Perhaps he just works out more now? He's totally not double the size he used to be, and just because he looks better 2-3 years after he debuted doesn't mean he is on anything. I already agreed with that about 2 posts ago. Here - "OK maybe not bigger but he looks much different than I remember him. So maybe I'm wrong." I said maybe I was wrong, but reading what I typed I guess you could have misunderstood that. i think he looks different due to a little more mid section tone, a little tanner, and of course the Orton baby oil treatment which tends to make the muscles look bigger. |

Most of the roster these days, aren't huge guys jacked up on steroids, I don't know if you've noticed that or not. I can understand liking a company you've gotten used to for years, and coming to be pretty much biased to what you're money had been spent on for all of that time, but if Mattel is not realistic to you, I implore you to go back a few pages and look at comparison pictures of actual wrestlers, and their Mattel and Jakks counterparts. yea i can name plenty off roids: Evan Bourne The Miz Cody Rhodes Ted Dibiase Chavo santino primo Haas Punk Smith? This is just an assumption you made. How do you know all the guys haven't juiced up lately? I don't need to mention the fact that a few of the guys you listed already failed drug tests, because other people mentioned that. You're clearly oblivious to steroid use. I'll tell you a little story. Alex Sanchez was a baseball player for my Detroit Tigers a few years back. He only hit about 2 HR's a year (if he was lucky), and no one even thought he was juicing. He was a skinny as a rail, I was almost as big as him. Then we find out that he was suspended for steroids. Don't judge too hard on physiques (looks can be deceiving), some people don't get that much bigger from using steroids. Gregory Helms got caught with HGH before. He was never the biggest guy either. |

As far as I know, no one on that list is suspended, and until they are - I'll assume they're not using (especially if they don't even appear to be on something).

Jakks is still a horrible company who was only good for headscans sometimes, horrible scale, terrible molds and no attention to detail. Mattel although sometimes bad headscan surpasses Jakks in Scale, Detail, Distribution and unique molds. Seriously that Elite Randy Orton kicks the crap out of the best Jakks Figure they have made... |
