Come to learn, my wife (I use that term loosely now) took the dumpster this week three large boxes of my CS inventory. She threw about about a dozen Ricky Steamboat and dozen or so Rock Legends as well. Threw away, in a dumpster. Garbage. because she said she was mad at me for not getting rid of them (selling them) in a timely fashion. Included were several Series 1 Bret Hart, among many othert CSDA and CS, and Entrance Greats I got on the cheap. Probably several hundred dollars worth of figures in the f'ing trash. Is she f'ed in the head? PMDD personified. I don't know if I can life with someone that would do that, blatantly behind my back. Thoughts, concerns?

Dude, seriously, my wife throws my figs in the trash, and she packs her bags and leaves the house and gets the divorce papers served to her a week later. We have simple rules in the household: I don't mess with her make-up hobby, she don't mess with my figures. Works wonderfully.

Tough one.
Divorce is a bit much I think.
I would prob just not buy her anything until I got my figs back.

Tell her the money that you WOULD HAVE MADE selling those figures was going towards a new necklace you were going to buy for her and make her feel guilty. That's if you really really love her...
If it were me, I'd probably consider leaving her. You have to look at the bigger picture. It's not about wrestling figures. It's about your wife throwing away the things you love. She might not understand collecting, but if she's so quick to pass judgement on your hobby then she might not be the one to spend eternity with.

Depends I guess.
- Did you both talk and agree you would sell your figures or reduce your collection? If so, how long ago? - Did she give you a warning so you could respond?
I mean if you guys talked and agreed to sell off your figures or even reduce your collection and its been 5-6 months. She has reason enough to do what she did.
If this was just flat out of the blue and you guys didn't even TALK about anything, I would (dead serious) consider counceling. Its the principal here: she threw out stuff that meant something to you without your consent or even talking about it and reaching a mutual understanding.

I would have no patience for this. Leave that relationship immediately.
Before we start saying things like "oh, it's only toys, he said he was gonna sell them anyway," let's consider the following -
1.) Yes, they're toys. Toys that, when presented to the right buyer, could gain a lot of money. Even today, when there's not much demand for CS figures, it's not uncommon to see them go for ten or so a pop, more if they're MOC. Present this to your wife, asking her if she would have done the same to a stack of cash that had been "sitting around too long," since basically that's what happened.
2.) The argument that they're toys is irrelevant. The fact that you were selling them made no difference to her in this matter. I mean, she could have thrown out old records. Or collectible plates. Or a guitar. It wouldn't matter to her, since "garbage" is "garbage," no matter how sentimental or important to you. She took a valuable possession from you and now, the bottom line is, you no longer have it, nor do you have anything to show for it except resentment and a wife who, without action, will assume she can do this again anytime she wants.
So...yes. Get out right now. That relationship is destructive. I would also at least ask for remuneration (possibly imply court?) for your lost collectibles. If she scoffs, suggest to her that you'll be arbitrarily selecting things she enjoys (up to the value of what you lost) that she'd have a hard time replacing, and throwing them out within the week. Maybe that'll change her mind.

As for dumpster diving, they are long gone. She also took a box of assorted Toybiz TNA and Jakks and some assorted 2-packs and sold them (supposedly) without my knowledge, which all things considered is a fair premuim for the items. The items she tossed out behind my back I had no prior knowledge of, no warnings, just a promise that they would eventually be sold. Never indicated a time line, I recently started a new job that occupies me full-time. And have told her constantly there's not enough time in the day for me to do everything she wants me to do. I can only do so much at one time.

To be fair, nothing was from my personal collection, it was all multiples strictly for resale.

^ Don't justify it, man. You could have one CS Rock figure or one thousand CS Rock figures. The fact is, they're yours. If your intent was resale, then so be it. The fact that they're in the landfill isn't getting you any profit kicked back.
Throw out/sell some of her stuff and watch how fast the other shoe drops on you, bud.
