Honestly if you thought the GSP fight was terrible then maybe MMA really isnt for you. Seriously, I dont see how people can say it was a bad fight at all. EXACT-ING-LY

I didn't say the fight was terrible - I said it was boring. You can appreciate how good GSP is - but that doesn't make the fight any less boring, to me anyway.

I don't think GSP can be beatable at the welterweight division right now, he's just on top of his game, he should mopve up the weight class pretty soon, Carwin just mauled Mir, that was just too much explosion, Mir just can't seem to handle it

Gutted for Hardy, really thought his power might trouble GSP but he fought a clever fight. Took him down & dominated the fight with amazing takedowns, great ground control & some sick submissions which I'm still not sure how Dan survived till the end.
He was trying to win the fight, but he plays to his strengths & why shouldn't he? Be a fool to stand with a guy as dangerous as Hardy when he can dominate the fight with far less risk. Just like he did with alves.
I found this fight far more interesting than the Fitch grindfest.
Question is who is next for GSP? Fitch was dominated by GSP & hasn't shown any amazing improvement since that fight that suggests a different result. -Possibly winner of Kos/ Daley is most likely. -Or hire Shields after his contract expires after Hendo fight.
Beyond that can't see anyone else.

As long as Koscheck and Fitch keep refusing to fight each other, I see Dana keeping them both out of #1 contender status purely out of spite.
Koscheck may get it if he gets past Daley. Unless he starts finishing fights I don't think we'll ever see Fitch compete for a title ever again, so long as GSP is the man to beat.

Thanks man, i was able to see the entire fight from an online site. Did you go see the show live in person? I was given tickets by my BJJ instructor Ricardo Almeida. I didn't get to see him until a little after his fight, but I can be seen on the PPV sitting close behind Renzo Gracie when they had the camera on him. I had a good time speaking to him after so long without contact.
