Let's talk about FB THor Merrow on the Falcons, and how awesome it would be if he made the team. Thor Merrow up the gut for 3 tackled by Captain Munnerlyn.

One game tonight matters to me. Eagles/Ravens. Good shiz. Especially because my parents are bandwagon Raven fans, became fans when Joe Flacco [former University of Delaware QB] was drafted by Baltimore.

Oh well. Still erryone, shut the fugg up. Football is officially back tonight with pre-season games. Enough of the Giants/Eagles and Mike Vick talk. what the hell is erryone? You need an edumacation boy. Anyways the games tonight don't interest me, get back at me tomorrow or Sat. (Can't remember when Carolina plays) Giants/Carolina on Saturday. I'm kinda more excited to see Cam Newton than our own team at this point.

I have heard Marvin looks like a beast, and Jerrigan has some explosiveness..he could defiantly be our new kick returner. I just wanna see how our O-Line and Run game come together on Saturday, and maybe how Eli/Beckum/Barden's chemistry has evolved.

Jericho Cotchery to the Steelers.
What's this? The Steelers signing someone who's actually sort of known? Unfathomable!

Ward, Wallace, Cotchery, Sanders, Battle, Brown...toss in Miller at TE and the prospects of Grisham and Sweed (presuming his foot's healed and has gotten over his case of stone-hands)...it's a sexy recieving group, I won't lie.

Although I only care about the Bucs game tomorrow, I'm so excited for football! Preseason or not!

Wallace and if you want to include Miller are the only ones that even matter imo. Ward is more a blocker now, he can catch but I imagine he'll be the 3rd down over the middle WR who blocks more then catches this year.

Ooooh close call here! Avant had a toe-drag catch in the endzone. Called incomplete, but Andy is challenging. See if we get the TD.
No score. It was a close call, and there just wasn't enough to overturn the call. *shrug* But Brent Celek gets in on a 2 yard pass from Mike!! TOUCHDOWN EAGLES!!!!

Ward's been essentially the slot guy for a couple of years now, but he's still damn good at what he does. And for the record, Sanders and Brown are actually solid route runners...they just don't get the recognition because either Ward's catching a ball while being covered by 3 different guys or Wallace is burning the entire oppositions backfield. They don't get thrown to because of that, but if you watch any of the Steelers games, you'll see that they're always running very good routes...they're just not normally the number one option.

I don't see Brown or Sanders as anything more then maybe a #2 at best. Plus they are on a running team more then a passing team. Both are young enough to develop into something but I don't think either will be a #1 WR somewhere.

Mike's night is done, just one series. 4/6, 74 YDS, 1 TD. Not too bad. I know it's preseason, and there's alot to be said, but this seems like it's a good sign for the season. VY10 is in now, along with Ronnie Brown.
