I have nothing wrong with them, just the decisions that they make. I'm a Christian. Not some whack job Bible thumper, just someone who's drawn his conclusions from his studies. It's not the people, it's the lifestyle that I'm against. I do my best to respect everyone and what they believe in as much as I can, but I have to stand for what I believe in as well.  |

Good. I had a teacher in high school who always told us that in 20 years or so, we'd look back at this and laugh about how crazy it was that it was ever even debated, much like civil rights. I sincerely hope that is the case.

I don't care so much about the actual topic of this conversation. Gay marriage is really quite irrelevant to me, personally.
But the point that this ruling represents - state's rights - is excellent.

As a Christian, I guess I SHOULD be against this. However, in all actuality, I think everyone in this world has their own crap to worry about, and this doesn't impact me, nor bother me, at all. Gay dudes and gay chicks deserve to be as miserable as the rest of us straight folks anyway. Congrats to our homosexual bretheren.
