WWW.F4WONLINE.COMReported by Dave Meltzer.SMACKDOWN SPOT, THE ROCK/HOF, FUTURE HOF INDUCTEES, PLUS MORE!- According to sources, the spot which was vacated in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber will be filled this Friday on SmackDown. Apparently, the idea is to have a multi-man match to determine who will fill the spot. - It was announced this Monday on Raw that the headlining inductee to the WWE Hall of Fame will be Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Apparently it has been set for weeks now, but no word was leaked. WWE must have played that one quite close to the chest. Another Hall of Fame inductee will be announced next Monday on Raw. - Speaking of the next inductees, many names have been brought up such as the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase, which seems to be a popular name. Others have also been mentioned, but nonoe confirmed. - Bret Hart was indeed backstage at this past Monday's Raw, however, he was not used. This was probably because they do not want to overuse both Hart and McMahon in this storyline each week. They seem to be keeping it slow until the actual run-up to WrestleMania, which is a good idea. Apparently, Hart does have quite a lot of input in this storyline with McMahon, and rumour has it that he is really enjoying working with the WWE again and plans to stay for a little longer. - The new layout is very nice I have to say. - Like the opening promo, it was great. McMahon spoke the truth. - Sheamus over Bourne is okay, I'm not a fan of Sheamus, but I'm glad it went that way. - Maryse over Kelly was good, the Divas title match should be good as well - I like this emotional Shawn. Its a really good story you're telling. Especially with a seemingly conflicted Triple H - Orton beating Henry is good. Possible Legacy mania match? - Excellent promo between Miz and MVP - Kingston qualifying is great. Glad he did over Swagger. - Triple H looks to be in a handicap. - Unsurprising victory for The Legacy. - Great aftermath, built your chamber well!
Great show man. I really like your Michaels story atm. Probably my favourite story from any diary.

- Great opening promo between Cena/McMahon. - Sheamus qualifying was probably going to happen anyway. Wouldn't of minded Bourne getting an upset victory though, oh well. - Maryse over Kelly is the right call. - Great segment there. HBK basically having a mental breakdown is gold. - Tension, indeed. Ted claiming the title is coming home to him is great. - Good promo with ShowMiz and MVP, I laughed at the big friends in jail part. (To anybody who may enter prison, heres some advice: Don't drop the soap.) - Kofi qualifying is good, could of seen either of them enter it. - Yep, Rock being inducted. - Hunter having to do the handicap is good. Legacy over him is the right call. - And good post-match stuff that hyped up the chamber. Glad Orton stood tall.
Liking the new layout, and good Raw.

Raw was great Elliot. Liking the new format. Liked the Cena/McMahon promo. Seems like you could be building to a good feud there. Even though I'm a huge fan of Bourne, I'm glad that Sheamus got into the EC. Hopefully he isn't the first eliminated. Meh divas match, good that Maryse challenges Gail to a match though. Really enjoyed your HHH/HBK promo, really good story there. Ohhh, I like Legacy as tag champs, sorry I missed them win them. Really enjoyed the segment as well. Good win for Orton in the next match. Great Miz/Show/MVP promo, hopefully Miz retains at EC. Glad to see that you kinda made Springer a heel here with the announcment of the main event. So glad that Kofi beat Swagger, even though I hope to see a Swagger push very soon. I really like how much you are building your Michaels angle, its quite good. The Rock seems to be a common choice for HOF, I still think its too soon considering how he is completely blowing off the WWE right now, but whatever. That doesn't really matter. Really glad you didn't have HHH win in the main event by himself. Loved the aftermath showcasing each of the participants in the EC. Can't wait for that show. Keep it up

