Yes, nothing says an "authentic ECW" show like JBL, Carlito, Matt Morgan, Eric Bischoff, Jonathan Coachman, Christian, Tyson Tomko, Snitsky, La Resistance and William Regal, with matches featuring Jerry Lawler, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Edge, Lita, and John Cena. ECDUB! ECDUB! ECDUB! The WWE's version of ECW was way better than TNA's. I never said it wasn't, did I? So defensive... It served a purpose, you dumb sh*t. They were trying to get the show to not happen and they were "Invading" and played a very small part in the show. They were there for half the event. Even so, the production WAS ECW. Had the real crowd, had killer matches and a good production overall. Orton vs. Angle was an okay match, and the crowd loved it, as was Edge/Foley vs. Funk/Dreamer. Oh, and Lawler was in ECW and played a huge part in the WWF invasion.
Know what I find funny? How TNA was very against Team 3D being used in the Hardcore Homecoming show/DVD, and now they do this. Hilarious. I know why they were there. I'm just saying them being there wasn't very "authentic 2 da realz ECW" as you were saying. Vince still felt the need to put those guys on there, because he didn't think the show would sell on it's own. And I don't really see how the 3D thing is hilarious. They're generally against their workers being on other people's shows and DVDs. I know a while back when Angle was first taking indy bookings, they said he was not allowed to be filmed or put on any kind of DVD's at all. I don't see why 3D would be any different...

Team 3D wasn't even with WWE, so why wouldn't it be a problem? They let other TNA guys be on the previous DVD.

Vince McMahon spent his money and put on 2 REAL authentic shows in 2005 and 2006 and was never praised during the live show. Yes, nothing says an "authentic ECW" show like JBL, Carlito, Matt Morgan, Eric Bischoff, Jonathan Coachman, Christian, Tyson Tomko, Snitsky, La Resistance and William Regal, with matches featuring Jerry Lawler, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Edge, Lita, and John Cena. ECDUB! ECDUB! ECDUB! both of them were in ECDUB! so yes they were "authentic ecw"

I don't like TNA and I didn't enjoy the original ECW, but I loved this Pay-Per-View and the WWE ones. On this show, it felt like the ECW guys were in charge and there were no politics or bullpoop from TNA, however it just didn't feel as authentic and genuine as the WWEs versions. THey went as far as changing the ring, using an original ECW venue and everything. In terms of the matches, I really enjoyed CW Anderson vs. Too Cold Scorpio the most. None of the matches were bad, though. Didn't really get into the Stevie Richards match. The biggest concern for me is that TNA can't run with this. WWE did it in response to a DVD they put out and then grew from there, by reviving the brand. TNA can't do anything. They can't make DVDs or anything. I didn't view it as a TNA PPV and it won't change my opinions on TNA.Good show, but did nothing for TNA overall. Good point, but I mean JB was behind "Forever Hardcore" so I mean its not far for him to make a "Forever Hardcore 2" Right?

It really depends.
If you're looking for nostalgia, it's cool. If you're looking for a 5 star, show of the year candidate, it's not for you.

I personally have never watch a full episode of TNA. However, if I really did have the money I would have watched the PPV. I mean, granted yes everyone is saying it didn't feel right but I truly miss watching Tommy and Beulah. Beulah has got to be my favorite of all time. I'm glad she was there. + the whole "they are awful parents blah blah" thing .. like really? I know I have seen some bloody matches myself when I was younger. I can bet the kids know its fake like seriously.
But yeah, back to my point, I would have really enjoyed to just see all of them once again. ECDUB ECDUB ECDUB haha : )

I haven't watched TNA in a while now... but I turned on Extreme Sports last night (the channel that airs TNA here in the UK) to see Brother Ray having a lightsaber fight with Balls Mahoney, or Kahoneys.

For me, the fans ruined it, never really heard much reaction to the actual matches much and they just got ridiculous towards the end. "That was something!"? "That was boxing!"? Give me a break. I hate the whole "That was..." chant that the TNA crowd seem to forever do, it kills it for when it's actually needed. Other than that I'd say half decent.

I think the problem with the Impact Zone fans, is that if one group starts chanting something, the whole building joins in. Even if it's a intellectually- disabled chant. I would be willing to bet if I went to a TNA show in that building and started chanting "This is turtle racing! *clap clap clapclapclap*" the whole crowd would join in.

By the way you bring up me being a 'Maryse fan' a lot... she's really hot alright? Not much more to it, only that she isn't that bad in the ring.

I went back in June to Slammiversary and you know how the USA chant broke out during Angle/Kazarian? You would be surprised on how many people just jumped in with a good 45% of the crowd standing there with a "What the fu..." look on their face. I miss the iMPACT Zone of 2006 tbh when chants weren't whored out like the "THis is Awesome!" chant during the beat down.
