A fairly realistic edition of Smackdown, solidly booked. However, two things bug me. Batista coming out and burying Smackdown isn't a good move. The promo could have been reworded to accomodate the same message. My other gripe would be Shelton Benjamin's short reign as Intercontinental Champion. Unless he and McIntyre will be trading the belt back and forth, I don't see the reason for Benjamin to have held the belt at all. I love your use of CM Punk. You book his character very realistically.

SmackDown!;Apr16: Sort of a mess up on the Batista promo, it syas it's his last night on ARW when it's his last night on SD! Batista winning at Extreme Rules would be cool. Batista competeing tonight, I wonder who against *looks at graphic* hmm. Oh, The Undertaker? That's a nice surprise. Jericho beating Hardy is fine, gives him momentum for Extreme Rules. Jericho commentating for the main event can only mean one thing, interference! Poor Young, here it comes. Wow Morrison and Jeff vs. Gallows and Punk in a Tables Match? I'm Dreaming. Decent win for Phoenix, squashes get people over. It got Beth over. Oh My God, McIntyre wins back the title? I'm shocked, what's next for Shelton? Decent confrontation between Drew and Yoshi, you got the point across, Drew is cocky. Wow, Hawkins with the Dudebusters is a nice decision, like back into the FCW days. Nice, thretening promo from 'Taker, of course Batista wont hurt him that badly since this is only a weekly show. 'Taker beating Batista is good since Batista wont be on SmackDown! anymore. I expected the interference too. Good SmackDown! can't wait for Extreme Rules. I love to real-time schedule since I get your Extreme Rules then WWE's Extreme Rules.

Raw -Good opening, Regal being involved is great due to it being in London. Six man tag sounds excellent, and Regal/MVP can be god -Don't like if the briefcase is defended often, but glad Kofi retained. Maybe Kofi/Swagger/Sheamus at Extreme Rules -The Santino stuff was really funny -ShowMiz squash makes sense -I like Orton not wanting to go as far as to shake Cena's hand -I'd rather Regal have gone over in his home country -Baywatch Bikini Battle Royal was realistic, Kelly/Maryse should be decent -Funny, realistic scene with Swagger/Goldust/Hornwsoggle/Kofi -Using the Abraham Washington Show for good, important segments is great. Bret potentially getting 50% is fantastic -Ezekiel pinning Cena is huge for his career, I see big things from him. The ending with Dibiase & Orton was great as well
Great Raw, realistic and enjoyable
NXT -Miz not showing up makes sense and Young & Punk winning was the right move. Hope to see Young go Straight Edge soon -Barett & Jericho winning was the best way to go, as Sheffield is terrible in my opinion -Good Miz/Bryan stuff backstage -Glad Otunga's cocky attitude cost him the match -Finally, glad Sheffield went home. It's about damn time
Good NXT, nothing special, but great that Sheffield went home. I really wonder what you're going to do on Tuesday nights after NXT finishes
Smackdown -Good opening promo, Batista/'Taker as always should be good -Can't wait for the Draft -Jericho over Matt to open is a good choice, would've been a solid encounter -Interesting that Young was ready to join the SES. The tag Tables match should be great, but after Extreme Rules, I'd like to see Jeff Hardy back in the Title picture -Not usual to see a local female competitor, but a Beth squash works -Surprised to see McIntyre regain the Intercontinental Title so fast. Not sure what the point of Benjamin winning was -Hawkins joining the Dudebusters is good and Christian making the save is nice. The Dudebusters doing this to E&C is a big step for their careers -Good main event, glad 'Taker won. Can't wait for Jericho/'Taker, hoping Jericho claims the belt
Great Smackdown, I feel like Raw was the best show of the week though. Anyway, this is the best diary on the boards right now, it needs to be Spotlight when the time comes. And it's HOF worthy in my opinion.

