-First off, I love this layout. It's easy to read and not too detailed -Liked Miz's opening promo, the guy can just go on the microphone. Looking forward to the main event -I like that you paired The Usos with Rikishi, it's original -Liked Sheamus' promo, saying every year was his year. Squashing Darren Young worked well also -Wish the Bryan/Dibiase feud was over because Ted is pretty lame -Weird to see Orton doing push-ups -Eve winning is fine because it led to Melina's heel turn -Nice swerve with Cole as the General Manager, interested in who it actually is and hope it's someone good -Surprised to see Morrison lose as he was getting pushed, but to Bryan and to a small package won't hurt him -Big main event for next week -The Nexus attacking Jackson makes sense and I'm glad they'll be investigating the masked man -Love that the Miz won, even though you dislike him, you booked him well here. Looking forward to the Royal Rumble Title match
Great show, I really hope to see this diary last as I enjoyed it so far. Can't wait for the Rumble

Following the opening video package, Smackdown kicks off with a pyro-technics display. Michael Cole welcomes us to the show, alongside Matt Striker and Josh Matthews.
A graphic reveals that tonight the World Heavyweight Champion Edge will address Kane in the middle of the ring.
Big Show defeats Kaval with a Chokeslam to become #1 Contender to the Intercontinental Championship. Dolph Ziggler was at ringside trying to interfere, seemingly favouring Kaval. It looks as if Ziggler fears Big Show more.
Backstage, Theodore Long is in his office with Rey Mysterio discussing the Royal Rumble. Long said he saw that Mysterio promised victory last week, either in his World Heavyweight Title match with Edge or in the Royal Rumble match. However, Mysterio is informed he still has to qualify like everyone else.
Commercial Break
Rey Mysterio defeats Tyler Reks with the 619 to qualify for the Royal Rumble match.
Jack Korpela interviews Drew McIntyre backstage. McIntyre is questioned about his loss to the debuting David Hart Smith last week, which he claims was a fluke. He says the Chosen One's path to greatness will not be disrupted, and challenges Smith to a rematch tonight.
Commercial Break
Cody Rhodes defeats Chris Masters with the Cross Rhodes. Alberto Del Rio came out and distracted Masters, which lead to Rhodes' victory.
Commercial Break
LayCool come down to the ring with huge smiles on their faces. McCool has the mic, and is laying into both Beth Phoenix and Natalya. She says they're both stupid and greedy and that sooner or later, they would have turned on each other. LayCool keep replaying the video of Phoenix accidentally taking out Natalya last week on the titantron, laughing at what's going on. Natalya comes down and chases them away. As they make their escape, McCool tells Natalya that LayCool will reclaim the Divas Championship very, very soon.
A graphic reminds us that tonight the World Heavyweight Champion Edge will address Kane in the middle of the ring.
A video package airs for January's pay-per-view event, Royal Rumble, coming to you live from Boston on January 30th. The Road to WrestleMania begins here.
Commercial Break
The Usos (with Rikishi) defeat Epico and Hunico to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship. Epico and Hunico make their debuts. They make a great first impression but cannot defeat the Champions.
After the match, Jimmy and Jey try to attack the new team, but Epico and Hunico take them out and clear the ring. Rikishi advises his sons to let this one go and leads them to the back.
Commercial Break
Jack Swagger comes down to the ring. He takes a mic and talks about what he did to Kofi Kingston last week as replays are shown. He says Kofi will be out 'for a while' because of the damage he did. Swagger warns the rest of the Smackdown roster that this is what he is capable of. He can take down anyone at any time. The All-American American announces his intention to win the Royal Rumble and headline WrestleMania. He is interupted by Theodore Long. The General Manager informs Swagger that he, just as Rey Mysterio did earlier tonight, must win a qualifying match if he intends to enter the Royal Rumble match.
Jack Swagger defeats Finlay with a Gutwrench Powerbomb to qualify for the Royal Rumble match.
