Some of the complaints you listed are kinda weak. I mean, you say the scan and body doesn't fit HBK's look back at Wrestlemania 12 (which I can agree with), but you're neglecting the fact that Jakks did the same thing. They used the head mold that, at the time, they were using for HBK's current figures, as well as the torso choice.
The hearts, I actually prefer on the Entrance Gear HBK figure. The gold tint that Jakks used in the hearts wasn't accurate and I thought their shade of silver seemed "duller" than Mattel's.
As for the boots, I think it's a toss up. CS 1 had more detail, but the boots are also completely inaccurate considering the only time HBK ever wore boots with the laces exposed was when he was in The Rockers. Mattel's boot mold is close to perfect for what HBK's boots were at the time, so I can overlook some of the missed detail for that alone. The knee pads were also a great addition, something we didn't get from Jakks.
Basically, the head and torso could be better, but I thought their effort at Shawn's WM 12 look was better than CS 1.

I know. Why can't anyone make a decent 95-96 era head scan already? That's what pisses me off more than anything. the csda 1 did
