December 19 @ Houston, TX | TLC: Tables, Ladders & ChairsThe pay-per-view intro package plays, detailing the build-up to tonight's main feuds, rivalries and match-ups. Following an impressive fireworks display, Michael Cole, Jerry "The King" Lawler and Matt Striker welcome us to tonight's second annual TLC pay-per-view. Tonight, The Miz makes his second WWE Title defense against former Champion Randy Orton and Wade Barrett in a Chairs Match. Also, Kane looks to fend off Edge and retain his World Heavyweight Championship in enemy territory, so-to-speak, as the belt hangs above the ring in a TLC Match. The rest of the card is hyped as we head to Justin Roberts in the ring, who is ready to introduce us to our first match.. Daniel Bryan defeats Ted DiBiase (with Maryse) to retain the United States Championship.A fair showing from both participants. DiBiase seems a little too frustrated and angered, maybe putting him off his true gameplan of actually capturing the US belt. Instead, he appears to be more interested in beating down Bryan. The current Champion reverses a Dream Street attempt into the LaBell Lock, to which DiBiase submits. During Daniel Bryan's post-match celebration, DiBiase attacks him from behind, finally ending his attack with a successful Dream Street. Ted DiBiase lets Bryan know that it's not over between them. Backstage, a sorry looking Nexus lineup is stood in front of Wade Barrett, all victims of run-in attacks over the past few weeks courtesy of John Cena. Barrett instructs the Nexus to cover every exit, every entrance, in order to ensure that John Cena is not in the building tonight. Barrett knows he's the final man on Cena's list of targets. Natalya and Beth Phoenix defeat LayCool. (Natalya pins Layla to successfully retain the Diva's Championship)A short bout, but one that puts the four Diva's out as the top competitors in WWE today. Layla nearly pins Phoenix to capture the title with a roll-up, but Natalya makes the save. There are many similar incidents of near-falls as each Diva knows that the one who scores the pinfall will take home the title. The partnerships are a mere formality here. Phoenix and McCool take a tumble over the top rope, leaving Layla in the ring with Natalya. Layla swings, misses, and is kicked in the gut. Natalya finishes her off with a sharp Powerbomb, and retains. Phoenix reluctantly enters the ring upon hearing of Natalya's win to congratulate her partner. Phoenix stares at the belt, and then raises Natalya's arm in victory. Josh Matthews is backstage, and conducts a swift interview with Rey Mysterio. The Master of the 619 promises that tonight, he will shut the mouth of Alberto Del Rio once and for all by slamming it through a table. Several Nexus members run across the set, and one of them can be heard saying that John Cena has been spotted on the other side of the arena. Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero) defeats Kaval to retain the Intercontinental Championship.Big Show came out before the match to do some guets commentary. Does Show have eyes on the Intercontinental belt? Ziggler dominates early on but is quickly surprised by the will and determination of the young rookie Kaval, who mounts an impressive comeback. But it's not to be. In the end, distractions from Vickie Guerrero at ringside prove too much. At one point, Big Show comes up behind Vickie and places his gigantic hand over her mouth to stop her screaming! Ziggler nails the Zig Zag to retain the gold. Show releases Vickie and she leaves with Ziggler, who is not happy that the 500lbs monster has had his hands on his woman. Show waves them off and helps Kaval up in the ring, applauding his effort. We see the Nexus looking around a parking lot, calling out for John Cena, checking behind barrels, cars, stacks of crates, anywhere that he could be hiding. They find nothing, and don't hide their frustrations. Sheamus defeats John Morrison in a Ladder Match to retain the King of the Ring crown.A very entertaining match, full of great ladder spots, including Morrison balancing a ladder on the top rope and pulling back on it so it catapults back into Sheamus' face, and Morrison even tying Sheamus to the ladder and pushing him backwards onto the ring floor! This one is brutal, with Sheamus never giving in to Morrison despite his seemingly endless amount of energy, and creativity with his environment! Sheamus wins when he catches Morrison off guard, Brogue Kicking a ladder into his face. Sheamus had no problem climbing the ladder and retrieving his King of the Ring crown. One more excellent win notched up for the Celtic Warrior! Randy Orton is seen lacing up his boots, when The Miz enters the room. Orton asks him to give him a reason why he shouldn't kick his ass right there and then, jump him like The Miz jumped him to win the WWE Championship. Miz says he came to strike a deal with Orton, because he believes that the