Wins mean nothing. It's nearly a useless stat.

Wins mean nothing. It's nearly a useless stat. Yeah why does he still bring up wins? After all the times of you and Ralpho telling him that they don't mean anything, he still brings it up. He does realize a starter could give up 5+ runs and still win a game, right?

So Lorenzos usual Yankees projection is ignoring injuries and expecting all the Yankees to have their best years.
Sounds about right

So a lady at work is apparently Lee Smith's cousin. She tells me she can get me autographed gear. Very cool. Also, why is Lee Smith not in the HOF? Seriously, WTF??

Why would the Phils be interested in him at all is beyond me? Even without Oswalt (who I still hope they can get back on a 1 year incentive laden deal) they've got very good starting pitching and Kendrick is a good long man. Burnett is an over paid sack of crap. There. I said it.

Michael Pineda showed up at camp about 25 lbs overweight.....so that's great news. Good thing the Yankees are tossing away 190+ inning starters.

AJ Burnett in the NL > Worley and fat Blanton and Kendrick. Seriously, how is that difficult to see? Burnett at 5 million or fat Blanton at 8.5?
I have heard of the two kids the Yankees got, both are decent lottery tickets. I actually drafted Cayonez in my dynasty league

From Bryan Hotch's Twitter: #Yankees RHP Michael Pineda said he reported to camp around 280 lbs. and needs to lose 10 lbs. this spring. From Erik Boland's Twitter: Pineda said he's a little heavy. Is most comfortable at 270; right now is 280. Be calm: losing 10 lbs in spring training not a big deal ------ Keep in mind Pineda is 6'7 (as tall as Sabathia). Seriously, Lorenzo, get lost.

Michael Pineda is billed at 260....he showed up at 280. That's 20, and just because he shouldn't even be 260, I believe he is 25 lbs overweight. And CC is billed at 290....and he's easily 330 lbs. There is no way that: This is 290: And This is 280: Baseball heights and weights are fudged.

He was 260 last season but he HIMSELF says he's fine at 270 (which sounds about right for a 6'7 power pitcher). Dude...just stop. You make yourself look so, so stupid.

AJ Burnett in the NL > Worley and fat Blanton and Kendrick. Seriously, how is that difficult to see? Burnett at 5 million or fat Blanton at 8.5? Blanton is overpaid and injury prone. He's better than Blanton if the Yankees pick up the same salary they're picking up with the Pirates. Worley makes the league minimum and Kendrick makes $2.5 mil as a long man.

CC lost a lot of weight last offseason too.....
And he gained it all back during the season and was worthless in the ALDS again.
This is a pic of CC in Spring Training last year......he was fat again at the end of the year.

I know, I feel bad for the Yankees having CC on the team. What a terrible player he is. Having an average of 3.18 ERA over the last 3 years for the Yankees is such a hard ship!
DAMN YOU FAT MAN! WHY CANT YOU BE BETTER!

CC Sabathia
2010 Postseason: 5.63 ERA 16.0 innings, 22 hits, 3 HR, 7 walks .333 AVG 1.81 WHIP
2011 Postseason: 6.23 ERA 8.2 Innings, 10 hits, 1HR,8 WALKS! .323 AVG 2.08 WHIP
The guy can really pound the crap out of the Baltimore Orioles during the regular season....but he's pretty useless in the Playoffs. Hopefully he's in better shape this year so he's not a fatigued shell of a man during the Playoffs, the only part of the year that matters.
