The Ultimo Dragon, Rhino, Raven, Tajiri, Dean Malenko, Lance Storm, Mike Awesome, Colt Cabana, Sean O'Haire, Diamond Dallas Page, Chris Kanyon, Tommy Dreamer
HOWEVER, the most important underused talent, in my opinion, is:
Taz

actually I blame the fans not the Writers. Half of the IWC and most of the inept fans dont understand that If you go to the bathroom or get your little Bandwagon to follow certain such workers. then guess what, the E doesnt really care, if you dont. I laugh at half of you that get upset when Haas or London get released, but when they are in the ring, you change the channel or go to the bathroom. thats also the same reason the ladies dont get treated with respect. when i am in the Raw thread....I hear Piss break on certain matches. then when that guy gets released. its the WWE mishandled them
Sorry to say, Storm, Haas, Awesome, etc never got over. cause fans didnt care.
You want to know why Daniel Bryan or Cm Punk got pushed so quickly.........You Noticed them first

You want to know why Daniel Bryan or Cm Punk got pushed so quickly.........You Noticed them first Mike Awesome doesn't need a gimmick to get over, during WCW he was the fat chick thrilla and thats the main reason why he never was took seriously. He was a beast, plus he never liked working in the WWE because of backstage. If he was alive he could tell you their are alot of politics in the WWE locker room. He is a monster, he is actually 6'6 and maybe 290-300 pounds. He wasn't that good on the mic but still. Fans would have cared IF he had the career he should have, Daniel Bryan is only so popular because of the indy geeks (yep) on here love him a little too much. No kid is ever going to be like, WOW! BRYAN DANIELSON! HE WAS IN ROH!! In my opinion he sucks on the mic and should never be a promo-cutter. Their are 2 wrestlers right their, Awesome and Daniels that both sucked at the mic but were tremendous in the ring. CM Punk only stood out because of his wrestling, and his tattoos. I can bet if he wasn't tatted up he wouldn't have the appeal he has now. Tajiri is more under-used talent, this guy is a badass but never got his chance. IMO Lance Storm never got over because his mic-skills are boring. He is a good technical wrestler, not the wrestler people want to see now. Dean Malenko is another example. Smaller man in a big mans league. never made it like Benoit did.

Scott SteinerI think Steiner's WWE run can be compared to Jeff Hardy in TNA/Independent. Steiner is awesome on the mic and be good in the ring but WWE performances in the 21st century don't showcase that. Hardy on the other-hand is best in a WWE ring.. so Steiner definitely never found his niche. Please tell me this isn't serious. And I'll have to go with RVD in 01-02. So over, badly used.

Vader is the first person that comes to mind..I also think they could have done more with Raven, Saturn, Taz & Helms.

What the happened to my comment? I posted something and it isn't here that.. Anyways I said Katie Lea since she was built up really well in OVW and got nothing in wwe. What a waste. Hopefully TNA capitalizes with Mickie and Katie!

What 5 former talents, that had strong fan support for their work in WCW, ECW, TNA or ROH, were used most poorly by the WWE? I'm sure I could have worded the above better, but what I'm asking is, who could have been a star in the WWE due to their work elsewhere but handled poorly in the WWE? (top 5) Just off the top of my head, these five come to mind: Yoshihiro TajiriGreat example: Scott SteinerI think Steiner's WWE run can be compared to Jeff Hardy in TNA/Independent. Steiner is awesome on the mic and be good in the ring but WWE performances in the 21st century don't showcase that. Hardy on the other-hand is best in a WWE ring.. so Steiner definitely never found his niche. Dean MalenkoMaybe he counts for a current as he's an agent with the WWE, but I Dean could have been used similarly to Guerrero not for comedy but in the mid-ranks and elevated slowly through audience recognition. He had the physical tools, but just didn't arrive in an era where small guys can live out big dreams. VaderI have no boyhood memories of Vader but I do know what he's done in WCW, Japan and around the world before he came to the then-WWF and portrayed an unmotivated fat bastard. Big Van Vader would have been a fine WWF or Intercontinental Champion. Mike Awesome / Johnny StamboliTwo different guys but both fit the WWE image perfectly as far as being chiseled from stone. They look like wrestlers, and have the intimidating presence. Sure they may not be hall of famers in any one's lifetime but they each could have been pushed in ways similar to Cena, Batista, Swagger or Sheamus. All creditability that your post had just went right out the window.

His time will come! Look at Swagger, he went from pretty much jobbing to world champion.
