WWE RAW: Monday 15th February 2010...Big Show beating Chris Masters is fine on WWE Superstars, hopefully we see some Chris Masters matches with The Miz over the WWE United States Championship; he actually seems most credible right now. And especially since Miz tried getting his hands on Eve. Good promo to kick off RAW with John Cena in the ring, too. Looking forward to see how Vince McMahon reacts. McMahon punishing Cena sounds like a great idea, and should be very entertaining to see how you go about that. Sheamus beating Evan Bourne is okay, good way to get Sheamus into the Elimination Chamber though Evan would have been interesting in the match. Nonetheless, Sheamus obviously isn't going to win, but you're still planning to follow up with Sheamus as a dominating powerhouse on the roster. Maryse beating Kelly Kelly prepares her for the battle with Gail Kim for the WWE Divas Championship going on at Elimination Chamber, Sunday. That segment with The Jerry Springer Show on RAW is actually worthy and smart, I liked the seriousness shown from Shawn Michaels and Triple H; Hornswoggle being the barrier between them is interesting. Randy Orton and Mark Henry usually always have decent matches, and good win for Orton in my mind. Prepares him for the WWE Championship match at Elimination Chamber. The Miz facing MVP at Elimation Chamber is okay I suppose, but it's only going to lead to MVP winning the WWE United States Championship and MVP will have had the belt three times; he doesn't need it. Kofi Kingston beating Jack Swagger is alright, not a bad match there. Lastly, solid main event with Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes beating Triple H, the aftermath was very smooth also. And all of the participants in Sunday's Elimination Chamber match getting involved is always a good touch prior to a match of that stipulation. Good read, the layout is tons better.
ECW on SyFy: Tuesday 16th February 2010...Alright, the final edition of ECW on SyFy, let's go. Zack Ryder beating The Hurricane is okay, a decent opening contest to kick things off, and I like Ryder advancing into the roster for the WWE show, NXT. Looking forward to him becoming the 'new face' of NXT. Shelton Benjamin and Vance Archer got the job done in their feud very well. Hopefully Shelton sticks on NXT in the main event scene, as he really could use it. Especially with the momentum after giving Archer his second loss on WWE television. The Abraham Washington Show with Tiffany was very fitting, and I liked Washington getting frustrated with the ECW general manager. What Tiffany does now should be interesting. Hopefully Washington goes to RAW, but he'd be an awful general manager, just to say. Caylen Croft and Trent Barreta moving to WWE NXT is good, but I hope Yoshi Tatsu also goes there. Goldust can do whatever on RAW, but really Yoshi's future relies on being on ECW; he's got to be the smallest star on the roster other than Rey Mysterio, and between them there's a huge line. Lastly, great main event with Christian beating William Regal; hopefully he loses the ECW Championship in ECW's final match to Ezekiel Jackson on Sunday, though. This is probably your best written show, in my opinion.

first off, that is a HOT ING GRAPHIC, in your first post. I may be hitting you up to make me some banners in the extreme near future! Alright, let's get down to business with SD! - Emotional promo to open up Smackdown and I really felt that that would be something WWEish. Great way to open up the show with Rey feeling from a fellow competitor. I kinda figured it would be Morrison out of that sorry pack of competitors. I love a confident champion and McIntyre seems to be right up my alley in this diary. NXT should be good I guess. So, Hurricane is first of many signed by SD and he is quickly fed to Jericho. I like it. GIVE IT TO BENJAMIN! Mickie over Beth by DQ just leaves room for advancement. I like the Morrison promo, really gets him over. Haha, definitely an ironic segment there. I love the way you described the entire segment Elliot. Another funny segment between SES/Batista. I love the uncertainty. What a carnage way to end SD! All these guys with everything on the line; I wonder who will walk out Champion! This diary is off the hook Elliot, I'll be replying more often!

Solid main event, can't wait for the battle royal. Liked the Mysterio promo about being worried about HBK, good way to build for the match. Morrison is a good choice for the chamber, don't see him winning it though. I like you having the IC belt defended at WM, can't wait to see whose in the tourney. Good Jericho promo, no surprise that he beat Hurricane. I could see Shelton facing McIntyre at WM for sure. Hopefully Phoenix gets another shot at the belt, she's really the only woman wrestler I like (wrestling ability wise). Good Morrison interview, would be surprised if he won but it would be cool. Wow, I really love Hawkins being managed by Vickie. No surprise that Edge won, but I would like to see a good push for the Hawkins and Vickie duo. Don't like Truth and Kane going over Punk and Batista, but it works to help them seem more credible. Like the finish, wonder what the ending was all about with Batista kicking the belt. The EC card looks amazing. Nice work man.

WWE ELIMINATION CHAMBER21st February, 2010 - ST. LOUIS, Mo.DARK MATCH DREW MCINTYRE def. SHELTON BENJAMINMcIntyre picks up the victory in this non-title contest after hitting Benjamin with the Future Shock. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."Before the show gets started, we see a build-up up the Pay Per View. It shows multiple clips showing the build-up to the ECW Championship match, the match between Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio, and the two Elimination Chamber matches. It ends with a shot of the Elimination Chamber lowering to the ring in slow-motion. We then open up the show. SATAN'S STRUCTURE LOWERSThe pyrotechnics explode from the stage, lighting up the Scottrade Center to the excitement of the crowd. We are taken to the PPV announce team of Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and Matt Striker. They tells us how happy they are to be here and run down the card for tonight. Shawn Michaels vs. Rey Mysterio, Christian vs. Ezekiel Jackson, The Miz vs. MVP, Gail Kim vs. Maryse and the Raw Elimination Chamber. But first, we are opening up the show with the first of two Elimination Chamber matches, this one, for the World Heavyweight Championship. World Heavyweight Championship THE UNDERTAKER [C] wins THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCHOther Participants: CM Punk, Batista, John Morrison, R-Truth & Kane An incredible opening contest right here. The first two participants were John Morrison and CM Punk, kicking things off here at WWE Elimination Chamber. They went through back and forth action until it was time for the third entrant. This was revealed to be Kane, who came in and destroyed both men. He was ready to win this match. He delivered a thunderous Chokeslam to John Morrison, but as he turned around, he was lifted onto the shoulders of CM Punk and instantly eliminated after a huge Go To Sleep. Kane has been eliminated! It was then time for the fouth entrant, and it was R-Truth. Truth came in and battled with CM Punk, re-igniting their feud from a few months ago. They battled back and forth until John Morrison got involved and launched Truth over the ropes and down to the steel floor. Morrison and Punk brawled yet again, until the fifth entrant made his entry... the Animal, Batista. Batista wasn't even pumped up in this match, and casually strolled into the match with a smirk on his face, as if he knew something that we didn't. He stayed out of the action for a few seconds before drilling R-Truth with a Spear. He then lifted Truth up and planted him with a Batista Bomb before pinning him. R-Truth has been eliminated! CM Punk whipped John Morrison into Batista who planted him with a Spinebuster. Batista got to his feet and laughed before looking Punk in the eye. Batista turned away from Punk and saw that the Elimination Chamber door was open, to let R-Truth out of the Chamber. Batista shockingly left the Chamber, much to the dismay of the officials on the outside. They kept telling him to get back in, but Batista shoved them aside and walked up the ramp. The crowd are in absolute confusion as to why Batista would do such a thing after he was in complete control of the match. CM Punk looked on in confusion too, but turned around into John Morrison who nailed him with a huge chuck kick. We then get the final entrant, the Deadman, The Undertaker. He comes in and goes straight for Punk, pulling no punches. John Morrison makes the mistake, interfering with the brawl and gets booted by 'Taker, followed by a Last Ride. Undertaker then pins Morrison, eliminating him. John Morrison has been eliminated! Punk and Undertaker brawl for a while more before Punk has Undertaker in the GTS position. However, Undertaker slips off and drops to the canvas, dragging Punk with him, and he locks in Hell's Gate, forcing Punk to tap out. The Undertaker is declared the winner of the match, retaining his World Heavyweight Championship in a surprising and confusing Chamber match. We are then taken backstage. