That series 8 Rock wasn't that great for playing with. Actually, if you were a MOC collector back then, then series 8 would have been a great set to have. But as a teenager then who played with his figures... not a good series at all.

It was on eBay UK, that's why I couldn't find it (I'm in the states). Here's a picture of the listing for those that still haven't seen it. Edge is from Backlash Series 1. A-Train, Booker T, Brock Lesnar, Hulk Hogan, and Triple H are from Backlash Series 2. Big Show is from Backlash Series 3.

How big is Crush compared to Chainz, Skull & 8 Ball if you stood them all beside each other?? I always thought Crush looked bigger then they did, or maybe Chainz, Skull & 8 Ball were just smaller than normal. Does anyone have any pics of the 4 of them together??
*hint* Chicago, maybe you have pics of the 4 of them together?? *hint* haha

I think I get the hint lol.
Maybe I can take a picture of them tomorrow but, from comparing older pics of my collection, they all seem to be about the same size.
If there is any difference, it might be 8-Ball/Skull due to the way their egg heads sit a little higher on the neck. Their (including Chainz and Crush) torsos and legs are very similar.

You won't believe how disappointed I was last night when I was just about to bid on all six Superstars Series 1 figures for around $10-11 shipped in what looked to be MOC condition, then read through the description and saw they were placed back in the boxes.
Not a bad price either way, but sad for my MOC lot escapades I occasionally go on lol.

As much as I dislike Jakks, I have to admit the BCA figures were incredibly awesome. I had at least one of every single wrestler ever made, including all the super rare ones. I had quite a collection, but unfortunately I sold it. ;(

I think maybe one of the greatest things about the BCA figures were just the price of them too. I mean I could go out to Walmart with $25 and get two wrestling figures and a meal at Taco Bell and still come home with money in my pocket. These days, no freaking way is that possible when wrestling figures are like $9.99 or higher for just one figure.

It's definitely turned me off from being an active collector nowadays.
I don't know what I would do if brand new WWE figures were $4-5.99. It was the little things like that which made the BCA line so much fun to collect years ago.
I miss looking in stores for them, as scouring eBay and making deals on the Classifieds just isn't the same feeling. Hell, I'd buy Jacqueline or Dr Death if I saw them today lol.
When was the last time everyone remembers seeing BCA figures in stores?

Back in my high school days. 2000-2001. There were still Dr. Death figures roaming around a few local KBs

I was thinking the same (minus the HS part) for me, too. I remember seeing some linger around as TTL was hitting its peak in the early 2000s, but I never found any when I started collecting again in '04.

I remember in January 2000, I picked up the signature series figures of Al Snow, Ken Shamrock and Hardcore Holly at the Walmart I go to. That was the last time I seen the BCA figures ever in stores actually.
I didn't buy a figure again until January 2001 when I saw the TTL Kurt Angle that came in that cloth singlet and the purple IC Title belt. I thought it was so wicked that they put that much detail into a figure that I had to get it for display purposes only. But by doing that, it got me into buying other TTL figures and before I knew it I had over a dozen on display haha

Not counting the shelf warmers that stayed for years past their expiration dates (Jaqueline, Dr. Death, Sable vs. Luna 2 packs), the last BCAs I remember seeing were the series with Christian, Gangrel, and Vince. Christian seemed to linger for a while and ended up being around into the TTL days. Most of the last side sets never did surface around here.

When was the last time everyone remembers seeing BCA figures in stores? As of around 2 months ago. A Rite Aid fairly close still has a signature series Hardcore Holly hanging on their pegs. Next time I'm up that way, I need to snap a picture of it. The same store still has a few early 00's DBZ figures among other figures from late 90's & early 00's. Another Rite Aid that's a little closer still has a couple TTL's, a 1998 POTF2 8D8 with a super yellowed bubble, and a few earlier Marvel Legends. The 8D8 is priced at 9.99, the ML's at 13.99, lol!

Yeah, take a picture next time you're there. I'd love to see what condition it's in lol. Wasnt there bca sable in wrestling gear as i remember a chair coming with it and it said sable bomb on it.Lol one of the many thing i remember of bca. They came out with a whole lot of damn chairs and the first chairs they made like the sable bomb ones are my favorite type. Anyone have a pic of those type of chairs? You can see some of mine here: Here's the Sable you're thinking of from Shotgun Saturday Night Series 2: I'll take a picture of the chairs I have soon. I didn't like the wrestler-specific ones when I was a kid since I wanted to use plain ones for my announcers and have others around ringside, but now I like the effort that Jakks gave to have different versions of the same chair.
