the Pedigree again, Ambrose writing his way free. He ducks a clothesline and dropkicks HHH in to the corner. He gets up and splashes him in the corner, taking him by the head and launching him over the ropes in to the steel cage wall! The Chief Operating Officer collapses between the ropes and the wall, Ambrose turning towards Stephanie and leaning against the cage to laugh right in her face!Ambrose pulls back from the cage slowly, Stephanie screaming at him some more. He storms over to Triple H and drags him in to the middle of the ring, hooking both legs up, Triple H kicking out. The 'Lunatic Fringe' gets back up slowly and goes off the ropes, coming back with a hard knee drop. He pops back up and goes off the ropes again, coming back as Hunter gets up only to be smashed with a clothesline that viciously slams him to the mat! Triple H drops to both knees and cradles his head, firing away with punch after punch to the skull! The referee tries to reason with him but knows he cannot do anything. After about twenty punches, Hunter pulls off and gets to his feet. He walks over to the door and demands they open it, the referees obeying the order. He starts to step out through the ropes but stops himself, giving Stephanie a nod. She reaches underneath the ring and slowly pulls out a sledgehammer! She walks over towards the door and hands it to her husband, whom gives a laugh before getting back in to the ring with the hammer right in front of his face. He steps up to Ambrose as he starts to get up and hits a huge shot to the back of the knee! He hits him in the other leg as well before hitting one hard shot across the spine! The New Jersey crowd boos as he backs up to the corner, letting Ambrose rise. The 'Lunatic Fringe' gets up very slowly and wobbly, staring across the ring at the 'Game'. He slowly puts his hands up before throwing a crotch chop in the direction of Triple H! The crowd explodes as Hunter, furious, charges forward and swings the hammer at his head, Dean ducking away from it and ripping it away, hitting a shot to the gut followed up by Dirty Deeds in the center of the ring! Both men remain laid out for a while before Ambrose starts to roll over on to his side, crawling towards the door. He reaches his hands out, motioning for it to be opened. The referees do and Ambrose gets up to the ropes, Stephanie storming over and slamming it shut in front of him. She demands the key from the official and quickly locks the door back up, laughing in Ambrose's face. He grabs a hold of the door and gets back on to his feet, staring at her with his eyes widened. He takes a moment before climbing to the top rope, looking back at Hunter. He seems prepared to leap off at him but instead turns back around, continuing to go up the cage. He gets all the way to the top and sits on the top of it, breathing heavily and wiping his hands through his hair. He takes a few deep breaths, looking down at Stephanie. He proceeds to stand up, holding on to one of the wires to the cage and ceiling. He sticks his tongue out towards Steph with a laugh, giving another crotch chop towards Triple H as he gets back up, leaping off with a crossbody! The WWE Universe goes absolutely wild as Ambrose flops all the way to the corner of the ring, his body flailing wildly as Hunter is laid out! Both men are downed, the crowd bursting in to a 'this is awesome!' chant. After nearly a minute down on the mat, Ambrose slowly gets up via the ropes and staggers over to Triple H as he is getting up as well. He takes him by the neck and runs towards the cage wall, tossing him face first in to it. He catches him in the middle of the ring on the comeback and tosses him a second time! He does it a third time and catches him one more time, running with full force and chucking Hunter as hard as he can in to the cage - the wall buckling and pulling apart! It crashes in to the announce tables and Triple H goes flying with it, going all the way to the top before slowly crumbling down in to the laps of the Spanish announce team! The referee calls for the bell!Winner of the match via escape, Triple H (19:46)The crowd boos as Triple H is announced the winner, leaving Ambrose in the ring with his hands on his head in disbelief. He hobbles towards the ropes and drops on to both knees, leaning between them not knowing what to think. Stephanie rushes her way through the wreckage to get to her husband, the commentary team regrouping enough to go back to the replays of the match. First, Triple H would unleash with sledgehammer shots to Ambrose, only to miss one to the head that allowed Dean to hit him with Dirty Deeds. Stephanie would lock the door on him, so the 'Lunatic Fringe' would live up to his nickname and fly off the top of the cage with a crossbody to the Chief Operating Officer. Instead of trying to put him away, however, he would try to inflict more damage by tossing Triple H in to the cage wall over and over, with it being so much that it sent him through the cage wall and to the floor, allowing him to technically get the victory via escape.Back live, the officials work away at putting the cage wall back up as Ambrose exits via the door. As the cage is being fixed up, Triple H staggers back up against the announce table with Stephanie and two medics aiding him. Ambrose looks around the arena with his hands on his hips, licking his lips a bit before running around the ring and diving on top of Hunter! He takes him on to the table and unleashes with punches to the head, the crowd going wild for him! He refuses to stop until he is yanked away by multiple referees and backstage officials. He breaks free, however, dropping Triple H with Dirty Deeds on the hard floor! He gets back on to his feet, throwing his hands around wildly. He takes some deep breaths, backing away slowly as he is once again being held back. Satisfied, he runs his hands through his hair and backs away, going up the ramp with a slight smile across his face as he may not have won the battle tonight, but certainly feels that he won the war.Another war is set to take place coming up next, as the Undisputed WWE Championship is on the line in the main event between four of the top superstars in the WWE today. A promo video proceeds to air, going back to WrestleMania where Bryan Danielson defeated Brock Lesnar to become Undisputed WWE Champion. The following night, he would be confronted by the man that won an Elimination Chamber back at No Way Out to earn the opportunity to face Bryan. He would be interrupted, however, by John Cena and Dolph Ziggler. The prior would be added to the match after defeating The Rock at WrestleMania, with Dolph managing to surprise Rollins later in the night by defeating him one-on-one to be put in to the match as well. The video picks up steam behind the official Extreme Rules theme song, "My Demons" by Starset, highlighting over the weeks all four men trying to one up another constantly, each winning many matches against each other and also standing tall to bring an end to shows. The video comes to an end with all four men promising to beat the other three and claiming that at Extreme Rules, they would be the one walking out as the Undisputed WWE Champion.
Extreme Rules Elimination Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship Seth Rollins vs Bryan Danielson(c) vs Dolph Ziggler vs John Cena
The bell rings as all four men stand in different corners, looking around at each other. Rollins makes the first move, running at Danielson and taking him out of the ring with a clothesline. He spins around to Ziggler hitting him with a superkick and Dolph turns right in to Cena lifting him on to his shoulders for the Attitude Adjustment! Ziggler manages to slip free, however, clubbing Cena across the back with multiple shots before whipping him across the ring and nailing a dropkick on the return. He gets back up to Rollins coming at him with a hard forearm to the face! He goes for the pin but only gets a one count, causing him to yank Ziggler up and toss him in to the corner, hitting a series of chops before turning to Cena rushing at him, avoiding a clothesline that hits Dolph! Rollins hits a superkick on Cena and causes him to drop to the outside. Danielson comes in to the ring from behind and the crowd cheers, Rollins very cocky after what he had done to Cena and Ziggler. He turns around to a huge kick to the side! Bryan unloads with kick after kick to the side and legs, hitting one swift one to the back of the head. He goes for the pin, hooking both legs up only to get a count of two. He gets back up and drags Rollins to his feet by his hair, throwing him in to the corner. The champion takes a hold of the ropes and unleashes with kicks to the chest, not letting up on Seth until he crumbles to the mat. Rollins rolls underneath the ropes, Danielson turning around to Cena rushing at him and plastering him with a clothesline in the corner! He pulls Danielson up on to the top turnbuckle, keeping him sitting and hitting a few punches to the face. Cena climbs on to the second turnbuckle and starts to hit some punches of his own, hooking a hold of the head for a superplex. Danielson wiggles himself free and throws a series of shots to the side, followed up by a couple of elbows. Cena drops back down to the mat, wobbling a bit. Danielson stands up straight and launches off, hitting a huge dropkick to Cena that sends him backwards to Dolph, whom delivers a huge Zig Zag! The crowd pops for the moment as Ziggler hooks both legs up, Cena just barely managing to kick out in time! Dolph pops up in to the corner, sitting against the turnbuckle in disbelief. He gets back up and runs up to Bryan, missing a clothesline and getting dropkicked in to the corner face first! Danielson rises up and hits a spinning kick to the stomach, rushing off the ropes and coming back with a wild knee to the stomach that flips Ziggler to the mat. He hits a series of kicks to the chest and runs off the ropes again, coming back with one big swooping kick to the face! He runs to the ropes again, this time diving through the other side with air goat to Rollins! He gets back up and leads on the 'Yes!' chants with the crowd, all fired up. He shakes his head wildly as Rollins sits up against the steel steps, Danielson hitting a series of kicks to the chest. He keeps going off and refuses to let up, finally pulling back after Rollins falls to the floor. He hops on to the apron but Cena comes at him with a forearm that sends him crashing to the floor. John spins around to see Ziggler coming at him with a dropkick and he falls between the ropes, staying on the apron. Ziggler hits a couple of shots to the head but Cena takes a hold of the neck, slamming Dolph face first off the turnbuckle. Ziggler falls back on to the mat, Cena climbing to the top rope. He leaps off for his signature leg drop, the 'Show Off' moving out of the way at the last second! He gets back up and hits Cena with the Fameasser, only for John to roll out of the ring before a pin can be attempted. Realizing all three men are on the outside, Ziggler looks to the corner and ascends to the top rope. He looks all around the arena before launching off, taking out all three men! The fans cheer as Dolph rolls towards the bottom of the stage, using the barricade to get on to his feet again. He steps over to Danielson and takes him up, rolling him in to the ring. He covers him, getting a two count. He gets back up and brings the champion with him, pushing him off the ropes chest first, catching him on the comeback with the Zig Zag! Dolph pops back up, throwing his arms around fired up. He turns around, however, to Cena, whom pulls him on to his shoulders and nails the Attitude Adjustment! He hooks both legs for the three count! Dolph Ziggler is eliminated.
