ellisd Thank you so much for doing that! I loved it. You knocked it out of the park with Goldust, and I will never not think of BCA 'Taker when I see current figures of him in purple gear. Elite 19 HBK reminds me of how irked I still am to this day that Jakks never did Shawn in this attire for the Grudge Match 2-pack with Vader. Ugh. Oh, and I have a feeling that we won't be seeing Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw or Flash Funk as Flashback Elites anytime soon lol. Thanks. I had seen others do something similar with LJNs but my initial intention was to just do it with series 1 as last year I had collected BCA series 1 MOC. I've had it planned for a while. I did a custom Razor at the beginning of last year and when Elite 29 came out I bought an extra Goldust to make a Flashback out of him. Before I could finish Goldust, Mattel put out a Razor and I decided to use theirs. Goldust took me awhile. He was a full figure repaint. I would paint part of it and then seal it, then I would add a few things and then seal it. Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I always think of Series 1 Undertaker when I see the purple glove version too. This one is actually a fix up I did combining the new WMania 31 Taker and the SummerSlam Heritage Taker. And I knew I had to add the tie and hat to match the BCA. That Shawn would have been great. I hate how Shawn and Bret were in series 3 as a full rerelease from series 1 and then the Vader vs HBK was a direct rerelease of Series 2. Shawn had so many different attires it didn't make sense to just rerelease to same attires. I don't expect to see a Flash Funk or Justin Hawk Flashback, or even a Savio Vega lol. Unless I decide to make them to add to my BCA inspired collection. I am planning on making a Farooq eventually.

name some S.T.O.M.P. figures i should get (some of the weapons look cool) For expediency's sake, here's a list of all of the S.T.O.M.P. figures that were made: WWF S.T.O.M.P. Series (Non-BCA):Series 1 "War Zone" (Released January 1998)Stone Cold Steve Austin Ken Shamrock Brian Pillman Undertaker Ahmed Johnson Crush Series 2 "Underwater Siege" (Released August 1998)Rocky Maivia Stone Cold Steve Austin Headbanger Mosh Headbanger Thrasher Owen Hart Chyna Series 3 "Space Domination" (Released November 1998)Kane Undertaker LOD 2000's Hawk LOD 2000's Animal Marc Mero Sable Series 4 a.k.a. Camo Carnage* (New larger/articulated sculpts, Released July 1999)Chyna (Includes: Surveillance Battle Cam, and Comlink Pack with Personal Communication System) B.A. Billy Gunn (Includes: Auto Assault Weapon, and Survival Pack) Stone Cold Steve Austin (Includes: Auto Assault Weapon, Infrared Goggles, Stalking Cross Bow, and Tactical Armor) HHH (Includes: Cooler, Boom Box, Side Arms, and Tactical Armor) X-Pac (Includes: Arm Gauntlet, Tactical Rifle, Side Arm Blaster, and Tactical Armor) Road Dog Jesse James (Includes: Tactical Armor, and TNT Blaster) *Initial shipments included gun accessories, but a company policy of "no more guns" came down weeks later with future shipments changed to standard Jakks weapons. Series 4 a.k.a. Camo Carnage* (Gun replacement shipments, Released August 1999) Chyna (Includes: Surveillance Battle Cam, and Comlink Pack with Personal Communication System) B.A. Billy Gunn (Includes: Survival Pack with Flip Action, and Slammin' Mallet and Baton) Stone Cold Steve Austin (Includes: Infrared Goggles, Stalking Cross Bow, and Barbed Wire Bat) HHH (Includes: Ear Blasting Boombox, Wrench and Cooler, Secret Mission Briefcase, and Tactical Armor) X-Pac (Includes: Arm Gauntlet, Head Bashin' Club, Bone Shattering Shovel, and Tactical Armor) Road Dogg Jesse James (Includes: Tactical Armor, Lights Out Fire Extinguisher, and Slammin' Sledge Hammer) *Original Camo Carnage weapons retained in later shipments: Chyna's Battle Cam and Comlink Pack, Billy's Survival Pack, Austin's Goggles, Crossbow and Tactical Armor, HHH's Cooler, Boombox and Tactical Armor, X-Pac's Arm Gauntlet and Tactical Armor, and Road Dogg's Tactical Armor. "Special Issue" Camo Carnage (Series 4 repaints on Blue carding, Released August 1999)Chyna (Includes: Surveillance Battle Cam, Bucket, and Comlink Pack with Personal Communication System) B.A. Billy Gunn (Includes: Mallet, Baton, and Survival Pack) Stone Cold Steve Austin (Includes: Crossbow, Infra-Red Goggles, and Barbed Wire Bat) HHH (Includes: Ear Blasting Boombox, Secret Mission Briefcase, Wrench, and Cooler) X-Pac (Includes: Shovel, Club, and Arm Gauntlet) Road Dogg Jesse James (Includes: Armor, Fire Extinguisher, and Sledgehammer) Camo Carnage 3-Pack* (KB Toys Exclusive; S.T.O.M.P. Series 4 repaints, Released September 1999)HHH B.A. Billy Gunn Stone Cold Steve Austin *Includes: Tactical Ladder, Barbed Wire Bat, Boom Box, and Cooler. **It was once rumored to be a Camo Carnage 4-pack and Road Dogg's name was thrown in the mix, but he was removed for unknown reasons.
I would recommend buying the complete sets if you can find them cheap. They are a unique alternative to the BCA line since they are of the same 6" figure scale. Except for the Series 4/Camo Carnage figures which are, as previously stated, much larger and more articulated sculpts than the S.T.O.M.P. Series 1 through 3 figures. Here's an example of what a Series 2 figure comes with: Here's an example of what a Series 3 figure comes with: Series 1 MOC pics: Series 2 MOC pic: Series 3 MOC pic: Series 4/Camo Carnage MOC pic:

what does the series 3 space ship look like completed? always wondered that. It's not so much a spaceship as it is a platform or base for the figures themselves. Courtesy of the card backing:

What series is the Austin 3:16 red tank top, on the bottom row right? Thanks. It's actually from the Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock Grudge Match Series 2-pack (Released July 1999). Apparently, and this is news to me, it was released on two separate card backings: WrestleMania XV card - King of the Ring '99 card -

Thanks . Dude how the **** did you remember every series that the austins were in. I read your list and I still don't remember LOL Honestly? The t-shirt designs are a dead giveaway for me. If nothing registers with the torso, I look to either the head sculpt or the lower body to identify a figure. Thankfully, it wasn't a display of 24 Austin figures in ring gear; that would've took some time.

Watching WWF Raw chronologically and now I'm up to September 96. I'm assuming the first couple series of BCA were based around March or April of 1996 given that Warrior, Diesel, and Razor are all included. I'm honestly kind of surprised at the choices in the line after having seen what I've seen. Is anyone else surprised we didn't get a Jake Roberts in BCA style? They could have easily subbed out one of the HBK, Bret, or Undertaker repaints to put Roberts in the line.
Also, if Justin Hawk Bradshaw was put in series 4 when he was more prominent in 96, why was Faarooq not released in the Blue attire as opposed to the NOD? Other than that though, I feel like Jakks did a great job covering the more important characters of the era.
With 197 pages of BCA Awesomeness I'm sure this has been covered before, but are there any other Superstars you wish would have received a BCA figure that didn't?