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALLBackstage, we see Chris Jericho watching the finish to the Elimination Chamber match we just saw. He chuckles to himself before turning around. He bumps into Shawn Michaels who gets a mixed reaction. Michaels blankly stares at Jericho, Jericho slightly unnerved by the stare. Jericho says he is loving being the Royal Rumble winner, and might even take on The Undertaker at WrestleMania. Michaels' expression doesn't even change and he walks off down the corridor. Jericho smirks to himself as we fade back to the arena. Divas Championship GAIL KIM [C] def. MARYSEA very good match from these two divas. Maryse has wanted her rematch at the gold for a few weeks, and now she finally cashes it in. Kim and Maryse go head-to-head, taking shots at each other. Maryse gains a small advantage mid-match and drills Kim to the canvas with her signature DDT. However, Kim kicks out after the cover attempt and comes back later on, drilling Maryse with the move she calls Eat Defeat and picks up the victory, retaining her Divas Championship. Kim celebrates her victory as we fade to a promo package. We see a promo package, hyping up this Tuesday's debut of WWE NXT. We see the line-up, both Pros and Rookies. We then return to WWE Elimination Chamber. ONE FINAL TASKJosh Mathews is standing by with the ECW Champion, Christian. He asks Christian if he is ready to compete in the final ever ECW Championship match, and take on Ezekiel Jackson under Extreme Rules. Christian says the task at hand is difficult, and it will test his ability to the max, but he plans on walking out of here as the final ever ECW Champion. He says he is fighting for each and ever ECW Original, and young ECW superstar, fighting for their pride. Christian says he must go as his match is up next. We follow Christian as he walks away, only to see him bump into none other than his brother, Edge, who gets a massive pop. Edge and Christian smile at each other. Edge wishes his brother luck in his match up next. CHristian thanks him and walks off, ready to compete. We fade away froma shot of Edge and return to ringside. ECW Championship - Extreme Rules Match EZEKIEL JACKSON w/ William Regal def. CHRISTIAN [C]The ECW era has come to an end to make way for the new talent, the future of the WWE, the new program, WWE NXT. This will be the final match ever to be under the name of ECW and it will determine the final ECW Champion. Both Christian and Ezekiel Jackson wanted to be remembered as that Champion. These two men fought a tough battle, using anythign they could get their hands on. At one point, Jackson ran at Christian in the corner, ready to hit him with a trash can, only for Christian to move and drive it back into the face of Jackson with a pendulum kick. Christian nailed Jackson with a huge Killswitch before covering him, but the devious William Regal interfered, breaking up the count, utilizing the Extreme Rules situation. Christian wasn't having none of it and chased William Regal around the ring until he finally caught him and planted him on the outside with a Killswitch. Christian returned to the ring where Jackson was just getting to his feet. Christian went for yet another Killswitch on Jackson, but he spun out of it and Jackson put Christian through a nearby table with the Book of Ezekiel, before covering Christian for the victory. Ezekiel Jackson grabs the ECW Championship as Regal enters the ring. Jackson holds the belt high as ECWs final Champion as William Regal hugs him around his waist. The crowd boo as we fade backstage. A GROWING FRIENDSHIPBackstage, we see John Cena to a huge pop. He then walks into a certain locker room and we see WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart, who gets an even bigger pop. Hart and Cena shake hands and hug. Hart thanks Cena for what he did this Monday on Raw, and is glad he agrees with him, but he says that Cena should stop now before he gets into anymore trouble with McMahon. Cena says he can deal with it, but Hart says that when McMahon gets pissed off, he can do some bad things. Cena ensures Hart that he can handle it and says he needs to go and get ready for his Main Event match later tonight. Hart pats Cena on the back and wishes him good luck, telling him that he will be watching tonight. Cena thanks him and he leaves as we fade to a promo package. We see a promo package, hyping WrestleMania 26. It says that the event is 35 days away. We then return to WWE Elimination Chamber. REY MYSTERIO def. SHAWN MICHAELSBefore this match begins, we see a long history of Shawn Michaels' craze to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 26. It ends with a shot of Michaels standing in the shadow of the WrestleMania 26 sign, screaming that his career is over. We then go to the match. These two battled their hearts out, neither man wanting to lose, especially not HBK. They battled back and forth, and it looked as if Michaels was about to take the victory, measuring Mysterio for a Sweet Chin Music. He goes for it, but Mysterio locks in a drop toe hold and lands Michaels on the middle rope. Mysterio hits a 619 and follows it up with a SPlash from the top rope before hooking the legs and defeating Shawn Michaels. Mysterio celebrates the victory for a few seconds before he sees Michaels sat up and looking into his hands, once again with the glazed look over his eyes. Michaels repeats to himself, whispering "I have nothing left..." and "My career is over...". MYSTERIO WANTS TO HELPMysterio walks over to Shawn, asking him if he was alright. He offers to help Shawn to his feet, but Michaels just stays sat on the mat, repeating the words to himself. Mysterio holds his head, not knowing what to do, looking extremely worried for Shawn. He even asks the referee to do something because he doesn't know what to do. Suddenly, we see Triple H run to the ring with no music and looking very serious. Mysterio asks HHH to do something. Triple H gets down on his knees and tries to talk to Shawn, but it's as if he can't hear anything. He keeps repeating the same words to himself whilst looking into his empty hands. Triple H eventually gets him to his feet and grabs his head, telling him to snap out of it. Suddenly, Michaels has an outburst and drills Rey Mysterio with a Sweet Chin Music, sending him to the canvas. Triple H looks on in shock, witnessing Mysterio drop to the floor out cold. Michaels then shockingly goes for another Sweet Chin Music, this time to Triple H, but Triple H escapes from the ring and looks at Shawn Michaels in shock. The crowd gasp as Michaels misses HHH by mere inches. Triple H backs up the ramp, with his hand over his mouth, obviously distraught. Michaels goes back to his blank state and leaves the ring as we fade backstage. IT'S SHOWMIZ TIME!Josh Mathews is once again backstage, this time with The Miz and the Big Show. Mathews asks Big Show if he will be by ringside in the United States Title match up next. Big Show says of course he will and that he wants to make sure Miz leaves with the gold. The Miz then chimes up, saying that he would do the same for the Big Show, which is why that he is better than Chris Jericho, looking out of others instead of himself. Just then, Chris Jericho walks onto the scene to a lot of heat. He gets up in Miz's face and tells him that he is the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, and doesn't need to 7' tall giant anymore to help him. Jericho looks up at Big Show before looking back at Miz and telling him "You'll soon change your mind". Jericho leaves as we fade to ringside. United States Championship THE MIZ w/ Big Show def. MVPA rather quick match actually, didn't last as long as it should have, but it got the job done in the end. MVP was on a roll and the match was definitely looking his way. He was about to win the US Championship, but The Miz had an ace up his sleeve... a rather large ace. The Miz tripped MVP up onto the middle rope and began to distract the referee, claiming that he had hurt his knee. With the referee distracted, the Big Show drilled MVP with a huge Knockout Punch, knocking him into the ring. The Miz immediately 'got better' and covered MVP. Much to the confusion of the referee, he counted anyway and Miz got the victory. The Miz and the Big Show celebrated the