The crowd gives a very loud mixed reaction as Cena gets back on to his feet, falling back in to the corner. Ziggler slowly rolls out of the ring and Danielson staggers back up, John rushing across the ring at him and hitting a huge clothesline! He squashes Bryan down to the mat but he turns around to Rollins coming in to the ring with a kendo stick, hitting a huge shot to the stomach and across the back! He turns to the champion getting up and hits him in the gut as well, letting out a 'Woo!' to the crowd with a cocky laugh. He hits another shot across the spine of Danielson and tosses the kendo stick to the side. He hits off the ropes and returns to Bryan for a Curb Stomp, only for Cena to catch him in mid air and hit him with the Attitude Adjustment! He rolls back over and pushes himself on to his feet, grabbing the leg of Rollins as he tries to get out of the ring. Seth fights a bit, holding on to the bottom rope. As he does so, Ziggler comes back in to the ring and runs his hands through his hair. The crowd gets anxious as he steps up behind Cena, letting out a loud yell before dropping him with the Zig Zag! "WHAT THE HELL!? WHAT THE HELL IS DOLPH DOING!?" Shouts Cole on commentary, Ziggler getting back on to his feet and running his hands through his hair again. He stares down at Cena, tossing his hands in direction of him before exiting the ring. He looks all around the arena that gives him a mixed reaction before making his way up the ramp and to the back. Rollins staggers back up in disbelief of what just happened, pulling at his hair. He starts to realize the opportunity and hits off the ropes as Cena starts to stir, planting him with the Curb Stomp! He hooks both legs up for the one, two, three! John Cena is eliminated.
The WWE Universe gives another big reaction to the elimination, Rollins getting up in the corner with a grin. He steps up to Cena while he is down on the mat and kicks him out of the ring, smack talking him in the process. He steps up to Danielson and forces him up, chucking him against the corner and hitting multiple chops across the chest. He hits a kick and pulls Danielson up for a powerbomb, running to the corner only for the champion to flip over and pull Seth down in a roll up, getting a two count. Rollins gets up before Bryan and blasts him with a huge boot to the face! A gasp comes from the crowd from the hard impact and Rollins drags Danielson to the middle of the ring, taunting to the fans. He slowly drops to the mat and hooks the inside leg, Bryan powering out at two! Seth sits up in disbelief, shaking his head. "No! No! No!" He shouts, slamming his hands in to the mat. He gets up and delivers a couple of stomps to the chest, dragging Bryan up and whipping him off the ropes, missing a clothesline. Danielson flies off the ropes and comes back with a ferocious clothesline! Rollins gets up and is hit with another furious one! Bryan hits a third before running to the corner with a moonsault, landing on his feet as Seth avoids it. He plants Rollins with a brutal dropkick in the corner and gets up, hitting off the opposite corner and storming back - Rollins stepping up and catching him by the under of his arms - lifting Danielson off the mat and launching him face first in to the steel post! The fans once again gasp and boo as Bryan is left laid out against the barricade. Rollins drops on to his knees and laughs hysterically, slowly rolling out of the ring and dragging Danielson up. He pushes him right up against the barricade and kicks him in the face, letting him drape across it. He takes Bryan by the hair and mocks the crowd, slamming the champion's face off the barrier over and over again, slamming him back first in to the ring apron. Rollins lifts up the ring apron and slowly pulls out a trash can filled with weapons. He spills it all out over the floor and picks up a stop sign, slinging it across Bryan's head! "Come on, Seth!" Pleads Lawler from commentary, standing up. It prompts Rollins to turn back towards the announce table and stare him down. "Sit your ass down, old man! Before you get some of this too!" He turns back to Danielson and clobbers him across the head again, rolling him in to the ring. He climbs up on to the apron and ascends to the top rope, letting Danielson rise before hitting him with a high flying knee to the face! The crowd boos once again as he goes for the pin, Danielson finding a way to power out! Rollins sits up and tugs away at his hair again in disbelief, getting on to his feet. He forces Bryan up and shoves him off the ropes, missing a superkick! He spins around to a big kick to the chest, Danielson going off with shot after shot to the chest. Rollins collapses up against the corner and falls back out to the running knee! Danielson quickly rolls over and locks in the Yes! Lock, the Izod Center exploding with 'Yes!' chants as he pulls away at the hold. Rollins scrambles his hands wildly, grabbing at Bryan's hands while trying to pull them off of him. Bryan refuses to let up on the hold at all, however, leaving Rollins with his eyes bulging and face burning red in frustration and left with no place to go, forcing him to tap out!
Winner of the match and still Undisputed WWE Champion, Bryan Danielson (23:42)
The crowd explodes as Danielson lets up on the Yes! Lock, rolling to the middle of the ring with his face in his hands, having overcome the odds here tonight! The referee retrieves his championship belt and presents it over to him, Bryan getting on to his feet and holding it up over his head. Cole, Lawler and JBL go over all of the eliminations in the match, including the shocking turn of events where Ziggler took out Cena to have him eliminated, allowing Rollins to get rid of Cena. Things would come to an end, however, with Danielson blasting Rollins with his signature running knee, followed up by the Yes! Lock. Back live in the arena, Danielson climbs to the top turnbuckle and repeatedly hoists the Undisputed WWE Championship high over his head, the New Jersey fans chanting 'Yes!' along with every single raise of the belt. "He overcame the odds at the Royal Rumble, he overcame he odds of 'The Beast' Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and now he has overcome the odds of a fatal four way match here tonight at Extreme Rules!" Says Michael Cole, as Danielson's celebration with the WWE Universe continues, Extreme Rules drawing to a close!

Alright, Extreme Rules time. You jobbed out Derrick Bateman in seconds. Ryan may boycott this diary forever. I'm surprised to see your layout change for the PPV. I prefer the other one. Why don't I know who Marcelo Rodriguez is? Good choice for the opener. I probably haven't mentioned it since I've been slacking on replies, but I love that you had Bray Wyatt's follow up feud after ending the Streak be against Kane. Well done. Obvious win for Bray here. Finish sounded pretty cool. I really wonder if this leads to WWE Champion Bray Wyatt. I commend you on the work you've done with Roman Reigns. After he beat John Cena a year ago here, I expected a rushed push to the top but this US Title run could do wonders for him. Him retaining was the right move. Glad you didn't give the girls the death slot of going on between two huge matches. You #GaveTheDivasAChance. You did "THIS IS MY HOUSE!" <3. William Regal as the voice of reason was excellent. Surprised to see AJ Lee retain as she has totally dominated the division in this diary and I expected Paige to win and maybe take over for a while. Still, a very enjoyable read as this was a much more realistic take on a brawl between these two than Ryan's. I see why people made comparisons but they are different and both are very good. Really solid Intercontinental Title match. Wade Barrett had a good run with the belt, but AJ Styles needed something so his arrival wouldn't be considered a bust. I enjoyed the Highlight Reel. While I'm not sold on heel Sami Zayn, the reasoning behind everything was solid. I like Kevin Owens getting into his head. Chris Jericho playing the family man who wants to go home safely was smart and made the Purge come off as even more badass. Barrett is such a heartless bastard. Wasn't the Tag Title match at WrestleMania a Ladder match? Not sure how I feel about another one here. Still, it was a fun spot filled match like I expected. Whoever ends up taking the belts from the Hardys, it should come in a passing of the torch moment. I know someone else who has Rusev vs. Big Show booked for Extreme Rules. Basic stuff and Rusev winning is clearly the right move. Hope he has a big year. Great Steel Cage match and again, you surprise me with a result. I can only assume that it means the Dean Ambrose/Triple H feud continues in some fashion at the next Pay-Per-View. The cross body spot fit Dean's character. I liked Dolph Ziggler coming back in to attack John Cena after the elimination. I sense a Dolph/Cena feud coming. Excellent finishing sequence as Seth Rollins looked like a million bucks, but Bryan Danielson retaining makes him look even better after conquering the beast at WrestleMania. Overall, a great show that I enjoyed more than WrestleMania.

- Ryback beating Derrick Bateman more like squashing Bateman I love it, finally now Ryback he can go back to being what he was before this and that is actually being a main eventer or at least I hope so while with Bateman he is nothing more than a colossal joke and not a very good one having to hide behind a woman, really just pathetic really just pathetic so pathetic that I can't ever take him seriously while Ryback on the other hand I actually can provided Ryback gets a push or at least I hope so
- Bray Wyatt beating Kane, now this match wasn't just a match it was a war especially in Falls Count Anywhere and this match was so back and forth and honestly Wyatt being put over by Kane is the right call, the right way to go even though this was Kane's first WWE PPV back in a WWE ring and although he did lose he did put Wyatt over and Wyatt ever since he ended Kane's brother The Undertaker's 21-0 undefeated WrestleMania streak Wyatt in this diary has been on a roll and him beating Kane just furthers that roll but I wonder what's next for Kane? Or what is next for Bray Wyatt now that Payback approaches?
- Roman Reigns still the WWE United States Champion beating Sheamus in a Tables Match I honestly thought a Tables Match would favor Sheamus considering his record in Tables Matches his history with them but it is like ever since Roman Reigns has become WWE United States Champion he has gotten better and better but also because under Paul Heyman's tutelage under his representation Reigns has pretty much been a star and will continue to be not only for years to come but this pretty much proves Reigns is the future while Sheamus is not the future anymore he is the present but more or less becoming a thing of the past but I wonder what's next for Reigns the WWE United States Champion? Or what is next for Sheamus?
