A loose set of Off the Mat belts sold for $8 on eBay a couple of weeks ago. If someone were to have the original belts for sale, I think $10-12 is the best price you could hope to spend for a complete set. I would not be surprised to see them bid up to $20 either. you mean the belts from the 4pack box set? I need them. I cut mine down to fit my GI Joe wrestling fed. I still have the 4 figures on display. OTM was the second ever belt set. Championship Title Series was the first. You're looking for the CTS belts with raised plates, correct? Those were the originals and are worth a bit more than the OTM belts with plates printed on the straps. |

So naturally, I've already purchased the (aforementioned a page or so back) first Jakks championship box set. I've noted its incompleteness, which overall I'm fine with because that second tag belt is hidden and I bought it specifically for display purposes anyway, so it works in the end. That said... ...I wonder what I might expect to pay (and further, where on god's green earth to look) for a set of those first run belts for loose purposes. It's certainly not a do or die scenario, but if I could find them, I think I'd be happy to have them. I love a good action figure belt. How much did you pay for the box set? |

The damn podcast has me addicted to the early BCA's now! I am only going for '96-'97 figures though. And I'm not buying all the variants like different color shawns and brets. I just got a series 4 Bradshaw with like 8 more winning bids on eBay right now. Plus I bought the carded stone cold and pillman S.T.O.M.P's. I wish I would have bought more of these back in the day. But I hated them and only bought like 10 that I liked including the Championship 4 pack and legion of doom

 Picked these up at my buddy’s store. I never had any of these as a kid except for the Sultan. I have always wanted this Bearer, I had the black haired one but not this one. The Badd Blood set was a trade, Vader and Sultan were $2 each! Now that’s what I’m talking about. I just don’t feel BCAs are really worth more than $2-$3 loose. Great deal imo! He has the Monster Ring MIB but it’s $100....so guess I’m gonna grab it soon 😂 |

Some people...my biggest gripe with the Bay (and FB marketplace, for that matter) lately has been the influx of people overvaluing the products they have.
Someone in my area is trying to unload a DM Cena (which just made its way through Five Below in massive quantities) for $50.

Someone in my area is trying to unload a DM Cena (which just made its way through Five Below in massive quantities) for $50. Happens a lot where I live. There is one shop that is fair and I’m not saying that because my buddy owns it lol. There is a shop not far from me that has “rare, limited edition, numbered” figures 😂. You know how limited them BCAs can be! |

It'll all even itself out in the end.  These are great pickups. Vader and Sultan appear to be in good condition and well worth the $2 each. Badd Blood Undertaker was the first to come with tattoos. Not to mention, the creepy-looking white face paint and cross painted on the inside of his open hand made for one of the more unique repaints in all of the line. Bearer's repainted head was a nice touch. Glad you came away with Austin's vest, paper thin as it is. It's not often that Kane is the least-interesting in a set, but I'm glad for all the people who might have missed out or waited on a better deal to get him back then. This set would have been impossible to get had it been Kane's debut figure.