victory, backing up the ramp as MVP came around. He looked on in anger as we fade to a promo package. We see a promo package for tomorrow nights Raw, advertising that the next Hall of Famer will be announced. We then return to WWE Elimination Chamber. A LEGACY - BUT WHICH ONE?Backstage, Ted DiBiase is preparing for the Main Event up next, Cody Rhodes telling him that he has it in the bag being the youngst guy in there. Rhodes is hyping him up, until the WWE Champion, Randy Orton strolls in to a lot of heat. Rhodes and DiBiase get up, but Orton tells them to calm down. Orton says that tonight, he will be leaving the Chamber with the title, whether they like it or not. DiBiase says that he won't be if he has his way. Orton chuckles and says that he taught DiBiase everythig he knows, and therefore knows what he's capable of... and how to prevent it. Orton says that tonight, he will have no problem eliminating DiBiase from the match, and then they can both come crawling back to him to mentor them once more. DiBiase says he would never crawl back to him because he just used them to get to the top. Orton says he never needed either of them to get to the top, he was doing them a favour by getting them to the top, but now that DiBiase is near the top, he is going to knock him straight back down. Orton leaves as we fade back to ringside. AN ANIMAL ATTACKSWell, this didn't exactly open up the way everyone had hoped. Randy orton as unluckily the first entrant, but we were awaiting the arrival of the second, John Cena. He came out to a huge pop from the crowd, and made it to the steps of the Chamber. He was checking out the chains, feeling around, once again getting used to the surrounding when... out of nowhere, Batista attacks. Completely unprovoked, SmackDown's Batista comes out and brutally assault John Cena. He rams him into the steel steps multiple times. He then launches Cena into the barricade, much like he did to Rey Mysterio at Bragging Rights. Batista then splits the steel steps apart and drags the bottom set out. He then grabs John Cena and lifts him up before planting John Cena with vicious force, delivering an outrageously powerful Batista Bomb onto the steps. John Cena is completely out cold and isn't moving an inch. Batista chuckles and screams "This is my time! This is my impact!". Batista then leaves up the ramp as EMTs and officials attend to John Cena. WWE Championship TRIPLE H wins THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCHOther Participants: Randy Orton, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase & John CenaAfter the sickening display beforehand, the officials made the decision to exclude Cena from the match on the ground that he was unable to compete. They then open up the next scheduled pod which was Kofi Kingston. Kingston and Orton start things off, grappling, but they were obviously still stirred from what Batista just did to John Cena. They battled until the fourth entrant came out, which was Ted DiBiase. DiBiase unloaded on Kingston, unusually helping Orton. Orton and DiBiase locked eyes, but they worked together on Kingston. It was time for the fifth entrant... Triple H. The crowd go wild as Triple H enters and puts both DiBiase and Orton down. Triple H teams with Kingston to take on Orton and DiBiase. They go back and forth until DiBiase backs off, leaving Orton alone with HHH and Kingston. Out of nowhere, Kofi Kingston hits Randy Orton with a huge Trouble in Paradise, sending him backwards, only to be rolled up by... Ted DiBiase! He gets the three count to the shock of the crowd! Ted DiBiase just eliminated the WWE Champion, Randy Orton! Randy Orton has been eliminated! Orton gets to his feet and stans in shock as the Chamber match momentarily stops. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Orton delivers a huge RKO to Ted DiBiase. Orton then leaves the Chamber reluctantly. Kof Kingston takes advantage and covers DiBiase for the three count. Ted DiBiase has been eliminated! Kofi Kingston and Triple H battle it out for a while ebfore the final entrant comes in which is Sheamus. Sheamus immediately makes an impact, catching Kingston with a Bicycle Kick to the skull, sending him to the canvas. Sheamus then throws Triple H aside as he covers Kingsto for the three. Kofi Kingston has been eliminated! We are left down to Triple H and Sheamus. They go back and forth, brawling with lefts and rights. This goes on for a few minutes before Sheamus misses a Bicycle Kick and Triple H turns it into a Pedigree before picking up the victory. Triple H is the new WWE Champion! Triple H is headlining WrestleMania for Raw! He holds the WWE Title high as the crowd go nuts. He climbs on one of the Chamber pods and taunts to the crowd with the gold in his right hand. What a night this has been! Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker signing off as WWE Elimination Chamber fades to a close. Goodnight folks! © 2010 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Alright! Elimination Chamber! - Taker winning the Chamber I am not so much a fan of. Batista walking out on the match is odd. Hopefully you work this one out in a good way. - Interesting confrontation between Jericho and HBK. - Jackson being the last ECW Champion is interesting. Wasn't to fond of it in reality, not to fond of it here, but if you go down the route of pushing Jackson well, then it'd make sense. - Rey winning is great. The post-match stuff is even greater. I can totally picture Rey going "Do something!" and Triple H having the look of "What the are you doing?" - Miz retaining against MVP is a good call there. Hope you give em a good run. - Interesting altercation between DiBiase, Rhodes, and Orton. I see a triple threat at Mania. - Batista attacking Cena, and causing him to be out of the match is great. Just can't image only 5 people being in the chamber match. - Triple H winning the WWE Title is great. Don't really mind now who Jericho faces at Mania between HHH and Taker. Very good Elimination Chamber, just a little iffy tidbits.

WWE Elimination Chamber: Sunday 21st February 2010...Ahah, interesting dark match there, with Shelton Benjamin falling to Drew McIntyre. I anticipate to see Benjamin back involved with the WWE Intercontinental Championship, hopefully even climbing the card would be good. Alright, good opening contest to kick off things with the Elimination Chamber match from the SmackDown brand. Predicted that The Undertaker retain the World Heavyweight Championship, and I expected Kane to not get excessively far. I am glad to see CM Punk get so far, as well as John Morrison; Undertaker going to WrestleMania XXVI should make for something interesting, but it seems very likely to me like the WrestleMania undefeated streak will make it predictable, regardless of who 'Taker faces. Gail Kim beating Maryse is fine, good WWE Divas Championship defense here, but wouldn't really be cared for by the fans, more regarded as a filler. Great Extreme Rules match, was probably best for Ezekiel Jackson to win the ECW Champion; now if he goes to RAW, he'd be credible. He's one of the only good ECW superstars that would look fitting on the RAW brand. Hopefully Christian goes to dominate the uppercard scene on SmackDown. Bret Hart and John Cena's segment wasn't bad. An absolute shame that Rey Mysterio beat Shawn Michaels, loving the scenario with Shawn, but where Mysterio stands in this, it just seems unclear. I am absolutely not a fan of Triple H just turning heel though, Shawn has been portraying the heel it seems since the scenario started at Royal Rumble. Glad The Miz retained the WWE United States Championship; didn't think you'd go with that. MVP can do better anyway; just hoping Miz doesn't hold the title for long, hell, it'd be awesome if he lost it in a huge upset to an ECW superstar on RAW. Lastly, good win for Triple H, winning the WWE Championship but that's five Elimination Chamber matches he's won, and with him also turning heel, that's bad. John Cena got taken out by Batista? Spicing things up. Overall, a good show, but with six matches on the card, I anticipate one of the Chamber matches had to be crammed into the show. A decent show, but mainly just hype for WrestleMania XXVI.

- Good chamber match and I am slightly surprised that Taker went over here. - Glad to see Jackson winning the ECW title. Christian needs to be on a new brand. - I have really enjoyed the whole Michaels angle. That has progress very well. - Miz over MVP gets a thumbs up from me. - Eh, I would have held off on the title switch for Mania. I can see HHH vs. HBK now at Mania or something. - Good stuff man.

You have some fairly impressive graphics, notably the ones on the roster page. I attempted similar ones and it is extremely time-consuming to create, so cudos to you for that.