- AJ Lee still the WWE Divas Champion retaining her title in one of the best matches that have stole the show, beating Paige in an I Quit Match not only one of the most physical divas matches I have seen in quite a while it was a pure classic back and forth but Paige uttering the words I Quit I never ever thought that I would hear those words come out of her mouth considering Paige's family lineage considering she is a second-generation diva from one of Britain's great wrestling families I mean wrestling is in her blood and yet she quits I never ever thought that I would see that but you obviously wanted to put AJ over even more as WWE Divas Champion well you surely did that
- AJ Styles winning his first singles title here in WWE in your diary AJ Styles becoming the new WWE Intercontinental Champion beating Wade Barrett of The Commonwealth, AJ Styles ending Barrett's title reign that was going on 8 months almost and AJ by winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship he has won a title that nearly all the greats have won like Rollins, Barrett, Shawn Michaels, British Bulldog, Edge, Triple H, Razor Ramon, Diesel, The Rock, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Stone Cold just to name a few and AJ Styles is just the latest name to join this exclusive club in becoming WWE Intercontinental Champion but Barrett is entitled to a rematch so I can see him invoking it at Payback
- The Purge are here to not only cleanse the WWE but they are here to reach the top and by doing that you go after the biggest and the baddest superstars and no one bigger than Jericho, and seeing them take Jericho out on his Highlight Reel show, this attack was pretty brutal it was heinous to say the least but it at least puts over The Purge even more I mean no one else is safe from them, Punk taken out, Del Rio taken out, and now Jericho it makes me wonder just who else they will take out? I wonder if that is the last we see of Jericho for a while and I loved this segment because it really put over Zayn as a heel here I love this version of Sami Zayn better and honestly out of this group I see him being the one who breaks out probably more than Owens and Crowe, to me Zayn is the Rollins of the Purge, Owens is the Roman Reigns of the Purge and Crowe is the Ambrose of the Purge if that makes any sense
- The Hardy Boyz Matt and Jeff retaining their WWE Tag Team Championships against Harper & Rowan of the Wyatt Family in TLC, this just proves my point it proves it to a tee that Matt and Jeff are not only the kings of the TLC Match but they revolutionized it and continue to revolutionize it I mean this match was awesome so many spots that I enjoyed but at the same time with Matt and Jeff retaining their titles it makes me wonder just which team will step up and challenge them for those WWE Tag Team Championships? Harper & Rowan have not only lost once they have lost twice now to The Hardy Boyz which means they go to the back of the line and someone else takes their spot
- Rusev the relative newcomer in his second PPV his first being WrestleMania 30 where he won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in his debut match in his very first match and now here at Extreme Rules he beats Big Show the resident Giant of the WWE makes Big Show submit to the Accolade, this not only elevates Rusev in the sense of putting him over as a monster heel but I think there may be a new Giant in the WWE and his name is Rusev I mean after beating Show it makes me wonder just who will Rusev crush next? After Big Show lost, I wonder what is even next for him? Big Show was humiliated he was destroyed and all by a relative rookie I wonder if Big Show can ever recover from this?
- Triple H may have won the Steel Cage Match but he definitely lost the war as far as I'm concerned, the record books will show that Triple H won this match but he didn't really win especially if he got his ass kicked the whole time by Ambrose but only won because of escaping the cage, that is the only reason Triple H won not because he could beat Ambrose by submission or by pinfall but winning by escaping a cage like really? Ambrose as far as I am concerned he should have won this match not Triple H even though Ambrose did win at Mania I felt that with Ambrose he should have went over the COO again because honestly Triple H didn't need the rub Ambrose needed it much more if you ask me but Ambrose beating the hell out of Triple H post-match at least Ambrose he was able to walk away under his own power which is more than I can say for Triple H who was left laying again
- And in the main event Danielson retaining his WWE Undisputed Championship beating not only Rollins but beating Cena and Ziggler in a Fatal 4-Way Match especially under Extreme Rules to retain his title, this just goes to show us that his win at WrestleMania against Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell for the title was no fluke and or that he is not a flash in the pan as champion considering he has now not only beaten Lesnar he has also beaten Cena, Rollins and Ziggler it makes me wonder who is next for Danielson? But seeing Ziggler during this match turn on Cena like that I wonder if that was a heel turn from Ziggler? But seeing Rollins take advantage like that to eliminate Cena was great, a thing of beauty but seeing Danielson outlast those 3 men to retain his title to eliminate them, this just goes to prove to us that he is for real as WWE Undisputed Champion

THIS. IS. EXTREMEEEE. Thrilled that Ryback beat Derrick Bateman, just how it should be. Onto the main show and it was definitely the right move to have Bray Wyatt go over Kane, he'd have looked terrible had he lost. Expected Roman Reigns to retain here as he only just won it, I predict him having a lengthy reign. In a similar situation, AJ Lee retains after only winning the title at WrestleMania. I'm not sure where it goes from here though. This win for AJ Styles may cement him as an official WWE superstar for me, a necessary move but I'm not sure how long he'll run with it. The Highlight Reel goes to sh*t as always and Jericho joins the list of dead people. The Purge are destroying everyone and everything... but Sami Zayn is still babyface. Fully expected the Hardy Boys to retain here, but I think that their time should come to a close at Payback. I just can't see them holding the titles in 2014. And so it begins for Rusev, solidifying himself as a beast and defeating the Big Show. I hope he goes on to huge things, maybe even the World Title. Triple H gets his revenge victory on Dean Ambrose but by way of getting his ass kicked. Makes sense. I don't see this as a feud ending match though, it seemed to carry on. Woohoo, Bryan Danielson retains the title as I said, but who will he go on to face next? With Seth Rollins being his final opponent, it could be him. Or possibly someone new?

WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 28th April 2014…Alright, it’s the go-home show for Extreme Rules (not counting SmackDown), so let’s see what we have here. Just an off-topic note, you’ve really battered through the past five months of television in a very quick manner. Daniel Bryan opening the show made the best sense, talking up the four corner elimination match this Sunday for his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Interesting to see only Seth Rollins retort, but the focus should be on him as he continues to establish a heelish persona. A solid second segment for these two, with Bryan managing to beat Rollins…by count-out? Interesting decision there, that’s for sure. It was nice to see Seth take this approach though, choosing to wait until Sunday instead to capitalize on the title. Goldust calling Cody Rhodes ‘frustrated’ was an “Uhm” moment. It set up Bo Dallas defeating Goldust, though. Is a racist angle really racist when one man likes to pull the ‘Goldface’ card? More bipolar Cody, which could be a cool angle when he decides whether he wants to be a face or a heel. That could be this gimmick’s only flaw, really. You don’t want to confuse viewers too much. Dean Ambrose’s promo with Triple H made for some good entertainment going forward to what should be their dramatic feud ending Steel-Cage match this Sunday. Triple H got some real sh*thead heat here, and I like that. That is what an evil authority figure should be doing, rather than strictly booking matches to oppose a foe. Kane and the Hardys took me back to WWF 2000. A weird combination here, but it’s good to see Bray Wyatt and his allies Luke Harper and Erick Rowan once again linked together through storylines with Kane, Jeff and Matt Hardy. That said, I don’t know if I like Kane and Wyatt mixing it up physically before Sunday. Kane defeating Harper cleanly made him look strong going into Extreme Rules, and for Harper it’s fine because he can get his momentum back during the match with the Hardys on Sunday night. I’m so happy that you ended that dreadful New Nation faction. Just doesn’t fit in in 2015. Big Show beating Titus O’Neil. I guess Show needed to look strong – I do hope you find something for Titus to fall back on, though. Poor Titus – Show came off as a real bully in that post-match. Not the best pop you want for a babyface going into a pay-per-view match. I see you teased the Accolade here – that will be a big selling point for the viewers excited to see that match. Moving on, a good win for AJ Styles against Damien Sandow six days before challenging Wade Barrett for the Intercontinental Championship. Very interested in how that goes down. I actually really liked that Chris Jericho Highlight Reel promo – it hinted that the Purge would be in attendance on Sunday, but it didn’t at the same time. And it did so agnostically without Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn or Solomon Crowe even appearing. Very well done booking, this could be your centrepiece right now. I wonder how long it will be until the Purge and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture merge together. I think this is a solid follow-up for something for Y2J to do, especially when he was last seen losing at WrestleMania XXX. Antonio Cesaro defeating Roman Reigns sounded like a big match that could be a great pay-per-view feud one day. Sheamus with the post-match heat on Reigns and Paul Heyman makes me think that you plan on having Reigns retain the United States Championship on Sunday, and that to me would make the most sense. I do like that feud pairing, though. Wow, two British born Divas competing. Layla beating Paige was different, I suppose. Paige showing a mean side before the I Quit confrontation with AJ Lee was cool – that was the first time I’ve seen Layla being used in a while, and she probably won’t resurface again for a while, either. I really hope you don’t make this Divas Championship match too gimmicky. I think you could make it fun, ala the old Hardcore Championship 24/7 rule days. That, you could get away with. Lastly, two babyfaces going at it? I guess, kinda. Dolph Ziggler would assume the face role here against John Cena, anyway. I was surprised at the clean finish with Cena beating Ziggler, though. They always have good matches, and I have no doubt Cena rightfully won here, but I do think it would have hurt Ziggler slightly. Lastly, a well-needed physical face off between the four main eventers going at it in the main event of Extreme Rules this Sunday night. Overall, this show was loaded with build. I think it got a bit repetitive at times, and you could have done with another promo or something to filter it up and mix things around – but it did exactly what it intended to do: and that’s hype Extreme Rules.
