Obama just murders everyone except Paul in the 18-34 bracket.

Obama just murders everyone except Paul in the 18-34 bracket. Only because Paul is very much an unknown still to most people.

Also has the biggest potential for fail. I'd strongly disagree with that and I'd almost guarantee he finishes ahead of anyone other than Gingrich and Romney in just about every state. He'll win a few states at least. A win in Iowa could be huge for the campaign and really get people wondering, "Who is this Ron Paul guy?" The great thing is Paul's support isn't going anywhere. It's rock-solid.

It's rock-solid. I don't doubt that he wins a few states. There are always guys who win a few states but don't have a chance to win the nomination. He's an unknown which means the other candidates can paint him with whatever brush they want to paint him with. They can smear him and call him a philanderer\racist\Nazi\drug addict\terrorist lover\kid toucher\whatever they want because he doesn't have an established track record that people know about. He has a track record, but no one's heard of it so the other candidates can smear him however they want to.

It's funny that since they've re-hashed those racist newsletters, his poll numbers only continue to gradually increase.

And of course if people now like him because of what was written rather than going to him because the media is attacking him.

Intrade is giving Paul a 52% chance of winning Iowa. They are also now giving him an 8% chance to win the nomination up from 5% a month ago.

I'm sure it's not a coincidence that a former Paul staffer is now speaking out. He says Paul wants to get rid of Israel and he is disgusted by gay people.