Commercial Break
Beth Phoenix walks into the locker room where WWE Divas Champion Natalya is going through her bag. The atmosphere is tense, but Phoenix says she wants to apologise for what happened last week. It was an accident and completely regretable. Natalya accepts her apology, and says that they really need to take out LayCool once and for all.
David Hart Smith defeats Drew McIntyre with the Running Powerslam.
A graphic reminds us that tonight the World Heavyweight Champion Edge will address Kane in the middle of the ring NEXT.
A promotional package airs for Rey Mysterio.
Commercial Break
World Heavyweight Champion Edge comes down to the ring, ready to address the Big Red Machine, Kane, who attacked him last week and demanded the return of Paul Bearer. Edge takes a mic and goes to speak, but Kane makes his entrance before anything can be said. Kane stays on the stage as Edge talks from the safety of the ring. The Rated R Superstar says that for months Kane has convinced himself that he's the top dog on Smackdown. He and his deluded father have caused havoc and destroyed careers and lives. They buried The Undertaker alive and struck fear into the hearts of the fans. Edge says he had to put a stop to that, and he did it stage-by-stage. He took out Paul Bearer, and weakened Kane, because Kane 'can't think for himself'. For the weeks following Bearer's kidnap, Edge says he broke down any delusions Kane and Bearer had created about themselves and systematically took control back for the Smackdown brand. Nobody has to fear them anymore. Edge repeats his words from last week; he will never return Paul Bearer to Kane. Kane begins to speak. The Big Red Monster says that he will recover Paul Bearer, and when he does, he will make sure that Edge pays for his actions. He says that he will not stop until Edge is 6-foot deep next to The Undertaker. Edge retaliates, saying he is done with Kane. He has Bearer and the World Title, whilst Kane has nothing. Kane begins laughing manically. He warns Edge that if he won't play nice, he won't play at all. Suddenly, the lights go out. When they return moments later, Kane is standing behind Edge. He grabs him by the throat, and plants him to the mat with a Chokeslam. Once again, Smackdown concludes with Kane standing dominant over the World Heavyweight Champion.
ALSO ON... Chavo Guerrero and Primo defeat Finlay and Hornswoggle with a Frog Splash to Finlay. JTG defeats Zack Ryder with Da Shout Out.

WWE News: Nice to see the son of Vader hired, could be a while before he becomes of interest, though. Hurricane Helms coming back could be a good thing, I suppose. Realistically, what about his previous drinking problem? I swear he and Chris Jericho had trouble in 2010 because of that. WWE rebulking the rosters could be fun, but I'm not too sure what to think of it, they keep having budget cut releases, I don't see why they need to rebulk now. Samoa Joe in the Royal Rumble is quite meh to me honestly.
WWE SmackDown: Friday 31st December 2010...Just a quick note, can't help but notice at how basic the Royal Rumble poster seems as of right now. Maybe when altering that date typo you could redesign it, it just seems a little basic and there's a bit of blank space that's all background. Doesn't help get the 'Royal Rumble match' theme over. Big Show and Kaval is an unorthodox introduction to the show, guess it was the right decision for Show to beat Kaval, wonder what Kaval will do from here though. While I feel Dolph Ziggler should lose the WWE Intercontinental Championship soon, I feel he shouldn't drop it to Show. Rey Mysterio beating Tyler Reks came as no surprise, Mysterio in the Rumble should be nice, hope he doesn't win though. Can't imagine what much else you can potentially drag out of Drew McIntyre's character. Cody Rhodes beating Chris Masters is best, Alberto Del Rio getting involved was rightful. Hope there's some backstory to this feud shown though. Laycool's segment was alright, just a basic warning to Natalya. I feel the divas should become interpromotional: there is not enough divas on SmackDown to have a competitive match. The Usos beating Epico and Hunico is fine. I feel the youngsters should have been renamed, and perhaps not rushed into the WWE Tag Team Championship scene. It is some older-school booking, though. Jack Swagger's promo was ideal, but just put over the Royal Rumble match. Not so happy that Kofi Kingston's out, hope he doesn't miss WrestleMania XXVII, but honestly can't see him doing anything other than the Money in the Bank match. Was obvious Swagger would beat Finlay. Shame for Drew McIntyre to lose to David Hart Smith, follows this mini storyline though I suppose. Finally, decent promo to close off the show, but didn't seem to do anything to promote Royal Rumble, and this Paul Bearer abduction scenario has been dragged out way too long. But overall a nice show to close out 2010.