Nexus and John Cena will overshadow them and neither of them will walk out with the WWE Title. Orton slaps Miz right in the mouth and throws him out of his locker room! A video recaps the feud between Edge and the World Heavyweight Champion Kane, and Paul Bearer's kidnapping at the hands of the Rated R Superstar. Edge defeats Kane in a TLC Match to win the World Heavyweight Championship.Kane's night started off bad, with his father missing, but it ended worse as he also lost his World Heavyweight Title. And he still hadn't found Paul Bearer! For a World Title Match, let alone a TLC Match, this one was quite short. Kane seemed to be limping before the match had begun. Edge, the master of TLC matches, was in his element. Kane stood no chance from the beginning. Edge took every opportunity he ground to wear down the bigger and slower man, and it worked in his favour. Edge nailed a Spear from the turnbuckle as Kane was ascending the ladder to claim the belt hanging above the ring. With another ladder propped up next to it, both men slowly recuperated and started the agonising climb, literally dragging themselves up either side. Edge 'edged out' the Big Red Machine, reaching the belt first, unhooking it to win the match! Half way down the ladder, Kane looked up and began screaming in utter frustration. Edge hopped down, and quickly made his exit. He's the new World Heavyweight Champion, but you have to know that Kane will not stop pursuing him. The announcers hype our next pay-per-view event, to be held in Boston on January 30. It's the 2011 Royal Rumble, and officially the start of the Road to WrestleMania 27! Edge quickly makes his way through the backstage area, clutching his newly won World Title belt. With a manic look on his face, he opens the trunk of a car in the parking lot. Inside is Paul Bearer, bound and gagged, screaming for mercy. Edge seems satisfied, though we can all see Kane coming in from the distance. Edge gets in the car and drives away, leaving Kane screaming the parking lot as the Champion makes a succesful get away. In the background, we see John Cena! The crowd pop HUGE for Cena, as he sneaks into a side door. John Cena is in the arena! Elsewhere, we see the Nexus have seen this on backstage monitors, and head to close in on Cena. A video recaps the rivalry between Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio. Rey Mysterio defeats Alberto Del Rio in a Tables Match.Fantastic 25-minute match. Mysterio appears A LOT quicker than he has been recently. He clicks very well with Del Rio, and vice versa. There were a lot of spots with both Superstars almost crashing through various tables set up around ringside. The finish saw Mysterio nail Del Rio with the 619, followed with a West Coast Pop through a table! Mysterio celebrates the win, having finally beaten Del Rio. Nexus are seen backstage. They gather outside a room marked 'STAFF ONLY'. David Otunga says he's had a tip that John Cena is hiding inside. The slowly enter the room, seemingly about to take out the former WWE Superstar, when the door suddenly slams shut behind them. On the other side, John Cena has barricaded the door, making it impossible for the Nexus to get out. He brands them 'idiots' as he heads off down the corridor. Our main event is up next. A video recaps the events of the past few months, including The Miz beating Randy Orton for the WWE Championship by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract the night after Survivor Series, the night after Wade Barrett fired John Cena from WWE. Since then, Cena has been a constant thorn in the side of the Nexus, attacking them week after week. However, he's yet to get to Barrett. And now, the Nexus leader is at his most vunerable. The Miz defeats Randy Orton and Wade Barrett in a Chairs Match to retain the WWE Championship. A short while into the match, the camera's cut backstage where John Cena is being held back by security upon orders from the General Manager of RAW, who has been very strict in his beliefs that Cena must honor the stipulations of his feud with the Nexus and all that's happened between them. This seems to relax Wade Barrett more, giving him confidence and allowing him to become a credible threat in this match, without having to keep looking over his shoulder. Barrett remains dominant, battling with Orton mostly, who also looks impressively strong. At around 22 minutes, Barrett has flattened both Orton and Miz with a chair. Barrett swaggers to the outside, picking up the WWE Title belt, looking at it for a great amount of time. He knows he's about to win. However, John Cena appears from out of the crowd and jumps Barrett! Alex Riley has appeared and is now trying to revive The Miz as Cena pounds Barrett in the face on the outside. Security rush out as Cena locks the Nexus leader in the STF! Barrett taps out frantically, as security try to pry Cena away, but the simply can't overcome