TUESDAY NIGHT ECW16th February, 2010 - Kansas City, Missouri."Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."Before we open up, we see a short montage of clips, highlighting the illustious history under the ECW name, ranging from the original ECW to present day. It includes scenes such as Rob Van Dam winning the WWE Championship from John Cena in 2006, Tommy Dreamer winning the ECW Championship in 2009, and Christian's return to the WWE. It finishes on a shot of Christian holding up the ECW Championship to the classic "E-C-DUB!" chant. THE BEGINNING OF THE END!We open up with a huge pyrotechnics display, opening up the final ECW episode. We are taken to ringside where Josh Mathews and Byron Saxton welcome us to the show. They remind us that tonight is ECWs last night, and they are going to finish it with a bang. They reveal that tonight's Main Event will feature one of ECWs biggest feud, as the ECW Champion, Christian takes on William Regal. They also tell us that tonight, there will be two WWE NXT Talent Qualifiers, along with a match between Shelton Benjamin and Vance Archer. And we are about to get straight into the WWE NXT action. WWE NXT Talent Qualifying Match ZACK RYDER def. THE HURRICANEA great way to kick off the show, and we have our first confirmed WWE NXT competitor as a result. Zack Ryder showed us all that he wants to be the fact of WWE NXT upon its debut, and he proved that he is capable, defeating The Hurricane after a huge Zack Attack. He hooked the legs for the victory. After the match, Zack Ryder grabbed a microphone and cuddled with Rosa Mendes. Ryder says that he just made a statement on the final episode of ECW, and he will be the face of WWE NXT. He drops the microphone and the duo leave as The Hurricane comes around. We then fade to a promo package. We see a promo package for WWE NXT, which will debut next Tuesday on SyFy. It shows clips of all the next generation stars and is played to the theme of 'Wild & Young' by American Bang. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KWe return to see the backstage area where Todd Grisham is here, standing by with Shelton Benjamin. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS!Todd asks Benjamin how he feels about the end of ECW. Shelton says that he has had some great moments on ECW, whether it be representing the brand in the Money in the Bank Ladder match, or challenging for the ECW Championship at WWE: TLC. He says that it will be sad to see ECW go, but at the same time, cannot wait to get back on either Raw or SmackDown. Todd then asks Benjamin how he feels about finally going up against Vance Archer one more time. Benjamin says that Archer has attacked him for weeks now, and only last week did he get his own back, but tonight, they are one-on-one, and Shelton says that he will walk out with the victory. We then fade back to ringside. SHELTON BENJAMIN def. VANCE ARCHERFinally, these two actually get a scheduled match. Although it was rather short, it was great to see the two actually go one-on-one as opposed to sneak attacks. Shelton was the one who walked out with the victory after escaping the clutches of Archer and drilling him with a Paydirt. This was only Vance Archer's second loss on ECW. Afterwards, Shelton celebrated his victory and left ringside as we fade backstage. We see Abraham Washington and Tony Atlas walking down the corridors, obviously about to start an Abraham Washington Show with tonights guest, ECW General Manager, Tiffany! We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KTHE ABRAHAM WASHINGTON SHOW WITH TIFFANY!Washington makes his entrance to a lot of heat, but still thanks the crowd, obviously ignoring their hatred towards him. He says that tonight marks the end of an era, the end of something special... the end of the Abraham Washington Show on ECW. The crowd boo, expecting Washington to actually aknowledge the end of ECW, but instead, talks about himself, yet again. He says that he will miss his show taking place in front of the dim red and purple lighting of ECW, but looks forward to the future of his show. He says that he is about to find out that future, and introduces his guest for tonight, the ECW General Manager, Tiffany! Tiffany comes out to a pop and shakes hands with Washington before taking a seat. Washington gets right to business and asks Tiffany what she has planned for the future of the Abe Show. Tiffany stalls a moment before telling him that she hasn't got a clue. Washington chuckles and tells Tiffany that's a good joke, he then asks her again. Tiffany tells him that she doesn't know and has no idea where Washington will be going. For all she knows, the show could be discontinued. Washington's jaw drops and Tony Atlas starts doing his patented laugh. Washington turns around and tells Atlas to shut his mouth because it means he'll be out of a job too. Atlast suddenly stops laughing. Washington begins to threaten Tiffany, saying he should have bene the main priority when sorting the contracts and demands that he be place on Raw or SmackDown, keeping his show intact. Tiffany tells him it is out of her hands now and lies in the hands of Theodore Long and the Raw Guest Hosts. Washinton goes mad and throws his cards away. He stands up and shouts to the ECW crowd, saying that they have never deserved to witness one of his shows, and he will be much more appreciated on Raw or SmackDown. He storms off as Tony Atlas and Tiffany share a laugh. We then fade to a promo package. We see a promo package, replaying what happened on last nights Raw broadcast. It shows Shawn Michaels going mad on the Jerry Springer Show and superkicking his security guards. We then return to ECW. WWE NXT Talent Qualifying Match CAYLEN CROFT & TRENT BARRETA def. GOLDUST & YOSHI TATSUA relitively short match, but good overall. These two teams have had it at each other for a few months now, but tonight, it all ends as one team will stay on the WWE NXT program. It just so happens that the Dudebusters will remain on WWE NXT, leaving Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu without a contract. The Dudebusters win the match after a Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combination on Yoshi Tatsu. The Dudebusters celebrated their victory and left ringside as Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu stood in the ring. Goldust and Tatsu shared a hug of respect before leaving up the ramp. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KCHRISTIAN MEANS BUSINESS!We return to see Todd Grisham backstage with the ECW Champion, Christian. He asks Grisham what he will do when ECW becomes WWE NXT. Christian says he believes that WWE NXT is for the younger talent to shine, and he has offered everything he has to Tuesday nights on SyFy. He says that just because he believes that, it doesn't mean he won't fight for the ECW Championship, and does plan to retain the title at WWE Elimination Chamber. He says that he will not have a contract after tonight, but wherever he ends up, he plans on taking the ECW Championship with him. He then leaves as we prepare for the Main Event. First, we see a promo package, hyping up this Friday's SmackDown broadcast, advertising it's Main Event as a tag team match between four of the six Elimination Chamber competitors. It will be CM Punk and Batista taking on Kane and R-Truth. We then return to ECW. CHRISTIAN def. WILLIAM REGAL w/ Ezekiel JacksonA fantastic way to round off the ECW saga. These two men put on a brilliant match for our fans in attendance tonight. Back and forth action all the way, Ezekiel Jackson unusually staying out of the action. The ending was close for Christian, it seemed, when William Regal measure him up for the Knee Trembler. However, Christian avoided the attack and grabbed the arms of Regal, planting him into the canvas with the Killswitch, picking up the final victory in ECW. Christian celebrates his victory, holding his ECW Championship high as Regal rolls out of the ring and is helped up by Ezekiel Jackson. Ezekiel Jackson and William Regal back up the ramp, not letting their eyes leave Christian, Christian holds up his ECW Title, showing Jackson that it was his to keep. He then started an ECW chant from the crowd as ECW fades to its final close. Only one thing left to say... long live E-C-W!