WWE Superstars: Thursday 30th December 2010...Finlay did double duty? Hmm, not so sure on that note. Glad to see Chavo Guerrero and Primo with a win against Finlay and that nuisance Hornswoggle, hopefully Guerrero and Primo are a long-term team. JTG beating Zack Ryder was the right way to go in my mind.

-Big Show becoming #1 Contender could be good. The only way I see him retaining is via countout or DQ. -Mysterio over Reks was definitely expected as Mysterio is higher in WWE than Reks. -Cody Rhodes over Masters by the distraction is good. -The Usos winning was expected as it was the debut of the two new guys. -Swagger over Finlay was not surprising. Swagger still looks to be getting a good push. -McIntyre wanting revenge and failing to get is something WWE would definitely do. -Kane standing tall in the promo sounds cool. Wonder when the feud will end here. -Good show; lots of predictable matches on this show though.

Pretty obvious that Show was going over Kaval. Figures that Ziggler would try and get Kaval to win instead of Show, everything made sense. Hopefully you elevate Del Rio sooner rather than later. Though, Masters feuding with Del Rio will help Masters become a important baby face. A pretty weak main event with Smith going over Drew, but Smackdown is pretty depleted in terms of star power. An okay closing segment between Kane and Edge to close out the show. I expect Edge to beat Kane once and for all and move onto other heel challengers. Seemed like a average, basic show.

Not much we can go on there but Los Aviadores doing House Shows is good. Would love to see them help out the tag team division in their seemingly inevitable call-up. Good results I guess, is that an inkling for a Mysterio-Rhodes feud? Is so it sounds great. Nash back in the WWE? I hope he doesn't touch the ring full-time again; I'm pondering exactly what he's going to do outside of the ring but I guess we'll see in due time. Keep up the good work .

Bringing Kevin Nash back in is interesting, I'm still a fan of the guy and as long as he doesn't step foot in the ring then he should be a good addition. Nice to see some FCW talent getting in on the tour, Jinder Mahal teaming with Khali? Could work nicely actually, and would finally give Khali something worthwhile to do.

Michael Cole begins RAW in the middle of the ring. Cole says he knows that tonight, he will be punished and he wants the General Manager to come out and get it over and done with. He doesn't want to sit on edge all night. The WWE Champion The Miz makes his entrance, to the shock of everyone. However, Miz soon clears up some people's misunderstanding and says he's not the General Manager, but he is here to stick up for one of his biggest supporters. Miz says Cole doesn't deserve punishment, he doesn't deserve the stick he gets from the fans and from people like Jerry Lawler. Miz asks to deal with the GM and set him straight himself. Nobody is more important than the WWE Champion. The fans wait in anticipation.. until they hear a very familiar theme song. The General Manager is revealed to be the Heart Break Kid, Shawn Michaels! The man who was forced into retirement at WrestleMania 26 by The Undertaker is back! Michaels comes to the ring and is handed a mic. He says he has watched for months and months as this 'duo of idiots' tries to push themselves ahead of everyone else, by any means necessary. Michaels tells Miz that he can think what he likes, but at the end of the day he is in control of everything Miz does and says on this show, and if he doesn't like it then he can drop the title draped over his shoulder at leave. And as for Cole, HBK tells him that he will be punished, but not until next week. Cole tried to ruin Jerry Lawler, and naturally Lawler will want revenge. Michaels reveals that he and Lawler came to an agreement earlier on and have decided that next week on RAW, Lawler will get five minutes in the ring with Michael Cole! Cole tries to get out of it and asks Michaels to reconsider, with no luck. Miz becomes angered and says that Michaels can't do that to a non-wrestling employee. Michaels agrees that maybe he shouldn't, but he just did. Miz starts poking Michaels in the chest and tells him that he will make sure he is forced out of his job no matter what it takes. HBK doesn't take too kindly to this, so he takes a step back and kicks Miz straight in the jaw! Michaels leaves, having made his impact.
