Whats up with 4 Macho Man figures, and not one has come with a belt. What disrespect. 4 figs with all the same head scan? By the way all retail figs that come with belts are always bought on day 1. Why not give 3-4 belts per wave and strap them in around the figs waist so they cant be jacked. Sells will improve.

I agree atleast 1 should came with a belt. And the new macho king is awesome but I wish we could have gotten that other scan

Changing the Elite packaging will stop most returns with repacking other figures. Belts will still be stolen either way even if there is different packaging.

How is that disrespectful?Because that will cost too much to produce, mattel have a limited amount of money they can spend per wave, and belts would eat into that. One belt may be feasible, not 3 or 4.Won't help anything, they can still easily be stolen. It's their packaging that needs to change, the elites are too easy to remove and re-package. Come on E10 Show came with 2 belts n a shirt and E11 Miz came with a briefcase n belt. Look at even the new Bret fig, jacket belt, glasses n flag. Not that it's disrespectful but Macho could have came with a belt. The new macho king is $30 exclusive n no belt? Granted, but out of the four Machos, only really two could have come with the belt. They just decided not to put belts with Macho Man. I can't call that disrespectful one bit. There are a bunch of other guys who have alot more figures than Macho and haven't gotten a belt yet. e.g Rey Mysterio, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Edge, etc. |

He could have came with a belt. Bret is coming with one n he didn't have it at Canadian stampede. He has glasses, jacket, flag n belt while DM Mach came with coat, glasses n hat. I think if they wanted to they could have thrown in a belt. Same argument with macho king, he didn't have a belt but still could have came with one for that price tag. If not that at least something a little different than all the machos we already got. It really is just a repaint with new accessories. |

I am going to go against popular opinion here and say that I find it disrespectful not only to the Macho Man but to the fans. There are ALOT of wrestlers that need a belt and haven't gotten it and I think that by not listening to the fans that Mattel is not doing their job.
Mattel's job is to sell figures and accessories that we want to buy. Sure it may cost them a little bit extra to make a figure with a belt but what is more costly for them in the long run? Figures that won't sell as well because they don't have a belt or going the extra mile to appease the fans and create a more in demand product?
I think the case is clear on this one.

well,let's look at this,shall we?
Defining Moments 1 - WrestleMania VII attire : um,he didn't have a title then....
Legends 5 : yes,this potentially could've had the IC Title,or Winged Eagle...
All-Stars 2-pack : could've maybe had the IC Belt,based upon the attire, but none of the figures in these sets came with them...
RSC Macho King Exclusive : again,did not have a title during his time as King...
so,really,it would've been feasible,from an economic and look/gimmick situation,for only ONE of the 4 figures to realistically come with a Belt...i don't see how that's a disrespect at ALL....

L5 macho could have came with ic belt. I'm sure a lot of remember him with that look n the IC belt. Sure. But if we got the belt instead of the other accessories, it would be a bad move. We already had the old IC belt in Legends series 3 and 4. Much better for series 5 Macho to come with Macho-specific accessories rather than the same belt we already had twice. The Bret figure might as well be a Montreal Screwjob figure. Bret at least held the title when he looked like that. Savage never held a title whilst wearing the white and purple space cowboy pimp outfit. The RSC Exclusive Elite Kane, Punk and Mysterio didn't come with belts. They came with a pretty standard set of accessories for their line (even less in Rey's case). The Macho King figure has a perfectly acceptable set of unique accessories for the Legends line. We pay extra because it's an exclusive figure. Yeah, I'm sick of how we're getting the same crown, cape and sceptre that came with all the other Machos. That's what it would be if it had an anachronistic title belt, too. Think about these things before you say them. |

I see every ones point, and I am just trying to justify paying the $30+ 10.00 shipping price tag at RSC. All for a HALF new Macho man. It is a RSC exclusive and it will be the only way to get this figure. So I have to bit$h and complain before I hit the order button. bret, cena DM's, and flash back 12's will all be in retail so this will offically be the first over priced figure I ever purchase. By the way Bret's first figure gets a belt when he did not have the belt? DM Cena has 7 huge extras and thats cost effective?? Big show 2 Belts?? wich these are all welcome changes I am not complaining about that! Just keep it coming with the new figs.