WWW.F4WONLINE.COMReported by Dave Meltzer.GOODBYE ECW, ECW TITLE, ECW CONTRACTS, PLUS MORE!- Indeed, ECW is gone for good, airing its last episode this past Tuesday. Only three superstars are officially confirmed for the new WWE NXT brand, and they are Zack Ryder, Caylen Croft and Trent Barreta. It is believed that there will be a few mor from the ECW roster staying on Tuesday nights and they will be announced in the coming week over WWE.com, aswell as some possible call-ups from Florida Championship Wrestling. - We reported not long ago that the ECW Championship may be re-christened as the WWE NXT Championship, however, we could have been wrong. Apparently, Vince McMahon is pushing to keep the ECW Title on the brand to add name value to the new show, possibly making the belt more prestigious, looking upon it as a legacy, so to speak. - As reported, the majority of the ECW roster will become free agent now and will be signed to either Raw or SmackDown over the coming week. - Nxt week on Raw, there will be two Guest Hosts, and they will be the couple of Jewel, a famous singer/songwriter, and Ty Murray, a professional bull rider. WWE post up this graphic on their website earlier today. Advertisement: PAUL HEYMAN to purchase ECW!!

I am very happy that Zack Ryder will be headed to NXT as I feel he will do great there. I love the Shelton promo, well done there. Shelton defeating Archer makes sense and I am curious to see what happens to Shelton. I thought that was a good way to end the Abraham Washington show on ECW and I am also very curious to see where he ends up – hopefully Smackdown. I am very pleased the Dudebusters came out victorious as I feel the win does more good for them than it would Yoshi and Goldust. Christian retaining to exit ECW as champion makes perfect sense and I couldn’t disagree with you more on that decision.

ECW: I'm glad Ryder went over, but I'm not sure on having an NXT qualifer on the last episode of ECW. Happy to see Benjamin defeat Archer. Nice end to the Abe Washington Show. Glad Croft and Baretta qualified for NXT, I'm sure Goldust and Tastu will make SmackDown! Wow, keeping the ECW Title? It could be a nice fit on SmackDown! or even RAW. A sad ending to the final ECW, Good win for Christian.

