This is probably just me but I don't want a classics line, I feel that it would slow the production of the other lines and bring down the quality. Kinda like Jakks did. And don't post if you are going to be rude, only serious thoughts please.

i think a mattels classic/legends would be awesome...Didnt the classic jakks line re-energize the wrestling figure industry?

Well if it wouldn't slow the other WWE lines down, then I wouldn't mind. I highly doubt I would buy to many because I already have spent too much money on classics. But I would probably just buy my favorites growing up.
But I'm also weak, so there is a chance I would get them all anyways.

lol you are one of few sir. I can't wait for a classics line. MAttel would be wise to release a classic line and soon...they have already released a figure for every popular WWE superstar already and its what?, 2 months into the license ownership. how many versions can they keep releasing

I agree with you on not wanting a classics line, but not for same reason, I am a new generation kind of fan, and classic stuff bores me to death.

I don't really care if we get a classics series or not. I fine with 3 or so Heritage series a year with top WWE/WWF talent. Plus, with Jakks doing their NWA and TNA legends of the ring series, the available talent is going to split in two.

I will have to disagree with you because the classic series is the only reason i got back into collecting.

Well I for one am looking forward to the Classics/legends. Whether they keep putting them in Entrance Greats, Heritage or their own line I'm all for them.

I agree. I love Mattel's focus on the current roster. I think a Classic Superstars line would take away from that. Jakks' Classic Superstars line sucked after Series 8.

I would only really want Classics for certain wrestlers such as The Rock, Lita, and Trish. I don't really care that much about others. But still I think they will have them regardless.

I agree with not wanting a classic line. I collected Jakks from series 1-9 and spent a ton and got some other random CS from the olater sets and i really don't know who Mattel could release that Jakks didn't aside form Ricky Steamboat and things like that. I wanna keep my collection kind of cheap and only collect basic too.

Mattel will prolly do it alot different if they made a classic line, Only reason i would want a classic like is because they would be able to make people not with wwe right now example the ECW talent that got Jakks figures like, Sandman, Dreamer, RVD and so on or WWE guys that havnt been in WWE for a few years but i know what you mean by not wanting a classic line.

I want classics. I'd love to have a Mattel Ted Dibiase or Dusty Rhodes and so on.

I like the way they are including "classic" figures in their current lineups. Including Million Dollar Man and Rowdy Piper in entrance greats is good enough for me. I hope they continue that trend.
