I'm glad that Lucha Underground is airing on UniMas, since I have that channel. I'll give it a chance, even though it's not really a AAA show as I expected it to be. It could be fun hearing Striker on commentary again, and it's more wrestling I can watch on TV.

I'm watching Lucha Underground right now. So far it looks cool. The way it looks on TV, they're making it look more like a soap opera. Also, when Blue Demon Jr. and Chavo Guerrero Jr. were on the outside, you could see Matt Striker and Vampiro commentating, when it's Hugo and Vampiro commentating in the UniMas version. I was like, "Lol, wow". Anyways, I'm watching the segment with the owner and Konnan making some kind of deal. I'll edit later with my full opinion.

Watched Johnny Mundo vs. Prince Puma on YouTube just now. Really good match, I thought. The overall production of the show reminds me very much of Wrestling Society X.
Also, I marked out for Vampiro on commentary.

Just watched Johnny Mundo vs. Prince Puma and thought it was a good match, Mundo all his old WWE spots. the production looked different which I liked plus Matt Striker was great doing play by play as long as he isn't over produced I think he will be fine

I'm loving everything about Lucha Underground. The one-hour format is perfect give you just enough action, and keep the storylines clear. I love seeing gimmicks again and the lucha libre style is awesome! That triple threat match between Fenix, Pentagon Jr, and Drago was amazing. I'm hoping this promotion sticks around for a long time!

Lucha Underground is a nice breath of fresh air in the U.S. wrestling scene. It's a great mix of TV show like segments with good action. Puma, Mundo, Felix, and Drago have all really impressed me as of now.

i watched the rest of the 1st episode and the 2nd episode of Lucha Underground and i really enjoyed them both. I like the fact they are focusing on a few characters per show and the vignettes are different which is a huge plus. Prince Puma and Konnen are perfect together.
On a random note i found a CMLL 2015 calender in a calender store today, it was so random

Watched every episode of Lucha Underground and it's an absolute breath of fresh air. Love the whole style of the show, despite it being a little bit silly at times.
Fenix is absolutely awesome! And Drago has one of the coolest masks ever.

Another one bigging up Lucha Underground. I think it might even be time for it's own thread. I fear it might get a bit TNAish if they oversaturate it with old WWE stars and make it a little bit too OTT with the storylines. Now though, it's excellent and I really am looking forward to the next episode. They seem to be developing the characters really well and after a bit of practice I can see the promos getting really good as well.
It's such a breath of fresh air after having to trudge through Raw for 3 hours and I think that this could be a gateway into the indy's for me. I couldn't look past the lack of production in the other feds but this ticks all the boxes.
The only thing I'd change is the credits running at the start and the end. I think it makes it look like a TV show and just kind of forces home the scripted feel but it really is a minor gripe.

As for subscribing, not sure, but you can buy "Box Y Lucha" at your local spanish grocery stores/convenience stores. There are quite a few lucha mags to be had, if you look up their names, their official sites may be able to help. The mags run like $2.50 u.s. Hope that helps. !Viva Lucha¡ VPV |

Man, I've never visited the Indy Fed section of this board but I definitely wanted to stop by here and also give my thumbs up to Lucha Underground! I have seen AND enjoyed all 3 episodes thus far and I am excited to see more. The production, the segments and of course the in-ring action is great. It's the first time in a LONG time that I didn't press the Forward button on any wrestling show or DVD.

Just started watching Lucha Underground. Just found out about it last night during RAW. Good to see some familiar faces especially Konnan. Really needed something new to watch WWE and TNA just doesnt really cut it for me anymore sad to say.
