Just wondering how other people act to these feelings, it would be nice to hear about some new/different techniques about dealing with these common issues of life. I know it's a random topic but hey

I have severe chronic anxiety and depression. Those two things are very hard to deal with on my own so I take prescription medication for them.

I go for a cigarette. I know, I know "filthy habit" - it calms me down.

I have anxiety attacks on a daily basis. Some are big, some are small. Some times I have them back to back, where I'll come out of one and be fine for a minute, then go right back into one. They can last hours in total.
There's not much I can do about them, really. I remind myself that they will pass, and try to center myself and stay focused on getting through them. I know of some breathing exercises that my therapist taught me, etc. They usually help.

I love to debate to relieve stress, I am a master de bater, and I love master de bating so as to relieve stress. Ding ding ding ding ding. Not even joking. Well, kinda. Yes it's gross to talk about, but seriously, you want to talk about relieving stress... that's definitely one of the most effective, legal ways to do so. Me, I either take a nap, watch TV or a movie, or listen to music and just trance out. Listening to music is pretty much a universal way to relieve stress, so long as you listen to what you love.

Haldol. It's been working great since I started taking it. Haldol is one hell of a drug. If you don't mind me asking, what do you take it for and what kind of side effects does it give you?

Music. Anything heavy. It always works for me. Or Manhunt. I love that game for stress relief.

I usually just wrap both of my hands around my neck until I black out. When I wake up, everything is all-good, Please, don't try this.

Simple. Buy a hammock and sleep in your backyard. Can be nice sometimes. I suggest not doing this, the mosquitoes would go crazy. I can't even stay outside until 7 without getting attacked by Mozzies
