Awesome thread ;D I'm liking there;s no outright bashers in here lol.EDIT: Oh and AdamBomb, that idea about linking the TigerBat and Skull with their song title (of which is obviously chosen because it's so fitting)  ing rules! I think that could work great, so long as the banner (or whatever you put the song name on) is done well enough to compliment the skull. Don't worry, one of the guys who pokes their head into every tattoo thread and exclaims, "I don't know why you people do that!" will be chiming in soon, lol. I really like the roses idea, but I also have NO idea how you could do that. If I get the banner done, I'll get the same guy who did the skull to do it, and have that colored too! |

Probably oversimplifying it I like the idea, but I'm not really into words on tattoos atm  I'd work though, if he phrase wasn't kinda of 'in your face'. Like nothing huge or bold about it. Lol at the Kate Winslet potraits  AdamBomb, another question dude, lol. Y'know you TigerBat piece? Is that colour or black and grey? I was just wondering because from the pic, I can only see black. Was wondering how that would work in terms of what colours the banner would be in. I'm assuming it's colour 'cuz you said you'd get the banner in colour though lol. If not, maybe it'd be good to get the banner done in black and grey at the top, blending into vivid colours at the bottom. Depending on how big it was. Kinda showing the two pieces are connected and that. |

Then, I'm getting a banner with a latin saying on it. Then I'm getting Sublime written on my right forearm and then lyrics to the song "Closer to the Sun" by slightly stoopid on the back of my left forearm and finally Jesus on the cross on the back of my right forearm. Finally, im getting wings on each side of my back tat with 3 images from Sublime in the left one and 3 images from Slightly Stoopid in the right one. I can't wait. |

Well, I had a friend do it, back then it was a purple outline, and it came out pretty bad (never let a friend give you a 'free' tattoo, you'll 'pay' for it later). Since then, I had it fixed up to look like a stencil someone quickly spray painted. Some things are 'off', and there are runs and drips - it looks a lot better. For the most part, it's straight black. I'll have to get a pic up of it sometime. I really do like your idea though! |

i love this thread and can't wait to see some awesome tattoo work by my fellow members. here's some of my work that i have so far. 1st & 2nd tattoos i got 10 years ago when i turned 18. this is on my left arm...  my 3rd tattoo is the dragon heads i got 9 years ago. it wraps around my arm. then i got my 4th one which is my family crest. i needed something to fill in the gap between them so i got the number 13 representing my sports numbers and birthday. overall 13 is my favorite number. this is my right arm...  next is when i moved to north carolina last year and wanted something to represent where i was born and raised. so got an outline of new jersey on my leg...  my wife and i bought our house in myrtle beach, south carolina and i decided to get nautical stars. it was something my brother sister had and wantd me to get so we'd all have something together...   last night my brother came for a visit and we decided to get another tattoo. i drew this out last weekend and got it for my 2 dogs who are lik my wife and i's children. i ctually inked there paws and had them sep on paper t get there real paw prints. i think it came out nicely...  i also made an appointment and dropped a $200 deposit for a big bicep peice next friday for my birthday. i'll have thosepics up next weekend sometime. overall i spent around $1,400 so far not counting next week. i still have a whole lot of canvas to work with. thanks for looking and enjoy. I have always wanted the MN outline on my leg lol I prob get it only if I move there |

AdamBomb: Cool dude. Sounds a decent fix. Yeh, my friend does, ahem, 'tattooing' outside the shop. Was a time where I was gonna get somehing really small done by her, y'know, just because. But I've since chaned my mind haha. Guessing I made the right choice lol.
