WWE crapped away a chance to create another moment like Christian had earlier this year, or a moment like WrestleMania 20 (hopefully Bryan doesn't kill his family). Also wtf is with the bald bearded look? You mean Christian's pity title win? |

LOL at people arguing who would win a fight between Batista and Daniel Bryan even though neither of them have competed in any type of fighting sport to prove anything.

Does anyone really care what Batista thinks anymore? The man had his time and its cool. But I would rather have a Daniel Bryan as a champ than a Batista.

does anybody actually care about what batista thinks? I mean, his best buddies Rey and Eddie were champions.. i'd argue that neither is any better than Danielson. And, Eddie's first title win was pretty random too Eddie was built up throughout 2003, so even though he was thrown into the world title picture out of no where, it wasn't really that much of a surprise since people knew he was pretty over w/ the fans. Bryan, on the other hand, has spent his entire time on SD jobbing to mid-carders since winning the money in the bank. He had no momentum what so ever, and the stupid cash in on a weak champ ruined another 1st world title reign, and it was completly random and lackluster considering that he claimed he was going to wait until WM to cash it in. |

The guy got two clean wins over Del Rio before Edge even retired, so he was obviously begining to get a push. Perhaps the origional plan was for him to turn heel and win the title from Edge. Anyway w/ the way he was being built up it wasn't a pity title win. It was Randy Orton and his obcession w/ the world title that ruined Christian's title win. |

You mean Christian's pity title win? You mean the well deserved title win for Christian? The guy got two clean wins over Del Rio before Edge even retired, so he was obviously begining to get a push. People are getting too worked up over Batista's opinion. He in the old schoool mind set that only "larger than life" superstars should be the world champion. Thats cool and its opinion. While I disagree w/ his opinion and its great that Bryan won the title, the way he did it was lackluster. No momentum, no winning streak. Nothing. He just chased in his MITB and won, so the problem is that he is a mid-carder w/ a world title. He is gonna need a serious push if the WWE is to make him credible.

He is gonna need a serious push if the WWE is to make him credible. i inda agree with the larger wrestler mentality. but they have to be good wrestlers too. their are many wrestlers who were big, but could still wrestle. like Bruno Sammartino, Billy Graham, Macho Man, Hogan etc. |