Elimination Chamber was a decent pay-per-view overall. Not too sure about the dark match. McIntyre could have featured somewhere on the card. I dislike the decision to keep the belt on The Undertaker, depending on where you're going. If Michaels vs. Undertaker is what you're aiming for, that could still hold itself as a draw without the use of the World Title, whereas in another match the Title could be used as a draw. Not too fussed about the Diva's Title match, however, I do believe, especially at this point in the year, it's better for faces to be chasing heel champions, so the feud would have benefited from Maryse picking up the win here. Any Edge and Christian encounter is pure gold, in my opinion. Honestly, putting Jackson over Christian is the only way to go here. The win will do more for him than it will for Christian. Mysterio/Michaels was booked fantastically, especially the post-match events. I didn't like Mysterio's reaction, but the whole segment was beautifully written. And I now see that you're not going for Undertaker/Michaels. Nice way to further promote Jericho's arrogant character. Miz picking up the win over MVP is great, and the way it was done fits his character perfectly. Good job, as it sets up MVP for the revenge victory. I like the way you portrayed DiBiase in the next segment. It gives him a sense of credibility. Batista attacking Cena. Hmmm.. I suppose that gives the feud some added fire, and I suppose it gives the other Chamber participants room to shine. Triple H getting the win makes sense as he is the biggest star in the Chamber match, but again, to my earlier point, as he is seemingly heading into a match with Shawn Michaels, this feud doesn't need the WWE Title. Another feud could have benefit from this. Plus, I dislike the fact that Triple H is main eventing yet ANOTHER WrestleMania.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW22nd February, 2010 - INDIANAPOLIS, IndianaDARK MATCHZack Ryder w/ Rosa Mendes def. PrimoJack Swagger def. GoldustSwagger picks up the victory after he hits Goldust with a Gutwrench Powerbomb. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."Before Raw opens up, we see a recap of last nights WWE Elimination Chamber Pay Per View. It shows clips from all the Raw matches and ends with a shot of Triple H becoming the new WWE Champion in the Elimination Chamber match. We then go to the opening video. Raw's pyrotechnics explode from the stage as we pan around the crowd. We see Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcoming us, hot off the heels of WWE Elimination CHamber, well on the way to WrestleMania 26. They say that tonight on Raw, they have a stacked show. They say that tonight, the new WWE Champion, Triple H will call out Shawn Michaels regarding what happened last night. Also, they say that SmackDown's Batista will be here to explain his actions towards John Cena. We then open up with the theme of WWE Champion, Triple H. DEGENERATE NO MORE?Triple H enters the ring to a huge pop with his WWE Championship over his shoulder. He says that last night, he was proud to win his fifth Elimination Chamber match and once again become the WWE Champion, getting his chance to headline WrestleMania for Raw. He says that although that was a huge win for him, he says that something far greater is on his mind. He says that last night, he saw the official breakdown of his best friend, Shawn Michaels, following his loss to Rey Mysterio. He says that he saw Shawn at his lowest state, which really depressed him. He says that he would love nothing more than to see the old Shawn back, before all of this Undertaker and WrestleMania stuff. He says that he wants Shawn to be the Heartbreak Kid again. He then calls Shawn out if he is able to come and says he wants a proper conversation with him. We hear the theme of Shawn Michaels and he does come out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. He enters the ring and is handed a microphone by Triple H. Triple H says that he understands what Shawn is going through, but he needs to get through it. Shawn looks at HHH before telling him that he has no idea what he is going through. He says that Triple H has the exact opposite to what he has. He says that Triple H is the WWE Champion, his career is going uphill, he is going to get the chance to headline WrestleMania 26. Shawn says that he has got nothing, nothing to fight for anymore. His desire was to end the WrestleMania streak of The Undertaker, and now, he cannot do that, and it is all because of Triple H at the Royal Rumble. Triple H says that all he was doing was fighting for a WrestleMania Main Event, just like everyone else would do. He says that if he knew this would have happened to Shawn, he would have never eliminated him from the match. Shawn says that it is too late now, and now he has absolutely nothing left. He looks down at the canvas with his blank stare as Triple H pats him on the shoulder in sympathy. Suddenly, we get a rather unexpected guest... THE GUEST HOSTS ARRIVE!Ty Murray and Jewel, tonight's Guest Hosts come out. Murray says that he was going to wait till HHH and HBK had finished, but he couldn't help but come out and say something. He says that he has been through some rough times, some injuries from his sport, and he says that it took him a while to get over them. He says that he has an idea that may lighten the mood around here. He says that tonight, in the Main Event, we will have a huge match between WWE Champion, Triple H... and Randy Orton. The crowd are confused. Murray says that Orton has spoken to him and he is cashing in his rematch clause, tonight! Triple H looks on with a serious look on his face, Michaels still blankly staring at the canvas. Triple H reluctantly leaves his friend in the ring, on his way backstage to prepare for his match. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KMoney in the Bank Qualifying Match EVAN BOURNE def. CARLITOWith WrestleMania 26 less than 5 weeks away, the Money in the Bank Qualifying matches must begin, and here is our first one of the night out of the two scheduled. A hard fought battle from both men, but in the end, Evan Bourne was the superstar who climbed to the top, hit the AirBourne and picked up the victory, becoming the first person to qualify for the Money in the Bank Ladder match at WrestleMania 26! Evan Bourne celebrated as the nameplate, confirming his qualification flashed up on the screen. We then cut to a promo package. We see a promo package, recapping what went down last night at WWE Elimination Chamber regarding the ECW Championship. We see a few short clips before the package ends with a shot of Ezekiel Jackson standing tall with the ECW Championship held high. We then return to Raw. RAW MEETS JACKSONWe return to see Ezekiel Jackson make his entrance, alongside his mentor, William Regal. They enter the ring and Regal begins to speak. He says that for all the fans who don't already know, the man beside him is Ezekiel Jackson, the final ECW Champion in history. He says that the ECW Title belt is no longer valid, hence why they did not come out with it tonight. He says that Jackson has something to say, and hands over the microphone. Jackson says that he dominated the entire ECW roster, whoever stood in his path, and now, he has come to do the same on Raw, climbing to the top and becoming the WWE Champion. William Regal nods his head and smiles beside Jackson as we hear the theme of Santino Marella, obviously coming out to take Jackson on in his debut match. EZEKIEL JACKSON w/ William Regal def. SANTINO MARELLASantino has a bit of comedy as the match opens, looking shocked at the size of Jackson. He tenses his own muscles as the crowd chuckle, but the comedy is cut short when Jackson drills him with a clothesline. He then lifts Santino up and plants him with the Book of Ezekiel, covering him and picking up his first victory here on Raw. Regal re-enters the ring and holds Jackson's arms high. He points at him while shouting that he is the future of Raw. We then fade backstage. We see a split screen of two teams, The Miz and the Big Show, and on the other side, MVP and Mark Henry. They are ready for action up next. We cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KTHE MIZ & BIG SHOW def. MVP & MARK HENRYMVPs jaw was still red from the Knockout Punch received from the Big Show last night at Elimination Chamber. The two teams battle it out, but in the end, it was a Knockout Punch to Mark Henry, followed by a Skull Crushing Finale that gave ShowMiz the victory. MVP looks on as ShowMiz back up the ramp. It is still obvious that the feud between MVP and The Miz is not over. We then cut backstage. A JEWEL OF A MATCHWe see Jewel and Ty Murray backstage. They are interrupted by Maryse who is followed by Alicia Fox. They demand that they get a tag team match against Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly tonight. Jewel tells them they can have the match, but says she has an interesting stipulation. She says that if Maryse and Alicia Fox fail to win, then their chances at becoming Divas Champion drop to zero, as they will be barred from challenging for the title. The crowd cheer as Maryse and Alicia look furious, but they agree to the match. It's up next! We see a promo package for tomorrow nights WE NXT. It shows both the Pros and the Rookies involved. We then return to Raw. MARYSE & ALICIA FOX def. GAIL KIM & KELLY KELLYA quick divas match for the sake of it really. Afterlast nights victory over Maryse, Gail Kim was on a roll, however, it was Maryse who pinned Kim in this match after a French TKO. After the match, Maryse and Alicia Fox celebrated as Kelly Kelly tried to help Kim to her feet. Maryse and Alicia both pointed to the Divas Championship, but then looked at each other before arguing that they were going to win the title. