Has anyone altered Mr Perfects size and how? Is it easy to do? What do I need? Step by Step? He is supposed to be 6'3 but my figure is probebly 6'6 and he looks way too big like Scott Hall too big I dont want him to be a giant

I'd say the best thing to do is send him to me, and please include the belt for sizing purposes, and I will make sure you get back a smaller Mr. Perfect.

Just change out the calve portion of the figure to a smaller one. Heat up some water let each part soak for about 30 seconds, remove each part and continue the process until the calve portions have been swapped. For which calve to use simply compare your figures with Mr. Perfect and see which one will make him smaller (match skin tones too so no painting is needed). Maybe that helps?

Swap the calves out with another figure. Someone on the boards made theirs shorter, but I don't know which calves he used. I think he said Bob Orton's and he removed the socks. The only spare lower leg parts I have are the same size as Mr Perfect's. But to swap them just heat the lower legs with a hairdryer for a minute. Pop off the boots then pop one side of the knee off the pin. Swap the part and push the knee pin back though the hole with a pair of needle-nose pliers
Also Hacksaw is too short. I'd say swap their calves, But Hacksaw has the taller boots so I think both swaps would look odd

What? Mattel got scale wrong? Noooooo Shhhh... You can't say that on a Mattel board, they'll crucify you. Really though, there's a lot of Mattel figs that are not scaled correctly and normally that would cause a sh*t storm but with Mattel it's "meh, no big deal, I'll switch out the parts!" "Yay!"

Other than Hacksaw & Stemboat being too short & Perfect being too tall the scale has been very good with the Legends. And I think the modern lines have all been pretty good as well plus the Elites & Basics are in the same scales. Mattel never said they'd be perfect. They said that they'd try and get it so the shorter guys would be shorter and the taller guys would be taller. And for the most part they did that.

Austin and Terry Funk are both taller than Dusty and they shouldn't be. Austin is freakishly big. He has long skinny ass legs with a bulky torso and no neck. He completely towers over Steamboat who is too small, but with Austin and Funk being so tall he looks like a dwarf in comparison.
Jake Roberts is a fairly tall dude, a few inches taller than Funk (4) and few more than Dusty and Austin but his fig is the same size. Both Austin and Funk should be closer to Dusty's size.

The tutorial on how to swap calves helps, and I will use it for the jobber figures in my fig fed, But I just wish there was a formula to make the Mattel bodies resemble professional wrestlers. They are way too scrawny for my liking.

Jake Roberts is a fairly tall dude, a few inches taller than Funk (4) and few more than Dusty and Austin but his fig is the same size. Both Austin and Funk should be closer to Dusty's size. Well all Elites in trunks look like they have long legs, because the way they did the trunks it looks like anyone wearing trunks has a reverse wedgie going on ( I haven't said that in a while ;D)...but Austin's looks worse because he has the shorter boots as well. But the legs aren't too long or skinny for the figure. And he has a neck you are able to see it better when the vest is off. They might not look it to you, but judging by my figures...Both my Roberts figures are almost 1/4" taller than both Funk & Dusty..and he is taller than the Austin figure as well. The Roberts figure is just under 7" tall Funk's figure is just over 6.75" tall (6 and 13/16 inches tall) Dusty's figure is exactly 6.75" tall Austin's figure is slightly taller than Dusty's (6 and 14/16th inches tall) Again Mattel never said they would be in an exact scale, but they'd do the best they could to get it as close as possible. And I think for the most part they have. While they are only 16th's of an inch they do add up and make a difference on the figures.

I think Mattel has done a great job with scale. Steamboat is the only one that's REALLY iffy.
Don't forget too, that heights are about as truthful as the wrestler wants it to be. I'll never forget meeting Rhino at an ECW show in 2000. He was billed at 6'3", but at 15 I was taller than him by a few inches. I'd guess he was 5'10".