- Undertaker vs Batista shall be sweet. - Obvious win for Jericho over Matt. - Jeff and John vs SES in a Tables Match? Sweet. - Squash match for Beth. Okay then. - Happy to see Drew win the title back, never liked that he lost it. - Don't see the relevance of Dudebusters being a side feud for E&C when they are contending for gold, but k. - And lastly, glad that Taker won the match - even though it was pretty obvious with him as the World Champion.
Good progressing Smackdown.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 16th April 2010...Christian on WWE Superstars this week is alright, I just really hope that it isn't a recurring thing and Christian ends up in a good storyline on SmackDown or RAW in the future. Mike Knox isn't really needed anymore. The Hart Dynasty overthrowing Jimmy Wang Yang and Slam Master J is alright, no problem with this. Alright, main edition of SmackDown. Batista's promo opening up SmackDown in the United Kingdom is fine, but I am really unsure about Batista facing The Undertaker tonight on SmackDown, although it's alright considering this is in the United Kingdom. Looking like a great main event for tonight, I mean it's not like it's for the World Heavyweight Championship as well. Matt Hardy needs to keep focused; he needs something to keep his momentum high; but Chris Jericho needed this win en route to facing 'Taker at Extreme Rules, and so this was a fine decision to make. Up next, a great promo involving the Straight-Edge Society and I loved CM Pun's speech to the United Kingdom audience as well as Jeff Hardy and John Morrison. Serena carrying clippers...it's usually a shaver. It seemed to be on route to Darren Young's transformation, but thank god it wasn't to be. A tag team tables match sounds good for Extreme Rules, however. Woah, you could have mentioned who the Local Competitor was; I'm intrigued since I know my British talent, and there certainly is a few I've thought out in my head. Maybe it was a male local; now that would put Beth Phoenix over as a massive threat to the WWE Womens Champion, Michelle McCool. Drew McIntyre beating Shelton Benjamin to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship...alright first-hour main event, but Benjamin enjoyed a...three week reign? I wonder if you do teeter-totter with the title like Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho did once. I do hope that is the case. It's always good to have a title change in the UK. Edge beating The Dudebusters by disqualification is okay I guess, the lack of Christian was bizarre, though, considering Christian fought on Superstars instead. Really weird decision here. Not a fan of this decision at all. The Undertaker beating Batista is acceptable; a big main event. Overall, it was a good show with some strange decisions made.

April 19th, 2010 - East Rutherford, N.J
Jack Swagger def. Chris Masters
Alicia Fox & Rosa Mendes def. Eve & Gail Kim
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- We open the show with the usual pyrotechnics and are taken to ringside along with Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler. They tell us that tonight they have a huge Main Event which will put the WWE Champion, Randy Orton against Batista. They also reminds us that Maryse will defend the Divas Championship against Kelly Kelly and Triple H will be a guest on the Abraham Washington Show. We are then interrupted by the theme of John Cena. to a massive pop.
- Cena enters the ring and begins to speak to the WWE Universe. He tells them all how thankful he is for them standing by him, despite his beatdowns, courtesy of Batista. He says that he is unashamed to admit that he has never defeated Batista in his entire career, because he thinks Batista is a fantastic competitor. But he says the thing that lets him down is his disregard for the business. He says that Batista is just in it for the money, in it for the spotlight, the fame, whereas he is in it for the fans and the joy he has towards the WWE. Cena tells us that at Extreme Rules, Batista will be fighting to simply claim the spotlight as his own, and by doing so, fighting for Mr. McMahon and helping him dispose of Bret Hart, pushing him further up the rankings. But, he says that he will be fighting for each and every member of the WWE Universe who has stood by him all this time, and a special shoutout goes to Bret Hart, whom he will fight alongside and hope to gain him some compensation from McMahon. Cena is interrupted, but not by Batista or Mr. McMahon, by Bret Hart. Hart comes out to a huge pop and speaks to Cena and the WWE Universe.