WWE Extreme Rules: Sunday 4th May 2014…Just a note, I really hate the whole “post the Kickoff show individually” rule this board has going. I guess I just don’t see the point. It has a really nice write-up and sets up preliminary stories for the matches on the main show – but at the same time it’s a waste of time and could be condensed into the actual show write-up briefly. Ryback defeating Derrick Bateman made sense. Oh my has Bateman’s star kind of fallen in the past few months. Onto the main show, a strong opening contest with Bray Wyatt beating Kane in Falls Count Anywhere. I was quite surprised to see this not take place in the Ring of Fire again, sigh. It was refreshing to see this Falls Count Anywhere match not go out of the arena – which has seemingly become a staple of them in recent years. I saw Wyatt winning from a mile away: it was a vital feud after Wyatt shocked the world and beat the Undertaker last month at WrestleMania, and Kane was a good post-Mania feud for Wyatt. I am quite surprised at how Wyatt is elevated, particularly without Luke Harper or Eric Rowan, too. Now that’s pretty strong. Next, not a bad Tables match to follow up with Sheamus and Roman Reigns. With the overall theme of the show, it’s very easy to over-gimmick this show – and having a Tables match follow something like a Falls Count Anywhere match was a good call to make due to their lack of proper emphasis on a weapon or WWE ultra-violence. Unique finish to this one, I dug that Reigns managed to retain the United States Championship though. I called the Spear through the table from a mile away. This is where I do think Paul Heyman would help Reigns completely. Good detail with him after the match in the celebration. Next, oh boy. I Quit for the Divas Championship between Paige and AJ Lee. I still love William Regal managing Paige in a mentor role. I think Regal would be truly conniving in this role, too. Just costing the babyface Diva at every single turn. It looked like a suitable Divas Championship defense for what its worth. I don’t really know how I feel about it, because you’ve made these two Divas in particular look invincible to a masculine superstar degree, whereas the rest of the Divas roster look like they can fall to a simple clothesline (referring to chair shots, the Black Widow escape, etc). It makes the rest of the division look silly, and if AJ Lee or Paige lose in future in shorter matches, it would make them look foolish still. But hey, bring on AJ's next contender. On the other hand, I applaud you not making it into a senseless CZW massacre. Ugh, Tommy Dreamer on the Kickoff show? I hate him. Plus I doubt WWE would have him on now that he runs his own promotion. Sigh, I guess it had to happen sooner or later. I still hate that AJ Styles is in the WWE at his current age, and without much of a run through NXT to calm down his previously “spot monkey” style. But, Wade Barrett’s reign has gone on for a while, and I guess it was time to end it here. It would have deflated Styles’ momentum to win a tournament to get this match for nothing, after all. I just don’t see much opportunity in AJ’s future as an Intercontinental Champion. Hopefully he makes this reign memorable – have we even heard talk time with AJ recently? He’ll need that if he wants to stand out. Up next, the big angle with the Purge. A solid one at that, a really good write-up for this one and it deserved the detail. Chris Jericho being the big victim of this at the hands of Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe made this very good to be a part of Chris Jericho’s write-off for this tenure. I see that you have now assembled these three guys as your version of the Shield – and if they continue on a path like this one, I can totally get behind it. Seems like a rough night with the Commonwealth. Fun backstage skit here. Trouble in paradise, per se. The next match needed that buffer to bring new life into this show: that being the Tables, Ladders and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. It sounded like a fun match, but in my mind should have gone on another five minutes at least. It never seemed like the Hardys’ title reign was in jeopardy given that they only won them last month, though. Jeff and Matt Hardy are a novelty act with star power in this WWE climate. Whoever ends up dethroning them as the WWE Tag Team Champions will get a huge rub if it’s a clean win, which it should be. I suppose that the Wyatt Family will return to their trio-driven ways. Up next, Rusev attempts to tame a beast. And he does it, in the death slot of the pay-per-view. I’m not sure if that was a wise choice if you’re planning on building Big Show up. That said, it would have exposed the match quality if it had gone on earlier in the show. Rusev winning clean was nice and fine. I suspect that squash matches will follow. Now, at this next match the show gets gimmicky to me. We’ve seen an overdramatic I Quit match, then a TLC match: it just came across as too much to me honestly, with this Steel-Cage match now taking place. But it was necessary for the conclusion of the rivalry between Dean Ambrose and Triple H, on the other hand. It almost came across as an old-school Cage match, which is even better for the match. Ambrose has the Teflon Dean effect going on, with the big spot remembered potentially more than Triple H winning – just hopefully this doesn’t become the recurring theme for Ambrose’s future pay-per-views. Hunter with the heat back after the match was nicely done, and Stephanie McMahon’s position in this show was well done, too. A good climax to quite a memorable rivalry in terms of this board’s history, in my opinion. Now it’s timefor Hunter to take a vacation behind the cameras. Lastly, Extreme Rules elimination four-corner battle! It’s the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line in a match of four of the top stars in the company today. It’s been pretty evenly booked on television, let’s see how it’s executed in the main event of Extreme Rules. I was very surprised to see Dolph Ziggler eliminated first – no less with two pinfall losses clean to John Cena in one week. Is this going somewhere, or will you be playing damage control with Dolph tomorrow night on RAW? Or right now…Ziggler’s heel turn was pretty unexpected. It was hinted a bit during his feud with Daniel Bryan back in February – but it taking place makes me wonder whether he will get lost in the mix with all of the other big heel characters you have on the roster right now. Hopefully that’s not the case, beyond a lengthy feud with John Cena. I must say that this potentially overshadowed the final two exchange with Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins, though. Bryan retaining the WWE World Heavyweight Championship one month after winning it at WrestleMania XXX was a given. It was just how you did it in execution. I do hope that Seth has a case to plead – the fact that he won an Elimination Chamber match to get a one-on-one title shot at this show and got screwed out of it. Or something to that effect. Overall, this was probably the most violent Extreme Rules match in the pay-per-view’s history. It came across as too gimmicky at times – but the booking was mainly strong. Will Bryan making his heroic first title defense be the most memorable thing on this show, the factor that proves he is more than a transitional, paper champion? Probably not. Ziggler turning on Cena stole the spotlight, and that is something you need to fix next month at Payback.

- Whoever Mick Foley announces as the new #1 Contender for the WWE Undisputed Championship Bryan Danielson's title reign could be in serious jeopardy depending on just who it is that he faces for the WWE Undisputed Championship, I already know my picks for who I think the new #1 Contender will be: Brock Lesnar (rematch clause) considering Brock never got his rematch since he lost the title at WrestleMania 30, Randy Orton, Batista, or Sheamus or Big Show or Kane

MAY 5, 2014 FROM THE TIMES UNION CENTER IN ALBANY, NEW YORK
The Monday Night Raw intro airs, the cameras following up by panning in to the Times Union Center from Albany, New York. Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show, just twenty four hours removed from Extreme Rules! Cole notes how last night, Bryan Danielson survived not one, not two but three opponents to remain the Undisputed WWE Champion but it was announced earlier today on WWE.com that Commissioner Mick Foley will be announcing a new number one contender here tonight! Also last night, Triple H was the winner of the match but may as well have lost as he took a beating from Dean Ambrose and tonight, he will be speaking. Plus, the United States Championship is on the line in a rematch from last night! "That's right, ladies and gentlemen," Says Cole. "Sheamus faces Roman Reigns in another Tables Match for the United States title!"
The theme music of John Cena hits, rumbling through the arena to a mix of cheers and boos from the Albany fans. He proceeds to march his way out from the back, the reaction becoming even louder with his appearance. He plays it up a little bit before looking a bit more serious as he comes down and in to the ring, snatching a microphone from ringside. He lets the polarizing chant of 'Let's Go Cena!'-'Cena Sucks!' go back and forth for a little while before pulling the microphone up. "Last night at Extreme Rules, I stepped foot in to this ring with three men. Three men with the same goal in mind as me to walk out of the Izod Center as the Undisputed WWE Champion!" He continues on, saying that the man that walked out as champion was a man he has a ton of respect for, that man being Bryan Danielson. The WWE Universe breaks in to chants of 'Yes!' and Cena lets them go for a while before continuing. "But losing last night wasn't my problem. The way I lost is my problem... I eliminated a man I considered a friend of mine and somebody that has brought himself up from the bottom ranks in this company to the top, been the World Heavyweight Champion and he is always here to show off and he always has done a good job of doing it each and every night! That man is Dolph Ziggler..." Another mixed reaction comes from the crowd as Cena says that after he eliminated him, he thought nothing of it. It was fair game, it was how the match worked. But as he had his back turned, Dolph walked back in to this ring and dropped him with a Zig Zag, costing him the match and the Undisputed WWE Championship. "So let me cut straight down to the chase... Dolph, I want your ass out here because I want some answers, because since that moment last night I've wanted a damn good reason to get my hands on you and adjust your attitude, jack!" Cena stares up the ramp, waiting. 'Here to Show the World' hits, the crowd giving a mixed response.
Ziggler proceeds to make his way out to the stage, staring down at the ring. He refuses to come down to it and instead just shakes his head to Cena after he offers him to meet him. "You want me to give you a good reason for what I did last night, John? You want a good reason?" He laughs, saying that he shouldn't have to give Cena answers by his demands, so he isn't going to for that reason but rather because he feels the need to vent his frustrations. "I'm sick and tired of seeing everyone say that Dolph Ziggler can't get the job done, John. I'm sick and tired of people saying that Dolph Ziggler isn't a legitimate threat to be the Undisputed WWE Champion, John! I'm sick and tired of everyone saying that you are the top guy and always will be because quite frankly I think that your time is up and my time is now! So you want to wonder why I cost you the match last night? There you have it... I'm fed up... it's time for a change." Cena scratches his head and says that he gets what Dolph is saying, only for Ziggler to snap back and say he doesn't get it, because he can come out here any time he pleases and be handed opportunity after opportunity, yet he has he been working his ass of for years and has to try harder than anybody else to get just a chance. "When do I get handed things, John? When do I get handed the things that I've been earning since day one!? Do I have to change my name to John Cena to get that?" The crowd gets partially behind Ziggler as he says that he is fed up and he is going to do whatever it takes to show the world why he deserves everything Cena gets and then some. His music hits and he makes his way towards the back, Cena left staring.
