I would probably explode if I thought about all the fallicies of the WM line all at once. Mattel totally ed this line up. We should start a stickied thread with all the things Mattel ed up, starting with my original post, and your list of -ups, too. Then we can add more. We can even make a poll and have Wfigs vote for the biggest Mattel -up for the WM line! Who's with me? ;D Obviously no one is with you. I'm starting to think you're trolling, just to troll. I am not a troll, and how can you assume that when you have almost 40,000 posts?. I LOVE wrestling figs, and it irritates me how Mattel just collapsed thier efforts on this set. I guess I'm just the only one that Mattel dissapointed. Everyone else if perfectly content.

Seriously? You can live for 1 year without Mattel belts to put on your figures. Also, If you are not going to believe Mattel or even make an attempt to believe what they have said then just shut up because there is obviously no getting through to you. Just stop and forget about not having a sleeveless entrance coat for Undertaker and belts since you already have stated that you do not care. You're right. We should believe 100% in what fig companies tell us. (a la Jakks) Mattel has given us no reason not to trust or believe them. And you? You're frankly, being a stubborn jackass.

And I am done with this. I am going to bed because there is no point to argue with this and it was dumb of me to get into this in the first place since you clearly are not reasonable and there is no getting through to you what so ever.
It is ok to be bummed out about a fault from a toy company, fine. But to let it get to you this much is just sad and frankly pathetic. Like I have already said, The situation is you love Mattel and have come to expect nothing less than amazing from them but now they have let you down with a set and you have wasted alot of time and energy to complain and cry about it. I like DC Comics and I think they have done amazing things, Just because they have released a series or story arch that I have not liked, I do not let it get to me where I have to sulk and cry about it. You're a consumer, Mattel owes nothing to you just like you owe nothing to Mattel. There is no commitment, If you like a figure then buy it. If you do not like a figure then just pass on it. Very simple, now understand that and stop letting it get to you so much.
Goodnight.

When did they say that? Also, if they didn't put his coat, then what accessory would they have included? NOTHING. Did Rey Mysterio wrestle in his Avatar jacket? NO. Did they include it. YES. Was the jacket entrance gear? YES. Did they include it? YES. What makes Undertaker the exception? I'm not trying to be mean or rude, but it's very clear. Mattel half-assed. If you read AdamBomb's post where you posted Mattel's explanation, you would have known that. Why do Elite's need accessories? Just because you want them to? Would you rather Elite's came with giant sledgehammers or laptops like Jakks did? Elites cost more than DA's. Mattel justified this price mark-up with adding accessories. So, if they stopped including accessories, they would be profiting off of not giving us what they said they would. You just opened up a can of worms bringing up DA's.

I spelled it like that because I wanted to see if someone would point that out. . +1 for taking innitiative, something Mattel didn't do in the WM line.

Off the topic you've chosen but I'm pretty sure the Undertakers only been back like a few weeks, and only recently started wearing his hood thing again. Not much time for them to make it really. He whore it at WrestleMania 26. I was there. That's taking it a bit extreme don't you think? Seriously though, the jacket doesn't bother me, and I might be alone in being content with Mattel taking their time with the belts. If you want belts bad enough use some damn Jakks ones for now, I have seen many people do it on here in their pics and they look decent enough until we get the real deal. Just be patient.

While I watched Wrestlemania I was so excited for the mattel version. Now that it's here it is very dissapointing. The way I look at it is I save my $$$ thats all. TRU.com has the whole series and is doing BOGO and I cAnt pick 2 that I really want! It's like a Fugazi WM set (fake/bootleg). Nice figures. Nice repaints. Nice because it's a TRU exclusive. But for a WM set to be done right we needed HBK and Taker in their outfits se needed Miz and Swagger with their coats and i would have loved a Legacy 3 pack or just a 2 pack with Cody and Ted we all know this was half assed. And it's fine. It's just something extra Mattel gave us that they didn't have to

Mattel has released pretty much everyone on the roster....its obviously smart to wait to put out belts so it can be a selling point for future figures. I don't feel like its a big deal that we havent got them yet....its still only their first year! Some people just never can be grateful for what they have without always complaining about something

...you know, most of these issues have been addressed very professionally by Mattel already. Whereas you look like a 3 year old that just had their favorite teddy bear shredded in front of you. They're toys, CHILL OUT. I may have come across that way. However, I am expressing my discontent and backing it up. Mattel should be ashamed. My reasoning: They had enough time to make the million dollar title but not any relevent belt? M$M belt is the LOWEST priority as far as belts come. The Million Dollar Belt was relevant to a figure they were producing. It was a necessary accessory for DiBiase. Look at all the elites they've produced so far. Jericho is the only one that I could think really should've had a belt. Everyone else has had character-specific accessories that in the years to come will be far more important than a title belt that we'll end up getting fifty times. And they even explained why they couldn't make it. Do people around here seriously just blow off things like this straight from the source? Seriously, I really hope people like this don't sour Mattel on having a good relationship with the rest of this. I know if I were on their design team, seeing a post like this would turn me off to talking to the community - especially after I tell them in black and white, VERBATIM, why things are the way they are. That's total BS and you know it. If they couldn't have made his coat/hood in cloth, then they could have molded it. They're trying to cut costs. The ers are $15 bucks each! Instead, they gave him an arbitrary t-shirt that doesn't even exist. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME UNDERTAKER WHORE A T-SHIRT IN HIS DEADMAN GIMMICK? This issue has already been explained by them. The plan was for all of the elite figures to come with the WrestleMania t-shirts and all of the basics to come with the chairs, but they changed some of the t-shirts to other accessories they had existing parts for. They didn't have the budget or the timeline to just create a new entrance jacket. And if that means you don't want to drop the fifteen on the figure, that's cool. I'm not sure I will, either, I'm disappointed by it too. But there was no need whatsoever to have a meltdown over it, squire. We don't have to buy these. But they were made under certain restrictions that make perfect sense to me. It wasn't like they said WrestleMania happened on Chinese Easter or some such, so all the elites had to have Flexforce arms. You're telling me that Mattel knew Rey would dress up like a ing Avatar, but not that Undertaker would be whoring a hooded bathrobe? You might have noticed that the Rey doesn't have the Avatar ponytail thing. Because the WrestleMania line wasn't budgeted to create new moulds. How long did it take them to make plated belts? I honestly do not know. I started collecting in 1998, and they had plates back then. Wrong. The first plated belts Jakks had were in the early TTL lines in late '99, early 2000. I'm sure if they reused the Legends Stone Cold waistjacket for Undertaker's coat (like they did for the Mysterio Avatar one) you'd be bitching anyway.

Exactly the plated belts didn't come with a regular mass retail figure until Titan Tron Live Series 2 a good 4-4 1/2 years in to the Jakks license. The other belts they did release were included in 2 different box sets that were exclusive to toys r us so they weren't readily available to everyone. Also the robe thing makes perfect sense it isn't like they have a sleeveless robe accessory just lying around that they can pick up and use for him. And anyways im sure we will now more than likely get the robe since he has been wearing it since he has returned.

I questioned whether or not you were serious, but then I seen all the censor bars. So then I knew you must be SUPER serious!
Do you not have any Jakks belts lying around? They're good enough for now.
Taker's coat looks to have a lot of detail, dude! And I would rather them release it later after they have more time to prefect it, then to rush it out because you swore a whole bunch.