- Hart tells us that tonight could be his very last night on Raw. Not that he has any doubt in John, but he knows that McMahon can and will do anything to get his way. He says that he wants to thank John Cena for supporting him in this tough time, and also takes the time to thank the WWE Universe. He explains to us that the reason he challenged Vince with 50% of the company on the line was because at WrestleMania, he got his revenge, but he wanted something that he can actually take away from Vince, just like Vince took his career away from him 13 years ago. Cena nods his head nad pats Hart on the back. However, both are interrupted by the theme of Mr. McMahon who struts onto the stage alongside Batista.
- McMahon mocks Hart and Cena, saying that this was a sweet picture. He says that this Sunday at Extreme Rules, Batista will be walking out as the victor, and Bret Hart will be banished from Monday Night Raw. McMahon tells us that tonight, he wants to see John Cena in action seeing as Batista will be, and therefore he announces that tonight, John Cena will go head to head with the World's Largest Athlete, the Big Show. We then fade to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP - MARYSE [C] def. KELLY KELLY; Last week, Kelly Kelly was victorious in the Baywatch Bikin Battle Royal to earn her shot at Maryse tonight. However, unfortunately for Kelly, Maryse was more prepared than ever and came out victorious. Maryse defeated Kelly after avoiding the K2 and then hitting Kelly with the French Kiss. After the match, Maryse rubbed the victory in Kelly's face, showing her that she still held the Divas Title. We then cut backstage.
- We see Goldust and Hornswoggle walking down a corridor to a pop from the crowd. Hornswoggle is still in his DX outfit. Goldust tells Hornswoggle he is glad they were reunited on Raw, and now that DX is finished, they need to get 'Horny' out of those clothes. Goldust pulls out a mini golden robe and wig from behind him and Hornswoggle jumps for joy as the crowd chuckle. He puts them on and the two high five. Suddenly, Zack Ryder and Rosa Mendes walk onto the screen. Ryder says "Dude... seriously?". Mendes then gets up in Goldust's face and screams something in Spanish. Mendes and Ryder walk off disgusted as Goldust begins to laugh. We then fade further backstage.
- We see a limousine pulling up, followed by the cast of MacGruber getting out. Tonight's Guest Hosts are here, and they're coming out - NEXT!
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
- The theme tune of MacGruber hits as Will Forte, Kristen Wiig and Ryan Phillipe walk out to the ring to a decent reaction. They enter the ring and Forte takes the microphone to kick things off. He speaks to the WWE Universe, saying the usual about how good it is to be hosting Raw. He mentions that not only are they avid fans of the WWE, they co-star in MacGruber with a few WWE superstars, and speaking of them, wishes to say a few things regarding this. He hands the microphone to Kristen Wiig who tells us that tonight, all three of them have had a little discussion and they feel that one of their co-stars is going to receive a reward tonight for taking part in the movie, and that WWE superstar is... MVP! MVP comes out to a huge pop from the crowd and enters the ring, shaking hands with his fellow MacGruber co-stars. Wiig hands the microphone to Phillipe, and he tells MVP that tonight, they have a special treat for him, and it comes in the form of a chance to challenge the United States Champion, The Miz, in two weeks on Raw. All he has to do is defeat this man...
EZEKIEL JACKSON def. MVP; William Regal comes to the ring with Ezekiel Jackson. Regal was still angered from his loss to MVP last week in England, and therefore wanted Jackson to destroy MVP, which is exactly what he did. The MacGruber cast obviously don't have a very good image of a 'reward', do they? Jackson pummels MVP, eventually finishing the match with the Book of Ezekiel, pinning MVP for the win. After the match, Regal locks in the Regal Stretch, focring MVP to tap out, but obviously, this is not a match. Jackson stands alongside this, telling any referees to back off. Eventually, Regal releases the hold leaving MVP battered in the center of the ring, motionless. Regal raises Jackson's hand as we fade backstage.