Still to come tonight, Mick Foley will announce the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship. But coming up next, The Purge debuts in six man tag action!
THE PURGE DEF. ZACK RYDER, JUSTIN GABRIEL AND DARREN YOUNG » The bell sounds, Crowe starting off with Gabriel. They exchange some shots before Crowe rattles him with a series of powerslams and forearms to the face, rattling him with a clothesline before tagging in Zayn. He lets Gabriel make a tag to Ryder and he comes in, running at Zayn with a clothesline that misses, Sami rattling him with multiple kicks. He slams him to the outside face first, stepping out of the ring before diving through the middle and bottom rope to bring him down with authority! He tosses Ryder back in to the ring and follows, allowing him to tag in Young. Zayn and him stare down before Sami tags in Owens, the crowd getting anxious. Darren steps up and is absolutely smashed with a brutal clothesline! Owens begins a vicious beat down, Crowe and Zayn taking Ryder and Gabriel off the apron, proceeding with the finishing sequence of Crowe's corner clothesline, Zayn's Helluva Kick and Owens' corner powerbomb. The leader of the group drops to the mat slowly, placing both hands on Young's chest for the three.
The crowd gives a very mixed reaction as Owens rises back on to his feet slowly, standing with Crowe and Zayn. He demands a microphone from ringside and marches back to the middle of the ring, pacing a bit. "CM Punk... Alberto Del Rio... Chris Jericho... anybody else?" He questions, saying that The Purge is here to cleanse the WWE and begin the dawn of a new era, headed by himself, Zayn and Crowe. "And anybody... that wants to step up to The Purge, just as Chris Jericho foolishly did last night, you'll be next in the line of victims." He chucks the microphone to the mat, yanking Young to his feet once more to deliver another ferocious corner powerbomb! Zayn and Crowe hold him back from doing any more damage, as the fire in his eyes can be seen with his sinister snicker, The Purge having continued their dominance tonight.
Backstage is Renee Young and she is about to announce her guest, only for Tyson Kidd and Natalya to walk up in front of the camera, Kidd with headphones on. He pulls them off and looks to Renee. "If you're going to be interviewing anybody, it should be me." He says, stating that he has been away for a while, revitalizing his career in NXT. He says that tonight, he continues his long road back to success. "I'm going to beat the new Intercontinental Champion, AJ Styles. Fact. I'm going to show why I deserve to be recognized as an elite talent. Fact. I'm going to show why Tyson Kidd... is WWE." He looks to his wife and shakes her, getting her to say 'fact' for him. He smiles, puts his headphones on and heads off with Natalya.
INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION AJ STYLES DEF. TYSON KIDD (W/NATALYA) IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The match begins, the two locking up with each other. They go down to the mat and the action gets fast paced, Kidd surprising Styles with some hard kicks and high flying moves. He misses a springboard clothesline, however, allowing the new Intercontinental Champion to get up and plant him with the Pele Kick! He tries for the Styles Clash afterward but can't get it locked in, Kidd rolling up and pushing himself out of it. He rolls Styles up, resulting in a near three count. Kidd starts to go wild with multiple clotheslines and hard kicks, leaving him with two count after two count. He steps out to the apron and goes for a springboard dropkick only for AJ to catch his legs and lean him down, stepping over the arms and planting him with the the Styles Clash! The crowd pops for the spot as AJ rolls him over for the three count.
The Albany fans cheer on Styles as he rises back on to his feet, Kidd slowly rolling out of the ring to his wife. As Styles is presented his Intercontinental Championship, Wade Barrett's theme music and he proceeds to make his way out to the stage with The Commonwealth, sans Paige, staring him down with a microphone in his hand. "AJ Styles, last night was an absolute fluke!" He says, pointing down at him. "That Intercontinental Championship belongs to me. I held it for over two-hundred days and it should be around my waist for the rest of eternity! So before I give you one hell of a beat down, I suggest you hand it over right here... right now." He starts to make his way down the ramp, Styles taking a microphone from ringside and laughing in response. "You expect me to hand this over to you, Wade? I don't think so. Like I said last week on Smackdown, I came to the WWE with intentions to be a champion and now that I am, I ain't letting up. So if you want your title back, you're going to have to earn it!" He throws his mike to the mat, Barrett fuming. He orders The Commonwealth in to the ring and they charge towards it, Styles bracing. He takes Rose out with a shot to the face with the title, following up by hitting Sandow as well! He scares Regal from the apron and turns to McIntyre, smashing him in the gut with the title before planting him with the Styles Clash right in the middle of the ring! Barrett is fuming on the outside, pacing back and forth as AJ rises back on to his feet and spreads his arms out, raising the Intercontinental Championship up high over his head, a statement made.
Back from the break, Seth Rollins' music hits and he proceeds to make his way out to some very strong boos. He has a very frustrated look across his face and storms his way down and in to the ring, snatching a microphone from ringside. "This... this is a travesty..." He paces back and forth, saying that the fact that he isn't standing here as the Undisputed WWE Champion is an absolute joke. "You know, back at No Way Out I entered the Elimination Chamber match and I earned my title shot for Extreme Rules but what happened? What happened!? The worst authority figure in the history of the WWE, Mick Foley, decided to throw John Cena and Dolph Ziggler in the mix when they didn't deserve it... but you know something?" He laughs, saying he doesn't blame Cena, Ziggler or even Bryan Danielson for the reason why he didn't walk out champion last night. He turns his attention over to the announce table and points at it. "Jerry Lawler... you stood up from that announce desk last night and you had to stick your nose in my business and you distracted me long enough so that Bryan could get himself back in to the match and Jerry... I want you to come in to this ring and apologize to me." The Albany fans boos continue to grow, Lawler putting his hands up and saying he doesn't want any trouble. "You get your ass in this ring before I come over there and make you, Lawler!" Rollins snaps back, 'The King' looking a bit worrysome before pulling off his headset. Cole advises otherwise but Lawler proceeds to slowly make his way up the steel steps and in to the ring.
Rollins demands the apology, Lawler putting his hands up. "Look, Seth, I don't want any trouble." Says Jerry, clearly nervous about the situation. "But I don't really think I cost you that match last night... I mean, I didn't make you tap out." The crowd gives a sharp 'ooh', Rollins chuckling before ordering him to give it a rest and apologize before he does something that will make Lawler regret not saying he is sorry. 'The King' finally obeys the demand, telling Seth he is sorry. "Alright? I'm sorry, Seth. Now, if I can get back to my duties as commen-" He is cut off as Rollins smacks the microphone out of his hands, saying he doesn't believe him. He orders Lawler get on his knees but Jerry says he isn't going to do that, causing Seth to respond by smacking him across the face! "Get on your knees, apologize and mean it!" Lawler takes a deep breath before kneeling down, saying he is sorry once again. Rollins shakes his head, backing away a little bit. "You know what, Lawler? I don't believe you... I don't know how anybody can take you seriously as a commentator when you can't even give me a sincere apology! You're pathetic..." He looks around the arena before planting a boot in to the face of Lawler! The Times Union Center shows their disgust with Rollins, booing loudly as he drags Jerry to the middle of the ring, rushing off the ropes before coming back with the Curb Stomp! He stands over Lawler as officials head down to the ring and slide in, putting their hands up to keep Rollins at bay. Seth, however, shoves them aside and pulls Lawler back on to his hands and knees, hitting him with a second Curb Stomp! The jeers continue to come down on him as Rollins stands over Lawler, running his hands through his hair. "This... this is absolutely disgusting." Cole says from commentary, saying he hopes King is okay. Rollins remains standing over Jerry as the officials continue to check on him, calling for the medics from the back.
Back from the break, Michael Cole and John 'Bradshaw' Layfield go back to what happened before the break and show what happened during it as the medical staff took Lawler out on a stretcher. "And, John, I know we are supposed to be impartial here on commentary but sometimes I can't help it." Says Cole, shaking his head. "I hope somebody really sticks it to Seth because that was absolutely stomach churning. Disgusting." JBL says he is a fan of Seth Rollins but that was pretty hard to watch and, although they don't always see eye to eye, he hopes that King is okay. "Hope to see you back here next week so we can bicker back and forth, Jerry!"
THE USOS DEF. THE RHODES BROTHERS » The bell rings, Cody starting off with Jimmy and being quickly rattled. Jimmy and Jey make frequent tags to stay fresh, completely dominating. Rhodes mounts a short comeback against Jey after a Disaster Kick and a near fall. He stands over Jey, not doing anything. He shakes his head as his brother yells at him to do something, Cody tagging him in and stepping out of the ring! Goldust looks on in confusion, stepping through the ropes and asking Cody where he is going! As Rhodes goes up the ramp, Jey makes the tag to his brother and he comes in with a hard superkick! He and Jimmy go to opposite top ropes and each perform a splash to Goldust, Jimmy hooking both legs up for the pinfall.
The Usos get back up to their feet and high five each other, celebrating their victory. Cody looks back from atop the stage towards his brother before putting his head down, making his way through the curtains. Goldust, meanwhile, remains laid out in the middle of the ring.
