Looks good. I am not sure how long this line is going to last. The entrance music base is not that appealing to justify a five to six dollar price increase for a figure which could easily be released in the Legends or any of the other lines.  credit IPF |

the scan is pretty mediocre but overall like the figure. The bagpipes are awesome. I hope the eg line doesn't become all legends though.

Also, are the new EG's going to be basic or elite style? The prior EG's are basic and the Legends are elite. I wonder if Mattel implements a change here.

i really must say i am really impressed with mattel so fare, theyre legends that there coming out with are just great, good job to them, jakks was the same way at one time, then they went down down down, lets hope mattel doesnt do the same, mattel has been kikin jakks @ss since they got the wwe deal

i like how with these figures we are getting them "all in one". Meaning we are getting entrance gear and ring gear with the same figure. no more buying two or more figures to achieve the desired looks.

Seriously. I can't believe people are praising this figure of Roddy Piper whom with the exception of the ring attire LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PIPER!!

I also expressed my dislike for the Animal and Snuka scans/sculpts in other posts. In my opinion, the Animal and Snuka scans/sculpts can be better executed. However, for protos these are about as accurate as you are going to get.

The likeness isn't perfect but still looks nicer than any of the Jakks efforts and the entrance gear is Mattel's best use of real fabrics so far.
The bagpipes aren't really essential to the figure but a good example of the attention to small details that Mattel has been excelling with so far.
Piper with probably be my first Entrance Great purchase.

I REALLY hope they give us a high quality Bret EG, leather jacket and tassels. That'd be something.
Rowdy just looks amazing. It's going to be hard to pass this one up. The Mattel styled bodies will really make figures such as Rowdy and Dibiase look amazing.

That is so bad ass. Some of the faces on these mattel figures arent dead on, but the overall detail in attire and accessories is amazing.I love this line in its few short months more than I ever did jakks in its entire run.
Just got elite 2 and they are outstanding. And this piper is just as cool.
To me, even if some are a little more expensive, its well worth it.