his rage. Orton is up and throws Riley from the ring. He begins stalking Miz, who is slowly making his way to his feet. He goes for the RKO, but it's reversed! Miz pushes Orton right into a chair shot from Alex Riley, who was waiting on the apron! Miz bundles The Viper into a roll-up, and pins him! Miz has barely retained his title. Riley helps the physically worn out WWE Champion out of the ring, with the gold in their hands. Meanwhile, Cena has Barrett still locked in the STF. He eventually lets go, and takes out some of the security personnel! He lifts Barrett onto his shoulders, an impressive feat of strength as Barrett has passed out and is just dead weight. Cena looks out into the crowd as they all cheer him on. This is what he's been waiting for now for so long. He's savouring the moment that means so much to him - revenge. He takes a long look at the announcer's table, and turns Barrett in mid-air, sending him plummeting through the wood, cables and monitors with a devastating Attitude Adjustment. The pay-per-view ends, possibly with our final shot of John Cena on WWE television, staring down at the broken down body of Wade Barrett, the man who tormented him for months. Cena has his revenge.

WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs: Sunday 19th December 2010...Alright, it's nice to see Daniel Bryan and Ted Dibiase get the opening contest, but did they not open Survivor Series as well? I feel you should variate with Bryan, because he's not doing too much as WWE United States Champion just opening pay-per-views and defending successfully, only giving the belt prestige and giving everybody a good show. That's only good for a period of time. This is his fourth pay-per-view in which he's opened a pay-per-view. Also, with the four stipulation matches on tonight, I feel one of those may have been more appropriate opening. I feel Dibiase should have sneakily won the belt, cheating to win really. It seemed like about the right time, but obviously it doesn't seem to be over yet. Just would rather Bryan chasing the belt and fighting the cheating antics of Dibiase than defending against an infuriated and violent challenger. Happy to see the tag team stipulation used on the WWE Divas Championship, makes it more fresh and original for pay-per-view. Natalya retaining is about right, holding out on Natalya and Beth Phoenix until Elimination Chamber by the earliest. Make me proud and give some dignity to the womens division so it's watcheable. Dolph Ziggler beating Kaval to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship is fine, I feel it did not help Kaval in the slightest though. Hated Big Show coming out to commentary on pay-per-view: it just made it seem clear as though Kaval was not going to win. We already have our next feud for Ziggler, I feel if Kaval had won the belt here, we would have some originality. While I love Ziggler, his reign is growing too long and it's the same case scenario every feud he's in. Am not sold on cramming the four stipulation matches into the last four matches on the card, you should have really spaced it out. Would make the crowd suffer from overkill. Did like Sheamus and John Morrison going at it for the King of the Ring crown again though, hopefully there was a stipulation in the tournament win allowing a future championship shot. Only if John Morrison won, anyway. Sheamus defending was acceptable. I feel a pay-per-view called TLC should mean the main event bout should be a TLC match. Perfect main event to me too, the final chance for Edge to face Kane for the World Heavyweight Championship. That a tables match and a chairs match would come after this is baffling. Edge winning at last is best, a fresh face for a relatively stale main event scene on SmackDown. J feel Paul Bearer being in Edge's hands six weeks after kidnapping is a little excessive. Alberto Del Rio and Rey Mysterio's feud climaxing here, hopefully. I feel it should have been on earlier in the show though, this is way too high, even outlasting Edge's title win. Twenty five minutes for a table match is also a little too indie to believe. Have enjoyed the tidbit Nexus and John Cena segments on the show. It appears realistic as show story arcs have been the running gag for pay-per-views in 2010. The Miz overcoming the odds in the triple threat chairs match was a nice idea to main event, against Randy Orton and Wade Barrett. Miz's push as a cowardly heel is being nicely worked, just got to wonder where he goes at Royal Rumble. Cena and Barrett's feud needs to end, I could see it running into WrestleMania XXVII [though it'd have a predictable finish]. Did feel like Cena stole Miz's spotlight though, but that's realistic with WWE. Overall a good start to the diary, but some storyline ideas and scenarios are going strange and inappropriately directed. I would like to see this reach Royal Rumble at least, don't sissy out on us here.