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KCONGRATULATIONS TED!Backstage, The Legacy are in their locker room. Cody Rhodes is laughing and he pats DiBiase on the back, telling him that seeing him eliminate Randy in the Chamber was priceless (excuse the pun). DiBiase says it was good, but now he has Orton wanting revenge. Cody says that Orton's focus is on tonights Main Event, so he should be fine for now. DiBiase says that win or lose, Randy will be after him. Rhodes says that if Randy wins tonight, at least Ted will be in with a shot at the belt, joking. DiBiase says the belt would be a nice touch, but he says he'd rather keep his head than have it punted off by Orton. Cody RHodes says he's love to stay and chat, but he has to go and get ready for his Money in the Bank Qualifying match against Kofi Kingston. We then fade to ringside with Cole and Lawler. TED DIBIASE, SR. IN THE HALL OF FAME 2010!We see a graphic, telling us that the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase, Sr. will be a member of the Hall of Fame, Class of 2010. We see a short video package, hilighting his carrer. We then return to Raw action. Money in the Bank Qualifying Match KOFI KINGSTON def. CODY RHODESRhodes comes out alone, DiBiase obviously with other things on his mind. Kofi Kingston was fired up after getting so far last night in the Elimination Chamber match. They battled back and forth, but Kingston was too determined for Rhodes and he hit him out of nowhere with a Trouble in Paradise for the victory. Kingston celebrated his victory as his nameplate flashed on the screen. But before any actual celebration could kick in, we see Sheamus leap onto the screen and drill Kingston with a huge Bicycle Kick. Sheamus stands tall over Kingston as we fade to a promo package. We see a recap of what happened last night between Batista and John Cena. It starts with Cena making his way to the ring, ready to compete in the Chamber match, until suddenly, Batista runs onto the scene and brutally attacks Cena. All the impact moves go in slow motion, finishing it off with the devastating Batista Bomb down to the steel steps. It closes with a shot of Batista smirking as we return to Raw. YOU GOT SOME EXPLAINING TO DO...Batista makes his entrance and gets tons of heat from the Raw crowd. He nters the ring with a smirk and begins to speak. He says that the video we just saw was a masterpiece of destruction. He laughs to himself. He says that because of what he did, John Cena isn't here tonight due to the injuried he sustained. He reminds us that a few weeks back on SmackDown, he said he was going to make an impact. He says that winning the World Heavyweight Championship means nothing anymore. He says that winning a World title is always the same, you win it, then a few months later, you lose it, it's inevitable. He says that you have 15 minutes of impact when you win the World title, and he says that wasn't good enough for him. He says he wanted to make a lasting impact on the WWE Universe, and destroying their Superman, John Cena was the perfect opportunity. He then shockingly brings Mr. McMahon and Bret Hart into the situation. He says that Mr. McMahon came to him with a proposal. He says that mcMahon said he had a problem with John Cena, butting his nose into his business. McMahon apparently asked Batista to get rid of John Cena and keep him out of the situation with Bret Hart, and Batista says he took the offer. He says he killed two birds with one stone, he helped Mr. McMahon and made the biggest impact of the year so far. Before Batista can continue, we hear the theme of Bret Hart to a huge pop from the crowd. HART WANTS SOME ANSWERS!Bret Hart comes out on the stage and says that Batista did a terrible thing last night, and Hart just lost a lot of respect for him. He says that Mr. McMahon has a crooked mind, and is that much of a coward that he has other people do his dirty work. Batista says he was happy to do it, and wouldn't mind sorting out another one of Mr. McMahon's problems. He then points at Hart as the crowd gasp. Hart tells Batista that if he's going to be the henchman of Mr. McMahon, then he needs to know that Hart will stop at nothing to get to him, even if it means going through Batista. Hart enters the ring with Batista to a pop from the crowd. He says that he knows Mr. McMahon is watching, and once again challenges him to a match at WrestleMania 26. However, there is no asnwer from anywhere, although Batista does have something to say. He tells Hartthat McMahon did say that he wants nothing to do with Hart and will never get in the ring with him. Hart says that Batista better go tell Mr. McMahon that if McMahon doesn't come to the fight, then he is going to take the fight to McMahon. Batista chuckles and then says "Not if I have anything to do with it...". To the crowd horror, Batista clotheslines Bret Hart to the canvas, dropping him like a sack of potatoes. Suddenly, Mr. McMahon struts out from behind the curtain to a huge amount of heat. He enters the ring, coming out now that Hart is unable to fight back. Batista lifts Hart up and grabs his arms so he can't move. McMahon gets up in Hart's face and mocks him, asking him if it hurts. He then says that Hart 'deserved to be screwed' and then slaps him across the face. He then says that as for WrestleMania... the answer is NO! The crowd begin to chant "Cena! Cena!", but Cena isn't in the building thanks to Batista. Batista throws Hart to the canvas and McMahon raises his hands. We then fade to a commercial break as the crowd boo. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KWWE Championship RANDY ORTON def. TRIPLE H [C]After last night, Randy Orton was not a happy bunny. He was dead set on regaining his WWE Championship here tonight in Indianopolis, and he didn't disappoint. Triple H was obviously still affected by the mental state of his friend Shawn Michaels, but maybe not so much after this match. Mid-match, the referee was knocked down, thanks to Randy Orton shoving Triple H into him, squashing him in the corner. Randy Orton appeared to be going for a Punt on HHH, backing up adn measuring him, but out of nowhere came Shawn Michaels to a huge pop. It looked as if Michaels had come in for the save and was ready to deliver the Sweet Chin Music to Orton. However, as Triple H got to his feet, Michaels instead jumped to the left and drilled The Game with the superkick, knocking him out cold. The crowd didn't know what to do as Orton looked on in confusion. Orton wasn't taking a second glance and immediately covered Triple H. The referee regained conciousness and counted the three count. The crowd were shocked, witnessing a new WWE Champion less than 24 hours after Triple H had won it. Randy Orton couldn't believe it either, but grabbed the WWE Championship and raised it high. We see a shot of Michaels on the ramp, blankly staring at Triple H who is just getting to his feet. SHOCK HORRORWe can vaguely hear Michaels whispering to himself as he says "If I can't have my WrestleMania dream... you can't have yours." Triple H gets to his feet and leans over the ropes. He stares up the ramp at Shawn Michaels and mouths "Why?!" Michaels doesn't react and simply stares at Triple H with no facial expression at all, completely gone out. We can confirm one thing for sure, Shawn Michaels is not 100% mentally. What will become of this next week? And how will Triple H feel after holding the WWE Championship for less than 24 hours? Tune into Monday Night Raw, next week on the USA Network!

WRESTLING OBSERVER NEWSLETTER - The short WWE Championship reign of Triple H was apparently put into place simply to build the feud between himself and Shawn Michaels. Obviously, a match of this calibur would not need a Championship at stake to be classed as a Main Event, much like HBK/Undertaker last year. - Both Evan Bourne and Kogi Kingston qualified for the Money in the Bank Ladder match this past Monday on Raw. Expect the other six competitors to be named in the coming weeks. - The WrestleMania plans appear to be shaping up with Shawn Michaels/Triple H, John Cena/Batista and others. However, we are still no closer to determining who Chris Jericho will face at WrestleMania and whether Bret Hart will take on Mr. McMahon. No doubt we will find out in the weeks to come.