Backstage is Renee Young and she introduces her guest at this time, 'Mr. Money in the Bank' Antonio Cesaro. She thanks him for the time and notes how he has been holding that briefcase since last summer and his time is running out on being eligible to cash in and she wants to know what his plans are. "I'm well aware of my time, Renee." He says with a smile, holding the briefcase up slowly. "And don't you worry, when I do cash in... it'll be the right place, the right time and there will be a new Undisputed WWE Champion." He heads off, as he is in action next.
Returning, the announcement is made that this Thursday on Smackdown, Mick Foley wants to try and get The Rhodes Brothers back on track so he has set them up in a WWE Tag Team Championships match against Jeff and Matt, The Hardy Boyz!
Back inside of the arena, Titus O'Neil is standing in the ring with a microphone in his hand. "Last week, 'The Real Deal' Titus O'Neil returned to singles competition! And Big Show caught me off guard, sure, but I guarantee that won't be happening again tonight! The Titus Train is coming through!" He starts to bark until Antonio Cesaro's theme music hits, cutting him off.
ANTONIO CESARO DEF. TITUS O'NEIL » The official calls for the bell and O'Neil begins to trash talk Cesaro, getting smashed with an uppercut! 'Mr. Money in the Bank' unloads with shots and completely dominates Titus until he is met with a sudden big boot. O'Neil lets out a bark and goes for the pin, getting a two count. He hits a couple of powerslams and sets up for a corner clothesline but misses, Cesaro catching him on the turnaround by the legs and giving him the Cesaro Swing - going around fifteen times! Cesaro flexes to the cheering crowd and Titus gets back on to his feet, Antonio dropping him with The Neutralizer! He covers him for the three.
Cesaro rises back on to his feet, pumping his fists in signature fashion to the crowd. The referee hands over his briefcase and he holds it up high before exiting the ring. "You know, Cesaro says he is well aware of his time to cash in, but I don't think he is! I think he is absolutely clueless!" Shouts JBL on commentary, Cole saying he still has plenty of time!
Coming up next, an Extreme Rules rematch as Roman Reigns defends the United States Championship against the 'Celtic Warrior' Sheamus in a Tables Match!
UNITED STATES CHAMPION ROMAN REIGNS (W/PAUL HEYMAN) DEF. SHEAMUS IN A TABLES MATCH TO RETAIN » As soon as the bell is rung, Reigns charges in to Sheamus with a clothesline. He begins a hard beat down and takes him to the outside, chucking him in to the barricade repeatedly. The 'Great White' comes right back aggressively, setting a table up after sending Reigns crashing in to the steel steps. He pulls the champion towards it and lifts him for a suplex, Heyman coming over and yanking the table away just in time! Sheamus gets up and storms over to Paul, grabbing him by the collar only to be pummeled from behind by Reigns. A commercial break intervenes and upon the return, the match is back in the ring with a table set up in the corner and Reigns in control still. He continues to work away at the challenger on the mat and against the turnbuckles, missing a splash that allows Sheamus to mash him with multiple clotheslines and a polish hammer to the face! He begins to pound on his chest for the Brogue Kick but Reigns rolls out of the ring before it can be executed. Sheamus follows after him but is met with the Superman Punch as soon as he gets out! The crowd boos as he lets out his signature yell, chucking Sheamus back in to the ring. He pushes him against the table and backs up for the spear, storming to him - Sheamus jumping out of the way, Reigns managing to put his hands up and not go through. He turns back around to the Brogue Kick! Sheamus realizes he had an opportunity to put him through the table and puts his hands over his head in disbelief. He steps out of the ring and pulls another table in, setting it up. He yanks Reigns up and lifts him for a suplex again, only for Reigns to kick himself down and deliver a hard low blow! He proceeds to drop Sheamus through the table with a powerbomb!
The crowd boos as Reigns stands over Sheamus, pushing his hair back. He drops against the ropes with a smile, Heyman stepping in to the ring with the United States Championship in his hands. He gives it over to his client and Reigns holds it high over his head, once again having defeated Sheamus here tonight in Tables Match to retain his United States Championship.
Still to come later on, Commissioner Mick Foley will announce the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Also, Kane will be going one on one with Luke Harper! "But we have just received word, ladies and gentlemen," Says Cole, "That Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have arrived and they will be speaking - next!"
'King of Kings' hits and the Albany fans boo loudly, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon slowly making their way out from the back. They stare out to the crowd before marching down and in to the ring, the Chief Operating Officer with a bit of a hobble. Hunter holds a microphone in his hands as a 'You suck!' chant breaks out. "Last night at Extreme Rules... I stepped in to the ring with Dean Ambrose inside of a steel cage..." Says Hunter, the crowd cheering for the mention of the 'Lunatic Fringe', causing HHH to shake his head. "You can cheer him all you want but I still walked away the winner of that match, damn it!" He snaps, the cheers turning quickly in to boos. He explains that he put Ambrose through hell and he got it right back and after Dean went nuts and leaped off the top of the cage, he went even more nuts and chucked him right through it. The COO gestures to the titantron, showing images from the event where Ambrose bashed him off the cage wall repeatedly before sending him completely through it. Back in the arena, the crowd cheers the pictures as HHH just glares, shaking his head. Stephanie takes over as he keeps on staring. "Dean Ambrose's mental instability got the better of him last night and therefore he walked away as a loser. My husband showed him no mercy, complete malice! He put Dean Ambrose to the test and he made sure he had the pain inflicted on him he deserved." She goes further on, saying that this war between them is over because Triple H has taken care of business and doesn't need to continue this against a lunatic that will keep coming back for more and more punishment, a lunatic that will never learn his lesson about defying authority.
Hunter pulls his microphone back up slowly, saying that is correct. "I have been a staple of this product for twenty years now and I have earned my position in this company. I work my ass off day in and day out, night after night and I don't get the respect I deserve when I come through those curtains and quite frankly I am getting sick and tired of it!" He stares out to the crowd, the veins in his forehead becoming visible. He says that he has preached what is 'best for business' over and over again for the past year, having done what the people needed to be done. "I screwed John Cena over at WrestleMania 29, yeah! I did it! I did what you people wanted and you still booed me! I made CM Punk the top guy in this company and you booed that too, so I took him down and I brought back Batista! You loved that idea at first but as soon as I gave you him as the WWE Champion, you didn't like that one either! Then I tried to do what was best for business and remain in control, remain in power but you didn't want that and they gave it up to Mick Foley! And look what happened when Mick became Commissioner... Brock Lesnar became the Undisputed WWE Champion, running through everybody in his path. Bryan Danielson was allowed to come back from injury, in my professional opinion, way too soon and Dean Ambrose was allowed to run around doing whatever he damn well pleased!" The crowd breaks in to 'Yes!' chants as Hunter keeps going, saying he took down Mick Foley to regain power because that was what was best for business, but they booed that too. He took down Dean Ambrose like he should have, but they booed that too. "But when Ambrose got lucky at WrestleMania to beat me, you all cheered that! But you know what you didn't cheer? You didn't cheer that man sitting right there, Justin Roberts, announcing me the winner last night!" The fans still don't cheer him as he breaths heavily, Stephanie rubbing his shoulders to try and get him to calm down a bit. He nods and looks back around the Times Union Center. "Effective as of tonight, Stephanie and I are going on a leave of absence." The boos turn in to very loud cheers as he runs his hand across his head, laughing at the response. He raises his finger and steps forward, leaning across the ropes. "You can cheer that. Go right ahead! But I promise you... I promise you that you won't be cheering when things around here go to complete hell without what is left of The Authority. I promise you that you will be begging for us to come back and when that day comes, maybe we'll listen. Maybe. But as for now, I'm going home to my daughters with my wife and I'll be watching every week to watch Monday Night Raw, Thursday Night Smackdown both go to complete hell without us!" He drops his microphone to the mat, breathing heavily once again as 'King of Kings' once again hits, him and Stephanie slowly exiting the ring.
Still to come, the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship will be announced by Commissioner Mick Foley. Up next, however, Diva's Champion AJ Lee is in action.
A promo video airs for the next WWE pay-per-view, Payback, coming in four weeks on Sunday, June 1, 2014 from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It features the official theme song "We Want It All" by Powerman 5000. WWE superstars constantly seek retribution, vengeance and now they will seek: Payback. Live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network.
DIVA'S CHAMPION AJ LEE DEF. CAMERON IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The bell sounds and AJ brushes Cameron off, yawning towards her. Angered, Cameron runs forward and gets her hair grabbed before being chucked face first in to the corner. AJ unleashes with multiple shots to the face and over the next couple of minutes, completely dominates Cameron. After hitting a shining wizard, AJ locks in the Black Widow. Cameron struggles shortly before tapping out.
AJ lets go of the hold and drops to the mat. She gets back on to her feet and rolls her eyes, taking her Diva's Championship from the referee. She raises it up over her head before throwing it over shoulder, skipping around the in and outside of the ring. She proceeds to make her way up the ramp, holding the title up one last time before going through the curtains.
A video proceeds to air from the titantron, showing Rusev and Lana standing in front of a black background, Rusev holding the Russian flag and the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal sitting next to the two of them. "Last night at Extreme Rules, Rusev continued his dominance." Says Lana with a smile. "The Big Show thought he could bring an end to Rusev's reign of terror on the WWE, but he forgot it was only just beginning and he was just a stepping stone for the platform that Rusev is on towards becoming the most dominant superstar in WWE history." She gives a reminder that he is a hand-picked super-athlete via Vladimir Putin, Russia's 'great' leader, and he nods. He says that he crushed Big Show last night and anybody else that dare step up to him will suffer the same fate. The two stare in to the camera, Lana with a smile and Rusev with a snarl as the promo video slowly zooms in while fading out on the 'Bulgarian Brute'.