Daniel Bryan retaining over Ted DiBiase is a tremendous way to kick off the action, but also the right decision overall. I am pleased to see Ted attacking Bryan after the match as it will allow these two young studs to continue their rivalry into the new year. Natalya and Beth Phoenix defeating LayCool makes sense, so I will not complain there. Nexus indirectly reporting to the audience that John Cena has been reported in the building is interesting. I am kind of torn of Kaval losing to Dolph Ziggler. I feel like Kaval winning would have made a great underdog storyline, but Ziggler retaining seems to make a tad more sense. I like Show putting his hands over Vickie’s mouth to shut her up. I wonder where John Cena is hiding… I am excited to see how this ends up. I think it is pretty interesting to see Sheamus’s King of the Ring crown to be on the line of the ladder match. I am interested to see if the Sheamus/Morrison feud continues into the new year, which I imagine it will. Orton slapping the Miz is interesting to say the least. I dislike Edge defeating Kane for the World Heavyweight Championship as I just do not feel Kane’s reign had run its course. Edge having Paul Bearer in the trunk of the car is fine, but how long can Edge seriously have Paul Bearer kidnapped before someone calls the cops. John Cena sneaking into the building is fun and I like Nexus quickly going to find him. I am really bummed to see Del Rio lose to Rey Mysterio; hopefully the feud continues as Del Rio really should go out on the winning end in this feud. I enjoy Cena locking the Nexus into the room, while although not original, it is still very effective. I am overly pleased to see the Miz retain the WWE Championship along with John Cena getting his hands on Wade Barrett. Cena putting Wade through the table was a fine way to end the pay-per-view. Overall, while I don’t agree with all of your booking decisions, the show was highly enjoyable.

David Hart Smith is probably going to be better off on SmackDown, and purpose will be found for Zack Ryder [though unlikely with the signature] and Primo with good hope. Can see you using these three talents quite well, wonder if the 'anonymous' General Manager will take any SmackDown superstars.

MONDAY NIGHT RAW Dec 20 @ Austin, TX
Following the opening video package, RAW kicks off with a pyro-technics display. Michael Cole welcomes us to the show, alongside CM Punk and Jerry Lawler.
Justin Roberts introduces us to the returning J.R! The WWE Hall of Famer will be joining the announcers this evening in an attempt to diffuse tensions between Cole and Lawler following several weeks of animosity. J.R cuts a promo in the ring about how great it is to be back on Monday nights, and he's going to make the most of it. Wade Barrett interupts J.R and makes his way out, threatening him to get out the ring. Barrett says that John Cena has pressed the right buttons and now he has his attention, he has what he wants. Barrett says he is not a selfish man, he will honour the wishes of the rest of the Nexus. After much deliberation, he will rehire Cena, but only if Cena faces him in the ring and wins. The GM sends a message, which Michael Cole reads. The General Manager says he has spoke to Cena earlier in the day and he would be more than happy to take on Barrett at any time. Barrett says Cena can name any stipulation, but it won't matter because he will not be winning anything. The match is set for the Royal Rumble. Cole continues with the message. The GM says that Cena is not an active member of the WWE roster, and cannot appear at any WWE event before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. And to conclude the message, the General Manager books tonight's main event - a Triple Threat match between Wade Barrett, Randy Orton and the 2010 King of the Ring Sheamus.
Commercial Break
The Miz (with Alex Riley) defeats John Morrison with the Skull Crushing Finale.