- We see a promo package for WWE Extreme Rules, airing this Sunday from Baltimore, Maryland. It focuses mainly on the WWE Championship, Steel Cage match between Randy Orton and Ted DiBiase, and also the No Holds Barred mactch between John Cena and Batista. We then cut to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
THE ABRAHAM WASHINGTON SHOW, WITH GUEST - TRIPLE H!; Abraham Washington and Tony Atlas are ready for the show, the set up on the stage this week. Washington thanks the crowd for their reaction... despite boos. He then says that his guest tonight is a multi-time World Champion and the man who forced Shawn Michaels to take a leave from the WWE... Triple H! Triple H walks out not looking too happy, but to a huge pop. Washington tells him to sit down, but Triple H grabs a microphone and speaks. He says "Washington, I didn't want Shawn to go, that's the last thing I would have wanted. I'm grateful that he only decided to take some time off and not retire completely. I just wanted to help him, I did not 'force' him away." Washington tells him to calm himself down and that he should be proud of what he did. Washington says "Let's get real, it was a fantastic WrestleMania match, two of the greatest WWE superstars... blah, blah, blah..." He flicks his cue cards behind him, obviously skipping through multiple segments, seemingly not bothering with Triple H. Washington then says "I think you did the right thing at WrestleMania, I mean... damn! Shawn was getting pretty annoying with all the 'Undertaker' stuff, I almost assigned myself with SmackDown just to keep that crazy dude away from my show!" Triple H doesn't like Washington's tone and stands up adn begins shouting at him. He says "Shut your mouth, Abe! Shawn is a good man, and just had a few issues during the time, don't talk about him in that way, or else!..." Before Triple H could continue... WHAM! Bicycle Kick to the skull, courtesy of... Sheamus. The crowd and even Washington are in shock. Nobody has any clue as to why Sheamus did that, it wasn't provoked or anything, we want an explanation. But Sheamus simply raises his hands and sreams primally as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for the WWE Draft, airing next week on Monday Night Raw. It will feature the superstars of Raw and SmackDown in a 3-hour spectacular. [Graphical representation]
JOHN CENA def. BIG SHOW; This was an interesting match to say the least. The Miz was accompanying Big Show to the ring. The two battled it out, remembering their history from 2009. The match was back and forth, but it looked like Big Show was in control and was about to put Cena away, however, we were all taken by surprise when two fans leaped from the barricade and tackled The Miz to the floor. Both men were wearing WWE baseball caps and Extreme Rules t-shirts. Security jumped the rail and dragged the two fans off, but the distraction had cost Big Show. Cena spun Show around and lifted him onto his shoulders before planting him with the Attitude Adjustment for the victory. Cena escaped the ring in celebration as Big Show looked on in confusion. The two fans were on the stage by this time and told the security guards to unhand them. The fans then took off their caps to reveal themselves to be Edge and Christian, much to the crowd excitement. The Miz and the Big Show look on in anger as Edge and Christian wave down the ramp at their Extreme Rules opponents. We then cut to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
- We return to see Big Show and The Miz backstage with the Guest Hosts for tonight, the cast of MacGruber. Show demands that they punish Edge and Christian in some way tonight. Will Forte steps up to Show and tells him they're SmackDown superstars and therefore they can't do anything about it, as they are signed to look after Raw property. Show gets angry and tells them that he will be seeing Mr. McMahon about this and he will get a proper punishment sorted for Edge and Christian. ShoMiz storm out as Forte says something. He says "Damn, the guy still hasn't used any breathmints since we filmed the movie..." The rest of the crew laugh as we fade back to ringside.
EVAN BOURNE def. CHAVO GUERRERO; A quick match here, simply getting Bourne over. Chavo did jump from the top turnbuckle in hopes for a Frog Splash, but Bourne moves and then climbed the turnbuckle himself before hitting a perfection Shooting Star Press to put Chavo away. Bourne leaves in celebration, but Chavo becomes angry and stomps around the ring. He snatches a microphone from Justin Roberts on the outside and returns to the ring. He then shockingly shouts "I QUIT! I QUIT! I QUIT!". He slams the microphone to the canvas and leaves the ring as the crowd look on in shock. We then cut to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for tomorrow night's NXT, advertising that there will be a Five Rookie Battle Royal, and the winner will get to take part in the WWE Universe Poll and submit the final vote when the fourth NXT Rookie is eliminated. We then cut backstage.
