I just wanted them to take one game away, Detroit's home opener. Because I wouldnt be able to go because of a friends wedding, anything after that upsets me greatly... it wont really sink in until they start canceling regular season games

Greetings. It's been such a long time since I've been in the NHL thread. I'm like the distant relative y'all only see a few times during the offseason, but like a typical relative I come bearing presents from my recent excursion to Toronto and the Hockey Hall of Fame building. wfigs.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=sports&action=display&thread=260904I tried to get as many pics as I could to make sure all of the peeps here got at least one pic from their teams, the only one I couldn't find anything for was for Pepsi because they really had nothing from the Canucks which was surprising and such. Well ESPN2 showed a KHL game this afternoon.
So there's hockey.....you uh.....just need to know when it's on.

Well, looks like the closest I'll get to seeing Vancouver-Chicago is Icehogs-Wolves. Which will be, in all technicality, down the street from me.

I was thinking of going to a couple Indianapolis Ice games this year, this lockout has help push me closer to doing just that.

League has made an offer:
50/50 split of all Hockey-related Revenue
82 game season to start 11/2
NO salary rollback
It's on the table. Up to the PA now.

Sucks.
I was really excited for this Winter Classic, I mean if course I was very excited for the one here. But just picturing the atmosphere at The Big House was going to be insane. I know Detroit and Toronto fans have to feel worse.