Back from the commercial, Mick Foley is seen in his office and in to the room steps AJ Lee. Foley greets her with a smile and she flashes one back. "Mick, I know you're busy with the whole announcement of the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship and all, but in case you haven't heard... apparently Paige is going away for a little while after what I did to her last night. So, I'd like to ask you if you could try and step up my competition a little bit with her gone." Foley says he admires that from AJ and thinks for a moment before saying he has an idea. "How about this... since it worked out so well for the Intercontinental Championship, we have ourselves a tournament beginning next week right here on Raw to determine the number one contender for the Diva's Championship?" AJ thinks for a moment before slowly nodding with a grin, saying that sounds like a brilliant idea. She thanks Mick before exiting and wishes him luck later on, saying she knows he'll make a great decision.
KANE DEF. LUKE HARPER (W/BRAY WYATT AND ERICK ROWAN) » The match begins and Kane takes control quickly, using his aggressive style and power to dominate. He is distracted by Wyatt on the outside rocking back and forth with a grin, allowing Harper to blast him with a big boot! Luke sends him to the outside with a clothesline, the referee holding him back. Wyatt takes the opportunity to instruct Rowan to blast him with a boot to the face before he can get back up. A commercial break follows with Kane on the floor. After the break, Harper keeps control of the contest and gets a series of near falls on the 'Big Red Monster'. He goes for his signature discus clothesline but Kane ducks away from it, planting him with a huge running DDT from off the ropes! He starts to brew some momentum and goes for the chokeslam, Harper managing to slip free and hit a European uppercut, followed up by a surprising scoop piledriver! He goes for the pin but Kane manages to kick out. Harper stays aggressive as Wyatt yells instructions to him. He sends Kane to the outside and goes for a suicide dive, only for the 'Demon' to avoid it and let Harper crash and burn! He chucks Luke back in to the ring and follows after him, Rowan getting on to the apron to try and cause a distraction. Kane steps up to him and swings a fist, only for Erick to drop back down. He turns to Harper rushing at him but avoids it once again, letting him crash in to the corner chest first. As Luke clutches his chest, he turns around to a clasp of the throat and the chokeslam! Kane hooks the outside leg for the pin.
The WWE Universe responds positively to Kane as he gets back on to his feet. He doesn't get a chance to celebrate or anything, however, as Rowan comes charging in to the ring. Kane, however, catches him by the throat and drops him with a chokeslam as well! He drops on to one knee, giving Wyatt enough time to come in to the ring and bash him with a forearm to the side of the head! He follows up by planting him with Sister Abigail right in the middle of the ring! He leans over the motionless body of Kane with a laugh, spreading his arms out wide as he looks out to the crowd. "I am the new Phenom! I am the one you fear now! FOLLOW! THE BUZZARDS!" He shouts with a cackle, the signature of The Wyatt Family hitting.
Cutting backstage, Commissioner Mick Foley is seen walking through the halls smiling and saying hello to those he walks by. He is set to announce the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship and he will do that next!
The arena is rather silent after the break, although they give a loud pop as the signature car crash of Mick Foley's theme music hits, the WWE Commissioner proceeding to make his way out to his home state crowd of New York! He gives a big thumbs up as he comes down and in to the ring, taking a microphone from ringside. A 'Foley!' chant breaks out and he smiles and nods in response. "I may be from Long Island but it damn sure feels good to be over here in Albany, New York!" He gives a big thumbs up as he generates the cheap pop. "You know, last year at Survivor Series I was announced as the new Commissioner of the WWE. Triple H ran me down earlier on but I'd like to think I've done a pretty good job my second time around in this role, how about you guys?" He gestures his hand out to the crowd, giving him a 'Yes!' chant in response. He says he loves the WWE Universe and knew he would have his back. Speaking of 'yes', he says that he is out here because he is going to announce the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship. "The man that gets this opportunity will face Bryan Danielson one on one for the belt at the next WWE pay-per-view event, Payback, which you can indeed view on pay-per-view or you can see it on the WWE Network for a low price of just $9.99." He gives another thumbs up for the plug, saying that he has thought long and hard since last night about who would be getting this opportunity and it really became clear to him this afternoon. "I wanted to give each and every one of you a quality main event as I always try and do, so I finally found somebody that has deserved this chance for a long time. Somebody that has a true chance to knock off our current champion but at the very least give him one hell of a fight at Payback! So, without further ado, allow me to introduce to you all the new number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship!" He prepares to announce it, gesturing up the ramp, only to be cut off by the theme music of Seth Rollins to boos from the crowd.
Rollins struts his way out from the back for a second time tonight, this time with a twisted smile across his face. "How can he even show his face after what he did earlier on?" Questions Cole on commentary, Seth proceeding to come down to the ring and take his time getting in, laughing at the crowd's response to him. He steps right up to Foley and stares him down, Mick stuffing his hand in his pocket. "Let me clear the air here real quick, folks. Seth, you're not the person I was going to bring out here tonight as the new number one contender." Rollins laughs in response as the WWE Universe gives majority cheers to the words of Foley. The young, cocky superstar wags his finger in the face of Mick. "You realize by not giving me my rightful title match at Payback, you're making one of the worst decisions of your life and continuing to build your résumé to be fired, right Foley?" The fans show their displeasure for the harsh words, Rollins continuing on. "Hey, Albany, I don't give a damn what you think! I already Curb Stomped Jerry Lawler to hell, maybe I'll do the same to this scumbag from the second crappiest city in New York right here and right now!" The jeers keep on coming as Rollins stares Foley down, saying that ever since he earned his title shot back at No Way Out, Foley has been treating him like garbage. He mentions how Mick first of all made his one on one match at Extreme Rules a fatal four way and then over the weeks continued to throw him in ridiculous match ups he didn't want any part in and now he dares to not give him the title match he earned three months ago by winning the Elimination Chamber.
"Seth, if you think getting in my face is going to get you anywhere, you're mistaken." Says Foley to some cheers. "You see, you had a shot at becoming Undisputed WWE Champion, fatal four way or not, last night. You were part of the final two, you had Bryan one on one and what did you do? You tapped out." The Albany crowd continues to cheer, following up with a loud 'You tapped out!' chant towards Rollins, causing him to pace back and forth in anger. He snaps back at Foley, saying that he was cost that match by Jerry Lawler and that is why he caved his head in to the mat earlier on. "And that is another thing!" Retorts Foley, getting louder and angrier. "You put your hands on an innocent man earlier on because you can't accept the fact you didn't get the job done last night! You tapped out, Seth! YOU! TAPPED! OUT! GET OVER IT!" Rollins proceeds to smack Foley in the face, dropping him on to one knee! The arena gets louder than it has all night with boos for Seth as he stares down at the Commissioner, his eyes widening. "I'm giving you one last chance right now, Foley, to give me what I deserve. Give me my Undisputed WWE Championship match one-on-one at Payback before I cave your head in just like I did Jerry Lawler's!" The Commissioner takes a deep breath, standing back up and saying he isn't giving him his title match. Rollins smacks him in the face once again, dropping him down to the mat! The Times Union Center begins to roar as Bryan Danielson comes rushing out from the back! Rollins quickly notices and places his foot on the back of Foley's head, pushing him in to the mat - warning Danielson to not step in to the ring! "I'll crush his skull right now if you come between those ropes, Bryan! DON'T BE STUPID, BRYAN!" He shouts, telling Foley that if he wants to go home to his wife and children with whatever is left of the unscrambled part of his brain, he better give him that match. Danielson stares at Rollins, placing a hand on the bottom rope. "BACK OFF, BRYAN! I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL CAVE HIS SKULL IN! YOU BACK OFF RIGHT NOW! MICK, YOU'VE GOT UNTIL THE COUNT OF THREE BEFORE I DO THIS! ONE! TWO! THR-" Before he can spit it out, Foley shouts that he has the match. "You've got your match! You've got your match you son of a bitch!" Foley cries out, Rollins laughing with a sick smile. He drops his microphone off to the side, motioning for the title around his waist towards Danielson before rebounding off the ropes, coming back with a brutal Curb Stomp to Foley! Bryan slides in to the ring, Rollins managing to escape before he can get his hands on him! The Times Union Center is in disbelief as Foley is completely motionless, Danielson left checking on him with a furious look across his face as Seth Rollins has stooped to a new low in order to get a title match here tonight! Monday Night Raw comes to a dramatic conclusion as the medics rush down to the ring for the second time tonight at the hands of the new number one contender.

| Back at No Way Out, Seth Rollins earned a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship at Extreme Rules. After having it turned in to a fatal four way, Rollins' frustration grew and after losing to Danielson in that match, assaulted Commissioner Foley to get himself his one-on-one title shot. |
A very special thank you to Elliot for all Payback graphics.