- We see Chavo Guerrero storming down the corridors with his bags packed and ready to leave. However, he is stopped by his aunt, Vickie Guerrero to a lot of heat. Vickie tells him not to quit, because she has a plan. She then takes him into a locker room to reveal her plan as we fade further backstage.
- We see the WWE Champion, Randy Orton and Batista on a split screen, making their ways to the ring. We then cut to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
RANDY ORTON fought BATISTA to a No Contest; This was a fantastic Main Event, and really put forward the hatred for both men. They battled back and forth, both wanting to get an advantage in their respective Extreme Rules matches this Sunday. Batista tried the power game on Orton, but Orton was too smart to fall for it and used his speed to avoid Batista's attacks. Orton went for an RKO at one point, but was shoved off by Batista and met with a huge Spinebuster. However, the match ended in a No Contest, when both men refused to re-enter the ring before the referee's ten count. Both men were counted out resulting in the No Contest. The two continued to fight, but eventually it spilled back into the ring. However, the crowd were shocked at what took place next...
- Batista was gaining control, but suddenly, out comes... Kofi Kingston! Kingston rushes to the ring and dodges a clothesline before dropkicking Batista down to the canvas. Then, Kingston looks at his briefcase, then at Orton, and then goes to hand his briefcase to the referee, and it looked as if he was cashing in! Unfortunately for Kingston, Batista wasn't too happy to spun Kingston around before delivering a huge Spinebuster to him in the center of the ring. Out of nowhere, John Cena slid into the ring and began trading fists with Batista, eventually fighting Batista off. Ted DiBiase also rushed to the ring and attempted to get one-up on Orton by hitting the Dream Street, but in a reverse to last week, it was Orton that shoved DiBiase off and avoided the danger. Batista stood on the stage as he stared down at John Cena at the bottom of the ramp. Orton stood outside the ring and stared in at Ted DiBiase, giving us two Extreme Rules staredowns before the event this Sunday. Raw comes to a close on a shot of Kofi Kingston recouperating and grabbing his briefcase before seeing the two tense staredown. We then fade to a close.

-First off nice graphics. -Good promo for Cena. Hope it all changes at Extreme Rules. Let's go Cena! -Fine win Maryse retaining, Kelly Kelly hasn't reached the point she needs it yet. -I tell you I like to cover the bottom of the page up so I can't see who wins the matches and so. I kind of thought it'd be Big Zeke. Fine for him to win. -Whoa! That was the best Abe Washington Show known to memory. Looking forward to Extreme Rules after the Triple H vs. Sheamus altercation. -Great win for Cena. It builds momentum for the Unified Tag Titles as well as the Cena/Batista. -Interesting with the whole "I Quit!" situation. Chavo quitting the WWE is interesting. Still shocking as well. -The last parts of the show were great. The Batista/Orton match last week was good although the JD, 2009 one was slow, and boring. Like Orton as face. -Good to see the staredowns going into Extreme Rules. Good show. Can't wait till NXT, Superstars, and SmackDown. But most of all, Extreme Rules.
-As usual, good show Elliot.

