After all the years I spent collecting Jakks CS, it's kind of nuts to FINALLY see a Savage figure. Especially after I threw in the towel on collecting wrestling figures. Not too fond of the hair, but it still looks great. Hopefully they do another one similar to his LJN figure (loved that attire).

Hopefully they do another one similar to his LJN figure (loved that attire). There will be a Savage in his classic gear coming out next year. Not really digging that figure, not a fan of Savage from that era. |

thanks for the pics. IMO very disappointing... that headscan looks nothing like him, now we can finally see it without the hat and glasses. sure they've given him long hair and a beard and a nice hat and glasses... but the FACE doesn't look like macho AT ALL... I know most people will be so excited to finally get a macho they will automatically disagree and attack me. but please people, ACTUALLY STOP AND LOOK at that head BEFORE you automatically assume it's amazing... Look past the hat, glasses, hair and beard. Look at the FACE. That is NOWHERE close to Macho Man's face. And IMO anyone who says it is a good likeness, clearly lacks the ability to see differences between a real face and a reproduction. What a let down.  |

It's a great fig, but the head puts me off just a bit as well. It's not the hair (tho I see what the one dude said about scarecrow hair being more accurate), but the beard looks a bit out of whack around the goatee area. I'm not complaining and I CANNOT wait to get mine, but I see what others are saying.

Great pick-up! Thanks for the pics. Could probably use that scan for a custom Billy Jack Haynes too.