Backstage, William Regal bumps into Ezekiel Jackson, knocking his coffee from his hand. Regal insults Jackson and makes fun of his wrestling ability. Jackson says Regal may be a better wrestler but he'd have no problem squashing his head with his bare hands. He tells Regal to meet him in the ring NEXT.
Commercial Break
The General Manager announces that this will be the first Royal Rumble Qualification match.
Ezekiel Jackson defeats William Regal with the Book of Ezekiel to qualify for the Royal Rumble match.
Commercial Break
The Nexus are grouped backstage, Wade Barrett the main focus. He says he wants the Nexus in the Royal Rumble in order to 'cover all bases'. Just then, Goldust walks into view, looking very 'corporate' with a wig, suit and a clipboard. Goldust claims to be a representative of the General Manager. He says there is only one opening tonight for a Royal Rumble Qualifying match. David Otunga volunteers to participate. Goldust, in TV producer mode, ushes Otunga quickly towards ringside.
A video package airs for the Viper, Randy Orton.
David Otunga defeats R-Truth with the Ura-nage to qualify for the Royal Rumble match. Otunga pinned R-Truth after dodging the Lie Detector, hitting the Ura-nage. Otunga seemed quite surprised with his victory. The Nexus came down and retrieved him, pleased with his win.
Commercial Break
Daniel Bryan and The Bella Twins defeat Ted DiBiase, Maryse and Alicia Fox when Nikki Bella pins Fox with a roll-up. After the match, DiBiase attacked Bryan from behind, eventually nailing Dream Street.
A video package airs for January's pay-per-view event, Royal Rumble, coming to you live from Boston on January 30th. The Road to WrestleMania begins here.
When we return, Michael Cole is standing in the ring with a microphone. He begins ranting about Jerry Lawler. He says that he didn't expect to beat King last week because HE ISN'T A WRESTLER! He's a broadcast journalist, a damn good one, better than King can ever hope to be. Cole says Lawler fails at everything he does in life, and he's on the path to destroying his career at the announcer's desk. Lawler comes into the ring, and begins to hit back at Cole, calling him a 'scrawny' and 'pathetic'. Cole shoves Lawler, who replies with a stiff punch to the jaw! JR and Punk go crazy for this! Cole is helped to the back by several stage hands, as Lawler resumes his place at ringside to the delight of the fans and his colleagues.
Commercial Break
The Uso's defeat Vladimir Kozlov and Santino Marella (with Tamina) to win the WWE Tag Team Championship. The Uso's get their first taste of WWE gold. With Tamina in the corner, Santino and Kozlov looked confident. However, with distraction at ringside, their referee failed to see the Uso's father, Rikishi, interfere in the match by hitting Kozlov with a huge Samoan Drop.
Backstage, Josh Matthews interviews the 2010 King of the Ring, Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior says he has had the greatest career-start in WWE history. Two-time WWE Champion, 2010 King of the Ring, and the man who ended the career of Triple H. Sheamus says he will add the 2011 Royal Rumble match to that list of accomplishments. Goldust appears in his executive costume, directing Sheamus towards the ring for his match.
We see a split screen shot of both Randy Orton and Wade Barrett heading towards the ring.
A Don't Try This video package airs.
Commercial Break
Back at ringside, the remaining three announcers discuss the upcoming main event, when Michael Cole comes storming down the aisle followed by five police officers. Cole can be heard saying 'arrest that man' whilst pointing towards Jerry Lawler. The cops come over and hand-cuff Lawler, who goes relunctantly. He stares at Cole as JR tries to reason with the man who put Lawler behind bars!
Randy Orton defeats Wade Barrett and Sheamus with the RKO to Barrett.
After the match, The Miz and Alex Riley try to rush Orton but fail in their attempt. Both Sheamus and Alex Riley recieve RKO's. Miz barely escapes with his head as Orton tries to punt him. The two stare each other down as the GM sends in a message. He says that Miz and Orton will face each other at the Royal Rumble with the WWE Championship on the line. Next week on RAW, it'll be Miz vs. Orton inside a Steel Cage, with the winner picking the stipulation for their match. The two continue to stare through each other to end the show.