- The opening promo video sounds very good. - The card for tonight looks great. - Ryder on NXT is great. He'll be a great fit. - Oh God wild and Young is an awful song. But it is the actual theme song, so makes sense. - I'm glad Shelton won, and I expect Archer to stick around. - Love the AW show, and I love him getting stroppy at the end. Raw would be good for him. - Like with Ryder, the Dudebusters will fit well on NXT. I see Goldust back to Raw, maybe Yoshi sticking around? - Christian over Regal is great. Him ending ECW with an ECW chant is a great finish as well.
Great show. Fitting end to ECW C:

- Zack Ryder on NXT should be great. Push him to the top and I'll [insert verb you'd most enjoy] here. - Benjamin beating Archer is great. - Wonder where the hell AW will go... Raw would be nice. But I think he'd fit better on SD. - Croft & Beretta going to be on NXT is great. Hopefully they are gonna be the top tag team. - Christian winning and ending with an ECW chant is awesome.
Good last ECW.

- Great to see Ryder beating Hurricana. I hope that Ryder is the face of NXT, as he is entertaing. - Benjamin going over Archer works for me as I like Benjamin and hope for big things from him. - Decent AW show and I like the Atlas parts of the show. - Fine win for the Dudebusters. haven’t seen much of their work but them winning isn’t something I will complain about. - Good main event. I guess Christian will be on NXT here? I don’t think that is a great idea as it should be the young talent being showcased.

THURSDAY NIGHT SUPERSTARS18th February, 2010"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."A HUGE MAIN EVENT!We open up with a pyrotechnics display and are immediately welcomed to the show by Raw commentators, Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler. They reveal that tonight's Main Event will be coming from SmackDown and will be a Six Man Teag Team match between two teams. One team being Dolph Ziggler and The Hart Dynasty, and they will be up against Matt Hardy and Cryme Tyme. They then reveal that the Raw action for tonight is up next. BIG SHOW w/ The Miz def. CHRIS MASTERS w/ EveAmidst the feud between The Miz and MVP, the Big Show inserted himself, partnering with The Miz in hopes of exceeding his tag team run with Chris Jericho, and dominating the tag team division. Tonight, Big Show was in singles action and defeated the Masterpiece, Chris Masters, with a little help from The Miz of course. Miz grabbed Eve on the outside, which caused Masters to become distracted. Masters then turned around into a huge Knockout Punch from the World's Largest Athlete, putting him down for the three count. Big Show and The Miz stood tall inside the ring, Miz holding his United States Championship over his head, whilst standing in front of Big Show. Superstars then fades to a promo package. We see a promo package for tomorrow nights SmackDown, advertising it's tag team Main Event. It will be CM Punk and Batista taking on Kane and R-Truth in an Elimination Chamber Preview match. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KCHARLIE HAAS w/ Mike Knox def. JIMMY WANG YANG w/ Slam Master JA decent contest for tonight on Superstar. The menacing combination of Haas and Knox are as intimidating as ever, Knox staring out Slam Master J across the ring as the two stood in their partners corners. Jimmy Wang Yang used his speed to gain the advantage, but it wasn't enough to match the wrestling skills of Charlie Haas. Haas slammed Wang Yang to the canvas with a scoop slam and then locked in the Haas of Pain, forcing the Asian Redneck to tap out, giving Haas the victory. Haas and Knox left ringside with a serious expression on their faces. Slam Master J entered the ring and checked on his partner, Jimmy Wang Yang. A HEATED CONFRONTATIONWe see Matt Hardy walking down the corridor to a pop from the crowd, obviously on his way to the ring for his Main Event match. Before he makes it to the curtain, The Hart Dynasty stand in front of him and smirk. Hardy asks them to get out of his way, but then Dolph Ziggler walks onto the scene to a lot of heat. He tells Matt that for weeks, Ziggler has been ridiculed, ever since losing to Kane. He says that it was his destiny to be in the Elimination Chamber match, and he should be in there, but he isn't. He says that tonight, he and the Hart Dynasty plan to redeem themselves, cancelling out all their previous losses and their embarrassing moments, by defeating Hardy and Cryme Tyme tonight. Suddenly, Cryme Tyme walk onto the scene to a huge pop. Shad tells Ziggler and the Hart Dynasty they better get ready for their match, because they're not going down without a fight. Ziggler and the Hart Dynasty leave as we cut to a promo package. We see a recap of this Monday's Raw, showing John Cena standing up to Mr. mcMahon, telling him that he should accept Bret Hart's challenge. It ends with McMahon teling Cena that he will pay for questioning his judgment. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KDOLPH ZIGGLER & THE HART DYNASTY def. MATT HARDY & CRYME TYME Ziggler seemed dead set on winning this match earlier, guess it paid off. The Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme have quite a history, after months of matches, they once again face off tonight. The action was back and forth for the most part, until one turning moment when there was some slight confusion as to who was legal. The Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme took their battle up the ramp, leaving Matt Hardy shouting for them to come back. Before Hardy could turn around, Ziggler drilled him with the ZigZag and picked up the victory for his team. Ziggler celebrated his victory as the Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme continued to battle. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker thank us for watching WWE Superstars, and tell us to remember to tune into SmackDown tomorrow night. Superstars then fades to a close. © World Wrestling Entertainment 2010, Inc.