A graphic reminds us of our main event - WWE Champion The Miz teaming with Randy Orton to take on Smackdown's World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Kane! Plus, Shawn Michaels will be investigating a possible appearance by John Cena last week!
Commercial Break
Melina and Alicia Fox defeat The Bella Twins (with Daniel Bryan) with the Sunset Split to Nikki.
The Nexus are backstage discussing Shawn Michaels return to RAW and how this will affect their rivalry with John Cena. Wade Barrett says he knows it was Cena under that mask last week and tonight, Michaels will do best to stay in line and do the right thing. However, HBK is standing behind Barrett as he says this. Michaels says he doesn't fear Barrett or the Nexus. Tonight, if Cena is proved to have appeared on RAW, he will be dealt with. If not, Barrett should be the one to 'stay in line'.
A video package airs for the Viper, Randy Orton.
Commercial Break
Sheamus defeats Mark Henry with the Brogue Kick.
The Miz is seen being tended to by a medic holding an ice pack to his face, with Alex Riley standing by. Miz says he was going to reveal the stipulation to his WWE Title match with Randy Orton at the Royal Rumble, but he's finding it hard to speak at the moment, so it'll have to wait until next week. Miz tells Riley that they need to think past the Royal Rumble, and ensure the title stays with Miz. He tells Riley to go out and qualify for the Royal Rumble.
Commercial Break
Alex Riley defeats Yoshi Tatsu with a roll-up to qualify for the 2011 Royal Rumble match.
The World Heavyweight Champion Edge is backstage, putting on his boots for his match later tonight. Randy Orton enters the room. He shakes hands with Edge and says he looks forward to their match later. Edge says it should be fun, as who knows when their paths will cross again?
A graphic reminds us of our main event - WWE Champion The Miz teaming with Randy Orton to take on Smackdown's World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Kane! Plus, Shawn Michaels will be investigating a possible appearance by John Cena last week! That's next!
Commercial Break
Did You Know? - tonight's episode of RAW is the 918 since January 1993.
The announcers are seen talking at ringside, where they hype the Birthday edition of RAW in two weeks before going over the Royal Rumble card, including The Miz vs. Randy Orton for the WWE Championship with a stipulation to be named by Miz, John Cena vs. Wade Barrett with Cena's potential return up in the air, and of course the 30-man Royal Rumble match.
