Does it matter? It's for the HEAVYWEIGHT title (which is looked at by most as the most prestigious title in all of combat sports) and it's UFC's debut on the #1 network in America. I think they'll be fine. Bingo.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.
I personally think they should have gone with
Ben Henderson vs. Clay Guida and Tito Ortiz vs. Rich Franklin.
but whatever. It will be a fantastic fight.

It'll probably Reem/Lesnar, or Lesnar/Mir III. I don't think they'll be putting Overeem anywhere near Lesnar for the forseable future - especially for Brock's first fight back... it's just such a bad match-up for him style-wise.

Hopefully they'll find some airtime for Guida/Henderson considering it's most likely a #1 Contender's fight.

Rumor is that they're trying to get 2 fights broadcasted on FX before the FOX show.

That will be a great follow up fight, as I could easily see the HW bout ending in the first round.

is guida/henderson gonna be on tv as well? seems like too high profile a fight to me, to keep strictly on facebook... but i dont know if theyre gonna dedicate the entire hour [?] show to just cain and cigano.

No, it won't. Only the title fight will air on Fox, but Fox.com and Facebook.com will stream all the other fights.

I'm going to lul if this fight ends in the first round because I want to know what are they going to do for the rest of the time. If you spend 30 minutes hyping this, you're bound to lose viewers. Even American Idol finales try to keep you somewhat interested until the final 5 minutes. Making this a mini-PPV on TV would be a great way to show people they're serious about this working.

...they really should show Guida/Henderson (or highlights) if it finishes early...