I could see Kane and Kaval, Brett DiBiase/John Morrison or Orton and Joe Hennig with Regal. I hope to see Christian retain and be the last ECW Champion, don't make WWE's real life mistake. Bret vs Vince could be awesome. Elimination Chamber looks solid so far. I could see Cena taking the WWE Title. I'd like Morrison to be added to the SmackDown! chamber if its possible. Michaels should be Mysterio. Christian amd Kim should retain whilst I'd like to see MVP pick up the US Gold.

19th February, 2010 - KANSAS CITY, Mo.Charlie Haas w/ Mike Knox def. Jimmy Wang Yang w/ Slam Master JCharlie Haas picked up the victory with the Haas of Pain. Dolph Ziggler & The Hart Dynasty def. Matt Hardy & Cryme TymeZiggler got the victory for his team after hitting Hardy with the ZigZag. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."We open up with the usual pyrotechnics display and are taken straight to Todd Grisham and Matt Striker. They reveal that tonights Main Event will be CM Punk and Batista teaming up to take on Kane and R-Truth in an Elimination Chamber Preview match. We are also told that the final spot in the Elimination Chamber will be filled tonight in an Six-Man Battle Royal. We are then interrupted by the theme of Rey Mysterio to a huge pop. MICHAELS ON THE MINDMysterio begins to speak, saying that this Sunday, he will go head to head with the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels at WWE Elimination Chamber. The crowd cheer. He says that at the beginning, Mysterio really did want to get his hands on Michaels, for being as selfish as he was at the Royal Rumble, costing him the World Heavyweight Championship, just so he could get his own way. Mysterio says that he is doubting his decision to request the match after seeing the state of Michaels over on Raw. He says that he was watched Raw and witnessed the mental breakdown of Michaels, turning on his friends and claiming that his career was over. Mysterio says he has gone from been angry at Shawn, to being worried for him. He says that he doesn't know if this match at Elimination Chamber is such a good idea as it could be the end of Shawn Michaels if he was to lose. He says that he will face Shawn Michaels this Sunday, but doesn't wan to be held responsible for what it does to Michaels if he beats him. He drops the microphone and leaves as we fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KSmackDown Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match JOHN MORRISON def. 4 OTHER SUPERSTARSA fantastic way to open up the show, instantly giving us the final entrant in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber. The participants were Finlay, Mike Knox, The Great Khali, Luke Gallows and of course, John Morrison. First eliminated was The Great Khali. Everyone teamed up and threw Khali over the top, eliminating him. Finlay and Mike Knox eliminated each other from the match, and finally, John Morrison pulled down the ropes and last eliminated Luke Gallows, making Morrison the final Chamber entrant. Morrison celebrated his victory and points to the WrestleMania sign as we fade backstage. A NEW CHALLENGERWe see the Intercontinental Champion, Drew McIntyre walk into the office of General Manager, Theodore Long. McIntyre says that Long asked to see him, and Long nods his head. Long says that he thinks that John Morrison has had enough chances to regain the Intercontinental Championship, and he has moved onto other things, as we have just seen. So, he suggests that they find a new contender for McIntyre's Championship, and find him an opponent for WrestleMania 26. McIntyre likes what he's hearing, and asks Long what he has in mind. Long says he has been thinking about a Tournament. He says that with the current SmackDown superstars, and the new signings he will receive from ECW, he can devise a Tournament to find the #1 Contender. He says that the matches will begin next week on SmackDown. McIntyre says that whoever he chooses to be in the Tournament, he will retain his itle at WrestleMania, no matter what. He then walks out of the office as we fade to a promo package. We see a promo package for WWE NXT which will air next Tuesday night on SyFy. It highlights the brand new roster and their Trainers and ends with the logo aside some text that reads "Next Week". We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KCHRIS JERICHO SPEAKSChris Jericho makes his entrance into the arena