All 3 of my pieces were wrapped up in a little over an hour each, so it wasn't too bad. The first one hurt, because I had no idea what I was getting into, the other two just stung for a few minutes in the beginning.
I'm thinking about trying to find an artist down in Nashville and get something done on my Birthday while I'm down there.

So i'm thinking of getting my first tattoo for my 18th, i'm wanting it to go from my bicep, around my chest and up to my neck, but I really have no clue what I want, I just don't want a tribal tattoo because...well nearly everyone I know of has them.
I'm into Pheonix' Dragons, Angels, Skulls, the whole lot, but I have no idea how can incorporate any of them into a tattoo that can go on to the parts that I want it to.

Seriously, if you're going be an ass, get out of the thread - we don't need this being locked because some fifteen year old kid couldn't keep his stupid comments to himself. I'm trying to figure out why he had to rip into her like that  , weird. TEENAGE ANGST!  I don't know, but it pisses me off personally - this kid won't listen to anyone, comes off like he knows  ing everything, and then he pulls this bull****. This thread was incredibly b.s. free before him - and it needs to go back to being that way. |

I see you guys ink here, and it is pretty sick, I always here a tat should have meaning and insparation, and I couldnt agree more, so where do you guys get yours from?

My Cross - My first piece, it has my father's initials on a banner. I got this because I wasn't sure if I would like tattoos, so I wanted to have something that I would be proud of. Mushroom - I grew up playing Mario, and after going through a lot of things that could have killed me, I figured having an extra life was a good idea. Red Sox - I love the Boston Red Sox, that's it. |

What do you guys think about tattoos on hands?
I'm thinking of possibly getting the Five Finger Death Punch skull on my hand, but I need advice on hand tattoos.

That is one of the most clever things I've ever heard. If I didn't like you, I'd totally steal that, lmao. I guess I'll go through the list of mine, and why I have what I have. Tiger Army - They ing rule. I've been a fan since I was 13, and when my dad passed away "Remembered Forever" had a much greater meaning for me, enough of one to slap em on my arm forever. 77 - In reference to another band I've dug since I was 13, Blanks 77 and their song "Spirit of '77". Dia de los Muertos Sugar Skull - I live in New Mexico, and have been around Mexican culture my entire life. I got this to symbolize not only my respect for their culture, but also as a memorial piece to my father. Atomic "Shark" Bomb - My nickname is AdamBomb. I like sharks. I like bombs. There you go. Paw print - I have a huge bond with my dog, when he came down with distemper and I had to take care of him and be with him nearly all day long for a couple of months, it got to the point of us being nearly inseparable - and now, a little part of him is always with me. Stars - Not gonna lie, I want at least a half sleeve, they're filler. Leonardo - What person between 20-30 didn't grow up with the Turtles as part of their life? Really? I always dug Leo the most, he was a leader and the backbone of the group, plus his katanas are badass. Totally getting a mouser to accompany him. I have a lot more planned, but I keep my ideas separate - my left arm is where everything that is close to my heart is put, and ly right arm is reserved for the things that make me happy and remind me not to take life to serious. EDIT: To the poster above me, I won't get tattooed below my wrist. |

Thanks for the feedback guys, I have been thinking of what I want when I eventually get one, I know for sure that I want the number "180" incorporated in it somewhere. I have always been fasinated by the supernatural and unexplaianble, and Final Destination has been a favourite film of mine (obviously the Flight 180). For some reason, "180" means alot to me.

Same here. I don't want to do something that could keep me from being able to get a good job somewhere. If I can cover it with a long sleeve shirt or pants I'll put some ink there.
If I ever make it big as a drummer, or filmmaker, I might get something on my neck, but I doubt that I'll ever get a piece on my hands.
