Because he's a hard working guy who is proving himself to be really good in the ring and continuing on his already impressive mic skills. Generally everything you would want to look for in a wrestler. As for the promo, I have no idea. I doubt it but it's always a possibility. |

Best promo of 2010 IMO. Both of them are my two faves on Raw, but I hope MVP wins and Miz goes onto bigger things like a feud with HBK. This is why you should give mic time every week to these two.

Loved it. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Both him and MVP shon brightly tonight, they should be proud of themselves for such a well-worked segment. The Miz is most definitely going places, moreso than his charisma-deprived former team-mate.

The Miz v MVP should be a good match and I want Miz to win so that the feud can continue to maybe a title change at NWO since the first match will most likely be on Raw.

It is nice to be retired but he isn't doing anything relevant in terms of wrestling which I am kinda happy with since he was boring as hell.
And he was obviously wrong with The Miz since he is a solid wrestler who can cut a great promo.

[/quote] Now, I stand to be corrected; but, I think he was talking about The Miz there. Again, I stand to be corrected... just what I think. Anyway, I DO REMEMBER story leaking that he was kicked out hes come a long way since messing up words on a cue card ...and pausing during a live Raw broadcast to read his wrist and not know what he was reading. That was classic -- if The Miz gets a dvd made I'd love to have that as a "blooper". |

I love how everyone says MVP gets face pops, but when MVP came out, it was dead as hell. Not really.Many people online try to ignore the reaction he gets. Generally only main eventers on Raw get big pops and Hornswoggle. And MVP got some chants like always.He wasn't totally ignored. Kofi is the one fans didn't respond to all night. |

Wouldn't surprise me if he was referencing actual events. Afterall, I've never heard commentators go out of their way to mention how much they dislike a guy like JBL and Foley did when calling Miz matches. Granted Foley wasn't as bad about it, but JBL would just come out of nowhere with insults toward Miz. Which always seemed odd to me since JBL was the heel of the team and should have been siding with most, if not all, heels on the brand.

As a fan for over ten years, one of the most solid/best promos I've ever seen. Whoever wrote that segment deserves a raise. THAT is how you build a mid card feud, build a champion, and establish credibility to superstars all at the same time.
BRAVO.