to a lot of heat. He enters the ring and begins to speak. He says that he isn't booked for this Sunday's Elimination Chamber Pay Per View, but he will be there, and he will be watching both Elimination Chamber Main Events. He says that up next, he will be in a match against an unknown opponent, and it will simply be a match to keep the rust away, warming him up for WrestleMania. He says that the superstar better come down now because he doesn't have all day. He drops the microphone, and we hear the fimilar words of "Stand back!" echo through the arena. CHRIS JERICHO def. THE HURRICANEAfter ECWs demise this past Tuesday, all of its superstars became free agents, and it just so happens that Theodore Long picked up the WWEs resident superhero, The Hurricane. Unfortunately for him, Jericho wasn't up for no antics and immediately got to work on Hurricane, tactically picking him apart. The Hurrricane managed to get some offence in mid-way through, but in the end, it was a Codebreaker from Jericho that finished Hurricane off. Jericho hooked the legs for the three count. Jericho gets to his feet and kicks the motionless body of The Hurricane. He then leaves the ring as we fade backstage. A COUPLE OF NEW ARRIVALSWe once again see the office of Theodore Long, this time, we see former ECW talent, Vance Archer walk in to a lot of heat. Long asks him what he can do for him, and Archer says that he wants a part of this Intercontinental Championship Tournament next week. Long says he has yet to decide the entrants, but he will definitely keep him in mind. Vance Archer turns to leave, only to bump into Shelton Benjamin, who gets a huge pop from the crowd. Long tells both men to keep it civil, and Vance Archer walks past Benjamin with a snare. We then fade to a promo package on a shot of a grin across Shelton Benjamin's face. We see a recap of this Monday's Raw, showing John Cena questioning Mr. McMahon's decision to decline Bret Hart's multiple challenges. It shows McMahon come out and say that Cena will pay for questioning his judgment and he will regret it for the rest of his life. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KWomens Championship Match MICKIE JAMES [C] def. BETH PHOENIX via DisqualificationA great divas match right here, and one that the fans had been waiting for. Phoenix had shown her interest in the Womens Title ever since joining the SmackDown brand, and now she finally gets her chance. However, her chance was ruined by Michelle McCool and Layla. McCool ran to the ring and grabbed the elg of Mickie James under the ropes. The referee saw it and caled for the bell. McCool and Layla laughed, until they saw the face of the Glamazon. Beth Phoenix jumped from the ring and chased LayCool up the ramp as Mickie James got to her feet. She smirked and lifted her Womens Title high as we fade backstage. AN INTERVIEW WITH MORRISONJosh Mathews is backstage with John Morrison, the latest entrant in the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match. Mathews asks him how it feels to be in contention for the World Heavyweight Champion. Morrison says it is great, and he is one step closer to living his dream. He says that the Elimination Chamber is the last chance to headline WrestleMania, and he plans on winning it, even if it means going through superstars like Batista and The Undertaker. He says that it has been his long-life dream to headline WrestleMania, and what better chance has he got than now. He leaves the scene and we fade to another backstage segment. We see the Rated R Superstar, Edge walking down the corridor, ready to compete in a match up next. We see a promo package for this Sunday's WWE Elimination Chamber. It focuses mainly on the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match. We then return to SmackDown. EDGE def. CURT HAWKINS w/ Vickie GuerreroIronic, much? The former wife of Edge, managing her new lover boy who just so happens to be the former protoge of Edge. Coincidence? I think not! Edge was slightly unsure what to think when going up against Hawkins, as Hawkins had indeed improved a lot, and he had a threat by his side. The two went at it, but in the end, Edge came up trumps when Hawkins missed a clothesline and on rebound was met with a huge Spear. Edge then covered him for the three count. Vickie Guerrero could be hears screaming "NO!" at the loss of Hawkins. Edge chuckles as he gets a pop from the crowd. He leaves ringside and patronisingly waves goodbye to Vickie as he leaves. Guerrero helps Hawkins to his feet as he holds his stomach. