I totally agree with Batista when he says the current product is brutal and can't watch it. Those facts are dead on. I'm glad I stopped watching because current PG WWE sucks. I hear bits and pieces about it from a buddy a work and I just shake my head and say "wow".... Fans like you are worst. You've done two things in your short paragraph. First, you took man's opinion that you agreed with and called them "Dead on facts". Two, the fact that your exposure to the current product starts and ends with bits and pieces from a buddy at work, yet you still find that enough to wager an opinion that matters is laughable. This whole PG thing has let up considerably since it's inception in 08. And we've had some amazing matches since then. Free and on PPV.

Ridiculous. Batista only left in 2010, the product isn't that much different from then - pretty bad, as it was then, as was he. Batista was terrible on the mic, only was a body, and couldn't work. Only as Leviathon a decade ago in OVW was he somewhat interesting.

It gets a bit annoying and hypocritical to hear people voice their opinion on something they don't even watch anymore. I can't rate a show I've never seen let alone give an opinion on it. You can't just hear what's goin on and rate the product. Even if you read forums and read dirt sheets and such, it still isn't enough to warrant a true opinion on the show. That would be like just reading a game informer, then going around giving your opinion on video games without ever even playing them.

I agree with Batista. I think the Miz headlining Wrestlemania, or even holding a world championship is ridiculous! Hm, why is everyone poopting on the Miz, because of his size? Shawn Michaels: 6'1 225 lbs The Miz: 6'2 220 lbs. The Miz is actually an inch taller and about the same weight as Shawn Michaels, and I don't remember anyone caring about Shawn's size when he main evented several Wrestlemanias and is known as one of, if not the greatest in the world. I'm not comparing their ability in the ring, but if your going to tell me Shawn Michaels is believable enough for you, but Miz isn't, that's ridiculous. Bottom line is that Shawn didn't over do it. He looked like a show off but at the same time looked cool doing it. The Miz however just looks dorky with his baby looking face and spiked up hair. Also he just looks pudgy and small.

It's funny he said that, didn't he get his ass handled by Booker during a commercial shoot?

Far from engaging on the mic aside from his angry promos where he'd spit everywhere. *shrugs*

I'm enjoying the product more now than I did last year WHEN BATISTA WAS AROUND.

The difference between Miz and Michaels is that Michaels was a guy who came about in a time where he as well had his ass handed to him night in and night out just to make it to the World Wrestling Federation. Michaels wasn't a reality tv show personality who slid his way into a dream profession.. He worked for years upon years to inch his way there. I'm not saying Miz isn't tough. I wouldn't know.. But I do know that Miz heavily lacks the experiences of older guys. Which I think is what Dave meant. Not to mention he looks like a toad.

So his career has been about 6-7 years. Shawn Michaels started wrestling in 1984, and wrestled until 1998, then again from 2002 till 2010. So his career was about 26 years. Shawn's career is almost 4 times longer than Miz's. It's not a fair comparison. Who is to say that Miz doesn't go on to become the greatest of all time? Besides, the comparison was about their looks, not their careers anyway. Their believability was based on how well they were used. If HBK would have stayed as a Rocker, never got used, you wouldn't tell me man, he's so believable, he could kick anyone's ass. It's about how someone is booked and how someone is used and portrayed.

I pity any wrestling fan using the argument '____ doesn't look like he could beat someone up.'
It's wrestling, not bar fighting. That crapty argument could be used for Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit and Shawn Michaels... SMH.

I've been watching wrestling since, let's say 2003 and I've watched before that just not as an avid fan and I can say enjoy the WWE a lot as it is right now. Here is where I wait for someone to call me out "YOU MISSED TEH ATTITUDE ERA and TEH 80's YOU HAVE NO SAY LOLOLOLO." Personally from what I saw from the Attitude Era, I'm glad I didn't watch then. I mean sure there was a lot of great characters and wrestlers but there are now.
The product now is respectable, not some garbage TV show you wouldn't want your kids watching.
I also don't get what he means about PG wrestling? I mean seriously? There is only one difference between PG wrestling and TV-14 wrestling which is no blood. Overall the wrestling has been the same, hell even sometimes better. We have had some great matches since the PG Era began and they didn't need blood to be great.
Lots of matches used to rely on blood to make the match exciting, it was like as soon as someone started bleeding "OMG THIS MATCH IS AMAZING 10/10, BEST MATCH EVERZ"
If Batista doesn't want to wrestle because of a damn rating, he's a complete moron. The only thing entertaining he ever did was his heel run towards the end of his career.

Even though I really enjoyed Batista's Face turn and the build towards his rivalry with Triple H in 2005, a while after he came back from his injury I realised he was just very one-dimensional. Then his Heel turn made for a nice change, but he was still nothing special IMO. He thinks he's a lot better than he really is.

The Miz doesn't seem that small to me. I've never thought of him as small actually. Batista. I'm so glad he's gone and looks like an old alien baby now.

I agree with what he says, but it's not like he really earned his stripes and deserves to be mentioned with Hunter, Rock and Austin.

Old sweaty face is going to talk crap about the business that made him. That makes sense... On opposite day.
Yeah, he had a real ruff time getting a break too. (sarcasm)
