So I'm going to Redskins training camp on Wednesday, and while I still debate on which type of influence I will be under, I kinda wanna pull a Randy Marsh and fight some little sh*t white kid's dad after said kid says something about Eli.
I THOUGHT THIS WAS AMERICA.

Hey I'll take lucky and a Lombardi over statistically being "the best" any and every day of the week. I don't blame ya. I'd take it too. Hahaha. How is his credibility trash? HE ADMITTED TO DOING IT. Doesn't that tell you something? Jesus. You know whose credibility is trash? The guys who were blatantly doing it and won't fess up for the sake of not wanting to look like "cheaters." He didn't fess up for a decade. It's still a dirtbag thing to do that many don't agree with regardless of admission. It's not going to be forgotten. From my view, I don't look at him the same way anymore and I'm glad there isn't a controversy surrounding the organization I follow. If there was and someone admitted to cheating, I wouldn't look at it the same. When I found out the Yankees of the late 90s were on steroids I literally lost pride in the WS wins of 98, 99 and 2000. They cheated.

Personally, I believe every team in the NFL cheated in some way to get ahead, or scout, or whatever. Whether they realized it or not. I bet you a lot of teams still do. I was pissed about spygate when it happened, but they were punished, and life goes on. Everyone in baseball was popping roids like Pez for 20 years. But everyone keeps trying to focus on that dark time, instead of trying to prevent it from happening again, and moving on. I guess I could see Rams fans harboring a grudge longer, but really. Move on.

As a player to play for? HANDS DOWN. To win a SB? Belichik gets the nod. But I dont doubt Ryan can win one or 2. But if I had to choose 1 coach to win, its Belichik. Hasnt proved jack poop? Clearly you havent been watching the past couple of seasons. This is the same Rex Ryan, son of Buddy Ryan, who took his Jets team to the AFC Championship game with a rookie QB....ALL as a rookie QB. The same Rex Ryan, who 1 year later, returned to the AFC championship game having one of the TOUGHEST roads to get there by going on the road against Indy and Peyton Manning, on the road in NE against possibly the greatest of all time in Brady and the 14 win Pats team and on the road against the juggernaught known as the Steelers. 3 games against 3 of the top 5 QBs in the league. I do believe Sanchez will have a breakout season this year. Can they return to the AFC Title game? Absolutely. Will they? Remains to be seen. He may not have 3 rings or even 1 ring....but like Andy Reid.....he deserves credit as being a hell of a coach. Ryan hasn't proved jack sh*t to be on Belichick's level. I really don't see why anyone would take him over BB. Once again like earlier, I'm butting out of this because this topic will be a reoccurring thing, many times over the season. If you cant figure out why players would rather play for Ryan over Belichik, you never played organized sports. If your comparisons to Andy Reid are legit, than enjoy making countless Championship games (Like Ryan already has) and failing, I don't think you want Rex Ryans ceiling to be anything near Reids, he's a good coach..but not something you wanna use as a comparison. I guess Dan Marino is a failure. Side note.....Haynesworth skipped practice today.

Haynesworth is hurt and fat, you do not "skip" practice in New England, this isnt some do whatever you want while I pose for the cameras type camp they run in NY Anyways, I dont understand the Broncos, you are not a playoff team, play ing Tebow, or trade him. If you do not believe in him, just deal him, why ruin his trade value/not see what you have while he is sitting behind Orton and Quinn while you go 5-11 Mind boggling

Why would he sit behind Quinn? Tebow is listed as No. 2.

Why would he sit behind Quinn? Tebow is listed as No. 2. Rumor has it that Quinn is pushing/outplaying Timmy for the #2 spot. All moot since all 3 can be active, but whats the point for him to be the #3/option guy

Fair enough. I don't disagree with your point, just clarifying.

He didn't fess up for a decade. Because it wasn't an issue until then. Let's think about this logically for a second... Let's take a crime that we all do like speeding in our cars. Everyone speeds. No one really talks about it. It's not that big of a deal. Now let's imagine that, in 20 years, speeding suddenly becomes a HUGE problem for some reason. Like, the President is speeding in a car he bought and killed some kids crossing the street. Huge controversy. Suddenly speeding is looked at in a different manner, even though ALMOST EVERYONE was doing it before then. Certainly speeding from that point on is going to be looked at differently than it was prior to the President killing kids with his car (AKA Patriots getting caught taping practices). That doesn't mean he was the only one who was speeding. It was just this specific incident that made the 'crime' stand out in the media. It's still a dirtbag thing to do that many don't agree with regardless of admission. It's not going to be forgotten. From Jimmy Johnson? It's certainly going to be forgotten from him. I'd venture a guess that most of the posters here don't know he did it. That doesn't change the fact that he did, of course, but people look at the Patriots like they were the only ones doing it and it's just so blatantly not true. From my view, I don't look at him the same way anymore and I'm glad there isn't a controversy surrounding the organization I follow. If there was and someone admitted to cheating, I wouldn't look at it the same. So you're saying to me that you think A'Rod is worse than Barry Bonds because he admitted to doing it, as opposed to not admitting to it even though he's blatantly guilty? I mean, really man... This is equivalent to being a little kid, covering your mouth and screaming "NAH NAH NAH NAH NAH, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!!!" as someone explains reality to you. When I found out the Yankees of the late 90s were on steroids I literally lost pride in the WS wins of 98, 99 and 2000. They cheated. That's sad. Everyone cheated, man.

I still don't know why people are upset.
The Pats lost the Superbowl that year and lost some draft picks, its over, move on. Belichick is still the best coach in the NFL and a lock for the HOF.

The whole thing is just a bunch of big mouth talk and unconventional. When the team fails the players have to take the heat.

Not sure how the players take the heat when he has came out and said when we lose its on me. I didn't plan enough or well enough, or do whatever. He did say in the AFC title game at half time there is nothing wrong wiht the in scheme i put together if you made the tackles. They started playing well in the 2nd half and almost pulled it out. One time he said that and behind closed doors.

Without coaches players are nothing, without players coaches are nothing. They all come together to make a TEAM. So the team wins.