-Good opening segment, I see Cena beating Batista since he never has before -Glad Maryse retained, I felt her title reign was cut too short in real life -Hornswoggle with the gold robe would've been funny most likely. Not sure why Ryder was involved in the skit though. Maybe a future match between them -If a reward is a match against Ezekiel Jackson, I don't want any rewards lol. Jackson winning made the most sense as he is getting pushed -The Abraham Washington Show was well executed and Sheamus attacking Triple H was good stuff -Cena over Show was good and E&C dressed as fans was a nice touch -Bourne/Chavo was filler. I was going to say that it served no purpose, but Chavo quitting after makes it interesting -Great ending to the show, love the multiple run ins and stare downs. Liked Kofi teasing a cash-in as well
Great show as usual, the ending was fantastic and I'm so looking forward to Extreme Rules

WWE RAW: Monday 19th April 2010...Ah, Jack Swagger beating Chris Masters is fine, I am just not so sure about how you're using Swagger currently. I hope he becomes a RAW regular, as opposed to Superstars. Alicia Fox and Rosa Mendes beating Eve and Gail Kim is fine. Alright, a pretty solid promo to kick off the show, fairly intense with John Cena in the ring then being interrupted by Bret Hart. Vince McMahon then coming out is good, this moment is escalating for Extreme Rules. My only complaint is that only Batista didn't appear; which is odd, considering he plays a bigger role in this stipulated WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules. Maryse beating Kelly Kelly is fine, to retain the WWE Divas Championship as Maryse appears to be becoming a dominant champ again. I just wonder who she will lose it to next. Goldust and Hornswoggle becoming a duo is amusing; just like last year on RAW before Goldust went to ECW. Zack Ryder and Rosa Mendes interrupting is funny; I'd like a 'mixed' tag team match here. MacGruber's promo was decent, but I am much bigger a fan of MacGruber playing his character role; it just makes the film release more appealing to the audience that way; rather than the actors and actresses just coming out and saying 'BUY NAOW'. Anyways, MVP coming out? Hmm, then getting a shot at The Miz's WWE United States Championship in two weeks on RAW? Why two weeks? Bad call if you ask me, to be honest. And it further becomes useless with Ezekiel Jackson beating MVP. On the positive side, Zeke did get over with a win against Montel Vontavious Porter. The Abraham Washington Show with Triple H was good, I was amused with it; especially the way you wrote Abraham Washington's character. Sheamus attacking comes as no surprise; more hype for Sunday's Extreme Rules. John Cena beating Big Show is a good way to open the second hour of the program, gets Cena over more; but I would have had this open things up if Cena was in the ring at the beginning of the show. Evan Bourne beating Chavo Guerrero is acceptable; odd for RAW but the aftermath made it worthy. I liked him quitting but then Vickie Guerrero saving him. Hopefully he is able to hang around for a little longer. Lastly a solid main event ended with no contest. Batista and Randy Orton had a good confrontation, though, both men being counted out is known as 'double-count out' rather than 'no-contest'. Heh, picky am I. I didn't see sense in Kofi Kingston attacking Batista but John Cena, yes. Ted Dibiase also being involved is fine but that ending seemed slightly clustered. Overall, a storyline advancing scenario; very good but to be honest, some things were booked oddly.

Very crisp graphic, and as always you have a solid format. You kick off Raw with a solid opening promo as it advances your main storyline going into Extreme Rules. I like McMahon booking Cena to take on Show as it seems very realistic – although, I have seen Cena and Show face off enough times to make me gag. An okay opening contest, but it is strange to see the divas kick off the action as usually they are higher up the card. I wonder where you are going with Ryder/Goldust, but they should put on a decent series of matches. I laughed picturing Hornswoggle dressed up as Goldust. I really hope you give Zeke a huge push because, with Regal in his corner, I think he can get really far. I dislike the Abraham Washington Show because I find Washington unbearable to watch. The segment did its purpose regardless, and Sheamus left looking like a badass – which is great. Cena defeating Show was realistic and smart, no complaints there. I like the Edge and Christian attack and that was a fun way to continue their feud. I really dislike that you are still doing the guests host because I feel that McMahon should be in complete control – or McMahon/Hart which seems more realistic. Bourne versus Chavo was random and seems oddly placed. I am interested to see what you do with Chavo. I wonder what plan Vickie has in mind. The non contest was a solid way to end Batista versus Orton. The aftermath was a smart way to close the show and very realistic. Overall, you have a great show here and I am pumped for Extreme Rules.

April 20th, 2010 - Uncasville, CONN.
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- We open up the show backstage with Matt Striker where he is standing by with the five remaining NXT Rookies. He tells them that tonight, they will all participate in the Main Event which is a Five Man Battle Royal. He reminds us that at stake is the final vote in the WWE Universe Poll, with the winner getting a chance to add a 5% margin to a Rookie of their choice. The public have been voting all week long, and later tonight, we will find out who the fourth Rookie to be elimination will be. He then tells us that up next is four of the five Pros in action in a tag team match.
