Dropped a line to a local tattoo artist on MySpace to see how much he would charge / if it would be possible to get COEXIST covered with Darth Vader. No reply yet, but I think if I do go through with these sleeves I'm gonna go to him. Here's a link: www.myspace.com/davementessi

I jump up out of my chair and I guess forget how to ing stand and mega stove my toe. turns out it's broked. hmmm...this has happened to me. We had this mahogany coffee table and my mom had it in the most uber dumb place. I had just gotten my tattoo on my back, and was moving a bit slow being I was only like an hour out and it stung. Well my granny's cat was fuxing with the blinds and I went to chase her...my shirt was a little stuck to my back and the feel of the shirt peeling mad my leg twitch and BAM! I yelled super loud and my mom was like "So um yes that would be broken." Then the doctor I had at the time was like "Well, here's a roll of tape..."

The fact that a Penguins goal contributed to your injury makes it amazingly great.
I need something new, I don't care what it is, but I need to get something soon.

I might be getting my first tattoo soon, I'm 15, but my mom isnt too hesitant about it. Like I have it all designed and stuff, and since I'm going to be a tattoo artist when I'm older and will have full sleeves and throat tattoos she's not really caring. Lol. I already have 7/16 plugs in my ears. So hopefully she is cool about it. The idea is 2 boxing gloves like hanging kinda and it says Title Fight, like Title on top and Fight on bottom. In like old english font. There, sorry for the crappy pic, i just snapped it quick with my phone. The pic also makes the letters on the bottom not look even, but they are.

If you're serious about being a tattoo artist, I'd suggest taking as many art classes as possible (even though you appear to already be good), and studying the wide variety of styles there are out there. - I'd also recommend they you be prepared to spend an assload of of money if you plan to apprentice under anyone.
And, please, don't buy a machine off of the net or use a homemade one at anytime, on anyone.
I'd absolutely love to learn how to tattoo, but I am deathly afraid of ever messing up on someone, lol.

If you've read much of this Thread, you'd know i'm looking at possibly getting into tattooing... and i know you've probably heard this alot but especially at your age where you may not fully thinking about the future, make sure you are truely set on the idea of getting one, where your getting one and what of... especially since its your first. Also, just because your mum hasn't given many clues on her feelings towards it... doesn't necessarily mean she isn't against it. Anyway... if you feel its still something you want to do then by all means go get it (unless you have a ridiculously low pain threshold) Yes i know its odd for someone in this thread to say 'think twice about tattoos' but theres nothing worse as fans of tattoos than to encourage someone who could regret it soon

I'm great friends with Tom Renshaw, like family friends with him, if you're big into tattoos I'm sure you must've heard of him. He's on t.v. all the time, and is known around the world. And he said I could apprentice under him for free. Yeah I've been in honors art and stuff like my whole life, I won the art show at my school and I'm only a sophomore, well now a junior, but yeah. Also, my pain tolerance is very high, like most things dont even bother me. The kind of pain I dont like is the slow just throbing pain, like when you break a bone or something. I'll put up some more art later, some of my recent work. I'm really into drawing like realistic looking stuff, but I also like flash kind of .
