Damn we lose game 1 on a no call then barely lose game 2 with Billups and Amare out.
Boston looks softer than babies thighs these days.

crap, I expected the Knicks to take one of these games so I took off Tuesday. I hope the Celtics dont sweep so I wont be sitting home on a Tuesday night, but I wouldnt mind the extra 300$ to 2012 tickets.

Great quote from Adelmann: ''I came here to coach Yao and Tracy and I got Luis and Chuck.'' Haha where was that article? It is true though. I have a feeling Houston is going to regret this decision. The guy's a winner, simple as that. Luis Scola isnt a bad player, but he is a PF, not an emergency center like the Rockets used him in the 2009 series against the Lakers when Yao broke his foot.

Still baffles me as to how the ball ends up in Jared Jeffries hands on the Knick's final two possessions.

Brendan Haywood shooting the freethrows at the end of the half was hysterical.

I can't believe the Blazers lost again. If nothing else the turnovers killed them in the second half. They're not playing like they're in the playoffs. They better turn it around and win both games at home or there's no chance.

They better turn it around and win both games at home or there's no chance. I believe it. Outside of the last few minutes of the game Portland played well, they give up open 3's which isn't new and deadly for a jump shooting team, but I thought they played hard and that's the discouraging thing. Dallas has a deeper team, they have Peja, Haywood, Barrera and Terry vs Nic Batum. Roy isn't the same guy physically and and even more mentally. He's bricking free throws, he has no confidence right now and it shows. Rudy is streaky, maybe a little home cookin' can get him going, but these two guys have been no shows for Portland. Patty Mills is a 3rd string PG on most teams playing backup. They have zero front court depth too. I mean Chris Johnson and Earl Barron? D-league all-stars= end of the bench NBA players. They just don't have depth. I like Portland's starting five a little better than Dallas', not by much, but the Mavs have the deeper more experienced club and it's obvious. It's not over, I wasn't confident about this team winning to begin with, but we are talking about the Mavs here. They do choke, but it's gonna be hard to win a series being down 0-2.

The Hornets really should be winning this game. Pau/Kobe aren't really doing much.

Boston looks softer than babies thighs these days. only a frontline of Artest/Gasol/Bynum can stop Carmelo when he is on fire. Is that your serious opinon? Really? I wonder if this place was flowing with Carmello love when he was stinking for the first few weeks after the trade. "When he is on fire" is an ok way to put it though, since he's streaky as hell anyway. I won't deny that Carmello Anthony is a great player and has the build and tools to be really hard to stop, but you make him sound like he's in the class of LeBron or Rose and I really don't see him like that. He has not finished in this series against Boston. He's got his limelight finally. I don't think Carmello is anywhere near where LeBron is, and frankly, I think Rose is mature beyond LeBron at this point (whether I'm biased or not being from Chicago, the kid can finish a game out and has an attitude that LeBron has never been able to show beyond a few postgame interviews after a W). I would not take a Knicks team with an "on fire" Carmello against the Bulls right now, even if I was a die-hard Knicks fan. The Bulls' defense is #1 in the league for a reason too. The Celtics defense has held NY just fine actually, so I don't know why I'm preaching about other teams anyway. The Lakers are not the only team that can stop a hot Carmello is my point... Gasol's d' has been softer than crap lately too... I would not place him in any conversation about defense without critisizing him, to be perfectly honest. Maybe we're watching different games. The Knicks don't look like they're going to kick round 1, so it won't come down to a Bynum, Artest and Gasol matchup. But even if they were to upset Boston, the East isn't cheesecake anymore.

I live in Chicago and have followed the Bulls since you were in diapers and Horace didn't need his goggles, but throw stones at people you don't know. Dummy. Besides, when you win MVP at age 22 you have the right to be overrated by anyone.

Also didnt Boston slow down Carmelo in Game 1? The immortal Jermaine O'Neal! lmao no kidding. What that guy above should've said is, "Boy, the Knicks sure got overhyped by the media when Carmello Anthony stepped into the Garden!!!!!" I think if I was a little bit more drunk than I am at this point in time, I would rather see the Bulls knocked out if somehow the Knicks could face the Nugs, and get spanked by a team, since I have seen 6 titles in my life already (more than a teenager who just got into the Knicks will probably see in their life, but I digress). the Celtics already have that covered with Jermaine and NENARD Kristic though! Really I hope there's a Celtics/Bulls meetup in the playoffs, because that would be one series that intimidates and excites me like no other.
