I kind of agree with Batista... I know DB is awesome in the ring in ROH and other indies, but I think once you're in the WWE, it's like hitting the reset button. I just haven't seen anything super-impressive from him in his WWE career. I also think he needs some credible wins over some top guys before he carries that belt. Didn't he just lose clean to Cody Rhodes? Either way, I have a feeling his run is probably going to get the Swagger treatment... What does that matter? He's beaten rhodes clenly many times before..he also made a former wwe champion tap out cleanly on a few occasions |

I love the way that Batista tried to act like a bad ass by saying he's at Gracie Fighter in Tampa every day. In a real, legit fight, Bryan Danielson would DEMOLISH him. lol no he wouldnt dude!! Do you even know who the Gracies are too MMA Fighting? You get trained by a Gracie, you are one of the worlds best fighters. Batista has been training too fight too for the last year at least. Plus im sure he has had some experience and training before that. Have you seen Batista's body and size in the WWE ring compares too DB?? lol Batista aint "acting" like a bad-ass! He don't have too. Why don't you roll on down too Gracie's fighting Center in Tampa, FL and find out yourself ya know? This is exactly what he is talking about. Too many mouth's on the internet and not a damn person can back it up. |

Batista is such a tool. He says something, gets total stick for it and then makes up some crap about how he has to 'clarify' what he means, only to end his whole 'The kid's a great wrestler, I respect him' rant with, 'but still.. ummmm ok. lolz'. What is he talking about? He's trying to act completely unaffected by all the hate he gets for making a intellectually- disabled comment, whilst at the same time trying to stick to his original word.

Why didn't Bryan submit that goof when he had the chance.  Batista talks about loving the attitude era and hating the sports-entertainment nature but he seems to always focus on the superior entertainer not the athlete. He's a "oh, cool, shiny" kinda guy not a "wow, I see how that works, let's see it in variety." I bet he loves vanilla, and chocolate, but would never order a soft-served twist.  |

I don't really enjoy Batista as much as the next dude, but I always imagined Bryan winning the world championship in a Shawn Michaels 'Boyhood Dream' type fashion. It kind of makes him look weak. But it might lead into a great feud with Show, we'll have to wait and see

Oh God Batista is so stupid.
Bryan deserves this although I do think his recent wwe credibility has been bad.
He can overcome that though if they just book him to look strong with solid wins over guys like Rhodes, Show, Sheamus, Orton etc..

I noticed that JR twitted that he wanted to get lunch with Batista next time he's in Tampa and Batista replied with, "you are always welcome my friend. Just be prepared to hear me rant about the state of affairs. Miss you brother"
He needs to shut the hell up, He's irrelevant now. He left WWE because he didn't like the state of the company, He's no where remotely close to a legend so needs to put a sock in it.

Daniel Bryan is my favorite wrestler (besides Jericho)... but Batista is entitled to his opinion.
Things are changing.... for the better.... of course guys like Batista are gonna think it's strange. I bet Triple H would have similar opinions if he wasn't married into the company. It's a new era. Punk started it and now it's moved on to another phase with Daniel Bryan. Legit wrestlers are on top right now... I bet Bret Hart is proud.

Can anyone post any amazing WWE match with Daniel Bryan vs. one of the bigger guys (Batista, Mark Henry, Taker, etc.)? I've seen Rey have a ton of fantastic matches with bigger guys in the past, which is why I could believe him as a champ.
I don't really see DB as a champion yet, but then again, I haven't seen a lot of DB's work in the WWE. I figure I may have a change of opinion if see some of his better WWE matches...

He's also had matches with Henry on Smackdown such as the cage match where he looked believable. I don't get all of this "He's too small" crap.