- Great opening promo between Michaels and HHH. Orton cashing in his rematch clause is alright I guess. - Bourne qualifying over Carlito is good. Bourne is a better star then him now. - Can picture the Marella comedy bit, haha. Jackson dominating is obvious. But since he was the last ECW Champion, I hope he gets into the US Title hunt. - ShowMiz winning is the right call. - Interesting concept to the match, but glad Maryse and Fox came out on top. - Nice little backstage altercation with Cody/Ted. Then glad that Ted DiBiase Sr. will be inducted. - Glad Kofi qualified for the Money in the Bank match. Don't really know where Cody is any more though... - Real great promo with Batista/McMahon/Hart. Glad that Cena couldn't help out, even though in all reality WWE would probably have them do it. xP - Wow. Surprised to see Orton go over here. But glad that Michaels cost Hunter have the match. "If I can't have my WrestleMania dream... you can't have yours." is awesome.
Great Raw.

TUESDAY NIGHT NXT23rd February, 2010 - MILWAUKEE"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."Before we open up, we see Matt Striker backstage with a microphone, standing by with all eight WWE NXT Rookies. He tells the audience that tonight, a new era of WWE television will make its debut, featuring brand new Rookie talent, tutored by their WWE Pros. He says that tonight, the new era begins, so let's get the show on the road! CUE OPENING VIDEOWe open up, taken to the commentating team of Raw's Michael Cole and Josh Mathews. They welcome us to the premiere episode of WWE NXT, saying that tonight, we will get to see the next evolution in sports entertainment. We then get straight into things with the theme of none other than The Miz. TUTOR TENSIONThe Miz enters the ring and grabs a microphone, beginning to speak. He tells the WWE Universe that he has been chosen to be a WWE NXT Pro, mentoring the WWE NXT Rookie known as Daniel Bryan. He says that over the past week, he has received tons of messages saying that he shouldn't be tutoring Bryan because Bryan knows more than he does. Miz says that the WWE Universe, nor Bryan, know what it takes to make it in the WWE and need to keep their mouths shut. He says that Bryan thinks he's something he's not and tells him to come out here now to confront him. Bryan comes out and enters the ring, confronting The Miz. He says that Miz might be right about it being different in the WWE, but the way he is going about it is childish. Miz tells Bryan that he is childish, claiming to be the best in the world. Miz says that tonight, he has got Bryan a match in the Main Event to test his skills, against an opponent who can take him to the limit. Bryan looks determined as WWE NXT fades to a promo package. RAW GUEST HOST GRAPHICC O M M E R C I A L B R E A KBefore the match, the Straight Edge Society come out with Darren Young, however, they don't look pleased to be here. Young is dissapointed with their lack of enthusiasm. We are shown a short clip of an interview with CM Punk earlier, him saying that he has no intention of sticking around on WWE NXT whether he is mentoring a Rookie or not. DARREN YOUNG w/ The Straight Edge Society HEATH SLATER w/ ChristianThe gets underway, CM Punk obviously not interested whatsoever. Even without his mentors help, Darren Young manages to pick up the win, hitting Slater with a Running Powerclam for the victory. Afterwards, Young celebrates and turns to his mentor, hoping for some congratulations. Hoever, the Straight Edge Society were already half way up the ramp, leaving Young behind without even a comment on his win. Young looks upset and leaves ringside as we fade to a backstage segment. MOTIVATIONAL MENTORWe go backstage with Matt Striker alongside Skip Sheffield. Striker asks him how he feels about been on WWE NXT, getting the chance to become a genuine WWE superstar. Sheffield says that he is so pleased and can't wait to get in the ring and prove himself. Striker then goes on to say if he believes he can win his tag team match, teaming with MVP up next. He says that he has trust in MVP to take him to the top. MVP then walks onto the scene and the two shake hands. He tells Striker that he and Sheffield are going to the top of WWE NXT and they are going to make sure that Sheffield is the very first WWE NXT Rookie to make it to the Raw and SmackDown brands. They walk off, their tag team match up next. We the go to a promo package. We see a quick graphic, advertising that Matt Hardy and his Rookie, Justin Gabriel will be appearing on WWE NXT next week. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KWADE BARRETT & CHRIS JERICHO def. SKIP SHEFFIELD & MVPWade Barrett has a hell of a WWE Pro, the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, Chris Jericho. Before the match, we see a couple of quick packages, highlighting the Rookies. The match gets underway and it is back and forth for the most part, but in the end, it is a Codebreaker from Chris Jericho to MVP that allows Wade Barrett to cover him and pick up the victory. Barrett and Jericho celebrate, Jericho looking pleased with Barrett. They celebrate as we fade backstage. CONFRONTATIONS GALOREBackstage, we see the duo of R-Truth and Rookie, David Otunga to a pop. R-Truth is saying that Otunga will get in on the action next week and that he promises he will bring him good things. He tells Otunga that all he needs to do is stay focused and he should be fine. We then see Carlito and his Rookie, Michael Tarver walk onto the scene to some heat. Carlito gets up in Truths face while Tarver gets in Otungas. Carlito says that next week, he wants Tarver to go against Otunga. R-Truth asks Otunga if he wants to accept, and he says he'll do it. Tarver smirks as he and Carlito walk off. We then fade to a promo package. We are shown a graphic, hyping that this Friday, Chris Jericho will announce his WrestleMania 26 opponent, confirming which World Title he will be challenging for. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KREADY FOR ACTION... BUT WITH WHO?We return to see the entrance of Daniel Bryan, complete with a short package telling us all about him. He nters the ring and is waiting for his opponent when out comes his WWE Pro, The Miz. The Miz appears to be in wrestling gear for some unknown reason. He says to Bryan that he has lived up to his word and has found a perfect opponent that can take Bryan to the limits... himself. The Miz takes off his shirt and continues down to the ring as Bryan looks on in confusion. DANIEL BRYAN def. THE MIZA great match actually, as it was obvious that The Miz was trying his best to teach Bryan a lesson. The fans were totally behind Bryan in this one. A huge spot during the match was when Bryan went for a suicide dive and anded up driving himself into the announce table, causing a huge red mark on his back. However, he did continue the match and winded up defeating The Miz after he made him submit to the Cattle Mutilation. The crowd loved it as The Miz rolled around the canvas in agony. Bryan celebrated his victory as The Miz left the ring, grabbing his United States Championship. He was obviously outraged by his loss and storms up the ramp in fury. Bryan looks on and laughs as WWE NXT fades to a close. © 2010 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

-Bryan main eventing the first edition of NXT is easily the right call -Surprised Young won, I've heard more about Slater so I figured he'd get the win on the debut episode -Jericho & Barrett winning is good, surprised Barrett got to pin MVP though -Hope next week, Otunga is used correctly -Love that Bryan won in the main event, not sure about him making the United States Champion tap out though. Maybe a small package win would've been better
Very solid first episode of NXT. Looking forward to Smackdown and looking even more forward to WrestleMania XXVI.