Shawn Michaels is in the ring when we return, alongside polygraph examiners and a polygraph set up ready to conduct a lie-detector test. Michaels reminds us that he made it clear that John Cena was not allowed to appear at any WWE event until the Royal Rumble. Last week, a man fitting his description appeared on the show, and he must now find out whether or not it was in fact Cena. Michaels says he wants this match between Cena and Barrett to be done properly and once he makes a rule, it won't be broken. He's NOT doing this for the Nexus or Wade Barrett. He asks the masked man to come down to the ring, which he does. He uses a remixed version of John Cena's entrance theme and titantron, appearing more Hispanic. Once in the ring, the examiners hook the man up to the machine as Michaels explains that he will ask him a few questions which he will need to respond to. The camera zooms in on a small green light and a red light which Michaels tells us will indicate whether the man is lying or not. Michaels begins the questioning by asking him his name. In a Mexican accent, the man replies 'Juan Cena'. The green light blinks, which surprises Michaels, but he accepts it. He asks him if he was or ever has been known as 'John Cena'. Juan replies 'no'. Another green light answer. Michaels asks more questions, such as whether the man speaks English (no) or whether he is John Cena underneath a mask (no). Michaels seems to be treating this thing as a joke. After much questioning Juan Cena is released. However, this doesn't appear good enough for the Nexus, who come out to voice their displeasure. Barrett says Michaels isn't taking this seriously, he isn't taking his job seriously, and he's helping Cena find his way back into a job. Barrett says he had Cena fired, and he's only allowing him back at the Royal Rumble so he can beat him into spending the rest of his life in a hospital bed. Barrett warns Michaels that he can arrange for Michaels own bed next to Cena's. Michaels says that for too long the Nexus has been running around creating havoc on RAW. Barrett thinks he's the man with power, but there's a new Sheriff in town. Michaels says Barrett didn't help himself with his comments about Michaels earlier tonight. Barrett retaliates with his own words, however, much like The Miz earlier tonight, Michaels cuts Barrett off mid-sentence with Sweet Chin Music. He and Juan Cena take out the Nexus as a brawl erupts. They clear the ring, and Michaels ends the segment by raising Cena's arm.
Commercial Break
Backstage, a beaten and embarrassed Nexus are being put down by an angry Wade Barrett. Barrett says they need to recover some credibility. Next week, they're going to show John Cena and Shawn Michaels that they WILL fear the Nexus.
Ted DiBiase (with Maryse) defeats R-Truth with Dream Street to become Number One Contender to the United States Championship.
Josh Matthews interviews John Morrison. Matthews asks what Morrison's plans are for the near future. Morrison reveals that he's going to go out and qualify for the Royal Rumble, win the whole thing, and headline WrestleMania.
Commercial Break
John Morrison defeats Jimmy Uso (with Jey Uso and Rikishi) with Starship Pain to qualify for the 2011 Royal Rumble match.
Backstage, Shawn Michaels is seen relaxing on a couch ready to watch the main event. He is seen talking to 'Executive Producer' Goldust. Michaels says together, they make a formidable team that will run RAW like it should be. They toast their glasses of champagne together as the segment ends.
A graphic reminds us of our main event - WWE Champion The Miz teaming with Randy Orton to take on Smackdown's World Heavyweight Champion Edge and Kane! That's coming up after the commercial break!
Commercial Break
Randy Orton and The Miz (with Alex Riley) defeat Edge and Kane. Edge turned on Kane and nailed him with a Spear. Miz made the cover and picked up the win.
Following the match, Miz and Riley go into 'over-the-top celebration mode' in the middle of the ring. Behind them, Orton is waiting. He picks off Riley before dropping Miz with a vicious RKO. The Viper is standing strong at the conclusion of the first RAW of 2011!
ALSO ON... Santino Marella (with Vladimir Kozlov and Tamina) defeats Jey Uso (with Jimmy Uso and Rikishi) to qualify for the 2011 Royal Rumble match. Ezekiel Jackson defeats Tyson Kidd with the Book of Ezekiel.

The graphics in this are ing phenomenal. Totally wasn't expecting Shawn Michaels to be the General Manager, let alone to open the show. I was expecting him not to show face until the end of the show as I feel the GM unveiling is a pretty big deal and should have closed the show to keep people watching until the end. Liked him nailing The Miz with the Sweet Chin Music. Melina and Alicia beating The Bella Twins was fine. Sheamus over Henry is decent. Riley advancing into the Rumble surprised me, but A-Ri has a bigger role in the WWE than Yoshi does. Ah, now I reliase why the General Manager was unveiled so soon. I loved the lie detector segment, it was definitely extremely realistic. Love DiBiase as the number one contender for Daniel Bryan's U.S Championship. Solid main event, not really surprised to see Edge turn on Kane.