CM PUNK & THE MIZ def. MATT HARDY & R-TRUTH; Chris Jericho did not compete in this one, and instead, took a seat at the commentary desk with Michael Cole and Josh Mathews. Jericho claimed that he was saving his energy for this Sunday at Extreme Rules, and will not be competing on SmackDown either. Anyway, onto the match, it was evenly matched for the most part, but in the end, it came down to a sly low blow, courtesy of The Miz to R-Truth, which allows CM Punk to lift him onto his shoulders and drop him down with a Go To Sleep for the victory. After the match, CM Punk and The Miz shook hands and smiled as Matt Hardy checked on R-Truth. We then fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for the WWE Draft which will take place on next week's Raw show and will feature superstars from both brands in action. We then cut to a commercial break. [Graphical Representation]
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
- We return to see Matt Striker backstage with Darren Young whos Straight Edge aspirations were put to a halt on SmackDown by John Morrison and Jeff Hardy. Striker asks him if he was honestly ready to pledge allegance to the Straight Edge Society. Young tells him he was 100% ready and hates Morrison and Hardy for delaying the process. He says that this week on SmackDown, they will attempt the process again, and nothing will stop it. Striker tells him he may not be around after tonight, and Young looks at him in disgust before leaving. We then fade to the ring.
- We hear the theme of R-Truth, but unfortunately, we get David Otunga, without his Pro. He enters the ring to some heat and speaks to the WWE Universe. He says that his Pro, R-Truth is simply holding him back, saying that Truth is nothing compared to him. He claims that he should be mentoring R-Truth, not the other way around. Otunga reminds us multiple times of how he is the 'A-List' and says the WWE Universe should respect him. He claims that he will win the Battle Royal tonight and will place his vote on the Rookie he feels doesn't deserve to share the same show as him. Otunga is interrupted by the theme of The Miz, and out comes Daniel Bryan. Bryan enters the ring and speaks to Otunga. He tells him that he wishes that he had a mentor like R-Truth. Bryan tells Otunga that he should be grateful to have such a mentor, and have someone that actually cares for their future, saying he should respect that. Otunga tells Bryan that The Miz is completely right about Bryan, and that he isn't as good as he thinks he is. Otunga tells Bryan that tonight, he'll be aiming to eliminate him in the Battle Royal. Bryan tells him he looks forward to it and we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE Extreme Rules, airing this Sunday from Baltimore, Maryland. We then cut to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
- We return to see Justin Gabriel backstage with his Pro, Matt Hardy. Hardy says he was sorry he lost out there tonight, but Gabriel tells him it is fine. He says he would rather have a Pro that lost and tried his best, than one who wins by cheating. Hardy smiles at him and pats him on the back. The two are interrupted by Chris Jericho and his Rookie, Wade Barrett. Jericho smirks and says that Gabriel needs to look at the bigger picture, telling him that Matt Hardy barely wins anymore, saying that he defeated Hardy this past Friday on SmackDown. Hardy looks depressed, obviously knowing that what Jericho is saying was true. Gabriel sticks up for Hardy, saying that he has never backed down, and always gives his best in every match. Jericho chuckles and says that 'his best' obviously isn't good enough. Hardy stands up and gets in Jericho's face, saying that NXT is about the Rookies, not the Pros, so he needs to stop running his mouth. Barrett steps in front of Jericho and gets in Hardy's face, telling him that the only Rookie this show is about is him, the future winner of NXT, Wade Barrett. Hardy and Gabriel leave for the Main Event as we fade to ringside.
DAVID OTUNGA def. DANIEL BRYAN, DARREN YOUNG, WADE BARRETT & JUSTIN GABRIEL; This was a great Battle Royal, showcasing all five of the NXT Rookies. The match was very clouded in terms of a winner, but it started to become clearer and clearer as people were eliminated. The first person eliminated was Wade Barrett after he was tipped over by his rival, Justin Gabriel. However, Barrett wasn't letting that go any time soon and jumped back in, only to throw Justin Gabriel over the top, eliminating him. The next to go was Darren Young when Daniel Bryan launched him over the top rope with a headscissors. Unfortunately for Daniel Bryan, he remained on the apron and before he could get back in, Otunga speared him off, sending him to the floor, therefore, eliminating Daniel Bryan. David Otunga gets the victory!
