right, EVRY! time i read a post theres all this hate for Jakks, and imo, you've been so spoilt that you just moan now, SO HEAR ME OUT! ok right first off, the 6sided ring, why are all of you so obsessed your all instantly going to get it in rsr form? HOW MANY YEARS BEFORE WE GOT THE FIRST WWE ONE!wwf hasbro, dont recal one except monster ring... wwf TTL, never had a rsr just hardcore was biggest, wwe RA --> DA, no rsr yet still the small ring(hardcore) and MANY MANY years after all these eras, i think it was 2005? we finally got an RSRV1, then wm2, raw hiac, EC, so now you expect that in prototype pictures BEFORE TNA IS EVEN OUT YET! your bitching about not having a decent ring? not even in the years Toybiz did TNA did we get a different sized ring, and thats like 8-9 series going, variations yes, size : no see where im goin here also you expect many new moulds, why? theyve kept the same ones so they fit in with your current WWE collection, and to also save money on moulds, and your all so excited about mattel size/scale etc they HAVE! to make new moulds for the WWE line as its a new product by them so Jakks cant keep up on that, (think rationaly here) so thats my mini rant but just bare them points in mind man, and if you dont like their rings, do what i and others have done, make your own

I agree. I hate all the JAKKS hate when for the past 10 years or less everyone has been buying them? Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. 10 years down the road, when WWE changes from Mattel to McFarlen or WE MAKETOYSBUTDONTHAVEANAMEYETBITCH! then you will be talking crapon how much Mattel sucked..... No one is ever happy. EVER.

Jakks gave us break-away tables, Huge ladders, dumpsters, 1/500Belts kick Mattel's ass'. Detailed belts that aren't 1/500. Hell Mattel doesn't even have belts yet. JAKKS took care of us. And everyone turned their back's on them. Some of the greatest Classics ever, as well as current roster. RSR was a instant hit, and sold plenty of units. It ssad that everyone hates JAKKS, yet they are using their RSR for their Mattel figs, aswell as the JAKKS fig belts.

WOW if they ever went to mcfarlane for figs.... everyone else would need to retire, mcfarlane company is by FAR the best detailed toy company on the market.... i can only imagine what kind of wrestling figs they would create!!!!!!!!!

I guess I don't understand if they are reusing molds and such why did they only have the time to put together one set of protos for BOTH toy fairs? Jakks doesn't seem that interested in this line and hasn't seemed that interested in pleasing the wrestling collectors over the past year or so. Did I buy a bunch of Jakks? you bet, but did I have anything else to choose from for WWE figures? nope. Bottom line is the figures are lack luster, out of scale, lacking designs, and just appears Jakks has ZERO pride in their work. That being said why continue to support a company that doesn't give a crapabout its customers or its product?

Plastic statues like UMF. they actually have a fully articulate baseball line coming out, HOWEVER as I've said MANY times when people bring up McFarlane, His figures are in no way shape or form in real scale. Steve Nash is as big as Kobe or Amare. So great detail yes, scale nope.

I agree with both sides, because jakks does deserve some credit with all they did when they had the wwe contract. I also see the side of the people who have supported jakks products and complain when they suck. There are alot of hardcore members on this board who should also have the right to disagree or bash any product that does not meet their standards. It is true jakks has spoiled it's customers with quality products, so when jakks becomes lazy or cheap with their products then we all hear about it.

Yea, JAKKS didnt care about us, that's why we always had near direct connections with Jeremy and the team. We always had WF Interviews. They gave us Sabu when we begged for it, as well as alot of others in the Classics.

He popped back up when TNA was being announced just to get us to buy the product again. He's a shady businessman and so please he doesn't care about us he cares about our wallets.

Missing logos, short kickers when wrestler wears tall, no knee pads when they needed them. Jakks made some great figures but I can only think of a few on my shelf that I didn't have to alter in some way, shape, or form.

not over moaning but TEAMRATEDCDShas it a bit over the top im not saying wait 10 years,more10 months, you wont get EVRYTHING you want straight off the bat (matel belts yet?no) and to be fair they havent even hit shelves and wont for months, i say we MIGHT! get a 6sided rsr by xmas, but a-given tna dont use it no more, it seems pointless in jakks selling something outdated, same as if they released a stage like the old 2005 era,(double stage)

Here's what I don't get...the Stockholm Syndrome from Jakks fans who just CAN'T admit that while Jakks DID good work for 10 years, that Mattel has put out a better product. Better in scale, proportions, and detail. Are there QC issues, sure. Just like ECW Punk and so many others from Jakks, so that argument doesn't fly with me. They have also already put up a Steamboat proto, and Jakks didn't give us that one after 10 years of asking for it(even though they did give us Sabu, like earlier stated). Mattel showed us the protos at Toy Fair that blew Jakks PICTURES in mock-up packaging away. Mattel clearly gets the gold star for effort. I liked Jakks figures and I want TNA and UFC figures, and I DO hope their efforts improve, because as a REALISTIC, OBJECTIVE consumer, I will not pay for garbage when I can pick up QUALITY figs from Mattel. Everyone says "give them a chance". If they truly are a revolutionary and a front-runner for a decade, how much longer a chance do they need? They aren't curing cancer, they're repainting figures that are shown as out of scale or with the wrong parts. They've had a year to make new molds, find the right parts for Bubba Ray's fat ass, or at least put together some protos, so they don't look so second rate at Toy Fair. I'm certain the majority of the "hate" for the TNA like on here is due to the fact that Jakks has spent the last year putting together crap protos and showing little to no effort (tell me I'm wrong) with their TNA line. So, knock my opinion, tell me again how Jakks did great except the last year the did WWE figs, tell me (even after you've seen the half-assed TNA crap at Toy Fair) about contracts and economics being why the dropped the ball and shortchanged collectors on what we were promised, tell us how they revolutionized wrestling figures, but for the LOVE OF GOD, have the intellectual honesty to at the very least admit to yourself that for OVER A YEAR Jakks track record and product has sucked. This is what concerns a lot of people. I'm done, sorry for the toy thesis. LOL

**but nice sig none the less
well the possibility of getting a 6 sided RSR isn't impossible. remember when WWE went into HD and had the HD stage? we still saw the old Raw stage with the Raw arena and they never really did an HD stage nor silver posts with the exception of BNB because it takes less effort. The stage TNA has now is a bit to difficult to market because its just walls with LED tubes, TNA logos, a ramp and a titantron screen. a Tunnel stage is a bit more easier and more fun to have with a TNA collection because TNA is known for having tunnel stages and the 6 sided ring so it only makes sense for Jakks to market that.
with the changes in TNA it wouldn't make any sense for them to go out of their way to produce and market an out dated product. I highly doubt a 6 sided RSR will see the light of day, they'll just reproduce the WWE one with a TNA skirt and call it a day.
