Have you like or hated the Bound For Glory Series?

Good concept. My only problem is that it took so long and started to become stale (Especially with wrestlers like Bully Ray on top and Samoa Joe at the bottom of the rankings.)

I would have rather just seen a king of the ring type of thing. The point system was really convoluted and Matt Morgan went out and Crimson "can't lose" and it just turned into a cluster imo. I am pulling for Bobby Roode to win but it got hard to follow, which made me not care about it. I'm glad it's coming to an end personally.

I think it would have been interesting if they had a series like they did, but the series didn't take 4-5 months. Truth is that the series should have featured 'talented' wrestlers (Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Kaz, Brian Kendrick, Austin Aries, Alex Shelley, Bobby Roode, Rob Van Dam, & Sting.)

Kendrick should NEVER be in a tournament for the World title or world title shot.

Yeah, that too. I think a build over 2 months or so with 2 PPVs would have been more than enough. They could have even gone so far as to build it right up to BFG with Angle getting involved with all of the final 4 or whatever. But yeah, it would have been cool for guys like Kaz and Daniels who have never had a World Title run or Shelley and Aries who are X-Division stars to have a shot at the championship. It's hard for me to care about Gunner, Crimson, or either member of Team 3D. Even James Storm feels out of place in the tournament and I'm a fan. It's spilt milk to me at this point so I am just personally hoping Roode gets put over so it won't be all for not.

I think Roode vs. Angle is likely (the right booking in this situation) but TNA will probably have Bully Ray lock Kurt Angle in a prison cell and go Big Bubba on him.

I hope Roode wins but I have a bad feeling they will just use him winning as an excuse to break up Beer Money and have a match between the two at BFG.

Should only be a 2 month series. That way there is less chances for top guys to get injured for the amount of time. Also why 12 guys? Should be the top 10. Other than that its really been one of Impacts best ideas.

Its a great concept, but one big talking point for me was that it revealed the companys weaknesses.
The likes of Gunner and Crimson, who are very green, have had a great run. Along with Roode, Devon and Bully Ray. Without this tournament, these wrestlers would be no more than mid card.
I also cant help but feel if it wasnt for the BFG Series, TNA wouldnt have even noticed how badly they were misusing their top talent. For example, Joe and RVD are 2 guys who were obviously not picked to win the series, so they dropped lots of points, very early in the series.. Its alienating for a fan of either worker to look at a league standing and realise their favorate wont be getting a World Title push until at least October. TNA lost alot of respect from their fans for choosing to push the likes of Gunner instead.
I also feel it went on for too long. If there was a point limit it could have been more interesting. They could have had 3/4 wrestlers reach the score limit, and then have them face off in a 3/4 way dance for the number one contendership. At least that would have given the feel that the series could have ended at any time (once one wrestler gains a certain amount of points).
Also, the point limit should have been a low number. Like 30Pts, 3Pts per win. That way, the series could have dragged out for just as long, without making one wrestler look too dominant. Although saying that, if that was the case, Crimson would have won it months ago.
TNA just cant book. Nuff said.

Pretty much what everyone else said. I like the concept, but have no idea why guys like Bully Ray/Devon are on top and Samoa Joe on the bottom.

I think they could have did that and had Crimson have like 20 points, and Samoa Joe could have came out of nowhere and demolished everyone in his path. AJ Styles could have had a good winning run too. The fourth man should be someone like Sting because he would have been the veteran leader. Sting could have been the one Crimson went over. AJ Styles could have been screwed by Christopher Daniels; because Daniels could have took AJ out before the match. Samoa Joe could have actually caused controversy by making Sting tap out, and Crimson could have pinned Sting at the same time. That would make two matches for Bound For Glory. -Kurt Angle (c) vs. Crimson vs. Samoa Joe -AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels

It should have been a Round Robin sort of deal, whereas the way it is setup (and granted this is from reading reports, not actually watching), but there is no structure to the matches, just throwing random pairings together. Thus, not every wrestler has the same number of matches, which is unfair. When they announced it I was hoping they were following suit of Chikara's current 12 Large Summit, but I was yet again disappointed.

I have enjoyed the BFG Series though, Crimson is growing on me.