WWE RAW: Monday 3rd January 2011...Alright, I'm glad to see Samoa Joe resign with TNA Wrestling. Interested with Kevin Nash being in the company, perhaps in an on-screen role. I would be interested if it turned out he was General Manager. Santino Marella individually advancing into the Royal Runble match was odd, nice win against Jey Uso (no Jimmy accompanying him?) Ezekiel Jackson beating Tyson Kidd pleases me. Overall, decent section of WWE Superstars for RAW. On with RAW, Michael Cole in the ring first is good, nice promo to start off the show to put over the General Manager aapearing tonight. Liked The Miz coming out, and then Jerry Lawler's involvement. Wait, Shawn Michaels? I suppose it does make sense. As long as he stays outside of the ring. Also got to wonder if Kevin Nash fits the equation. Interesting main event, The Miz and Randy Orton against Edge and Kane...dysfunctional ending to RAW I expect. Melina and Alicia Fox beating the Bella Twins is fine, not bad. Sheamus beating Mark Henry is nothing new, didn't do anything for either men, really. Sheamus could have been used in a more productive manner. Haha, liked Alex Riley actually exploiting Yoshi Tatsu making an appearance to get into the Royal Rumble match. I feel he should have used his finisher to actually show he's more than a second-hand man here on RAW, but I suspect Yoshi had quite a bit of offense. Like the tidbit about this RAW being the 918th episode. Adds a bit to the show, could be added in with the graphics for every show, would be nice. Shawn Michaels in the ring again is nice. I just feel like he should have been more built up through the show to being revealed at the end. It would have brought in so much rating increase, probably. Juan Cena eh. I am interested, liked Wade Barrett exposing him though. Hated Shawn helping Juan clear house though. Shawn's good for the Sweet Chin Music moments, but the fact he cleared house...I don't know, just seems like the Nexus will try and get him back in the ring. Ted Dibiase beating R-Truth is fine, wow, Dibiase actually winning is one thing. Got to wonder if he can actually beat Daniel Bryan for the WWE United States Championship, or if he just looks like an absolute fool once again. John Morrison basically beat Jimmy Uso and Rikishi in a handicap match? Interesting call. I feel like this show featured too much Shawn Michaels. Again, more hype perhaps building to HBK as the RAW GM at the end of the show would have been better. Whilst Goldust as HBK's sidekick could be fun, this segment lacked all elements of continuity from moments ago with Nexus. Edge being the one to turn on Kane seemed likely, but I expected Randy Orton to just wipe out Miz. A good show, looking forward to this Miz and Orton match at Royal Rumble, but hope the stipulation isn't big. I just feel like it could have been better, the way it was directed with Shawn Michaels as GM.

Just a couple of errors, now fixed!

A fine opening segment with Shawn Michaels being revealed to be the General Manager. I hope we don’t see Michaels return to the ring. Sheamus/Henry would be a nice hard hitting brawl, I would think. Riley managing to qualify for the Rumble is fine. I expect Riley to eventually turn face on Miz. Lie detector test segment was okay, since I figured Michaels would treat it as a joke. DiBiase and Morrison qualifying for the Rumble were good decisions. A decent main event, which I figured one of the partipicants to turn on their partner. Figured it would’ve been Miz though since its RAW. Well, that happened after the match anyway, so no big deal. Overall, seemed like an average show. Interested to see the impact of Michaels as the GM for the weeks/months to come.

Following the opening video package, Smackdown kicks off with a pyro-technics display. Michael Cole welcomes us to the show, alongside Matt Striker and Josh Matthews.