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KA STRAIGHT EDGE SESSIONBackstage, we see CM Punk, speaking with Luke Gallows and Serena. He says that this Sunday, he will be leaving the Chamber match with the gold, and go on to headline WrestleMania as the World Heavyweight Champion. He tells Gallows and Serena that he is ready, and they elave to go to the ring. However, as they leave through the door, Batista walks past and stops. The Society stop in there tracks, not knowing what to expect. Batista simply smirks and then continues walking. The Society look at each other in confusion as we fade to a promo package. We see a recap of the first Hall of Fame inductee this past Monday on Raw. We see the same video package and it ends with the usual HOF graphic with a picture of The Rock by the side of the logo. Congratulations to The Rock! We then return to SmackDown. R-TRUTH & KANE def. CM PUNK & BATISTA w/ Luke Gallows & SerenaThe World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber is this Sunday, and these four men will be competing in it, along with John Morrison and the Champion, The Undertaker. This is great Main Event, and each man is obviously set on winning the Chamber match. CM Punk takes control in the match, keeping R-Truth grounded. However, R-Truth fights back and takes Punk down. He then leaps across the ring and tags in Kane. CM Punk rushes to tag in Batista for the first time in the match, but Batista drops from the apron and walks off. The crowd are confused but Batista seems to know what he's doing. He doesn't even look back once and leaves ringside, leaving CM Punk alone. CM Punk eventually loses the match after receiving a Chokeslam from Kane, and then a Scissors Kick from Truth after Kane tagged him in. Truth gets the pinfall victory in this one. Truth and Kane celebrate their victory, but not for long as Kane grabs Truth around the throat and Chokeslams him to the canvas. CM Punk gets back to his feet and delivers kicks and punches to Kane, eventually knocking him out of the ring. A FITTING FINISHPunk begins to gloat, as the last man standing, but then, John Morrison runs to the ring. He tackles Punk to the canvas and unloads on him, obviously getting revenge from Punk's attack on him last week. As the two brawl, we hear the gong toll across the arena. The crowd go nuts. The lights go off, and when they come back on, The Undertaker shows up in the ring. He ChokeSlams John Morrison, then he Chokeslams CM Punk. He throws R-Truth over the ropes and out of the ring. But, to The Undertaker's surprise, Batista returns to ringside and Spears The Undertaker to the canvas. A shocking end to SmackDown as The Animal, Batista stands tall over his five Elimination Chamber opponents. Batista looks at the World Heavyweight Championship on the floor by The Undertaker, but just kicks it aside and laughs, as if he doesn't care for it. The fans are left in confusion as SmackDown fades to a close. © World Wrestling Entertainment 2010, Inc.

- Sounds like a great main event - Great promo there by Rey, I look forward to the clash between those two. - Glad Morrison got the spot, he was the best choice out of those 5. - A tournament sounds great. - Hurricane on Smackdown! is great, glad Jericho beat him though. - Shelton and Archer feud continuing? - Good Divas match, glad it ended by DQ. - Great Morrison promo, builds to the chamber nicely. - Edge over Hawkins is great, and I'm glad that you refrenced the two's history. - Punk is a big threat to the title, but I don't think Taker will lose on Sunday. - Faces winning was unexpected tbh - Taker showing up and kicking ass was great. I expect Batista will be facing Cena, which is why he doesn't care.
Great show man, nice work as always.

- Interesting promo by Rey. - Morrison winnig is a good call. - A tournament should be good. - The Hurricane back on SD is good, totally the right call to have Jericho win though. - Mickie winning by DQ is the right call. - Edge winning is obvious, Hawkins beating him would completely tear apart his momentum. - Punk promo was alright, he won't win at EC though. - And a decent main event there, didn't expect Kane and Truth to win but alright. - Taker showing is good. But 'Tista standing tall is strange, especially where he doesn't care.
Good show.
