Pegasus kid and dr death Steve Williams vs bam bam bigelow and Owen Hart this is a fun one. surprisingly the two big men never face off, which considering their history in uwf I would’ve thought it was inevitable.

HHH vs Cactus Jack RR 2000. it must be well over 5 years since i have last watched this one, it's a 10/10 classic IMO, This is about as perfect as a Violent grudge match for the World title can be. if feels important, it feels special and it's because it is. I Knew i was watching an All time great match when i watched it live when i was 11.

Was watching a clip of Randy Orton going for the RKO on Mick Foley and that was enough for me to go back and watch their Backlash 2004 match. I don't really need much of an excuse to watch that match, one of my all time favourites!

this is a short but brutal one. Norton gashes himself open so badly that even Bam Bam is concerned and signals for medical help at the end. a lot of blood lost by Norton.

Backlash 2001, have to say I think the Main Event dragged a little but overall not a bad show.

Can't recommend this one. It was just as bad as I remember it. The 3 man booth of Bischoff,Tenay and Sonny Ono was atrocious.

Funny, I’ve been reading a bit about the WCW/NJPW arrangement for a side project and that show came up. I read a little about it a while ago as well in the ring of hell book but couldn’t remember what they said ha ha. But you’re usually spot on the money with things like this so think I’ll give it a miss!

Greg Valentine vs Jimmy Snuka, SNME in 1989. Not a technical classic but a good short match, mainly used to continue building the feud between Garvin and Valentine. This match is a good reminder that not every match has to be a 20/30 minute match with tons of high spots and false finishes to tell the story, this was about a 5 minute match and it got the point across. Plus, Jesse, as always, was great on the mic.

I always liked it when Jesse would get on Vince (or Gorilla) for saying something he didn't agree with. Pure gold.