With 197 pages of BCA Awesomeness I'm sure this has been covered before, but are there any other Superstars you wish would have received a BCA figure that didn't? Same here, although I only got up to the May 13th episode (two weeks prior to IYH #8: Beware of Dog) and then stopped watching about two months ago. I really want to start back up soon. It's awesome to get to see the points of reference for the BCA figure line. We definitely have covered Jake Roberts before. He was with the WWF from January 1996 to February 1997, which seems like ample time for a figure to have been made. Here are a few snippets of discussion about a BCA Jake Roberts figure from this very thread: I got a question about the BCA line. Was there not in series 2 or 3, going to be a Jake Roberts figure, but was removed and they put in the re-release Shawn and Bret from series 1? I heard a rumor about that. I'm not going to say that it couldn't have happened, but I really don't believe there were plans to make him in either series 2 or 3. He was with the company until February 1997, so you would think that there is enough time to plan a Roberts figure and have it reach store shelves. Obviously something else got in the way to prevent it from happening, or maybe there wasn't anything there to further speculate on since it is just a rumor. I've not come across any information that says Roberts was scheduled or even considered, but I wouldn't rule it out. One of my biggest wants for the line would be a King of the Ring 1996 Grudge Match exclusive 2-pack featuring him and Austin. I remember when series 4 came out..I got Lawler at Wal-Mart and the receipt had Jake Roberts as his name.My brother got some figure out of the set maybe Farooq, and his receipt said Mark Henry..so i immediately figured those guys would be made in the future..Henry was eventually, but Roberts never was..which sucked.. I have also heard rumors of that Jake Roberts in BCA series 3. From what I have heard, is the reason there were the HBK and Hart re-releases. I have also heard rumors of that Jake Roberts in BCA series 3. From what I have heard, is the reason there were the HBK and Hart re-releases. I don't think Roberts would need to be replaced by two figures. The line-up had debut figures of Ahmed, Bulldog, Mankind, and Sid in it, so Jakks was probably looking to cut costs and/or provide stores with additional shipments of popular names that would sell like Bret and Shawn. Why there were re-releases of Diesel and Goldust (well, Goldust had black trim added) in Series 3 is still strange to me. Right, that is why I kept most of mine. I use there heads for RA customs. They come out very good. chicago, no man. The rumor was....is that Jake Roberts and 123 Kid were to be in BCA Series #3. However both left the company around or near this time. That's what I heard.. take it for what's it is worth. Did anybody else hear the rumor back in the day that Series 3 of the Superstars figure line was supposed to have Jake Roberts and Mark Henry in it but they were dropped and they added repeats of Hart and Michaels? Did anybody else hear the rumor back in the day that Series 3 of the Superstars figure line was supposed to have Jake Roberts and Mark Henry in it but they were dropped and they added repeats of Hart and Michaels? Never heard about Henry and considering He debuted around August 96 but I did hear that Jake was planned All of these quotes intrigue me looking back on them, but I've never heard anything to suggest Henry or Roberts were going to be made in Series 4, or Series 3 for that matter. Series 4, a.k.a. "Bad Boys", was released in July 1997. Prototypes for the eventual Series 4 figures were unveiled at NYC's Toy Fair in mid February 1997, which means the line-up was all but confirmed by the time Jake split from the WWF. Mark Henry had a brief run initially when he signed with the WWF in August 1996, but then he only made sporadic appearances until November 1996 when he left to heal injuries/train to compete and he was gone for a full year. If you go back even further in the BCA timeline to late November 1996, you'll find that the line-up for Superstars Series 3 was revealed and both Bret and Shawn's names are mentioned. Superstars Series 2 was announced back in mid August 1996, and the original Superstars Series 1 figures can be traced back to early December 1995. Jon from Ringside Collectibles is responsible for that last one (almost 20 years ago!) and that occurred not even two months after Jakks and Titan Sports entered into a licensing agreement to produce 6" WWF figures.

Out of boredom the other day, I started to re-read this thread and, dammit, if it didn't suck me back into BCAs. I bought my first figures last year after reading this thread but lost interest after getting a bad lot of filthy and disgusting figures from ebay. Started checking ebay again, though, and ended up with these: These figures are in pretty good shape, for the most part. The Undertaker is damn near perfect; tightest joints I've encountered so far on a BCA and I love this look for him. I've got a Razor, Bret Hart, and a Stone Cold coming in, too. Aside from Razor, I'm not sure what series they're all from but they looked to be in good shape. Overall, I'm happy with my purchases.

I always hated the Shamrock BCA. He looks like he walked into his own surprise party. That Godfather is one of my favorites.