WWE RAW: Monday 22nd February 2010...Hmm, I'm not too sure about Zack Ryder being on RAW in case he is mistreated, I could have seen him becoming something big on SmackDown, really. Ryder beating Primo is alright; could have seen this on WWE Superstars though. Speaking of Superstars, Jack Swagger beating Goldust is absolutely fine; Goldust suits on RAW, but really Ryder/Primo could have also fitted onto the card, or a divas match, as with ECW being out of the picture, you need to fill up some more time. Triple H kicking off RAW is absolutely fine, a decent promo with him, and the feud between Triple H and Shawn Michaels masking HBK's unfinished business with The Undertaker is remarkable. Ty Murray and Jewel didn't make good Guest Hosts; I am actually hoping that The Abraham Washington Show could come to RAW; that way, Abraham Washington gets the 'Live' add-on to his name, a big ego-boost as well as a grand idea where he could have celebrities as guests on the show rather than Guest Hosts. Good opening bout in the ring, Evan Bourne advancing into Money in the Bank is better than the washed up Carlito; you need to give him a haircut, a new attire and a new personality. Obviously can't see Bourne winning at WrestleMania XXVI, but surely he'll have some good spots. Ezekiel Jackson being on RAW is fitting, the final ECW Champion and William Regal oughta have some class confrontations on the brand, hopefully starting after WrestleMania. Actually, he could fit into Money in the Bank, considering Mark Henry was in it last year. Doubty ou will, though. I like how Zeke was put over by Regal, then demolished Santino Marella; somebody who isn't tough whatsoever. Hopefully a babyface can confront him about that; and that can begin Zeke's future on the RAW brand. The Miz and Big Show beating MVP and Mark Henry is fine, a good match here, surprising it wasn't for the WWE Unified Tag Team Championships; after the pay-per-view Elimination Chamber was, I would have thought you'd have boosted the rating by boasting a title match; oh wait, Triple H against Randy Orton is planned. Not sure how I feel about that match, by the way; a massive intense feud could be restarted once again. Could be; obviously not but you know. Maryse and Alicia Fox over Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly is okay; I see Kelly being Maryse's next rival once Gail Kim is out of the way. And then hopefully the WWE Draft in April switches around divas, making the RAW WWE Divas Championship picture better than it is. Legacy's segment was pretty odd. Ted Dibiase, Sr in Hall of Fame is obviously good. Kofi Kingston in Money in the Bank again is good; but hopefully he wins it this year. To be fair, if Kingston loses this year, it identifies him as a two-time loser. I wish he had gone to feud with somebody and had an actual match at WrestleMania XXVI, but nevermind. Cody Rhodes is sort of a missing link in between Ted Dibiase and Randy Orton; not definitely sure what's going on here. Sheamus and Kingston having contact eh? This could easily lead to Kingston and Sheamus feuding; Sheamus needs in on Money in the Bank after that WWE Championship reign; definitely. Batista's promo on John Cena was pretty great, and very surprising outcome with Bret Hart and Vince McMahon also included; I feel that Hart being just clotheslined is good, the mocking was a nice add on. Bret needs not to be seriously hurt. Randy Orton beating Triple H was predicted, and an epic main event for RAW with the WWE Championship at stake. Shawn Michaels costing him the match was great also. Overall, a very eventful and well-written episode. Good work, very good work.
WWE NXT: Tuesday 23rd February 2010...Hmm, the newcomers are all about this show, so why WWE United States and Unified Tag Team Champion, The Miz came out to start it off, I don't know. I feel you should have introduced Matt Striker first instead, and then brought out Daniel Bryan. Best decision with Miz and Bryan not getting along. Pro vs Rookie tonight should be good. Should be extremely odd how Cheech and Chong Guest Hosting RAW should be. Darren Young looks to have potential, CM Punk and the Straight Edge Society not interested in Young is nice; hopefully we see a Pro exchange with this. There's not too much to do with Punk and Young as mentor/protegé. Head Slater is incredibly bad looking and he didn't look too great on NXT in reality, really. Hopefully he improves, but until then, I really hope he shows to have some charisma shown. Skip Sheffield being showcased is nice. MVP and Sheffield however, is a slightly odd combination. Wade Barrett is one of three rookies [with Justin Gabriel and Daniel Bryan] I see potential in. Barrett has a lot of charisma and great on the mic; hopefully he gets some air time in future. Good win for Barrett and Chris Jericho over Sheffield and MVP. Was pretty surprised by Jericho not getting the win, though. Matt Striker should have interveiwed R-Truth and David Otunga really, without him around, he's basically useless when he's the Host of NXT. He's practically the overall Al Snow of NXT. Carlito and Michael Tarver in their face is nice. I'm just really not made up on Tarver. Tarver and Otunga's match on NXT was also ridiculous and bad. Hmm, good win for Daniel Bryan, but not made up at all about the WWE United States and Unified Tag Team Champion losing here. Bryan needed the win, sure. But maybe this has to be followed up with a title match; I just am not a fan of Bryan beating a multi-champion, but it is a good way to cap off the show and signifies the focus being on the rookies. A good premiere.

FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN26th February, 2010 - MILWAUKEER-Truth def. Mike Knox w/ Charlie HaasR-Truth picks up the victory after he hits Knox with the Scissors Kick. Truth gets a huge pop from the crowd. Natalya w/ The Hart Dynasty def. MariaFirst match in a while for Natalya. She picks up the victory after she makes Maria tap out with the Sharpshooter. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."Before opening up, we are shown a quick recap of the SmackDown side of things at Elimination Chamber. We see Rey Mysterio defeating Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker retaining his World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber match. We then go to the opening video. CUE OPENING VIDEOThe pyrotechnics explode as Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcome us to this edition of SmackDown. They reveal that tonight, they have two Money in the Bank Qualifying matches which will be Matt Hardy versus Dolph Ziggler and Rey Mysterio versus Curt Hawkins. We are also told that our Main Event for tonight will be Edge taking on Batista. Finally, they remind us that tonight, Chris Jericho will make his WrestleMania decision. We then hear the bell toll of the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker. He comes out to a massive pop and begins to speak to the WWE Universe. THE PHENOMS MESSAGEThe Undertaker kicks off by saying that WrestleMania is 30 days away and he will be entering the Pay Per View as the World Champion. He says that tonight, Chris Jericho will make his decision, revealing which Title he will challenge for at WrestleMania 26. The Undertaker says that WrestleMania is his yard, his legacy, and whether or not Chris Jericho makes the choice to face him, the outcome will be inevitable and he will walk out, making the streak jump to 18-0. Before The Undertaker could continue, he was interrupted by the theme of Chris Jericho who comes out and stands face to face with the Phenom. Jericho says that if he choses The Undertaker tonight, he would be sure that he would be the man to break the streak. He mocks how Shawn Michaels went crazy over the thought of ending The Undertaker's streak. He says that Michaels is a man obsessed, but he wouldn't have been able to get the job done. He says that he isn't going to make his decision until later tonight. Undertaker butts in, saying Jericho shouldn't disrespect Shawn Michaels. He says that Michaels was easily one of his hardest opponents at WrestleMania and respects him for wanting to go at it one more time. He tells Jericho that mocking gets him nowhere, and he will still suffer his inevitable loss at WrestleMania. The Undertaker finishes the segment off, leaving ringside as Jericho looks on with a smirk upon his face. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K#1 Contendership Tournament - Intercontinental Title SHELTON BENJAMIN def. FINLAYShelton Benjamin picked up a rather quick victory here, advancing in the first round of Teddy Long's Intercontinental Championship Contender Tournament. Drew McINtyre was present by ringside and looked on as Benjamin defeat Finlay with a Paydirt. McIntyre smirked and left ringside as Benjamin looked on, signalling that he wanted the belt. We then go backstage. CHRISTIAN RETURNS TO SMACKDOWNBackstage, we see the locker room of Edge. The camera slowly moves in and we see Edge, standing by the side of his brother, Christian. Christian says that it feels great to be back on SmackDown and can't wait to get the chance to team with Edge again. Edge says he feels exactly the same, and thinks they should definitely team up in the near future. They are interrupted as Batista walks into the room to a ton of heat. Edge and Christian look at Batista, almost in disgust, obviously due to what Batista did to John Cena at Elimination Chamber. Edge goes up to Batista and says that he was never the biggest Cena fan himself, but what Batista did was uncalled for. Christian says that Batista is a big bully that needs to be taken out. Batista chuckles and tells Edge that he doesn't care what he thinks, because he made a lasting impact, something that everyone will remember for years to come. He then tells Edge he will see him in the ring before walking off as the scene fades to a promo package. We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring Raw superstar, John Cena. We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KMICHELLE MCCOOL & LAYLA def. MICKIE JAMES & BETH PHOENIXJames and Phoenix didn't work well together at all, obviously the source of their loss. They made an attempt, but their current ongoing feud tore them apart and allows LayCool to get the victory. McCool was the one to pick up the victory after hitting the FaithBreaker on Mickie James, Phoenix not entering the ring to break the count. LayCool celebrate as we fade to a promo package. RAW GUEST HOST GRAPHICMoney in the Bank Qualifying Match REY MYSTERIO def. CURT HAWKINS w/ Vickie GuerreroVickie wasn't best pleased with this match and showed her anger afterwards. Hawkins put on a good showing, but in the end, Rey Mysterio managed to hit the 619 and cover Hawkins after a Splash from the top rope, advancing to the Money in the Bank Ladder match at WrestleMania 26. After the match, Mysterio pointed to the WrestleMania sign and then left ringside. Vickier Guerrero entered the ring and started having a tantrum, shouting "Why does nobody ever win for me?!". She stamps her feet and leaves Hawkins in the midle of the ring, despite his pleads for her to come back. She storms off as we fade backstage. We see CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena on their way out to the ring for a segment. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KA STRAIGHT EDGE PROBLEM?The Straight Edge Society make their way to the ring and CM Punk begisn to speak to the WWE Universe. He says that unfortunately for the crowd, he isn't out here to save anyone tonight. The crowd cheer. He says that the past couple of weeks have seen a certain someone mess around with Straight Edge plans. That someone is John Morrison. The crowd cheer for his name. He says that John Morrison is a perfect example of what Straight Edge isn't. He says that Morrison parties all night, he is a regular with the ladies and is a pathetic excuse for a human being. He says that Morrison dared to interrupt his save two weeks ago on SmackDown, and then last week, he attacked him after the Main Event was over. At Elimination Chamber, Punk says that Morrison paid his dues for sticking his nose in other peoples business when he was eliminated by The Undertaker. Punk says that he has The Undertaker beat this past Sunday, and if it wasn't for Morrison interfering, he would have eliminated Undertaker there and then. Before Punk can continue, John Morrison emerges on the stage and speaks. He says that the fans don't want to hear him go on and one about Straight Edge, or about how he almost won the Elimination Chamber match. He says that if Punk wants to prove something, he has to actually win something. Punk says Morrison has done it again, interrupting something that doesn't concern him. Morrison says that if his name is mentioned, then it concerns him. He says that CM Punk needs to step up to the plate and face Morrison one on one sooner or later. Punk says he'll think on that, saying he has to think hard about getting into the ring with a such a careless, addiction driven person. The scene fades to a promo package. We see a promo package for WrestleMania 26, telling us that the event is 30 days away. We then return to SmackDown. #1 Contendership Tournament - Intercontinental Title VANCE ARCHER def. VLADIMIR KOZLOVThese two monsterous superstars came from ECW when the brand closed, now, they are SmackDown property. Vance Archer pulls off a great victory, defeating Kozlov with his very own Snap Reverse DDT. Kozlov never saw it coming. Vance Archer declares that he will taken on Shelton Benjamin next week and will go on to face Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 26. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KMoney in the Bank Qualifying Match DOLPH ZIGGLER def. MATT HARDYA rather quick match, but in all, it got to the point. These two had a bit of a confrontation on WWE Superstars last week, leading to this Qualifying match. Ziggler wins after a huge ZigZag to Hardy, coming out of a Twist of Fate. Ziggler taunt Hardy while he lies on the canvas. He points to the WrestleMania sign as we fade to a backstage segment. AN UNINVITED GUEST?We see General Manager, Theodore Long backstage on the phone. We can't hear the other voie, but we hear him say "No, you can't come in, why would you want to do that?". Apparently, the person on the other end must say that they are in the arena now, to which Long replies "Stay out, playa, I don't want no trouble, and you're not even 100%". The other person must put the phone down as Long repeatedly says hello down the phone. He lowers the phone and sighs to himself before putting his head in his hands. We then fade to the Main Event. EDGE w/ Christian vs. BATISTA ends in a No Contest.Batista is a monster, what a horrible superstar. After his animalistic attack on John Cena at Elimination Chamber, he wasn't in the best books of anyone. Even a long time rival of Cena, Edge was disgusted with Batista's actions. These two superstars battled each other till the end, and it was looking in the favour of Batista. He was about to deliver a Batista Bomb to Edge, until we finally learn exactly who the unexpected guest is... THE CHAMP IS HERE!John Cena's music hits and he runs to the ring to a gigantic pop from the crowd. He slides into the ring and tackles Batista to the canvas. He is clearly bandaged up underneath his t-shirt, but doesn't give a damn. He beats down on Batista, drilling him with rights and lefts. The referee calls for the bell as everything gets out of control. Batista battles back and gains the advantage, Cena's injuries obviously still not fully healed. Edge intervenes and Spears Batista to the canvas to a pop from the crowd. However, SmackDown isn't finished there... AND JERICHO WILL FACE...Chris Jericho comes out, down to the ring with a mirophone. He looks around him at all the carnage, standing in the middle of Edge and Christian. Jericho says he is going to get straight to the point and reveal that the man he will face at WrestleMania 26 will be... The Undertaker! The crowd cheer as Edge and Christian look at each other. Suddenly, the bell gong hits to a pop from the crowd. The lights go off for a few seconds. They switch back on and to everyone's shock, everyone had gone, all except Chris Jericho. Jericho suddenly dropped his microphone and looked around for Edge, Christian, Batista or John Cena, buit nobody was there. SmackDown fades to a confusing close as Jericho stands in the ring with his eyes wide, obviously intimidated by The Undertaker's powers. © 2010 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

WRESTLING OBSERVER NEWSLETTER - Apparently, the Bret Hart/Vince McMahon story is set to get it's final turn this Monday on Raw, hopefully finalizing what exactly will happen between the two of them, whether it be a conronttion or a match, it should be declared this Monday. - WWE NXT was a huge success and many people tuned in to the original ECW timeslot to see the new Rookies in action. It received a good reception and the WWE definitely plan on continuing the product further. - The WrestleMania card is definitely shaping up with multiple matches announced this week. Also, Chris Jericho made his Royal Rumble choice this past Friday on SmackDown, declaring that he would face The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Championship. Here is the card up to now... - Two good choices for SS matches. - Hmm interesting. I see Rey and and Zig taking the MitB spots. - I really expect Jericho to challenge Taker. I have to wonder what Edge will do, though I'm sure I know where things are going. - Benjamin over Finlay is fine. - "Big Bully" made me laugh for some reason. Should be a good main event. - E+C reunion would be great. - LayCool winning is the right move, seeing as they are the more cohesive unit. - Rey winning was expected. Love the tantrum. - I really like Morrison and Punk's feud. The two have always had great chemistry. - Archer winning is fine. Give him a gimmick of some form please. I like that he'll face a fellow ECW alum next week. - Again expected as Zig wins. Glad he did. - Michaels is the uninvited guest? Or Cena? - Cena attacks.. good move. - Jericho v Undertaker will be great.
Great show as usual, Elliot. Really liking where this is going.

- Quick note: Might want to fix the text up on the Superstars matches. - Two good sounding MITB qualifiers. - Glad to see Jericho hinting at going for Taker. Hope he does. - Benjamin and Finlay seemed pretty basic. Glad SB got the win. - Liked seeing E&C back a bit. And what they said brought back their little kiddishness about them. - Laycool winning is the obvious right call. - Mysterio over Hawkins was expected of. Glad to see it. - Good Punk and JoMo promo there. - Archer and Kozlov is interesting. Archer winning is alright I suppose; hope to see him not be so boring on SD. - Ziggler winning was the right call there. I like Hardy, but, better for "Mr. Ziggles". - Cena being there for the attack on Batista is great. Not sure about Edge intervening though. - And Jericho vs Taker should be a good one. Like the mind games already... just seems a bit strange to have all of them going away, especially stars of their caliber.
Awesome show as I expected. This is probably my second favorite diary on the boards right now.
