Screw her. Set up a camera outside and inside at night and show it to whoever you have to as proof. You'll win, but she would probably still be a bitch. Just go off on her and find out why she's such a bitch.
Or feed her to the dogs. Whatever works better.

Honest to god, here's a way to get her. File a temporary order on her, stating she is harrassing you and your dogs (she is and has orders out on her and against others) then let her sign these papers for your dogs. You then tell them she is filing false claims because of retaliation on you. You then go to your other neighbors and have them sign a piece of paper stating that they have not heard your dogs barking.

Have sex with her, she probably hasn't had some in 20 years as you said she was 80, and 20 years of no sex probably ends up her being angry and irritating.
Alright, I'm playing but just sit her down and try to reason with her, tell her that you want a truce, do small things for her like mow her lawn or fix her plumbing, that'll get you on her good side.

She caught me outside last night while I was working on my lawn. She's always extremely nice to my face. I mentioned I might be moving. She thought it was a shame or so she said.
After sleeping on it, I now wonder if I have a second neighbor who also hates my guts for some unknown reason. Maybe I'm just a difficult guy to live around. Not sure how since I never talk to any of these people.

I would suggest moving or renting your home and rent somewhere else. Right now with the house market it will take a while before you sell or go below your asking price.

Its not dropping to her level if its the truth. Buy a video camera and video tape her multiple times in your yard. Put a no trespassing sign in camera view. If her cats poops in your yard report it. Dropping to her level is making lies. If you report the bad things she actually does your going up a level and not down like her. ^ beat me to it. Don't lie and sink to her level, but if the truths there, use it. |