- Otunga celebrates his victory before Matt Striker enters the ring and congratulates him. Striker then asks him exactly who he is choosing to add 5% of the WWE Universe Poll too, giving them less chance of staying. Otunga thinks for a moment and then points outside at Daniel Bryan! Otunga exclaims "I'm placing my vote, on Daniel Bryan! Good luck, Dan..." Bryan looks at him in anger, knowing that he now has less chance of remaining in the competition. But then, Matt Striker makes the reveal...
- Striker says that he is receving word through his earpiece that the 5% has been added to Daniel Bryan's current number and the votes are all in. He can now reveal that the fourth person to be eliminated from WWE NXT is... Darren Young! Young gets up on the outside in shock. He takes a big gulp and stares at the floor in disbelief. The theme of CM Punk hits and Punk comes out with Luke Gallows and Serena. All four enter the ring as Matt Striker leaves. Punk puts his hand out to Young and Young takes it. The two shake hands, until... BAM! Go To Sleep on Darren Young, knocking him out cold. Punk looks down at Young and shakes his head as Gallows and Serena smirk. The Straight Edge Society raise their hands as WWE NXT fades to a close.
NOTE: The public voting will continue this week, so remember to PM me your votes from the four remaining Rookies who you want to be eliminated!

- Pros vs Pros! Glad to see Punk and Miz win it. - Good two segments from Young, Otunga, and Bryan. - Fine with Otunga winning the battle royal. I hope Barrett wins it all though. - Young being eliminated? D'aw. I voted for Bryan. Good NXT.

I wish this wasn't following real-time. I think it holds the diary back from developing further, and you may be more inclined to replicate real-life events e.g. 'spring cleaning' releases.

-Fine with the opening match, Heels winning is alright -Young should be gone tonight tbh -Nice Segment between Otunga and Bryan -God, I really don't like Young, so glad he is out, but I don't like Otunga winning, I find him boring and I believe he is only there because of his gimmick, and tbh I don't like it.

FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN April 23rd, 2010 - Uncasville, CONN.
Dolph Ziggler def. Yoshi Tatsu
Curt Hawkins def. Jimmy Wang Yang
SmackDown Tapings: The Undertaker opens up the show, saying he will win at Extreme Rules and retain his World Heavyweight Championship. DREW MCINTYRE def. FINLAY; McIntyre wins with the Future Shock. After the match, Shelton Benjamin came down nd chased McIntyre away. JEFF HARDY def. LUKE GALLOWS; Hardy defeats Gallows after a Swanton Bomb. MICHELLE MCCOOL def. TIFFANY; McCool wins after making Tiffany tap out to the Heel Hook, sending a message to Beth Phoenix. Edge and Christian come out and make some jokes about ShowMiz, and remind us of their Ladder match experience. ShowMiz appear on the titantron and say that they will defeat Edge and Christian at their own game this Sunday. THE HART DYNASTY def. THE DUDEBUSTERS; The Hart Dynasty seemed better than ever, and were getting a pretty decent reaction. They won after the Hart Attack. CM PUNK def. JOHN MORRISON; This WrestleMania rematch was reversed when CM Punk won after the Go To Sleep. Chris Jericho tells us all that he will defeat The Undertaker at Extreme RUles, and says that if he wins, he doesn't just want to take the title, he wants to make sure that The Undertaker remains in the Casket for good, never to return. SmackDown then fades to a close.
NOTE: Apologies for the quick results, I had the results prepared, but the file is 'corrupt' and I can no longer open it, and this really annoyed me. This is a result of me having zero motivation to re-write SmackDown, so Extreme Rules will be posted in a few moments, and Raw tomorrow. Thanks.
