I can't tell u how angry it makes me every time I'm watching the NFL Network and somebody on there starts talking about how NFL.com has the best fantasy football around... NEWS FLASH: ESPN IS BETTER THAN YOU IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE

Just finished my fantasy draft in the league I have with all my friends. Don't ask why the guy decided to have it so early, he insisted. Here's my line up:
QB - Matt Schaub
RB - Jamaal Charles
RB - Maurice Jones Drew
WR - Johnny Knox
WR - Wes Welker
TE - Vernon Davis
W/R - Ryan Matthews
K - Billy Cundiff

Act your age fans not your IQ. He was one of my favorite players and he signed with the eagles, I'll be pissed all I want. I feel your pain. I watched Jerry Rice in a Raiders uniform, Joe Montana as a Chief, Ronnie Lott as a Jet and Roger Craig as a Raider. It felt like my entire childhood had been ripped from the depths of my stomach. Luckily though, We were still a good team without them. |

I don't care if Smith will be out until week 6-8, I'm ing HEATED. He is hands down the best 3rd down receiver/slot receiver in the NFL. This kid runs routes sicker than sick. I'm sick to my stomach that he would jump on the eagle hype bandwagon, I have this dudes jersey..I have his poster ing signed, I'm just so devastated right now........ |

Who cares, Smith is nearly done and has been Mr. Glass the past few years. His return to the Giants wasn't a silver lined situation. He works hard on his own to stay in shape and be ready and he was still getting hurt. His injuries cost us games last year but the truth is the O-Line and secondary cost us more than anything else. I see the bigger vision for the Giants and Jerry Reese. They are not trying to load up for a 1 to 3 year run. They are managing this Roster with the bigger picture in mind. The team has serious issues on the O-Line, and this isn't the time to pay WR's and TE's. With the O-Line issues they have, Smith's presence proved to be irrelevant last year, many times. |

Funny, I don't think anyone in the NFL had more of a connection with his fans on facebook/twitter than Steve Smith did. I don't know why, he just had that connection..He was like one of us, you know..down to earth, normal..he even ragged on the Eagles like we did, posting pictures of Philly with an empty Super Bowl collection and constantly making fun of them on a weekly basis. Then he signs with them? Real class act. |