Extreme Rules: - Personally I would have chosen a different opener, Bray and Kane have proven that they can't put on the kind of match you'd want to get a crowd kick started. Still the result was the right one, Bray could be a real force for you if you book him the right way and this was a good way to build on Mania. - I've been digging the Reigns / Heyman partnership, Reigns can easily be a top star if he's used the right way and a slow build like this is definitely a better way to go than what we've actually got. - The Diva's Championship match sounded great, loved the Regal involvement, puts AJ over nicely. Hopefully we can move away from AJ and Paige now, I'd like to see someone new become a proper threat for the title. - Big win for Styles, he's one of the few guys who I can believably buy the WWE letting use his independent ring name. I can't see Styles ever stepping into the main event scene so Intercontinental Champion is definitely a nice spot for him. - The Highlight Reel was great and you've built The Purge up nicely but even with the justification I still think you've missed a trick with Sami Zayn. I still think you'd have been better off putting someone else with The Purge and then bringing Zayn in to fight them down the road. He's not convincing at all in a heel roll in my books. - The TLC match was great as it should of been but I'm disappointed that Harper and Rowan didn't go over, this could have been a great spot to put them over two veterans who quite frankly aren't all that interesting any more and I'm gutted we didn't get that. - An obvious win for Rusev, not much else to say on it. - The cage match sounded good up until that horrible ending, I've always hated the idea that the cage wall just gives way, it doesn't make any sense at all unless you're dealing with two giants and even then it's stupid and completely cheapens the gimmick of the cage. Anyway at the very least this should hopefully mean a rubber match because if the Ambrose / Triple H feud ends like this I'm going to be really disappointed. - Glad the four way was given plenty of time. Thank god Ziggler got a heel turn in here, there really was no reason for him to be in the match if it wasn't leading somewhere like that. Guess we're getting Ziggler / Cena, should be solid. Rollins and Danielson made a lot of sense as the last two, they're really your top face and heel right now and you could get a big feud out of them after this. Danielson winning was predictable but needed. - This pay per view was a bit hit and miss for me overall but the good outweighed the bad by far. There's some interesting threads left hanging by it and it'll be fun seeing how you follow up.

- It seems so obvious that you are building up a Ziggler/Cena feud and if I am right about that I really hope that this doesn't result in Ziggler turning heel I mean Ziggler he turned babyface not all that long ago but if he has to turn heel then I am not opposed to it but I really hope Ziggler stays as a babyface considering we need babyfaces considering Orton is gone for now anyway and we are so heel heavy already that is why I am hoping Ziggler stays face and if someone has to turn heel then I would rather it be John Cena considering in your diary Cena has been heel before so for him to turn heel again it wouldn't necessarily be a loss if he were to turn heel, in fact a John Cena heel turn in your diary at this point would be welcomed as far as I'm concerned but it is obvious these 2 men will face each other at Payback
- The Purge making their debut match here on RAW and what a statement they have made in their first match as a team by beating Darren Young, Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel, I mean it was so obvious The Purge were going to go over in this match and honestly was it even in doubt? I mean let's be honest here The Purge had this in the bag and considering ever since they have burst on to the scene they have made an impact taking out not only CM Punk but Del Rio and just last night at Extreme Rules they took out Chris Jericho and now Young, Ryder and Gabriel I mean no one else is safe from The Purge no one is safe and I mean no one
- Tyson Kidd is looking to challenge the new WWE Intercontinental Champion AJ Styles, I mean Tyson Kidd is stepping up but in all honesty I just can't see him beating AJ Styles
- WWE Intercontinental Champion AJ Styles beating Tyson Kidd, it was obvious AJ he was going to go over here in this match I mean if he had lost this match especially after winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship last night at Extreme Rules by beating Wade Barrett ending Wade Barrett's title reign then that would have hurt AJ Styles' momentum it would have killed it before it even started so to see him go over Kidd here it really came as no surprise but then seeing Barrett show up post-match I mean it was inevitable considering he lost his WWE Intercontinental Championship last night to AJ Styles and AJ Styles ended Barrett's 200 day title reign so of course Barrett wants a rematch and then seeing AJ Styles hold his own against Barrett and also against The Commonwealth he has somehow stuck it to them again but it is obvious that it will be Styles (c) vs Barrett at Payback for the WWE Intercontinental Championship
- Seth Rollins after what he did to King after what he did to Lawler laying Lawler out with not one but 2 Curb Stomps, I mean enough is enough I mean Lawler is like a 60 plus year old man and not to mention he had a heart attack a while back and then for Rollins to do this I mean Rollins just had to go there now didn't he? But at the same time I would have loved for someone to have made the save for Lawler at least and here is hoping Lawler has a speedy recovery I really do mean that seriously but here is hoping WWE Commissioner Mick Foley does something about this and soon
- The Usos beating The Rhodes Brothers I mean this puts Jimmy and Jey back in the discussion for the WWE Tag Team Championships but then seeing Cody not even make an attempt to help his brother Goldust in this match not even trying to get involved not even once when Goldust was taking a beating and then afterwards walking out on his brother, it is so obvious that this will end up being built up towards a Brother vs Brother Match at WWE Payback or their match will somehow end up happening at WWE SummerSlam this year in your diary I just hope their match ends up being pushed back all the way to SummerSlam at least because then that way you can go all out for it
- Cesaro by that interview it just proves Cesaro is an idiot, I mean he has less than a month to cash in his WWE Money in the Bank briefcase considering next month is the WWE Money in the Bank pay per view and Cesaro he won the Money in the Bank briefcase at last year's Money in the Bank PPV and after all this time he still hasn't cashed in, JBL is right, Cesaro is an idiot I mean he has waited all this time just to cash in? Before we know it his time to cash in will expire and then that briefcase will be useless because he won't be able to use it
- This Thursday on Smackdown, The Rhodes Brothers taking on the WWE Tag Team Champions The Hardy Boyz Matt & Jeff with the titles on the line I can only see this match ending one way with The Hardy Boyz winning this match and retaining their titles with Rhodes turning on his brother once and for all beating the holy hell out of Goldust and then Rhodes putting his brother Goldust on the shelf injuring his brother with Goldust being out of action until at least SummerSlam
- Mr Money in the Bank Cesaro beating Titus O'Neil, I mean when the hell is Cesaro going to cash in? I mean he has been biding his time ever since last July when he won the briefcase but now Cesaro has until June until next month to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase considering you changed the Money in the Bank PPV to June so Cesaro has less than a month to cash in his briefcase so what the hell is this guy waiting for? Christmas to come? I mean honestly I really don't know why he continues to put us through this I mean cash in already and be done with it like Jesus Christ
- Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman Guy and Heyman's client the WWE United States Champion beating Sheamus to retain his WWE United States Championship yet again considering he beat Sheamus last night at Extreme Rules to retain his WWE United States Championship in a Tables Match and then to beat Sheamus again in a Tables Match again in a rematch from last night to retain his WWE United States Championship I can only wonder what is next for Roman Reigns now that Sheamus is no longer in contention for that WWE United States Championship? Or better yet what is next for Sheamus now?
- Okay Triple H and Stephanie taking a leave of absence, good riddance to bad rubbish I am so glad that Triple H and Stephanie are gone, about damn time in my opinion so glad that they are gone but I wonder what this means for Dean Ambrose especially now that Triple H is now gone? Where does this leave Ambrose now?
- AJ Lee the WWE Divas Champion beating Cameron considering last night she made Paige say "I Quit" she made Paige quit to retain her title I mean AJ is on a roll and honestly her beating Cameron after beating Paige the night before it makes me wonder just which diva will step up? Which diva will challenge WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee next for her title?
- Seeing WWE Commissioner Mick Foley announce that there will be a tournament to determine just who will face WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee for her title, I was hoping it would be decided in a Battle Royal but if my diva if my pick is in this tournament then I see her winning it, my pick being Tamina Snuka if she is in this tournament I see her winning it and I see her becoming the new #1 Contender for the WWE Divas Championship and if that happens Tamina she doesn't have to be saddled with Bateman who in my opinion is nothing more than a joke at this point an embarrassment
- Rusev now that he has destroyed Big Show it makes me wonder just who will Rusev face now that he doesn't have to deal with Big Show anymore? I wonder who will step up to face Rusev? Whoever does will be signing their own death warrant that's for sure
- Kane beating Wyatt Family member Luke Harper, can't say that I'm surprised considering how Kane lost last night at Extreme Rules in Falls Count Anywhere against Bray Wyatt but also another loss would have killed Kane's return to WWE I mean even though he did lose to Bray Wyatt last night he got back on track with a win by beating one of Wyatt's cronies so that's a good thing but then seeing Wyatt and Harper and Rowan attack Kane post-match I mean can Bray Wyatt really be stopped at this point? I mean seriously considering he has been unstoppable since WrestleMania 30 when he ended The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania 30 in his first WrestleMania appearance because it was Bray's first WrestleMania in your diary and he did what no other man in history has done and that is end The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania 30 and then beating The Undertaker's brother Kane at Extreme Rules last night it will end up being Bray Wyatt vs Kane at Payback in an Extreme Rules re-match how much you wanna bet?
- And in the closing segment to end RAW, just when Commissioner Foley is about to announce the next, the new #1 Contender for Danielson's WWE Undisputed Championship he is about to name who it is but then Rollins comes out to interrupt and given what he did to Lawler earlier on in the night I mean how lower can Rollins really sink I mean honestly? Just as Rollins is about to get in Foley's face here comes the WWE Undisputed Champion Danielson to make the save but then Rollins stops him from making the save by threatening to Curb Stomp Foley's head through the mat and Foley gives Rollins what he wants a match for Danielson's title, Rollins couldn't let it go but instead he has to push the envelope yet again I mean it wasn't enough that he did it to Lawler but now to Foley, and then when Danielson does get into the ring to go after Rollins, Rollins high-tails it out of there, now Rollins is just reeking of heel heat now I mean after what he did to Lawler and now Foley and he gets a WWE Undisputed Championship match at Payback I just hope Danielson kicks Rollins' ass at Payback but you know what I think will happen? I think Rollins wins at Payback and then either post-match at Payback just when Rollins is about to Curb Stomp the hell out of Danielson, Danielson knows what's coming and he ends up beating the holy hell out of Rollins cue Cesaro's music hitting and Cesaro running out with referee and briefcase in tow and Cesaro cashes in his briefcase on Rollins and then Cesaro Swings Rollins not once not twice but a good 20-25 swings and then he hits him with a Neutralizer to pin Rollins 1..2..3 to become the new WWE Undisputed Champion