RAW seemed to be a decent little show. Just really average nothing all that spectacular following a PPV. I don't like the booking of the Miz vs Randy Orton in a steel cage match to pick a stipulation for their ppv match. They shouldn't be involved in a big match like that on RAW. I may have just booked the cage match for the Rumble show. That was one thing i wasn't a fan of. Interested to see how this plays out.

RINGSIDE NEWS Posted on 22/12/10
Samoa Joe has apparently spoken to WWE about joining the company. Joe's TNA contract expired earlier in the month.
NXT Season 4 has been scrapped effectively and immediately. The reason for this is said to be a lack of hits on WWE.com.
Any call-ups from FCW will likely go to the Smackdown brand in order to add more depth to the roster.
The Undertaker is healing up well and progessing quicker than doctors said he would. He should be back around WrestleMania, and we hear he'll have a gimmick change.
A list of inductees for the 2011 Hall of Fame has been drawn up and finalised. A 'leaked' list was posted online last week, showing names such as 'Macho Man' Randy Savage, Arn Anderson and 'Ravishing' Rick Rude. None of these names have been confirmed.

SMACKDOWN Dec 24 @ San Antonio, TX
Following the opening video package, Smackdown kicks off with a pyro-technics display. Michael Cole welcomes us to the show, alongside Matt Striker and Josh Matthews.
A graphic announces our epic main event will see Edge defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Rey Mysterio!
Chris Masters vs. Cody Rhodes ends as a no-contest.
Alberto Del Rio interupts the match just as Masters looks set to end it. Del Rio says he needs to take this time away from those who 'don't deserve it' and get his message to the WWE Universe. He claims that last night was a fluke and his loss to Rey Mysterio must not be taken seriously. He is still the greatest Superstar in the WWE today. Raw, good to see JR back, and a great Main Event made for the show. The Miz with the victory is good as he is the WWE Champion, but I hope this mini-push for Morrison isn't stopped. Love Ezekiel Jackson defeating William Regal to qualify for the Royal Rumble. I could see him as a potential winner, but he's not that big just yet. David Otunga with the victory was obvious, ad likely, the rest of Nexus will qualify too in weeks to come. Daniel Bryan and The Bellas going over is good, but I do like DiBiase's post-match attack, as the feud can continue. Loving this Cole/Lawler feud. I have something similar planned myself. Love The Usos becoming the WWE Tag Team Champions, I really feel that they are a damn good team, and deserve some spotlight. King arrested? Wow, can't wait to see what you have planned here. Randy Orton winning was obvious as the other two wouldn't have made sense against The Miz. I can't think what stipulation you'll choose, but a Steel Cage match next week kind of kills that match, don't you think? But that's just my opinion. Overall, a good show.
SmackDown, HUGE Main Event, and I hope Edge retains, which he likely will as he only just won the World Championship at WWE: TLC. A good match to open up, and I adore your use of Chris Masters, hopefully you make him relevant again. However, Cody Rhodes seemed to be a bit of a filler, hopefully you have plans for him too. Kingston versus Swagger should be good. Beth Phoenix over Layla is good, as is the post-match stuff. A possible Natalya/Phoenix feud could be amazing, and over a simple misunderstanding gives it reason. Big Show versus Kaval? I'd want Kaval to get another shot and go on to defeat Ziggler, but I sense you will choose Big Show. Pleased to see David Hart Smith with a victory on his first night on SmackDown. Good tag match with Show and Kaval coming out on top. I'm pleased to see Jack Swagger walk away as the victor in this one as he really needs to be given back his purpose. As predicted, Edge retains the title, and I love the post-match stuff with Kane. I wonder where you will go with this. Another good show. I'm definitely going to be following, please keep this.

-I too like that Masters is looking relevant again. -Beth getting some revenge on Layla is a basic, realistic call here. -Smith's face turn could be nice, him over McIntyre is a fine way to build it. -Kaval needed some revenge from his loss at TLC. Good one there. -Swagger over Kofi is good, hopefully Swagger gets some gold soon. -Edge over Mysterio to retain is great. Huge main event. Kane standing tall is good. -Good show; will follow this one as best I can. Good job so far.
