Well...I think killing Americans without trial or foreign civilians with drone strikes is pretty evil. But hey, what do I know? I think the fact that said American was on foreign soil and actively collaborating with our enemies is somewhat of a mitigating factor here. Charge him with a crime.

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” - Article III, § 3, US Constitution
Oh darn.

And how do you do this when the country harboring him has no interest in extradition? If the guy was not a citizen is this even an issue?

This is a little dated, but alot of his points still hold up:

Yeah, that guy is going to be wrong. He's mostly generalizing and some of those perspectives just aren't shared by the demographics that he was citing. And to paint Democrats with such a broad brush (all Marxist, Socialist, business haters) is pretty stupid if you ask me.
I honestly see this turnout being similar to the Bush/Kerry election, where Kerry looked like a good bet after the first debate but couldn't keep sustained momentum. I don't see any way that Romney wins this.

There's no excitement for Romney. There's dislike for Obama, but no excitement for Romney.

I see quite a bit of hatred for Romney to be honest. He seems universally despised on the Internet and is a huge butt of jokes.

He brings it completely upon himself though with his idiotic statements and general nonsensical bulls*it. And Obama doesn't? Not like Romney. And I honestly feel that quite a bit of the people who have a problem with President Obama, some of their issues are deeply rooted race issues. Yes I went there. How often was it uttered that "Hell will freeze over before this country has a black president."? I couldn't even begin to tell you how many times I heard that. And that goes for a black man or a female president - which could be next if Hilary runs. And people are voting for Romney to simply try and force President Obama from office. Doesn't matter who it is, we'll vote for him as long as the black man is gone. That's the general belief of just about everyone in my family. I am one of, if not the only, person in my entire family that is proudly supporting President Obama come this Tuesday. Now I know there are those who disagree with President Obama's policies and that's fine. No one is going to like every single thing the President does. No matter who it is. But a majority of those that I personally know who are voting Romney strictly to get President Obama out of office are those who I personally have heard say that President Obama shouldn't have even been able to run because of the color of his skin, and that's including those saying that from my own family. Side note: I do not mean to offend by this post, just simply stating what I believe, based on the actions of those I know. [Cue Kliquid and his s'planation about how awful both candidates are, how Gary Johnson is the best, and how race is not a factor to those who dislike President Obama. .] [M'kay I may have added that last one but I fully expect a rant on how both candidates are awful and how Gary Johnson is the best choice.]

Democrats always playing the race card. Not always. And I did say that I know there are those who don't like his policies and that is fine. I was simply saying that it is part of the reason - NOT THE ONLY - but part of the reason that President Obama sees the dislike that he does. And you can't deny that. It's plain and clear when there are Romney supporters who wear shirts that say "Keep The White House White!"

I dont like Obama at all and Im "Southern" (which everyone assumes means you're a redneck hillbilly )....I could care less about the color of Obama's skin. I dont like him because of his beliefs/standards in what he wants for this country. The same thing can be said about Hilary. People saying "You dont want her just because she's a woman" No, I dont want her because she's a liberal. As far as Im concerned you could put a Oriental Female in office and I would be fine.........actually, I would love that because I love Asian Women.