We begin with the entrance of the World Heavyweight Champion Edge. The Rated R Superstar makes his way to the ring and begins speaking about his feud with Kane. Edge says that Kane has proved how mentally unstable and desperate he is over the past few weeks, with replays showing Kane attacking Edge unexpectedly. Edge says that Kane is desperate because he's not in control, because he doesn't have the World Title or Paul Bearer. Edge does. He claims that Kane is living in a 'different kind of hell' where he is nothing more than second best. He might be the Devil's Favourite Demon, but he's also Smackdown's biggest bald idiot. Even though he said he wouldn't return Paul Bearer to Kane, Edge says he's reconsidered this because he pities him. The Big Red Monster makes his entrance, interupting Edge. Kane looks extremely angry as he speaks. Kane demands a match with Edge at the Royal Rumble, for Paul Bearer, and the World Heavyweight Title. Kane wants the opportunity to 'break Edge's mind and body'. Edge accepts with a smile on his face, and reveals our main event in the process. Kane will be taking on the Big Show tonight!
Commercial Break
A Don't Try This video package airs.
Edge defeats Cody Rhodes with the Spear.
Teddy Long is backstage. He is heard confirming to a producer that the match between Edge and Kane will go ahead at the Royal Rumble with the agreed stipulation. However, this will be the last time these two go head-to-head in this feud. Drew McIntyre enters the room and demands one more match with David Hart Smith. Long is reluctant following two McIntyre's two previous losses to Smith, but eventually gives McIntyre his match. Long makes this a Royal Rumble qualifying match!
Commercial Break
Drew McIntyre defeats David Hart Smith with the Future Shock DDT to qualify for the 2011 Royal Rumble match. McIntyre escaped the Running Powerslam and pushed Smith into an exposed turnbuckle before hitting his own signature move.
A graphic reminds us that tonight we will see Kane and Big Show clash in our main event.
Commercial Break
LayCool come out for their upcoming tag team match, but have something to say before hand! McCool does most of the talking, basically taking more stabs at Beth Phoenix and Natalya. McCool reveals that Mr.McMahon personally guaranteed them BOTH a future Divas Championship match aswell as paid vacation, which they will take following their match tonight. McCool said they will both rest up and return on the 3-hour Birthday Edition of Monday Night RAW to announce the date of their title match.
LayCool defeat Kelly Kelly and Rosa Mendes with the Faith Breaker on Rosa.
Backstage, Alberto Del Rio walks up to a woman standing by the catering table. Del Rio begins to talk about how great he is and how a 'senorita' such as herself should feel honoured at his attention. However, JTG comes into the picture. He and this woman (who he calls Lacey) are apparently together tonight, and JTG doesn't appreciate Del Rio's 'attention'. Del Rio mocks JTG and says that he will send him back to the slums or the ghetto, wherever it is he came from.
Commercial Break
Alberto Del Rio defeats JTG (with Lacey) with a Flying Armbar. JTG puts in a very impressive performance, almost beating Del Rio at certain points.
After the match, Del Rio seems very angered at JTG almost beating him, and attacks him. Chris Masters makes the immiment save, throwing Del Rio over the top rope.
A graphic reminds us that tonight we will see Kane and Big Show clash in our main event. Up next, Rey Mysterio will meet the Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler!
Commercial Break
Rey Mysterio defeats Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero) with the 619.
A replay is shown of the debut last week of Epico and Hunico, Los Aviadores. They are in action next, again against the WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos.
Commercial Break
Los Aviadores defeat The Usos (with Rikishi) with a Tilt-a-Whirl-DDT to Jey Uso.
After the match, Epico and Hunico once again clear the attacking Usos from the ring.
Teddy Long is seen talking backstage with the All-American-American, Jack Swagger. The former World Heavyweight Champion brags about how he has taken one step to the main event of WrestleMania by qualifying for the Royal Rumble match. Long books a huge main event for next week's edition of Smackdown - Jack Swagger vs. Rey Mysterio!
A video package airs for January's pay-per-view event, Royal Rumble, coming to you live from Boston on January 30th. The Road to WrestleMania begins here.
Commercial Break
Kane defeats Big Show with the Chokeslam.
After the match, Kane stalks Big Show with a steel chair. However, before he can strike the lights go out in the arena. The crowd go wild in the darkness. The lights return to normal and Big Show is gone. Kane looks absolutely terrified as Smackdown concludes.
