Yeah, DREAM likes the freakshow battles and Strikeforce has also made it clear they are in no rush to get Kimbo. |

I still think this is bull he won his first fight and matt beat him the cheapest way possible went for his bad leg then pulled a fat country move and sat on him then tapped him with little punchs that kimbo was eating.

If Kimbo had/has a bad knee, he shouldn't be fighting. Plain and simple. He knew what he was getting into when he signed to fight.

Dude I like Kimbo, I've been a fan of his for years now, I knew who he was before MMA rumors had even started about him... But he looked like sh** in that fight. He COMPLETELY gassed about 3-4 minutes in. There is no reason for him to be in the UFC and I doubt anything he does would really improve him at all. He's just not cut out for MMA. |

Un-  ing-real! You really think that? Saying that working his bad leg is cheap is intellectually- disabled, he did what any other fighter would of done. So Lesnar taking Mir out of his element and GnPing him is pretty much the same thing Matt did, which is fighting a smart fight, like standing and banging with Rampage, You have abetter chance of winning the fight by taking to the ground. And pulling a "fat country" move as you so put it is again the same thimg Lesnar did to Mir, you're just mad because the BS hype of Kimbo was put to rest. |

I kind of feel like Dana WANTED Kimbo to lose.
I mean sure it would be great if Kimbo actually shocked the world, won TUF, and became a legit mma fighter...but I think Dana knew all along that Kimbo was nothing more than a brawler who would lose against the first real mma fighter he faced. So Dana put him in there against Matt Mitrione who doesn't have a name to make sure that if Kimbo did indeed lose that he would not be able to go to any other organization with the hype he had off of youtube. His career is over. We will see him in freakshow fights against Ken Shamrock or something like that but nothing more.

HYPE has no reason in me liking kimbo which again I have explained but you guys only see the "street kimbo" I've seen all the street fights, Elite XC against Tank Abbott, another fight somewhere that I am forgetting, his TUF fight, and both of his UFC fights.. He's not cut out to be a UFC fighter. The guy has a hell of a punch, but almost nothing beyond that. he's also in pretty piss poor cardiovascular shape, regardless of how "jacked" he is. Kimbo will probably go to Japan and make some money, if Japanese MMA lasts another 2-3 years. but the fact is, his limited skills have already led to his 15 minutes of fame expiring. He should be satisfied with having a network TV special named after him, being a star of a Spike TV series, having several action figures, his likeness in a video game, and get out before someone hurts him badly. |
